This study aims to find out how the effectiveness of the CSR program that has been implemented by PT BNI (Persero). This study uses Sutrisno's theory (in Antimus 2019) concerning measuring program effectiveness using 5 indicators, namely: Program Understanding, On Target, On Time, Goals Achieved, and Real Change. Data collection techniques used are by way of interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the CSR program at PT BNI (Persero) cannot be said to be effective because one of the indicators, namely the understanding of the program has not been carried out properly, because PT BNI (Persero)'s strategy in inviting the public to participate in the socialization that is being held is still lacking.,therefore there are still many people who do not understand the meaning of implementing the program, and also because the distance between the organic forest and the community is quite far, so that many people still do not care about the BNI Go-Green Organic Forest CSR program in Megamendung.

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a chronic disease that is a global health problem, including among teenagers. The increase in COPD cases in teenagers is also influenced by changes in modern lifestyle, such as exposure to cigarette smoke, air pollution and other unhealthy habits. Insufficient knowledge about the risks of smoking and exposure to air pollutants as well as a lack of awareness of the importance of maintaining lung health have led to an increase in the incidence of this disease at a young age. The aim of this research is to increase teenagers’ understanding of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and its prevention, so that they can understand and be able to carry it out in their daily activities. This research method uses a quantitative design using pre-test and post-test questionnaires. Providing pre-test and post-test questionnaires, according to the number of participants who took part in the outreach on the Introduction and Prevention of COPD. This research was conducted in April 2024 at MTsN 1 Medan with 31 respondents. The results of this socialization showed that there was an increase in the knowledge of MTsN 1 Medan students by >80.65% after being given presentation material by the PKM team. The conclusions and suggestions given are to improve health education, healthy lifestyles, early detection, and appropriate intervention to prevent the development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in adolescents.

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of smartphone use in the school environment by Cimuncang State Elementary School students. The use of smartphones has penetrated all levels of society. Monitoring smartphone use by parents and teachers is important to encourage student development. Smartphone misuse can influence student behavior and personality. The method used in this research is qualitative. The data collection technique in this research is based on field observations and interviews with informants to obtain the necessary data. Survey results show that students use smartphones because they need to notify their parents when they come home from school, and sometimes they use smartphones at school to study learning material that is not in school books and then can play online game applications, watch videos received from friends, and take photos with friends. When students become addicted to smartphones, their personality and social behavior change, there are students who become individualistic, rarely interact with the outside world and their classmates, and fall asleep when study time starts, and laze around when the teacher gives assignments, then when break time arrives. students use and follow everything in smartphone videos so that it has an impact on behavior or character at school.

The purpose of this research is to make the younger generation aware of the importance of increasing their potential to compete in the world of work because given the current global situation which is increasingly competitive. The research method used is a qualitative research method using data collection techniques carried out by triangulation (combined). The results of this study are that the younger generation is said to be competitive if it has the ability to adapt to change, solve problems, think creatively, and communicate well. With the level of education in Indonesia, the quality still needs to be improved. Skills and competencies must continue to develop in the midst of the progress of the current global era. The innovation and creativity of the younger generation has developed positively, this must continue to be monitored for the nation. Character development is also important because it can create independent, resilient and confident young people who are ready to compete in the world of work. The readiness of the younger generation in the world of work also needs to be considered with higher and tiered levels of education being one of the efforts to improve quality in competing in the world of work.

Data archiving has a very important role because it can make it easier to process data quickly and accurately. Web-based information systems have become an integral part of digital transformation in various industrial sectors. By providing centralized access to computing resources, data storage, and applications over the internet, the cloud provides significant freedom and flexibility. Web-based information systems bring great benefits to organizations that successfully adopt them. While challenges such as security and regulatory compliance need to be overcome, the opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency make cloud-based information systems a strategic choice in a company's digital transformation roadmap. Several institutional companies and individuals have used web-based archiving but it has not been effective. For this reason, a good archiving system is needed that makes it easier to search and process data. Web-Based Archiving Management Information System which will provide convenience in processing data to be more effective and accurate. Apart from that, it can also save time and better manage reports and decision making within the Company.

This research focuses on the transformation of risk control and monitoring policies conducted by Bank Indonesia over the past five years (2018-2023). It uses qualitative analysis methods to examine the evolution of Bank Indonesia's policies through publications of financial institutions such as Bank Indonesia, OJK, and BPK. This study shows that policy impact evaluation plays an important role in identifying areas of improvement and new solutions to enhance policy effectiveness. Bank Indonesia adjusts strategies responsively and proactively to keep up with financial market dynamics and technological developments, and integrates the principles of international standards in banking supervision and risk management. Synchronizing policies with international standards is a top priority for maintaining the credibility of global markets. In facing the challenges of global economic change, technological innovation, and dynamic regulations, Bank Indonesia is committed to conducting in-depth reviews and policy adjustments to face the future. The evolving approach allows Bank Indonesia to strengthen its role in maintaining financial system stability and promoting sustainable economic growth. This research provides insights into Bank Indonesia's successes and challenges in transforming its risk control and monitoring policies.

