This study aims to describe the cooperation of parents and teachers in developing students' faith in Ngenyan Asa Junior High School 2, West Kutai Regency in the Academic Year of 2020/2021. Through this study, collaboration between parents and teachers is one way to develop students' faith. This research is also to look further into the forms of cooperation carried out by parents and teachers and to describe the obstacles experienced by teachers and parents in developing students' faith.   The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained by using interview and documentation methods. The research informants were 20 people. They are one principal, one Catholic religion teacher, nine students in grade VIII and nine parents of the students. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman technique which has three steps such as data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.

This study aims to determine how much influence Job Stress and Job Satisfaction have on Turn Over Intention of Nurses at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital, namely by Testing and Analyzing the Significant Effect of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Turn Over Intention Simultaneously, then Testing and Analyzing the Significant Effect Between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention Partially. The population in this study were 206 primary hospital nurses. however, as the sample in this study, there were 67 nurses using the slovin formula. The method used is by using purposive sampling method. The research data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis and processed using the SPSS for windows version 20 application. The results of the study showed that job stress and job satisfaction had an effect on the turn over intention of nurses at the Pekanbaru Prima Hospital.

This study aims to determine the liturgical activities of OMK in Sebabi Community of St. Joan Don Bosco Parish of Sampit. The intended liturgical activity is the participation of OMK in taking part in liturgical tasks, such as participating in the celebration of the Eucharist, worship of the word without a priest, singing practice (choir), as lector I or II in the Eucharistic celebration , as psalmist and so on. This study used qualitative research methods. The source of data in this study was OMK in the Sebabi Community of St. Joan Don Bosco Parish of Sampit.   Data   collection   techniques   used   in   this   research   are   interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The place of research is in the Sebabi community of St. Joan Don Bosco Parish of Sampit. The informants in this study were ten of them who were grouped into three, namely a Priest as a mentor of OMKs, community leader and OMK. The research steps include determining the theme, informant profiles, interview with informants, reflection, implications, synthesis and prospects.

Bankruptcy is a condition of the company that shows the company's inability to operate properly due to severe financial difficulties. The purpose of this research is to know and measure the financial health condition of PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk using Altman Z-Score, Zmijewski, Springate and Grover methods. The population is 13 years with the period 2007-2019 and the sample is 10 years with the period 2010-2019. This type of research is descriptive research using bankruptcy method and one sample t-test. The result of the study is altman Z-Score method, Springate and Grover predict PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk does not have the potential to go into bankruptcy while Zmijewski's method predicts PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk has the potential to go into bankruptcy. Based on the results of one sample t-test test calculation and the amount of standard deviation value obtained Zmijewski method is a relevant and accurate method to predict bankruptcy at PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk.

This study aims to examine the effect liquidity risk, credit risk and financial performance, through the application of the catur purusa artha concept as a basis for risk management, at BUMDes Dwi Tunggal, Buleleng Regency. This research use multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that Liquidity risk  have a significant  effect on financial Performance. Credit risk has no significant effect on financial performance. The value of chess purusa artha with dharma as the basis for risk management encourages BUMDes managers to have the same commitment in building risk control awareness. This strategy ultimately reduces credit risk, which results in a decrease in NPL and maintains liquidity risk.

