Indonesia still faces several challenges in developing medical tourism. Various sources, using data for 2018, show that Indonesian citizens actually go for treatment in Malaysia and Singapore, spending around US$23 billion, whether for treatment at government or private hospitals. The normative juridical method in this study will help in understanding the legal regulations and norms governing the medical tourism sector in the country, as well as assessing how these regulations affect the development of the industry. The results of this study are that Medical Tourism in Indonesia is regulated in Permenkes No.76/2015 concerning Health Tourism Services. PMK's weakness is the nuances of demand for the overseas patient market. Then the limitation that only type A and type B Hospitals are entitled to be designated as Hospitals with Medical Tourism Services in Indonesia is also an obstacle to the growth of the Health Tourism Service Climate. Not to mention, the socialization of the requirements for applying for a hospital for Health Tourism services is still lacking, including the requirements to be accredited (National Plenary level), and have cooperation documents with the Travel Bureau which has medical tour guides. To oversee the development of health tourism, the Indonesian Health Tourism Board (IHTB) was formed which was initiated by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Investment.

Nowadays information technology is developing very rapidly in the health sector. As technology advances, the use of medical records has begun to shift from conventional or paper-based to digital. Electronic medical records (EMR) are an important part of health services. Electronic medical records are electronic information created by health care providers based on patient conditions, forwarded and sent to other departments for consultation and further examination and received and stored in digital form and can be viewed at any time if needed. Electronic medical records are very useful for healthcare organizations, healthcare professionals as well as patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of electronic medical records and legal studies. This study used normative juridical research methods. This study had a specificity, namely descriptive-analytic where this study sought to analyze legal issues and also the legal system, that it could be understood and then conclusions could be drawn. The results showed that the implementation of electronic medical records, namely first, the implementation of electronic medical records could increase the accuracy and security of data. Second, the implementation of electronic medical records could increase efficiency and productivity. Third, the implementation of electronic medical records could provide better service to patients. The legal basis for implementing electronic medical records was contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 269/MENKES/PER/III/2008 concerning Medical Records where in Article 2 Paragraph (2) it was explained that "Medical records must be written, complete and clear or electronic". ITE Law Number 19 of 2016 did not regulate how electronic medical records were issued. Electronic medical records as a form of medical document must comply with applicable legal requirements, such as the right to privacy, confidentiality, accuracy and data security. It was hoped that legal certainty in the implementation of electronic medical records could help improve and improve health services.

In the digital era, universities play an important role in developing policies and technology to ensure students' academic integrity. This research aims to explore and analyze holistically the contribution and effectiveness of universities in maintaining academic integrity in the digital era. The research method used is a literature review with a semi-systematic review approach, which is then expanded with bibliometric analysis using the VOSViewer tool. Of the 115 papers identified in the bibliometric analysis with the keyword “college plagiarism”, it was found that the term “plagiarism” was often associated with “student”, “college”, “academic”, and “plagiarism”. Key relevant terms include “training”, “locus of control”, “rabin-karp”, “text mining”, “hash”, “levenshtein distance algorithm”, “similarity”, and “publication”. Universities should conduct training and strengthen students' locus of control to instill integrity values. The concept of “similarity” in plagiarism detection helps maintain the originality of academic work, while “rabin-karp” and “text mining” technologies are used to recognize plagiarized text and find suspicious patterns. The “hash” concept and “Levenshtein distance algorithm” are important in maintaining academic integrity, and “publication” ensures research meets academic integrity standards. Universities leaders are responsible for preventing plagiarism by implementing code of ethics and promoting awareness and understanding within the entire academic community.

Health is a state of well-being, encompassing physical, mental, spiritual, and social aspects that enable individuals to live productively both socially and economically. Generally, in society, the understanding of clean living behaviors is still low due to a lack of information on the importance of clean living behaviors and the limited facilities that support them. Early introduction to clean living behaviors is crucial so that children become accustomed to practicing them. This community service activity is carried out to enhance the knowledge, awareness, willingness, and ability of the community, especially students of SD GMIT Bone, to engage in Clean and Healthy Living Behaviors (PHBS) and to provide facilities that enhance awareness of clean and healthy living. One way to prevent health problems is by educating children on how to wash their hands with soap and the importance of personal hygiene. The PHBS education and practice provided to children help increase their awareness of clean living behaviors and maintaining environmental cleanliness with the facilities provided.