Digital marketing has had a long-term impact and made a game changer in the business world. The use of social media has been growing since 2020—the phenomenon of decreasing the number of followers harms sales. Seller is conscious about improving and maintaining their followers on social media to keep running the business well. Purpose to find out the extent of the participation of Instagram social media as a promotional medium to increase the marketing of culinary business products on @siomayjodoh's Instagram accounts. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interview, and documentation. Data triangulation methods were used to analyze in this study through data reduction, data presentation, drawing, and conclusion. The results showed the use of Instagram social media as an attractive promotional medium with various features that can be used to support the increase in culinary business products in online marketing. This research only collected data on MSME's “Siomay Jodoh" Instagram from 2022 until 2024 as data collection. MSMEs “Siomay Jodoh” is a local business in Cirebon, and there's no previous research about the MSMEs “Siomay Jodoh”.

The church is a fellowship of saints, called by God to fulfill His mission of teaching sound doctrine to believers in accordance with the Bible. Christian education (PAK) is one of the teaching tasks in the church. This must be done continuously to meet the needs of the faithful. To remain relevant, the church must develop by considering the influence of modern developments that befall the church. In addition, the congregation has shown changes in behavior and lifestyle that are always up-to-date. In addition, the church also encounters teachings that deviate from the Bible and the correct theological foundation. In the development of PAK, the church cannot be separated from theology which is the content of PAK itself. The teaching practiced in the church focuses on God and His work. To understand this, a theology is needed that makes it easy to explain what God's will is for His people. By making theology the basis for the development of biblical PAK, the church grows into a productive congregation that produces more mature congregations who can live out their faith in their daily lives. This article is written using a qualitative descriptive method through literature research. The conclusion of this article is that the church must understand that PAK is a very important mission of the church and needs to be further developed. PAK is part of the church's theological work, so the church must develop PAK based on theology, and theology becomes the basis for the development of PAK in the church.

Research on the effectiveness of unrecorded marriage status services through jemput bola program in the Kelurahan Kalirungkut uses the effectiveness theory of Sutrisno which has five variables, namely program related understanding, right on target, on time, achievement of goals, and real change. The research was carried out in Kelurahan Kalirungkut, Surabaya City, Province East Java. The aim of the study was to find out the effectiveness of jemput bola program for unrecorded marriage status services carried out by interns for the data target. The research method uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. Data is collected from observations, interviews, and literary studies of previous research. The results of the research show that the implementation jemput bola program has been effective except in terms of on time because there still a lot of target data with their unrecorded marriage status due to limited executor in the field.

This journal discusses the influence of modernization on the management and maintenance of Minangkabau customary land. Modernization itself is a change that occurs over time. Its relationship with humans is how humans adapt to all changes to meet all their life needs. Customary land management is carried out by traditional communities by following the laws that apply in the community or often called customary law. With modernization, existing laws in the community and updated laws will adapt to each other, because laws exist for humans, not humans for the law. The main topic of discussion is how the modernization system applies to Minangkabau land management and what influence modernization has on Minangkabau land management. The existing data to answer this main problem is empirical data originating from journals, books, or applicable laws and regulations.

In Indonesia, education cannot be separated from human life. One way to obtain knowledge is the teaching and learning process in schools and this is the implementation of education. To implement the materials or teaching materials used in schools requires something that covers it, namely the curriculum. The rapid advancement of science and technology in the global era is currently felt in various fields of community life, especially in the fields of education, social and culture, including in boarding school education. In order to face the demands of society, community educational institutions including Islamic boarding schools must be functional, because educational institutions as a forum in society can be used as a gateway in facing the demands of society, science and technology that continue to change. Therefore, in order to become an ideal boarding school, it is necessary to organize the management and development of the boarding school. Islamic boarding school as one of the educational institutions that combines these three aspects, not only emphasizes the cognitive intelligence aspect, but also emphasizes the affective and psychomotor aspects, namely by teaching values and norms in accordance with Islamic law and equipping students with various skills (life skills). The development of management and management of education at PPMI Assalam consists of management elements including man, money, material, method, macine, and market. This study aims to describe the validity of climate change teaching materials based on science literacy and curiosity character of junior high school students. The research method used is research and development (R&D) through the modified four-D (4 D) model. This modul development procedure includes three stages, whisch are define, design and develop. The subjects of this research and development include 5 expert validators. The type of data obtained is quantitative data in the formdof product validation questionnaire scores. The results of research and development of junior high school science teaching materials based on science literacy and characterised by curiosity on the topic of climate change by expert validators obtained validity results with a total of 0.90 with valid criteria. This is reviewed from three aspects: (1) content feasibility scored 0.90 with valid criteria, (2) presentation feasibility aspect scored 0.88 with valid criteria, (3) linguistic feasibility aspect scored 0.92 with valid criteria. So it can be concluded from all the validity tests that the teaching materials developed are classified as valid criteria.

