The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand image and product differentiation on sales at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch and the extent to which product differentiation influences customer satisfaction at that location. Quantitative methods are applied. The population of this research is all customers who have used products and services from PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch. 110 respondents were given a questionnaire to fill out in order to do this. The findings of this research show that at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch, product differentiation has a good and significant influence on customer satisfaction. However, at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch, brand image does not have a real impact on customer satisfaction, either positively or negatively. At PT Aerofood, customer satisfaction and sales are significantly influenced by product differentiation and brand image.

Inventory management at Puskesmas BLUD "X" is a mandate from  Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 27 Tahun 2014 and Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 28 Tahun 2020 concerning BMN / BMD Management and its amendments. Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 19 tahun 2016 concerning Guidelines for Regional Property Management (BMD). Moreover, Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 47 Tahun 2021 concerning procedures for implementing BMD bookkeeping, inventory, and reporting, Kebijakan Akuntansi Pemerintah Daerah on inventory, Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah on inventory.  In this study, it was found that inventory management at the Puskemas BLUD "X"  was still inadequate and not in accordance with applicable regulations. The purpose of this study was to determine the error factor in the management of medical supplies Puskesmas BLUD "X" which is not in accordance with applicable regulations. The methods used in this study are comparative descriptive qualitative with the type of case study, and data collection techniques through triangulation (interviews, observations, and documentation).  The result of this study is that inventory management at the Puskesmas BLUD "X" is still inadequate due to several factors, namely the non-functioning  of operational standards in terms of  recording, the quality of the internal control system is still weak,  and the weak use of the SIM Persediaan Puskesmas, where these factors affect the results of the calculation of medical inventory expenses presented in the financial statements.

UMKM Kripik Tempe RICO merupakan salah satu UMKM kripik tempe terbesar yang berada di Desa Sadang, Kabupaten Ngawi. Dalam proses produksinya seringkali terjadi kecelakaan kerja. Diketahui penyebab kecelakaan kerja berasal dari kelalaian manusia Human Error seperti pekerja yang lalai dalam mengendalikan mesin, terburu-buru dalam bekerja, dan tidak menggunakan APD secara lengkap. Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu Menganalisis Human Error, menentukan tingkat risiko proses produksi UMKM Kripik Tempe RICO serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan sistem dengan metode SHERPA untuk mengurangi kecelakaan kerja pada kegiatan yang disebabkan oleh Human Error.  Berdasarkan SHERPA Error Mode teridentifikasi human error pada tipe action error sebanyak 21 error atau sama dengan 49%, tipe checking error sebanyak 5 error atau sama dengan 12%, tipe retrieval error sebanyak 9 error atau sama dengan 21%; tipe communication error sebanyak 6 error atau 14%, tipe selection error sebanyak 2 error atau sama dengan 5%.

Indonesia has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution. This happens with technology as a basis for human life. Everything has become limitless and limitless due to the development of digital technology. Indonesia needs several regulatory and authority improvements to be able to face the world market. The aim of this research is to find out what Indonesian industry can do to face the world market, the impact that the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 has, and the strategies that Indonesia can prepare and carry out in facing the World Market revolution. The object of this research is industry in Indonesia to face the world market. The method used for this research is a qualitative descriptive method, data is obtained from facts about the research subject by trying to reveal it thoroughly according to the context. The purpose of this study was to increase student learning independence in Civics subjects by applying the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning model in class X IPS 3 SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a research design using the Kemmis & Taggart spiral model. The research was carried out in 3 cycles where each cycle consisted of 3 meetings. Each cycle is carried out through 4 stages of activity, namely planning, implementing actions, observing (observation), and reflecting. The success criterion set in the research is 60%. The results showed that in cycle I the level of student learning independence increased from the initial condition of an average value of 23% to 49% but had not yet reached the established success criteria. Cycle I then made improvements to continue in cycle II. After the repairs were made, there was an increase in cycle II which increased by 9% to 58% but also did not reach the specified success criteria. Improvements were made again in cycle II to be continued in cycle III. The results of the research cycle III increased by 11% to 69%, which means that the action was declared successful because it had achieved the specified success criteria.Keywords: Independent Learning, CTL Learning Model