Joyfulful Sunday is one of forms of the Church's responsibility in helping parents to guide their children in growing their Christian faith. Joyfulful Sunday teachers and parents play an important role to guide children to get involved in the Joyfulful Sunday activities. Since Joyfulful Sunday aims to develop children's faith so that they are ready to participate in the church and society actively. However, there are many parents who have not realized yet that the Joyfulful Sunday teachers are their partners in developing the children's faith. It is recognized by the low presence of the children who attend the Joyfulful Sunday at the Administrative Parish Church Banjardowo, Semarang. There are four objectives in this research: (1) to determine the importance of the Joyfulful Sunday, (2) to determine the role of the Joyfulful Sunday teachers and parents in the Joyfulful Sunday, and (3) to determine the ways that Joyfulful Sunday activities have beenbeen done. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. The data collection was accomplished through observation and semi-structured interviews. The researcher uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely reducing data, presenting data, and concluding to analyze the data. The results of the research indicate that Joyfulful Sunday is  essential as a way to develop the children's faith. The mentoring process in managing the formation of the children's faith in the Joyfulful Sunday has not been total and integral yet. The word 'total' referensi to the Joyfulful Sunday is conducted by involving all the potential people of the church, both families and people in the Parish. It is integral when the assistance  is not a personal work , yet it is a collaboration between parents and the parish. Many parents haven't realized yet how essential Joyfulful Sunday is. The collaboration between the Joyfulful Sunday teachers and the parish priest has not been optimal yet. Consequently, there are minimal catecheses for children. The limited number of teachers of the Joyfulful Sunday leads to difficulties in dividing teh schedules to participate in the Joyfulful Sunday.

A hot plate magnetic stirrer is laboratory equipment used to heat and mix one solution with another solution to create a homogeneous solution with the help of a Stir Bar stirrer. The plate contained in the equipment can be heated so as to speed up the homogenization process. The measuring cup containing the solution will be stirred using a stir bar as a stirrer. An Arduino Uno as a heater controller and a dimmer as a motor controller. Based on data from tool testing results that have been carried out, the temperature measurement results were 39-220 C while the motor speed was 500-1200 rad/m.    

The BPJS Employment program is an important aspect in providing socio-economic protection for Indonesian people, especially Generation Z (Gen Z), who are starting to enter the world of work. This service aims to increase understanding of the BPJS Employment program through education carried out in the Young Helper community, a volunteer organization that is committed to creating positive change in society and is part of Gen Z. This service also aims to increase Gen Z's participation in the BPJS Employment Program which provides socio-economic security. The method used in this service is an educational method through the presentation of interactive material with data sources from literature studies, questionnaires, interviews and field observations. Our service contains educational teaching on the BPJS Employment Program such as requirements, technical implementation, types of programs and how to register. The education we carry out produces pamphlets, powerpoints, educational videos and posters, each of which presents important information from the BPJS Employment Program. The results of our service show that there is an increase in participants' understanding and participatory desire to be registered in the BPJS Employment Program.

An effective Management Information System (MIS) plays an important role in supporting business processes and strategic decision-making. This research aims to analyze how SIM can help companies build competitive advantage through literature study and qualitative analysis. The results of this study show that SIM can help companies build competitive advantage in various ways. By utilizing SIM effectively, companies can improve efficiency, increase productivity, improve the quality of decision-making, and support innovation. This can ultimately help companies achieve success in this competitive digital era.

