Hypnoteaching is a new learning method in Arabic learning. Start from the development of hypnoteraphy in a variety of functions and uses such as health, psychological to the field of education which is then called hypnoteaching. This method is a learning method that uses positive suggestions to reach students' subconscious. The innovation of learning methods with hypnoteaching can make Arabic learning more enjoyable. This research is a literature study that seeks to find the literatures that are in accordance with the theme of the discussion then analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results showed that hypnoteaching fulfilled the requirements as a new method in learning Arabic. This is one of the innovations in Arabic learning methods that can be used today. Because this method maximizes students' subconscious, so learning can achieve maximum results with fun learning.

This research was conducted with the aim of improving the quality of student prayer and improving student character for the better, as well as good habits that must be formed considering that they have reached elementary school age which is an educational foundation that must be built firmly. The method in this research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study are according to statements given by homeroom teachers, student guardians and students involved, indicating that the existence of prayer control books and giving rewards has a positive impact on students. Students better understand their obligations and are more motivated to pray and become accustomed to praying and help build the character of students who are honest and more obedient to parents' orders.

The development of information technology is important, especially in the field of education, in supporting the learning process for the better. Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan, which carries the IT Based Paperless concept, is one of the campuses that supports the development of information technology. SI Lifeskills was introduced to record and integrate the development of students' academic achievements, where this system helps Life Skills courses to be more organized and effective. The system development demand was carried out in order to increase needs, especially in terms of user experience (UX). This service is carried out as a form of activity to increase comfort in learning services using a User Centered Design (UCD) approach. The evaluation stages carried out in this research used Heuristic Evaluation with 10 parameter aspects. The Heuristic Evaluation test results obtained Severity Ratings 0 with 8 points and Severity Ratings 1 with 2 points. The evaluation results show that the system is comfortable to use with problems that have minimal impact on the user so that repairs are not needed if time is limited.

This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method to analyze the variation of slang used by the Baduy local community, Desa Kanekes. The data collected is a data primer, which is collected through fieldwork and data collection through questionnaires. The research also uses a survey method to gather information from 10 local residents, focusing on the use of slang and language in their daily lives. The results show that the majority of residents use slang in their daily lives, with some using it in their daily conversations. The study also identifies three slang variations: "On the Way" (OTW), "Lebay", and "COD". OTW is a slang variation that refers to the current time of the conversation, while "Lebay" is a slang variation that refers to the current time of the conversation. COD is a slang variation that refers to the amount of money paid for goods delivered, and it is used by some locals for online transactions. The study highlights the importance of understanding and utilizing slang in the local community.

The aim of this research is to find out how extracurriculars are implemented at SD Negeri 068 Sindanglaya and analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the school's extracurriculars. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The research we conducted was field research in which school principals and extracurricular coaches were the subjects. Data collection was taken by means of observation, interviews and documentation. After conducting research, the results showed that extracurricular activities at SD Negeri 068 Sindanglaya had strengths, namely, teachers were actively involved as coaches and trainers supported by external trainers who were experts in their fields and increased students' interests and talents. Meanwhile, the weaknesses are limited time, budget and facilities. The opportunities obtained include cultivating good behavior and character, developing personal potential, skills and interests, and providing opportunities to become outstanding students. However, in its implementation there are also several threats, including a lack of support from parents or guardians of students and a lack of motivation for students to take part in extracurricular activities.

In the processing of salted fish, there are still obstacles causing a lack of sales, so income does not meet expectations. The hope for processing salted fish is that it can be better managed so that sales can be maximized and income will be better. The type of research used in this research is field research. The data in this research was obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The research method uses qualitative methods. First research results, after processing salted fish, the community experienced an increase in income. Second, the factors that influence the increase in the creative economy are creativity and innovation. These two factors influence people's income levels. Third, the implications of the existence of the creative economy have a positive impact on society which increases people's income. This article discusses the differences in extracurricular activities between private and public schools in Indonesia. Private schools, supported by greater financial resources, offer a variety of activities with modern facilities. On the other hand, public schools, despite their limited budgets, still ensure equal access to education. Comparisons include infrastructure, fees, student numbers and extracurricular opportunities. Factors such as gender, religion and culture influence the offering of activities. Qualitative research methods and observations were used to explain the differences in planning, types of activities and assessment between the two. Field observations highlighted barriers in private and public schools, including facilities constraints. Entrepreneurship is currently very developed and is in great demand by the general public. This is because it is stated that there are many opportunities resulting from the entrepreneurial skills they have. Through this article, entrepreneurship and its scientific fields are discussed at the elementary school level in high school to form students' entrepreneurial spirit. Indonesia is one of the developing countries, to carry out fair and equitable development throughout Indonesia, there is a need for sufficient energy as a driving motor for development itself. Electricity distribution in Pekanbaru, as in other regions of Indonesia, is handled by the State Electricity Company (PLN) as the largest electricity supply company in Indonesia. PT. PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru ULP Panam branch as one of SOEs that aims to provide services in the field of electricity to the community (Public Utility). Organizational structure that is a primary and absolute requirement for increasing employment, responsibility and achievement of established goals. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze PT.PLN services in handling customer complaints and identify and analyze the inhibitory factors of PT.PLN services in handling customer complaints. This study used Zeithaml's theory of five indicators: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphathy. The methods used in this study are qualitative research methods that are descriptive. With data collection techniques, observation interviews and documentation. The service provided by PLN ULP Panam is still insufficient because of the many customer complaints that resulted in the service process being hampered. The service provided by the officers is not sufficient in responding to customer complaints and the SOP or Service Standards for officers in handling customer complaints do not exist. PLN ULP Panam must take this problem seriously because if there is no SOP or Service Standard, it is detrimental to the service process provided to customers.