Permen ATR/BPN 9/2019 is a provision regarding the implementation of roya electronically so that registration and deletion of roya can be reached easily, quickly, simply and at low cost. Roya which is done manually is different from electronic. The difference is that the file from the applicant is scanned and registered through the website and is directly corrected by the roya executor, not through the land counter. So that the Notary/PPAT does not have to come to the Land Office. After obtaining the certificate of land rights then it is given back to the certificate holder in this case is the creditor. If the deletion and registration of roya electronically has not been carried out even though the debt has been paid off, the land title certificate still contains a barcode record of encumbrance of Mortgage Rights. Based on the above, how is the implementation of the elimination of Roya Mortgage Electronically at the Land Office of Batang Regency? And what are the Inhibiting and Supporting Factors in the Implementation of Electronic Mortgage Elimination at the Land Office of Batang Regency?. The research method that will be used in this paper is a sociological juridical research method. The approach that the author uses in this study is a sociological juridical approach. The sociological juridical approach emphasizes research that aims to obtain legal knowledge empirically by going directly to the object. The implementation of the abolition of roya with the HT-el System at the Land Office of Batang City has not all been carried out in accordance with the procedures stated in the Technical Guidelines for HT-el. Application files that do not comply with procedures are known from the results of the inspection of the Land Office, if not checked, the HT-el certificate will be issued automatically on the seventh day. Issuance without any inspection from the Land Office if there is a procedural error, it is feared that it will become a problem in the future. Obstacles in HT registration with the HT-el System occur in PPAT, Banks as creditors and the Land Office. This obstacle arises during the HT registration process, both technically and non-technically. The electronic roya removal is carried out by the applicant, namely the debtor, proxy or representative by filling out an electronic application. Children have rights, both materially and immaterially, as well as the right to protection of honor. The honor of children is a must, especially for girls, if the honor of a child is carried, then the development of the child can be disrupted, because of his unforgettable past. The honor of children who are snatched away by rape makes the writer interested in studying the crime of rape in the city of Semarang. based on the judge's consideration in making a decision against the perpetrators of the crime of raping underage children in the Semarang District Court. This study uses a normative juridical method. The results of the study showed that the judge's basic considerations in deciding the crime of raping minors, the judge considered from three aspects, namely aspects of legal facts, juridical aspects and sociological aspects and considered four things, namely, legal reviews on the basis of legal facts considerations, legal reviews of based on juridical considerations, legal reviews on the basis of sociological considerations and legal reviews on the basis of philosophical considerations, from this study it can be concluded that judges make decisions based on three aspects and 4 things, this is done to achieve justice as stated in the Pancasila ideology of the fifth principle, namely social justice for all Indonesian people.   Keywords: the basis of judge's consideration, perpetrators of the crime of raping minors  

Chronic renal failure is a progressive and continuous destruction of kidney structures. Chronic renal failure occurs in susceptible individuals, analgesic nephropathy, destruction of renal papillae associated with daily use of analgesic drugs for years. Whatever the cause, there is a progressive deterioration of kidney function which is characterized by a progressive decrease in the Glomelurus Filter Rate (GFR) (Corwin, 2009). Chronic kidney failure is a failure of kidney function to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance due to progressive destruction of kidney structures with manifestations of accumulation of residual metabolites (uremic toxicants) in the blood (Muttaqin & Sari, 2011). as well as electrolytes and acid-base composition of body fluids, removing metabolic wastes that are no longer needed by the body, regulating blood pressure and hormonal function. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is the final stage of chronic kidney failure where GFR <15 ml/min/1.73m2 so that the body fails to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance, causing uremia, namely retention of urea and other nitrogenous wastes in the blood (Smeltzer et al. al, 2008; National Kidney Foundation in Kallenbach, et al, 2005). With the increasingly real decline in kidney function or worsening of symptoms of uremia, renal replacement therapy is required for survival, namely dialysis and organ transplantation. There are two methods of dialysis, one of which is Hemodialysis (Potter, 2005; Smelzer, 2008).     

Students are students who hold the highest educational status. The demands of students to complete assignments on time are very high, especially for final year students. Final year students have the obligation to make a final project because it is one of the graduation requirements. The task can be a stressor for students so that students become stressed. This situation, if not handled immediately by students, will result in anxiety and depression, suicidal ideation, poor lifestyle, disturbed sleep patterns, headaches, and feelings of helplessness. Students can face and complete the final project well if students are able to handle stress well. There are several techniques to reduce stress, namely expressive wraiting and laughing. This research was conducted at Lind's Ice Cream and Resto Papandayan Semarang which aims to analyze and explain the influence of location and service quality on guest satisfaction, as well as to determine which variables have the most dominant influence on guest satisfaction. The method used in this research is a survey with quantitative analysis,. The number of samples in this study were 86 respondents who visited Lind's Ice Cream and Resto Papandayan Semarang. Based on the results of SPSS calculations, the hypothesis at the tested level is significant and has a positive effect on the regression equation,And it is proven that the service quality  variable  has  the  most  dominant  effect   on  guest   satisfaction  with  a regression coefficient of 0.794. The conclusion of this study  is that The quality of service that has the most positive effect on guest  satisfaction at Lind's Ice Cream and Resto Papandayan Semarang.