This project research aims to explain the COCD concept for innovation and development provided to village communities in Tanjung Rejo. The method we used was interviews and direct observation in Tanjung Rejo village. The technique we use is direct data analysis and in-depth observation regarding the conditions of the village we want to empower. The results of this research show that the results of the innovation carried out are very influential and have a sustainable impact on the income of local residents as well as exploring the potential and abilities of local residents to be even better than before regarding shrimp food from their shrimp ponds. Based on the results and discussion of the research "Innovation and Development of Community Potential through Shrimp Processing and Marketing in Tanjung Rejo Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. 1). The applied COCD concepts and theories enable the development of relevant and sustainable solutions, as well as increasing community participation. 2) COCD Concepts and Theory help increase efficiency, improve skills and open up new opportunities, especially opportunities in shrimp innovation which can be a means of developing COCD Concepts and Theory which can help improve the social and economic welfare of the community and create independence for the community.

Mruwak is one of the villages in Madiun Regency where the majority of residents work as farmers. The food commodity most widely grown in the village is rice, while the rest are corn, sweet potatoes and peanuts. With the existence of a supply chain system, it is hoped that it can help farmers determine rice marketing routes effectively and efficiently. The aim of this research is to determine the supply chain system for rice produced by farmers in Mruwak Village. This research is qualitative in nature and the sample was selected purposively and using snowball sampling. The research results show the rice process, starting from land processing, rice planting, to maintenance and harvest. The farmers in the village have experience in growing rice, on average they have been growing rice for more than 10 years so they understand how to grow rice properly, including selecting superior seeds. The supply chain distribution channel used is a simple distribution channel model (1 to 3 level distribution channel model). Determination of selling prices based on agreements between farmers and buyers through demand and supply mechanisms (market mechanisms).  

Economic development is the main goal that every country wants to achieve to improve people's welfare, reduce poverty, and encourage sustainable economic growth. This study examines the important role of philanthropic institutions and fiscal policy in encouraging economic development, both in general and from an Islamic economic perspective. Philanthropy, through voluntary contributions such as zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf, helps fill gaps that cannot be fully addressed by the public sector, improves people's welfare, and reduces socio-economic disparities. Fiscal policy, as the main tool of government, plays an important role in managing state revenues and expenditures, influencing economic growth, income distribution, and macroeconomic stability. Through in-depth literature analysis, this research finds synergies between the philanthropic sector and fiscal policy that can strengthen sustainable economic development. This study also provides insight into the development of Islamic economics in the last three decades, showing significant progress in academic research and operational practice. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide significant policy recommendations to maximize the potential of these two tools in achieving fair and sustainable economic development.  

This research examines the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in improving the economy and developing society in Laut Dendang Village, with the ultimate goal of achieving independent village status. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, this research analyzes the contribution of BUMDes in creating jobs, increasing people's income, and facilitating access to resources and training. The research results show that the existence of BUMDes has had a significant positive impact on local economic growth, increasing community skills, and strengthening village institutional capacity. BUMDes plays a role as a catalyst in the process of village economic empowerment, which ultimately helps Laut Dendang Village move towards independence. However, this research also identifies challenges faced, including limited capital and government support, which need to be overcome to optimize the role of BUMDes. These findings provide insight for the government and other stakeholders in designing more effective policies and strategies for village development through BUMDes.

The purpose of this research is to explain the role of religious education in helping the process of character formation of students at Madinatussalam Private MTs. Qualitative descriptive research method. In the process of collecting data, using observation, interviews and documentation methods. Meanwhile, for the analysis, qualitative descriptive analysis techniques are used, namely in the form of written or verbal data from people and observed behavior so that in this case the author attempts to conduct research that thoroughly describes the actual situation. The author can conclude the results of this research as follows: First, the school's efforts to realize character education are: 1) conducting Islamic studies; 2) take advantage of the commemoration of Islamic Holidays (PHBI); 3) oblige and get used to saying hello and shaking hands with teachers; 4) oblige and make it a habit to always comply with the rules and culture at school; 5) make it mandatory and get used to always praying in congregation when at school. Second, the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in forming student character: 1) maximizing the delivery of Islamic religious education material; 2) instilling the Islamic style of Ahlusunnah Waljama'ah; 3) Islamic religious education teachers must be active and be role models for their students in applying character education. Third, the strategies carried out by Islamic religious education teachers: 1) use of effective learning approach methods; 2) use of discussion and demonstration methods.

