This study aims to explain the implementation of the demonstration method in learning Islamic religious education at SMA Negeri North Tambun. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Methods of data collection using non-participant observation methods, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were the principal, Islamic education teachers and class XII IPA students. The data validity was done by using data triangulation technique and source triangulation technique. Data analysis includes data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation) and conclusion drawing / verification. The result of this research is that in teaching Islamic Education the teacher uses the demonstration method by applying three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation of learning. Preparation for learning the teacher prepares learning tools, formulates goals to be achieved, prepares the necessary tools or media and estimates the time that will be used in learning. The supporting factors are the presence of professional teachers, media, adequate facilities and infrastructure, making it easier for students to understand what is being learned..

The purpose of this study is to overcome the problem of learning that is not optimal in class XI students of SMA 1 Tambun Utara, and the lack of attractiveness in PAI lessons because the method used is too monotonous so that it makes students feel bored quickly, there are problems in the use of learning media that make student learning outcomes not good. In the case of SMA 1 Tambun Utara, the delivery of material by the teacher in the learning media uses the lecture method, where the teacher is more active in speaking and students tend to be silent to listen, thus making students unable to master the material well. To overcome it all, researchers suggest using new media such as demonstrations, as a way to increase students' interest in learning. The Demonstration Method is a medium that has elements of demonstration. This study is intended to answer the problem "Whether the use of demonstration methods in PAI subjects can improve student learning outcomes at SMA 1 Tambun Utara", these problems are discussed through classroom action research carried out through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Research data obtained through classroom observation and documentation of the results of actions carried out data from effective teachers, with this research it will be known that there will be an increase or decrease in student learning outcomes after the implementation of the demonstration method in PAI subjects at SMA 1 Tambun Utara.

The purpose of this principal's action research was to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers at SD Inpres XXXVII Uneng City in preparing assessment administration through academic supervision. The type of research used in this research is school action research. The activities in this study consisted of action planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data collection techniques used class observation techniques. The observation instrument used was the teacher's ability assessment tool (APKG) in the form of a learning administration assessment instrument. The data analysis used is a comparative descriptive analysis technique. Quantitative data obtained is described in the form of words or explanations. Furthermore, data comparisons are carried out to ensure whether there is an increase in the ability of teachers in the assessment of learning administration. The results of the study show that academic supervision can improve the ability of teachers to prepare assessment administration in learning at SD Inpres XXXVII Uneng City 26.2%.

The main thing of the operational activities of a business company is to make a profit. In fact, maximizing profit is the main goal of all business decisions and activities. The company will go bankrupt if it does not make a profit. This study discusses the Factors Affecting Income Smoothing in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange 2016-2020. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of firm size, financial leverage, profitability, cash holding, and auditor reputation on income smoothing in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study can be said that company size, profitability, and cash storage have no significant effect on earnings performance. Meanwhile, financial leverage and auditor reputation have a negative and significant effect on earnings management in manufacturing companies.

Capital Structure discusses how the company provides capital asstes, either with long-term debt or capital from investors. This research aims to examine and analyze company size, asset structure, and profitability on capital structure in automotive retail and automotive equipment companies listed on the BEI 2011-2020. The data used the company’s financial statements that are sampled. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique and obtained 90 samples. The results of analysis showed company size had a significant positive on capital structure, asset structure had an insignificant negative on capital structure, and profitability was proxied using Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no  effect on the capital structure.

The school principal's performance assessment is a form of evaluating the quality of the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the school principal in carrying out managerial and supervisory functions in the institution he leads. This activity is important to do in order to know the quality of the school principal's performance. The stages passed: forming the Foundation PKKS team, formulating the PKKS format, socializing the PKKS agenda, coaching from supervisors, PKKS visits, and submitting findings. The results showed that the school principal's performance assessment found incomplete documents so that it was recommended that the school make improvements that could help prepare the school for re-accreditation.

The purpose of this community service activity at SD Negeri 3 Lamangga is to help students become more proficient in managing Preschool Field Introduction Program activities. Students will practice direct observation of school culture, observation to develop competence, and direct observation of the learning process in class during this community service activity. Teachers, staff and supervising lecturers at SD Negeri 3 Lamangga also guide students in carrying out this observation activity so that it can be realized in further activities. The method used in this service uses a field survey method. This program involves school principals and teachers at SD Negeri 3 Lamangga. The results of this service show that students have achieved the indicators set such as observation, attitude and discipline very well with a score weight of 1075.03 with an average score of 89.59.

