Work fatigue is a significant issue faced by employees in Indonesia, with approximately 65% experiencing symptoms that reduce their concentration and performance. Excessive workload, particularly mental workload, can result in cognitive strain and decreased productivity. This study aims to measure the level of mental workload experienced by quality control employees at PT Delta Dunia Tekstil I using the NASA Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) method. The research also investigates the relationship between employees’ age, length of service, and perceived mental workload through T-tests and F-tests to provide a more comprehensive analysis. Data were collected from 20 quality control employees who are responsible for monitoring textile production under strict standards. Results from NASA-TLX calculations indicate that the average mental workload falls within the high category, with effort and own performance emerging as the dominant dimensions contributing to mental strain. Correlation analysis shows a negative but not statistically significant relationship between age, length of service, and mental workload, suggesting that other factors play a stronger role in shaping employees’ perceptions. The study further highlights fluctuations in employee attendance and quality performance indicators, emphasizing the importance of workload evaluation. To address these issues, recommendations include adding more operators per machine, which is projected to reduce mental workload scores by approximately 33%. Such measures can optimize task distribution, improve efficiency, and promote employee well-being. Overall, the findings suggest that systematic workload assessments using tools such as NASA-TLX are essential for enhancing productivity and supporting sustainable human resource management in the textile industry.

Hospital employees play a crucial role in delivering quality healthcare services; however, diverse job demands often lead to mental health issues such as work-related stress. Stress arises from internal or external pressures and can negatively impact service quality. Spirituality is believed to be an effective coping mechanism, as individuals with higher levels of spirituality tend to be more adaptive, tolerant, and resilient in facing crises. This study aims to analyze the relationship between spirituality levels and stress levels among employees at Charlie Hospital Demak. This research employed a cross-sectional design with a sample of 110 employees selected through probability sampling using the Slovin formula. Data were collected using a spirituality questionnaire and the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) to measure stress levels. Data analysis was conducted using the Spearman Rho correlation test. The results revealed a significant negative correlation between spirituality and stress, with a correlation coefficient of -0.491 and a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). This indicates that higher levels of spirituality are associated with lower levels of stress. Univariate analysis showed that most respondents had moderate spirituality levels (46.4%) and mild stress levels (41.8%). These findings highlight that enhancing spirituality may contribute to reducing stress among hospital employees.

This study was conducted at PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa, where high work pressure was observed due to daily production or sales targets that must be achieved within 8 working hours. Employees who fail to meet these targets are not allowed to leave on time, leading to increased workload and work stress. This condition is suspected to significantly affect employee productivity. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of workload and work stress on employee productivity, both partially and simultaneously. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 51 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 26 through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and F-tests. The findings of the study indicate that workload has a significant effect on employee productivity, as does work stress. Both workload and work stress are positively correlated with lower productivity levels. Moreover, when assessed together, both variables also simultaneously influence productivity significantly. This suggests that the company’s high work pressure, driven by unmet targets, contributes directly to reduced work efficiency and increased stress. Therefore, the company needs to manage workload and work stress effectively, ensuring that work expectations are realistic and that employees are given adequate support to meet these expectations. Optimizing these factors can enhance employee productivity, reduce stress, and improve overall company performance.

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) plays a vital role in supporting organizational effectiveness and efficiency, as it reflects employees’ voluntary behaviors that go beyond formal job responsibilities and contribute to overall organizational performance. Therefore, it is important for organizations to understand the factors that can enhance OCB among their employees. This study aims to analyze the influence of Work-Life Balance, Work Environment, and Work Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Gogomedia Visindo Tangerang. The research employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents selected through non-probability sampling using a snowball sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires measured on a Likert scale and analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2021 and SPSS version 22. The data analysis methods included correlation tests and multiple linear regression analysis to examine both the relationships and effects among the variables. The results indicate that Work-Life Balance, Work Environment, and Work Motivation have a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, both partially and simultaneously. This finding suggests that better work-life balance, a supportive work environment, and higher motivation levels encourage employees to demonstrate stronger OCB. The study emphasizes the strategic importance of organizational initiatives that foster employee well-being, provide conducive working conditions, and maintain high levels of motivation. The implementation of a system commonly known as Good Governance refers to the extent to which the government is able to meet the needs and expectations of society through its policies, programs, and actions. The application of Good Governance is not only related to the effectiveness of bureaucracy but also emphasizes principles of transparency, accountability, participation, and fairness in governance. This is crucial because it has a direct impact on improving the quality of public services, which is one of the key indicators of government success. However, achieving the goals of Good Governance is not an easy task, as in practice, there are various challenges and obstacles that must be addressed. One of the most common barriers is the weakness of internal control systems, which should serve as oversight of employee performance. In addition, there remains a shortage of employees with adequate competencies, as well as work environments that do not fully support the implementation of accountable behavior. These conditions can hinder the achievement of the expected standards of Good Governance. Therefore, deepening and internalizing accountable behavior among government employees is highly important. Accountable behavior is not only related to an individual’s responsibility for their tasks but also to the outcomes of their work, which directly affect the wider community. The findings of this study indicate that accountable behavior has been practiced by employees, yet its implementation must be carried out consistently and continuously. Strengthening accountable behavior is thus expected to enhance the assessment of Good Governance implementation, particularly in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) region, which is characterized by high levels of governmental complexity and public service demands.