Industrialization has helped the economic growth and progress of many countries, but it is still understood about its effects on government, power structures, and social relations. The study investigates the impact of industrialization on these three components, with particular emphasis on Indonesia. Government has changed significantly as a result of industrialization, which has played an important role in driving industrial growth. To attract foreign investment, improve infrastructure, and improve the business environment, governments have implemented several policies, but there are concerns about their ability to oversee industry and protect the interests of local communities. In addition, the power structure has undergone significant shifts, with the emergence of new social classes and the consolidation of power among certain classes. The industrial sector has also created new opportunities for social mobility, but has also exacerbated economic and social disparities. To solve this problem, this study suggests that the distribution of wealth and power must be fairer. Industrialization, along with increased urbanization and urban growth, has had a significant impact on social relations. The study investigates how industrialization has affected social relationships, including its impact on family structures, community networks, and social identities. So, Indonesian government, power structure, and social relations are heavily influenced by industrialization. Although it has produced significant economic gains, it has also created new problems and differences. This research suggests that a deeper understanding of the impact of industrialization is vital, as are the policies needed to address the social and economic impacts of industrialisation.

Literacy and numeracy are basic competencies needed by students to analyze reading and numbers in various contexts.  Based on the research results, it is known that the literacy and numeracy competencies of students in Indonesia are still very lacking. For this reason, the Ministry of Education and Culture, through the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy, is holding a program called the Teaching Campus, which invites students to contribute to strengthening students' literacy and numeracy learning, especially at the junior high school level. Students work directly to help schools, teachers and students according to school conditions and existing needs. The student activities in implementing this campus teaching program are prepared in the form of a RAK (Collaborative Action Plan). However, before that the students are handed over by the field supervisor to the school, then the students carry out school observations. Once they felt they had enough observation data, students created a RAK with the main target of developing the quality of literacy and numeracy. In line with this, students carry it out together with a team that has been formed by the campus teaching program organizing committee. This research aims to determine the influence of the guided inquiry learning model assisted by Quizzizz on students' critical thinking abilities. This research is quantitative research with an experimental design. The data sources for this research include students in class The sampling technique in this research used a cluster sampling technique and a research sample of 70 students was obtained. The samples used in the research were 35 students in class X of the Accounting and Finance expertise program at Institution 1 as the experimental group and 35 students in class Data collection techniques using test methods and documentation methods. Data analysis in the form of prerequisite tests for this research is the normality test with Kolmogrov-Smirnov and the homogeneity test with Levene Statistics. Hypothesis testing in this study was the Independent Sample T-Test with a significant value of 0.05 with the help of the SPSS Version 27 program. The results of this study concluded that there was an influence of the guided inquiry learning model assisted by Quizzizz on students' critical thinking abilities. This is indicated by a significant value of 0.014 < 0.05.

This website helps schools carry out promotions. Creation and assistance activities use several methods, namely 1) Observation, 2) Website creation, 3) Assistance with website management, 4) Monitoring and evaluation. The result of the activity is that the school has a school website and can also provide knowledge about managing school websites for admins and how to create articles and content for users.

That why Kaplan developed Balanced Scorecard Concept. The Balanced Scorecard Concept measure the organization’s performance through four perspectives that are the financial perspective, customer  perspective, internal  business process  perspective   and  learning and growth perspective. In dead, the  Balanced  Scorecard  Concept  is  a concept in translating strategy into action to achieve organization’s gool in the long term. The action is measured and controlled continually. This article count on the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard Concept in some companies in USA. Many problems a difficulties which occur on the implementation of the concept could became opinion and suggestions for some companies who want to implement the Balanced Scorecard. However, Balanced Scorecard will help organizations (companies) to measure their performance more comprehensive and accurate.