The presence of changes and improvements in transportation modes seems to bring a bad news for conventional city transportation drivers in Jakarta, because not all of them are able to adapt to these changes. The aim of this research is to determine the factors of conventional city transport drivers who persist with the conventional system and to determine the adaptation strategies carried out to survive after the presence of the Jak Lingko Microtrans. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, Focus Group Discussions, and observations. The subjects in this research were conventional city transport drivers on the T.09 route Kalisari – Pasar Rebo. The research results show that conventional transport drivers still persist with the legal system due to: 1) Age factor, 2) Regulatory barriers, 3) Incentives, 4) Community needs, and 5) Distrust of operators. Then, the strategies used by city transport drivers are 1) active strategy by utilizing their own abilities, 2) passive by minimizing expenses, and 3) Networking by utilizing relationships and relatives. So it can be concluded that conventional transport drivers still persist with the conventional system due to several obstacles ranging from internal and external and in meeting their daily needs, these drivers use adaptation strategies as an alternative step amidst the problems they face.

Background: Aging in human life is a natural thing, and must be experienced by all older people. Elderly is a phase characterized by the onset of weakness in the body and susceptibility to disease. Hypertension occurs over the age of 60 (55%.) Changeable factors such as knowledge. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and hypertension in the elderly at the Lerep Community Health Center. Method: This research was conducted in February 2024 using a cross-sectional with 30 respondents. The level of knowledge as the independent variable, and hypertension in the elderly as the dependent variable. The instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis using the Kendal Tau test. Results: %. The results of the Kendal Tau statistical test obtained a p-value of 0.001<0.05, which means that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the incidence of hypertension in the elderly at the Lerep Community Health Center. Conclusion: the majority of respondents were aged 60-69 years (73.4%), 60% male, p-value 0.001, which means that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the incidence of hypertension. Suggestions for elderly people with hypertension can increase knowledge about managing hypertension.    

In the era of increasingly rapid globalization, the industrial world is faced with inevitable dynamics. One important aspect in industry is optimal layout planning. The right layout determines the effective placement of production facilities, thereby smoothing the production process and increasing productivity. The current layout of production facilities at Bebeke Om Aris Dramaga is not optimal, causing production inefficiencies and increased costs. This research aims to redesign the layout of facilities at Bebeke Om Aris Dramaga. This research examines the design of alternative layouts at Bebeke Om Aris Dramaga with the aim of increasing productivity. The methods used are Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Total Closeness Rating (TCR). Production location calculations are carried out periodically to obtain accurate information. The research results show that the proposed layout has shorter distances between facilities. Apart from that, the resulting service time is more optimal. This change in store layout shows that the new layout is more effective and efficient than the old layout. This is proven by research results which show that the new layout design can reduce the time spent by employees in the production process and service to customers and the distance between facilities and increase the efficiency of employee movement.

Body image disturbance is one of the problems that chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis will experience due to changes in the function of the patient's body structure due to the effects of hemodialysis. Patients also feel embarrassed in front of their families and society due to the physical changes they experience. The quality of life of patients with chronic kidney failure is often disturbed. The aim of this research is the relationship between body image and motivation and the quality of life of chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy at the Esa Pemuda Clinic in 2023. The research method that will be used is an analytical research design with a correlational design. cross-sectional approach, a population of 94 respondents using proportional stratified random sampling technique and a sample size of 48 respondents. Using the non-parametric Rank Spearman Ro test. The results are 5. There is a relationship between body image and the quality of life of chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy at the Esa Pemuda Clinic, p-value 0.000 < 0.05 and there is a relationship between motivation and the quality of life of chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy at the Esa Pemuda Clinic 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion: Body image and motivation can influence the quality of life of patients undergoing hemodialysis at the Esa Pemuda Clinic.    

This research aims to analyze ambient air quality in the city of Surabaya, with a focus on four main locations: industry, transportation, offices and residential areas during two different periods, the dry season and the rainy season in 2023. This analysis is important for assessing the influence of urbanization and industrial activity. to the environment and public health. The method used is descriptive and comparative observational, where measurements are made of main pollutant parameters such as SO2, CO, NO2, O3, Pb, NMHC, PM10, PM2.5, and TSP. Sampling was carried out twice at each location, in accordance with SNI 19-7119.6-2005 and PPRI No. 22 of 2021 standards. The research results showed that the concentrations of all pollutants were below the specified threshold, indicating the effectiveness of existing air control policies. However, there are differences in pollutant concentrations between locations and significant seasonal changes, requiring more dynamic and tailored pollution management strategies. The study's conclusions suggest the importance of continuous monitoring, increased green space, public education about pollution, as well as stricter policies to control pollutant emissions. This research provides valuable empirical data for policy makers to develop effective strategies for managing air quality and reducing health risks in Surabaya..
