In the world of education, learning difficulties are a complex problem that can have a significant impact on student academic achievement. Analysis of causal factors and solutions is important in understanding these dynamics. Factors that cause learning difficulties include health conditions, learning environment, and individual characteristics of students. The impact of learning difficulties can be felt in declining grades, emotional disturbances, and limitations in developing students' potential. However, through the right approach, solutions can be found. Solutions such as learning differentiation, additional support programs, and partnerships with parents are key in helping students overcome learning difficulties and improve their academic performance. These steps provide opportunities for all students to reach their optimal learning potential. This research explores in depth the relationship between learning difficulties and academic achievement, and analyzes the underlying causal factors. Through a better understanding of these issues, educators, education professionals, and parents can work together to create learning environments that are inclusive, supportive, and facilitate students' holistic development. This will have a positive impact in improving student learning outcomes and preparing them for success in the future.

This research aims to identify the issues faced by one of the paint distributors in managing their sales information system. The study notes that despite the store's successful sales activities, the utilization of the sales information system remains limited, with the store preferring to manage products without online information handling applications. This research discusses the implementation of the Digital Population Identity (IKD) application at the Disdukcapil of Tanjungpinang City in the context of E-Government. The implementation of digital identity technology as an effort to improve the efficiency of public services faces a number of challenges, including communication, resource availability, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. In terms of communication, Disdukcapil Kota Tanjungpinang uses social media and goes directly to the field to socialize and activate the IKD application. Challenges arise from people who are still unfamiliar with technology, requiring further efforts in assisting the use of the application. Resources, such as a lack of budget and dedicated teams can hinder effective implementation. Although existing teams have been empowered in the past, further attention needs to be paid to the balance of quality and quantity of human resources. The disposition of Disdukcapil officers in helping people activate IKD is positive. Within the bureaucratic structure, despite the shortage of personnel, coordination and division of labor are quite good. This research uses qualitative research methods by obtaining primary data in the form of interviews at the Tanjungpinang City Population and Civil Registration Office directly and documentation, as well as secondary data obtained from media information, the internet and other documents. In conclusion, the implementation of IKD faces several obstacles, but good communication and disposition efforts show seriousness in realizing the success of the program. Suggestions that the author can give are for the Disdukcapil of Tanjungpinang City to increase the effectiveness of implementation through strengthening communication, increasing human resources, and evaluating the bureaucratic structure on going basis.

Javanese culture and society, which has various styles, is characterized by a common identity, both through physical characteristics and other more abstract characteristics. Similarity of identity is physically sensed through the physiognomy produced by a clan/tribe/clan and cultural products. Meanwhile, abstract similarities take the form of views on life, ways of thinking, structure of society, belief systems, and so on. One form of similarity in the way of life and beliefs of the Javanese people can be observed in the paradigm of identifying human character through the weton and neptu approaches. Weton and Neptu are considered and believed to be a way to recognize one's character and potential from something abstract to something relatively more concrete. In the Javanese belief system, character and potential are two things that determine the development of culture and the success of life of the Javanese people themselves. So, empirically weton and neptu are a way of life that must be taken in order to be happy and prosperous.

Early Breastfeeding Initiation is the process of allowing the baby to breastfeed on its own immediately after birth. This is nature and a gift from God that has been arranged for us. Doing it is also not difficult, it only takes about one to two hours. IMD must be carried out immediately at birth, without delaying weighing or measuring the baby. Babies should also not be cleaned, only dried except for their hands. This process must take place skin to skin between baby and mother. This research uses an analytical type of research with a retrospective research design. The research aims to determine the relationship between early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) and exclusive breastfeeding at the Sonomartani Community Health Center. Based on the data in table 4.3, it can be seen that 5 respondents (38.5%) did not practice IMD but did not provide exclusive breastfeeding and 8 respondents (61.5%) did not practice IMD but did not provide exclusive breastfeeding. Carrying out IMD and providing exclusive breastfeeding was 21 respondents (95.5%). The statistical test results of the chi square test obtained a p value = 0.000, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) and exclusive breastfeeding, namely Ha received. The importance of giving birth in a health service is to avoid sudden emergencies that can cause complications and to provide care according to procedures. This is in line with research by Norhana, Arifin and Yulidasari (2016) that mothers who give birth in health facilities are 15,167 times more likely to carry out IMD. Of the 20 respondents who successfully carried out IMD, 19 respondents (95%) were accompanied by their husbands and family when giving birth and 17 respondents (84%) of them succeeded in providing exclusive breastfeeding. Husband and family support play an important role in managing IMD and building maternal self-confidence. The relationship between early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) and exclusive breastfeeding at the Sonomartani Community Health Center in 2022" with a total of 35 respondents and data processing that has been carried out using SPSS, it can be concluded that the chi square test value is p < 0.05, meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted: Based on the research results, the majority of respondents who carried out Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) were 22 respondents (62.9%). Based on the research results, the majority who gave exclusive breastfeeding were 26 respondents (74.3%). Based on the research results, there is a relationship between carrying out IMD and providing exclusive breastfeeding. The statistical test results obtained a chi square test value (p < 0.05) with a value of 0.000.