Village development is a form of community service carried out by students by immersing themselves directly in the community environment so that when students study in the community and know the problems faced in that environment, the PKKM Village Development Program is expected to be a learning medium for students and the problems they face. The community can be helped and get solutions from the knowledge applied by students. PKKM Bina Desa Tawas 2023, which is located in Penanggungan Village, Trawas District, Mojokerto Regency, has been running a work program for 3 months from 21 August - 24 November 2023. One of the work programs I am working on is a program at the Dharmawanita Penanggungan Kindergarten educational institution, Problem What happened at the Dharma Wanita Penanggungan Kindergarten was the change in the mural on the classroom wall, where the previous mural had been damaged, peeling and there was a lot of graffiti from the kindergarten students, so the kindergarten team and I repaired and renovated the classroom wall. Therefore, the mural program on Kindergarten classroom walls can help Kindergarten students become enthusiastic about learning and we also provide empty walls that are not filled with murals to enable Kindergarten students to express themselves on the walls. The growing awareness of public health and environmental sustainability has increased the demand for organic products, particularly vegetables. CV Reja Mayur, as a producer of organic vegetables, plays a crucial role in meeting the needs of the growing market. In the competitive organic vegetable industry, innovative and sustainable marketing strategies are crucial. Green marketing, focusing on environmental sustainability and social responsibility, can be a solution to enhance brand visibility and build relationships with consumers who are concerned about sustainability. Community service activities were conducted at CV Reja Mayur, located in Desa Claket and Mligi, Kecamatan Pacet, Kabupaten Mojokerto, using the method of green marketing socialization. The results of this activity indicate that green marketing can highlight the positive impact of CV Reja Mayur's organic vegetable products on the environment. CV Reja Mayur can implement measures such as strengthening transparency, involving consumers in sustainability initiatives, utilizing social media, obtaining organic certification, and innovating in products and business processes. After receiving green marketing socialization, it is expected that CV Reja Mayur can enter a more sustainable marketing era and capitalize on the potential market that increasingly values organic products and sustainability.

The advocate's code of ethics also binds advocates to behave to maintain the dignity and good name of their profession. Violations of the code of ethics by well-known advocates such as Hotman Paris are a clear example that violations of professional ethics can harm the good name of the advocacy profession as a whole. This research uses normative juridical research methods with literature study. This research uses a case approach, namely cases of violations of the code of ethics committed by Hotman Paris. The results of the research show that even though they are free and independent law enforcers, advocates are still bound by the advocate's code of ethics which sets ethical and moral standards in carrying out their profession. The heavy disciplinary sanctions received by Hotman Paris reflect the seriousness of this violation of the ethical norms of the advocate profession. Even though Hotman Paris left the Indonesian Advocates Association, disciplinary sanctions remain in effect because they are related to violations of the advocate's code of ethics involving the Supreme Court.

Analysis of Pension Fund Payment System Procedures at PT Taspen (Persero) KCU Medan. This research aims to find out how the pension fund payment system is at PT Taspen (Persero) KCU Medan. This research is included in survey research using a qualitative research approach. The subject of this research is PT Taspen (Persero) KCU Medan. The research method used in data collection was interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the PT Taspen (Persero) KCU Medan pension fund payment system uses a pay as you go system by implementing two payment techniques, namely manual and Automatic Klim Services. The Automatic Klim service will make it easier to access pension payment claim applications, which are integrated by agencies or BKD. Completeness of administrative requirements will facilitate the process of paying pension funds. Through a claim application, either manual or automatic claim, that meets the requirements for salary payments, payments can be made either directly or by transfer. Retirement is one of the awards given to Civil Servants (PNS) for their services to the State. Procedures are guidelines and implementation of work which consists of continuous work step by step so that it is a form of collaboration between one part and another.

The research aimed to return on asset, current ratio, company size and assets structure on capital structure at property and real estate companies in indonesia stock exchange year of 2020-2022. The selected sample were 64 companies through purposive sampling. Souurces of data used secondary data with data collection through documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the return on asset has a positive and signification effect on capital structure. Current ratio has a negative and signification effect on capital structure. Company size does not have a signification effect on capital structure. Asset structure has a positive and signification effect on capital structure.

One of the themes included in the Kukerta UNRI 2023 activity is the welfare theme particularly in community health and safety programs. Based on the theme and program, the activity performed by Kukerta UNRI in the village of Pulau Terap is devotion to the community through the 4R method of household nonorganic waste utilization. The purpose of this activity is that students are expected to find solutions to health problems, particularly those caused by household garbage, especially in the village of Pulau Terap. The goal is also to educate people on how to manage inorganic household garbage to be more useful products. As for products made in flower pots using fabrics in cloth litter that are widely found in the household. Students do this activity with the two stages of socialization and practice. Socialization involves the poor health impact of garbage, and how the 4R method can provide solutions to the garbage problem. But practice followed by illustrating steps made to create flowerpots from inorganic household garbage.

To support green energy and reduce the effects of greenhouse gases, it is necessary to conceptualize and explore the use of renewable energy. In this research, the use of new renewable energy, especially photovoltaics (PV), will be applied to educational buildings, especially at ITS PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. This system is intended to reduce the use of conventional electrical energy. This system will be installed on the roofs of campus buildings with installation plans to meet the power requirement of 4.8 kW. This photovoltaic (PV) system will be modeled to determine the number of PV panels needed. Based on the simulation results, the number of panels required is 36 panels (2 series, 18 parallel) to produce 4.85kWh of power. Modeling and analysis of this system was carried out using RETScreen and MATLAB SIMULINK software.