This training activity on making digital teaching materials with the Kvisoft application is a solution to these challenges. Service activities are carried out in several stages, namely observation, training, and evaluation. The research was conducted using a qualitative research method with a field research approach. The research approach was carried out with a case study approach on the object of research of teachers at SDN 01 Kemuning. From the results of the research, it was found that teachers at SDN 01 Kemuning had not mastered technology in making digital teaching materials. Then, after going through the training stages, significant results were obtained in increasing teacher competence in making digital teaching materials through the Kvisoft application

Determining the direction of the vision and mission is influenced by close social interactions and the various backgrounds of students. The process of formulating policies at Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School involves various parties, including internal schools, student parents, and other policy makers, in order to improve learning progress. This personal learning option as a school policy is not carried out without a reason, but rather is adjusted to the vision and mission that form the basis. learning system in the school. To realize this policy, the school has designed a management system and implementation guidelines that include regular, automatic activities and exemplary examples inside and outside the classroom. This research aims to analyze the branding strategies implemented by Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) through the Instagram social media platform to see their brand image. The study employed a field study with a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the research indicate that UNJ has successfully built a strong and positive image through a consistent approach in highlighting academic achievements, campus activities, and cultural diversity. Active interaction with users has also proven to be key in strengthening the relationship between UNJ and their Instagram audience. Additionally, clear differentiation in emphasizing unique advantages and the distinctive identity of UNJ significantly contributes to distinguishing UNJ's brand from other educational institutions. However, challenges such as maintaining consistent user engagement need to be addressed through improved research and more innovative content strategies in the future. Through the KKN program, students are expected to be able to make a new innovation that can improve the community's economy. Based on observations in Tounwawan Village, it is known that Tounwawan Village is one of the villages in Moa District which has hilly areas, has extensive forests and fields. The majority of farmers in this village make buffalo as one of their income. So that the processing of buffalo meat into sweet jerky is one of the priority programs that can provide new innovations for the people of Tounwawan Village. This program aims to improve the economy of the community. The program will be held on July 15, 2023, on Saturday. Furthermore, the processing was attended by Tounwawan villagers together with the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). Through this program, the community can improve the economy through innovation in processing buffalo meat into sweet jerky.

Micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs now play a very important role in the growth of the economy in Indonesia. Mrs. Maubah's porridge business is one of the MSMEs in Cilegon City, Banten which operates in the food sector. This business can provide jobs for the local community. My mother's porridge business itself is a type of food business which sells various variations of porridge and various other fried foods. This research aims to find out what marketing strategies are implemented by Ibu Majadi's porridge business to increase sales. Carrying out a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis in determining the marketing strategy. This research is included in qualitative descriptive research, because it aims to describe the situation of phenomena in the field. Researchers used data collection methods in research, namely observation and interviews. To find out how the strategy is used, the Swot Analysis Method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat). From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was concluded that the results of the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary), for the strength and weakness variables, each obtained a strength value of 1.89, while a value of 1.00 was obtained for weaknesses. This means that the strengths of Mrs. Matahu's porridge business are greater than the weaknesses. Meanwhile, the value obtained for the EFAS (External Factor Analysis Strategy) Matrix was 1.47 for opportunities, while the value for threats was 0.64. This means that for Mrs. Matahu's porridge business, the opportunity value is greater than the threat value. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was found that Ibu Ma's porridge business has strengths and opportunities so that it will be able to take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be implemented in this condition is to support the policy of growing aggression.
