The function of the Navy can be understood as a trinity, namely the idea of three-in-one reflected in the roles of military, diplomacy and polisinil. The implementation can be through the Cadet Exchange program which carries out the exchange of Cadets from friendly countries to AAL and from AAL to friendly countries with a certain period of time. The main purpose of this research is to determine the strategy so that the Cadet Exchange program can run optimally. This research was conducted by collecting respondents using a questionnaire with purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that the Cadet Exchange program strategy is in quadrant 1, namely by implementing an aggressive strategy. With several strategies, namely good academic and foreign language skills of AAL cadets are maintained and improved in supporting the Cadet Exchange program, the Cadet Exchange program at AAL can support the realization of AAL as a World Class Naval Academy, good attention and communication between AAL institutions and cadets can help and facilitate the implementation of the Cadet Exchange program, and the development of communication technology through online (zoom meeting or google meet) can improve the Cadet Exchange program.

It is widespread in society to see the division of labor between women and men based on gender. The daughter helps her mother, and the son helps her father, showing that a woman is more productive in housework. Gender inequality is generated by discriminatory behavior against women caused by this injustice in the division of roles. However, this is different for single women. Until now, they still have problems carrying out responsibilities that must be done, such as running work and taking care of their families. Based on these events, single women experience feelings of fear, known as fear of success. Because of the fear of the negative consequences that may occur if successful, fear becomes a mental barrier to achievement. Every woman must have dreams to achieve, but inadequate circumstances and societal demands make her afraid to succeed. This study uses qualitative methods and is a type of phenomenological research. Theme-driven analysis is used in theory. The information in this study is collected from three single women selected through purposive and snowball sampling. The results of this study show that single women who have experienced fear of success experience the following: fear of themselves, pessimism, doubt about living both roles, pessimism, and difficulty starting new things due to environmental factors.

Temperature and humidity are inseparable from server rooms. This is important because server rooms consist of computers that provide services 24 hours a day without stopping. After collecting all the supporting data, the author found that the temperature was too high and the humidity did not meet the standard, causing the computer to not function properly. The author finally created a tool that can monitor the temperature and humidity in the server room and applied it to the server room of Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital in Semarang. The tool works by reading the temperature and humidity using a DHT22 sensor. After the data is read, the ESP32 will process the data, which will then be sent to a database and stored. The data can be viewed directly from anywhere. The tool not only monitors but also performs other functions, such as turning on the AC/fan when the temperature rises above the predetermined limit and sending notifications via Telegram to the staff so that they can take further action. This device will help the staff because all information about temperature and humidity will be recorded well, so the staff does not need to check the server room all the time.

Land classification for oil palm plantations is an important topic in agricultural and plantation development. In this research, the local binary pattern (LBP) method and support vector machine (SVM) classification were used to identify oil palm plantations from aerial photography images. The main challenge in this process is accurately distinguishing oil palm fields and forests that have similar patterns and colors in satellite images. The LBP method is used to extract important texture features from images, while SVM is used to build a classification model based on these features. The test results show that using this method provides an accuracy value of 83.33% in the classification of oil palm land images. The development of oil palm plantations in Indonesia is becoming increasingly important as investment prospects strengthen. This research helps develop image classification technology to support the agricultural industry.