Sometimes in some educational institutions they use handbooks in the learning process, but it is different in MA SA Darul istqamah, handbooks are only available for teachers. From this statement, the researcher concludes that the media has an important role in learning, so the researcher wants to know how the implementation of media, especially audio lingual media, in increasing maharah istima' at the institution.This study uses a qualitative research type using a descriptive approach. About the results of the study of the implementation of audio lingual media in increasing the special mahrah of class XI science students at MA SA Darul Istiqamah Woro Kepohbaru. In collecting the data, the researcher used observation and interview techniques, including interviews with the teacher in charge of the subject. And researchers used data analysis that was carried out continuously during the research process by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions.According to the observations that the researchers got, there are several kinds of media used in learning. Especially for istima' skills in Arabic the teacher gives an incomplete text, and later students are given the task of completing the text by listening to the audio that is played. Thus students can train especially in the ability to express words according to what is heard or commonly called maharah istima'.  

Fakfak Regency is one of the autonomous regions located in the territory of West Papua Province. Normatively, this district is still classified as an area rich in potential economic resources. If the potential of these resources can be managed and utilized properly, it will certainly make a positive contribution to the increase of Regional Original Revenue. The Tourism sector is one of the potential and strategic sectors for Regional Original Revenue, because this sector is the main source of Regional Tax and Regional Levy revenue.This study aims to find out the amount of Revenue from the Tourism Sector of Fakfak Regency in the last 5 years, to find out the amount of Contribution of Tourism Sector Revenue to the Original Income of the Fakfak Regency Region, how the theory used in the Development of the Tourism Sector as one of the leading sectors for increasing Regional Original Income. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Based on the results of important research findings, in the last five years the tourism sector has received less attention from the local government of Fakfak district, but the tourism sector's revenue has increased every year.    

The Literature Review research aims to find out whether nutritional status influences physical fitness in students by using secondary data, namely previous research journal articles. The data collection technique uses the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis) method. Searching for journal articles in literature reviews uses methodology with the criteria (1) Searching for journal article data to be reviewed according to the research title, (2) Research variables used according to writing needs, (3) Searching for articles with a time period of 2018-2022 or a period of 5 years, (4) The results of the research are measured validly, (5) Data analysis is analyzed appropriately. The database used by researchers was from Google Scholar Eric Journal and Taylor and Francis with keywords (the relationship between "nutritional status" and physical fitness). From the results of the literature review conducted, it shows that the results of the research show that the variables (1) nutritional status have a relationship with physical fitness in students, (2) there are significant results between nutritional status and physical fitness in students due to several influencing factors.

This research is descriptive research which aims to determine students' interest in participating in extracurricular activities at Nusawungu State Vocational School students. The design used in this research is associative research with descriptive analysis methods. The population is all Class 2 students of Nusawungu State Vocational School, the total population is 279 people. Samples were taken using the Stratified Proportional Random Sampling technique, namely a tiered random sampling method taken from 10% of the total population. So the sample used could be as many as 30 students. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis of descriptive data, percentage analysis using a computer application through the SPSS 16 program. Based on the results of validity and reliability tests, all data is declared reliable because the correlation value (Cronbach's Alpha) on average 0.830 is considered good for use. Normality test The data was also declared normal with an Asymp value = 0.974 (p>0.05). Thus, the results obtained can be concluded that students' interest in taking extracurricular sports lessons at the Nusawungu State Vocational School shows the high category with the results obtained being 78.53%.

This community service project aims to enhance Sunday School teachers’ ability to use digital media as a tool for children’s faith formation in local churches. The rapid development of information technology requires churches to adapt their educational ministries, including children’s spiritual learning. The training was conducted at the Christian Evangelical Church in Timor (GMIT) Sion Noelbaki Congregation, involving 25 Sunday School teachers. The implementation methods included needs observation, interactive workshops, practical sessions on creating digital Bible content, and direct mentoring in using media such as spiritual videos, PowerPoint, and online platforms (YouTube, Canva, and WhatsApp Groups). Evaluation was carried out through pretest-posttest and participant satisfaction questionnaires. The results showed a 78% increase in teachers’ competence in using digital media after the training. Participants also demonstrated high enthusiasm and commitment to applying digital media in their children’s ministry. This activity had a positive impact on improving the quality of faith education, making Sunday School learning more engaging, contextual, and relevant to children’s lives in the digital era.