Life inside a correctional institution is of course different from life outside a correctional institution. Many things are impossible to do freely in it. Status as inmates will at least affect the quality and quantity of behavior and interactions between fellow inmates, which of course can affect the meaning of their lives. The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding of the inmates of the Makassar Class 1 Penitentiary regarding the steps and efforts that can be taken to increase the meaning of life. The implementation method used is through a psychoeducational approach. Psychoeducation is a form of providing education or training to a person or group of people, which aims to provide treatment and rehabilitation. The participants who were included in this psychoeducation activity were 20 people who were fostered by the correctional institution. The provision of pre-test to the inmates of the correctional institution was carried out to measure the level of knowledge and understanding of participants about the meaning of life, and after the provision of psychoeducational material, it was continued with the provision of a post-test to measure whether there was a difference in scores between the pretest and posttest obtained. The results obtained after the provision of psychoeducational materials showed that there was an increase in knowledge and understanding of the meaning of life in the inmates of the correctional institution, which was indicated by an increase in the posttest score when compared to the pretest score that had been previously measured. It can be concluded that the psychoeducational activities carried out are effective in providing knowledge and understanding of the efforts that can be taken by inmates to increase the meaning of their lives while in the Makassar Class 1 Correctional Institution.

This article is a research through Christian Religious Education counseling for adults which discusses "Healthy Dating." Nowadays, when it comes to dating, adults no longer consider this a difficult thing, considering themselves to have sufficient ability to determine the actions they take in dating, so it is not uncommon to find adults whose relationships are broken and do not match the teachings of their religion. Dating is no longer a taboo subject for adults, therefore it is necessary to teach and guide these adults for such assumptions. Christian Religious Education aims to guide, foster, and express guilt for all actions that are contrary to God's will in order to qualify someone before God Himself. Unhealthy dating is a dating phenomenon that deviates from the essence of courtship itself. In maintaining a healthy relationship, there are several tips, including praying to God, organizing, need for action, fear God and have a good relationship with God, and personality.

This journal discusses the moral education of today's children from a Christian perspective. The term today's children in Indonesia is better known as Kids Age Now. Kids Age Now is actually an allusion to the unnatural behavior of today's children. Education that is distanced and moral is a series of basic moral principles and the virtues of attitudes and character that children must have and make habits from a beginner's time until they become obedient to God. This research is a library research with a literature study approach through reference sources, such as books, articles, journals, and other scientific sources used in the discussion of this research. To deal with the problems of Kids Age Now, morals that are sourced from the Bible and Christian youth activities are needed. The goal is that today's children become children who have good character and are commendable. Being a Christian youth with character and morals is not easy, because Christian youths with character and morals are youths whose behavior follows the teachings of Christ, have Bible-based morals, are able to be good Christian youths, and do the right things and what Christ wants.

Religious education aims to increase religious potential and shape children to become human beings who believe in and fear God Almighty and have noble character which includes ethics, character and morals. This research was conducted at the Subsidized Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Galagah Hulu. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method in which data collection uses observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that in the habituation of Duha prayer carried out by children in congregation, they find several religious values, namely the value of worship, the value of spirit of jihad, moral values ​​and exemplary values. Strategies in instilling religious values ​​by motivating and setting an example. One way to instill religious values ​​is to always keep the Duha prayer time. tells the virtues of dhuha prayer, tells the virtues of memorizing the Qur'an in life so as to foster a sense of love in children. Social media creates change in the world. Social media is the most crucial medium used in obtaining information. Various types of social media have been attached to community activities, one of which is Instagram. On the Instagram account @Parentaltalk.id where a video of a child aged about 12 begging his father to give him a break, telling his father that he needs "life balance" and that "even a robot" cannot handle the amount of work his father requires in order to study continuously . The child freely expresses his feelings for his father and the father does not interrupt the child's conversation and can accept the child's complaints well without having to scold a child. Communication within the family is an important factor in determining whether a child is good or bad. If communication in the family is harmonious, then the child will really feel that he is very valuable, so that it will foster good attitudes and behavior in the child. This study aims to analyze communication patterns between a child who is frustrated in learning because he does not have time to play. The method in this research is library research. The type of research used is mass media analysis, namely observing and analyzing a mass media. The data analysis technique uses the semiotics of Charles Sanders Pierce, who put forward the theory of a triangle of meaning which consists of three main elements, namely the sign, the object and the interpretant. The results of the study show that communication patterns between children and their fathers sometimes go well, but there are still some that are not good. thus causing worry and anxiety for every parent. The results of the study also show the attitude of children who can express their feelings and frustrations well with their fathers as well as the attitude of a father who provides a safe and free space for his children to express feelings and voice opinions

The character of a child formed since he was small, whether consciously or not, will influence the way the individual perceives himself and his environment which will be reflected in his daily behavior. What is prioritized in character education is the strengthening of religious values, as a means to form a generation that has character, has noble character and loves the sunnah of the Prophet. One of them is in this study, which aims to shape children's character through living hadith learning in the form of a module which contains several components, namely: definitions, to clarify children's understanding of the title being studied, motivational sentences as children's learning motivation,  adab-adab, namely a series of daily sunnah practices that students can carry out and get used to, prayer, namely prayers taken from hadiths related to the material being studied, and memorized hadiths, namely short hadiths that students can memorize. This research was conducted at SDN Muara Baruh, North Amuntai District. This study uses a qualitative descriptive field research method. The results of this study indicate that learning living hadith is very helpful in forming children's attitudes and behavior in everyday life, such as the etiquette of wearing shoes and sandals.

