This special stopping space has been tested on a limited scale to support the movement of motorbikes at signalized intersections in large cities in Indonesia. This research aims to evaluate the intersection and then plan a special stopping room according to the number of motorbikes piling up during the red phase at the intersection. Intersection evaluation is carried out based on primary data and secondary data. The calculation method is guided by the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) and Technical Planning Guidelines for Special Stop Spaces (RHK) for Motorcycles at Signalized Intersections in Urban Areas. The traffic behavior of the existing intersection is, west approach capacity 335 pcu/hour, DS (Degree of Saturation) 1,878, queue length 97 m and average delay 157 sec/pcu. East approach capacity is 342 pcu/hour, DS (Degree of Saturation) is 2,295, queue length is 97 m, and average delay is 169.3 sec/pcu. North approach capacity is 600 pcu/hour, DS (Degree of Saturation) is 0.546, queue length is 157 m, and average delay is 69.2 sec/pcu. South approach capacity is 941 pcu/hour, DS (Degree of Saturation) 0.987, queue length 245 m, and average delay 111.6 sec/pcu.The special stopping space design on the northern approach is 2 lanes with an approach lane and an area of 84 m2; on the southern approach, namely 2 lanes with an approach lane and an area of 84 m2; on the western and eastern approaches do not meet the 2012 Age Work Department Service standards in RHK planning.

To achieve excellent service, a company’s employees must possess certain qualities, such as a passion for work and an attitude of always being ready to assist as well as having the capacity to handle customer complaints professionally. Service to service users at Yogyakarta International Airport, both at the departure terminal and arrival terminals, is critical for passengers. One of these is transit and transfer services for passengers. The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of Transit and Transfer officers’ service quality on passenger satisfaction and to identify what service quality attributes transit and transfer officers at Yogyakarta International Airport should develop. This research employed the importance-performance analysis (IPA) approach. The sample size was 100 respondents, obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were in transit or transferring at Yogyakarta International Airport and measured using the Slovin formula. The data were analyzed using Gap analysis with the SERVQUAL method and importance-performance analysis (IPA). The research results show that the analysis of the level of conformance and the reality-expectation gap based on the five SERVQUAL dimensions of the service quality of Transit and Transfer officers at Yogyakarta International Airport is good in satisfying passenger expectations. The average gap dimension analysis indicates that the service of Transit and Transfer officers are providing satisfactory service based on passengers’ perceptions, with an average score of <-1. Measurement, assessment and evaluation themselves have similarities, but in essence measurement, assessment and evaluation are quite different in terms of their application. In this article, we discuss the nature of evaluation (meaning measurement, assessment, evaluation; function & purpose of assessment, characteristics of educational assessment). The approach used is through a literature review, by collecting data from various scientific sources such as journals, scientific articles, books and other relevant information related to the topic. The data obtained was then analyzed qualitatively, and the results of the analysis were presented systematically and objectively by the author. It is concluded that measurement, assessment and evaluation have their respective roles in the world of education and are mutually binding, such as measurement in the world of education can be carried out with various tests which will later produce grades. From this score, the teacher will pay attention to whether the student should get additional help or not. And this is an evaluation in education.

This study investigates teachers' perceptions, experiences, and challenges in implementing authentic assessment in multicultural secondary school classrooms. Authentic assessment, focusing on real-world applications and holistic evaluation, is considered valuable for engaging students and fostering critical thinking. However, teachers in multicultural settings face specific challenges, including cultural sensitivity, time constraints, limited assessment literacy, and institutional policies favoring traditional assessments. Through qualitative, phenomenological research with in-depth interviews of language and literacy teachers, the study examines the benefits and barriers of authentic assessment. The findings indicate that while teachers recognize its pedagogical value, they encounter difficulties such as time limitations, insufficient professional development, and a lack of institutional support. Additionally, adapting assessments to be culturally relevant while ensuring fairness and inclusivity proves challenging. This research contributes to understanding the practical obstacles teachers face when applying authentic assessment in diverse classrooms. It also suggests that enhancing assessment literacy, providing targeted professional development, and revising policies to support flexible assessment approaches could help address these issues. The study emphasizes the need for a more culturally responsive approach to assessment, aiming to better equip students for real-world success while addressing the complexities of multicultural education.