This research aims to find out: (1) What are employees' perceptions of the physical work environment at the Purworejo Regency Regional Civil Service Agency Office, (2) What efforts are being made to improve the physical working environment conditions at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency Office. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The sample used was a saturated sample because the number of samples taken in this research were all employees at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency Office, totaling 53 people. Data was collected using questionnaire techniques which were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used was recapitulation of questionnaire results and explanation of the questionnaire results. The research results found that 81.13% of employees in the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency office felt comfortable and satisfied with the direct physical work environment. And there are still 18.87% who do not feel satisfied and comfortable with the physical working environment at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency office. There are 81.57% of employees at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency office who feel comfortable and satisfied with the physical work environment that has intermediaries or the general environment. And there are still 18.43% who do not feel satisfied and comfortable with the condition of the physical work environment that has intermediaries or the general environment at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency office. Efforts are being made to further improve the condition of the physical work environment, namely by means of redesigning the office, more can identify disturbances in the office environment because it is located on the side of the road, the lighting and lighting facilities in the work space are adequate, the color combination does not disturb employees and the air quality in the office is further improved with adequate ventilation. 

This study aims to examine the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent commissioners and company size on the integrity of financial statements (in the plastic and packaging sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The population in this study is the plastics sub-sector company. and packaging listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2019 were 15 companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, where samples that met the criteria were 6 companies over a period of 3 years, so the number of samples of research data was 18. The analysis technique used is multiple correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent commissioners and company size affect the integrity of financial statements.

This study aims to analyze "THE EFFECT OF GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE ON COMPANY PERFORMANCE (Study on Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 Period)". By using our mechanisms of Good Corporate Governance, namely the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, Managerial Ownership, and Institutional Ownership as independent variables, while company performance is measured using Return On Assets (ROA) as the dependent variable. This study uses quantitative data with secondary data sources. Research data collection techniques using literature and documentation. The population in this study were 52 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector. The research sample used a purposive technique with a total of 10 companies that met the characteristics. This study uses data analysis methods, namely: classical assumptions, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multiple correlation, multiple regression, coefficient of determination, t and F tests. (2 tailed) = 0.177> 0.05, meaning that there is no significant effect between the Board of Directors and company performance. H2 T test results obtained values -2.386 <1.70814 and Sig. (2tailed) = 0.025 <0.05, meaning that the Board of Commissioners has a significant effect on company performance. The results of the T H3 test obtained the results of -1.189 <1.70814 and Sig. (2 tailed) = 0.246> 0.05, it means that Managerial Ownership has no significant effect on company performance. The results of the T H4 test showed the results of 2.943> 1.70814 and Sig. (2 tailed) = 0.007 <0.05, meaning that institutional ownership has a significant effect on company performance. From the results of the F test, it is found that the calculated F value is greater than the F table (3.405> 2.60), and the calculated significant value is smaller than the predetermined significant value (0.024 <0.05), which means the variables of Directors, Board of Commissioners, Managerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership have a significant effect on company performance. 

The expected goal of this community service is that UMKM are able to understand the basics and regulations of taxation on UMKM so that UMKM business actors are able to fulfill their tax obligations. On the basis of the problems that occur with partners, this PKM program needs to be carried out by providing socialization regarding the existence of PP No. 23 of 2018 for MSMEs that have a turnover of below Rp. 4.8 billion in a year with a 0.5% tariff and only valid for 7 (seven) years. for private person and 3 years for UMKM entities. The method used is discussion and lecture. The service activities carried out by the PKM Team with the lecture and discussion methods have been able to add insight, motivation and understanding about the UMKM Final PPh in the future. UMKM actors are also expected to be disciplined and timely in reporting and paying and in accordance with applicable standards. And also with the UMKM tax incentives during the Covid 19 Pandemic, UMKM actors are expected to be able to use these incentives.