Optimization is an effort to maximize activities so as to realize the desired profit. The words morality and religion are often discussed among the people, wherever and whenever. Moral and religious development in early childhood can be interpreted as psychological changes experienced by early childhood related to their ability to understand and perform good behavior as well as understand and avoid bad behavior based on religious teachings that are believed. There are 3 types of games that can be used in the game method, 1) clap game, 2) singing, 3) game tools. This study aims to find out how to optimize moral and religious development in early childhood through the game method. This type of research uses library research or library research which makes library materials in the form of books, scientific magazines, documents and other materials that can be used as a reference source in this research. The results of the study show that this game method can be used by parents or early childhood educators because this method easily stimulates existing developments in children, both moral development and religious development. moral and religious development in children. Al-Quran education must be given to children from an early age. The application of Al-Quran learning to early childhood in As-Salam Kindergarten aims to educate young children who are Qur'anic and become human resources based on the Al-Quran. Children can know short hadiths and short suras and their meanings about everyday life. This study aims to examine how the implementation of Al-Quran learning affects the development of religious and moral values ​​(NAM) in early childhood. This study used a qualitative descriptive research type with data collection carried out directly at the research location. The informants in this study were group A1 (age 4-5 years) totaling 22 people. How to collect data using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The results of this study show that in the implementation of Al-Quran learning in the development of NAM in early childhood it shows that children can show good morals, behave politely, care, and be able to maintain personal hygiene. Children can also practice short hadiths in daily life following the sunnah of the Prophet, children also understand the meaning or stories of the surahs of the Al-Quran that are read, along with what important days are commemorated and made special days in Islam.

The results of the research show that the implementation of the tahfidz program at the Nazra Cendikia Hulu Sungai Tengah House consists of three main activities, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The implementation of the tahfidz program includes initial activities, namely greetings, prayers and reading blessings, followed by reading hypnotherapy, then murajaah together. The main activity is that the students give it to the teachers, before reading the memorized surah the child reads the Iqra or Al-Qur'an first. And finally the closing activity is the delivery of the surah that will be memorized next, murajaah memorization and reading prayers after learning. The assessments used are daily and semester assessments. The methods used are the makhraji, Jibril, ummi, and hypnotherapy methods. The main activity is that the students give it to the teachers, before reading the memorized surah the child reads the Iqra or Al-Qur'an first. Memorizing the Koran is one form of our efforts to get closer to Allah SWT through His words. The tilawati method is a book of teaching and learning methods to read the Koran with a balanced classical-read-listen approach. The implementation of the Tilawati Method in learning the tahfidz of the Koran to improve the quality of reading the Koran is a process of reading verses that must be memorized perfectly and becomes a good quality reading. This study aims to find out how the tilawati method becomes a method that focuses on how to read the Koran easily and pleasantly, by using this tilawati method students can find out how to recite the Koran so that reading the Koran becomes quality reading at TPA Hidayatul Science Unit 332 Village Paliat. The methodology used in this study was carried out by field observation which is a descriptive qualitative research. Based on the results of this study, the Implementation of the Tilawati Method in Tahfidz Koran at TPA Hidayatul Ilmi Unit 332 in Paliat Village can support learning tahfidz Koran because it makes it easier for teachers and students to teach and learn, and improves the quality of reading and memorizing the Koran, can make it easier for children to read the Koran well and correctly in accordance with applicable rules, making students fluent in reading the Koran and avoiding mistakes in the meaning of the Koran

Deviant behavior among adolescents has always been a concern in itself. Therefore parents must rise to carry out their obligations to children, in the form of supervision, attention, and good education, so that later they become generations that can benefit other Muslims. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Integral Al-Ukhuwah banjang uses a contact book as a means to shape the morals of its students. The contact book has programs that must be filled out by the homeroom teacher for activities at school and programs that must be filled out by parents for activities at home. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the contact book program affects student morals at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Integral Al-Ukhuwah, Amuntai Regency, South Kalimantan Province. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The techniques used to collect data are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the contact book is made within a framework of intention to build effective communication between parents and schools to shape student morals, there is an influence from the application of the contact book on student morals, including discipline in worship, social, and self-reliance.

Arabic is a foreign language which is quite difficult to understand for children who are just learning another language, besides their mother tongue. There are many obstacles encountered by educators in the introduction of Arabic to children. It is very important for the teacher to choose the right method to make learning more fun and easy to understand. Therefore in this study the researcher has the goal of increasing children's understanding of learning Arabic using the Total Physical Response method. This research was conducted at MIN 14 Hulu Sungai Tengah. This study uses a qualitative descriptive field research method. The results of this study indicate that the TPR method: easy to understand and apply, does not require more power, does not require additional fees, contains elements of game movement so that it can relieve stress on children, learning time becomes more efficient, communication between teachers and children becomes more effective the child becomes more expressive