Boarding homes are very crucial for students who live far from home, especially for those who go to Perbanas Institute.  Choosing a boarding home has frequently been done without a defined procedure, which has made it hard for students to identify alternatives that fit their needs and budget.  This study creates a web-based decision support system (DSS) for choosing boarding homes based on the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) technique.  This technique gives each criterion price, distance to campus, facilities, security, and room size weights. These weights are then used to find the best option from the 10 available by normalizing and ranking them.  Surveys, observations, and reading books were used to gather research data. The weights were then set depending on what the students wanted.  The results of the calculations reveal that "Kost Evi" got the highest score, hence it is the best pick.  The system that was created can make decisions faster and easier, and it does it in a way that is clear and accurate.  This technique may also be used in a number of different multi-criteria decision-making situations, making it a useful and adaptable option for more organized decision-making needs...

This research aims to investigate how the values ​​of the motto "Satu Tungku Tiga Batu" are understood and internalized through Islamic Education learning at Fakfak State Polytechnic. In this context, Islamic Education plays a significant role in shaping individuals' character and morality. The motto, which carries the meaning of unity, cooperation, and mutual support, has not been fully interpreted in the context of Islamic learning at Fakfak State Polytechnic. A case study method is used to examine how this motto is applied in the Islamic Education curriculum. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews with lecturers and students, and content analysis of lecture materials. The results of this research highlight the importance of the role of Islamic education in shaping understanding and acceptance of moral values ​​among students. The implications of these findings include suggestions for curriculum development and strategies to enhance the integration of Islamic values ​​in an academic context. This research contributes to understanding how Islamic education can strengthen ethical principles and reinforce communal bonds within the educational environment.

The purpose of this activity is to provide students with understanding and skills related to the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) on the Theme of Local Wisdom in Traditional Sports for SKOI East Kalimantan Students. The advantage of this activity is completing school programs related to P5 in the independent curriculum. The method used is 1) Preparatory stage, preparing material from guidelines, PPT and Project Module Strengthening Pancasila P5 Student Profile, 2) Implementation stage, delivery of material and demonstrations related to traditional sports games, 3) Evaluation stage, sharing or discussion of values and students' understanding in implementing the socialization of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). The results of the implementation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) were in the good and responsive category, meaning that there was an understanding of students about the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). Meanwhile, students looked very enthusiastic in paying attention to the explanations conveyed by the service team with a positive response and were not ashamed ask if there is a misunderstanding in the service team's explanation. Students are very enthusiastic in terms of listening to traditional sports, which are media for introducing local wisdom values such as game sports, stilts, Bakiak, Asin Naga/Gobak Sodor, and Gasing and the monitoring results of the service team, as a whole the students have done the task given quite well. This can be seen from the results of understanding and demonstrating items from all types of traditional game sports

In Islamic inheritance law, it is a law derived from the Qur'an where the truth of the teachings or theories is absolutely true because it is a revelation from God. Islamic inheritance law in general theory is a law conveyed by Allah SWT to the Prophet Muhammad SAW to be applied and made law by mankind. In legal philosophy it is said that the law is for humans, in Islam the Islamic inheritance law is absolute because it has been regulated in it. Problems arise in its application in society, especially in terms of the rights and acquisition of the second wife, third wife and fourth wife. There is discrimination in the distribution of inheritance that violates existing rules and provisions and there is a mental attitude that does not or is reluctant to carry out and follow the provisions of Islamic inheritance law regarding the acquisition and inheritance rights of the second wife, third wife or fourth wife.

Mural is a visual art form that can give a unique identity and atmosphere to a space. This study aims to describe the process of applying vector design to the mural on the wall of the Alas Outbound Education swimming pool in Ngingas Hamlet, Simpang Village. The vector design was chosen because it gives a sharp and clean look, perfect for creating recognizable and attention-grabbing images. The application of vector design on murals in the Alas Outbound Education swimming pool is able to create a cheerful and educational atmosphere. Vector design provides image clarity, facilitates observation, and produces aesthetically pleasing works of art. This mural is expected to make a positive contribution to the experience of swimming pool visitors, as well as become a visual attraction that enriches the environment of Ngingas Hamlet.

Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages gives broad authority to villages to regulate and manage the various needs and interests of the community. Village government officials are required to have the capacity to draft regulations in the village. However, the facts show that the capacity of the village government apparatus is still weak in forming regulations in the village, especially the preparation of evidence-based village regulations. This fact also occurred in Maros Regency, especially in Moncongloe District. This phenomenon underlies the importance of conducting training for village apparatus in drafting regulations in the village. This technical guidance was carried out for 8 hours in the Hall of the Moncongloe District Office and was attended by 30 people and facilitated by a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Hasanuddin University. To find out the effectiveness of this training, a pre-test evaluation was carried out at the beginning and a post-test at the end of the training. The results of the evaluation showed that there was an effect of the training on the participants, namely increasing their knowledge of evidence-based technical regulations in villages.
