This research investigates the impact of using the TikTok application on the communication patterns of Generation Z. TikTok has become a significant platform for this generation in conveying their expressions and interactions through creative video content. This study aims to explore how these applications influence the way Generation Z communicates, including changes in their digital self-expression. This research uses a qualitative approach to analyze how TikTok influences the dynamics of interpersonal communication, the use of visual language, and content consumption and production patterns in the current digital cultural context.      

Land classification for oil palm plantations is an important topic in agricultural and plantation development. In this research, the local binary pattern (LBP) method and support vector machine (SVM) classification were used to identify oil palm plantations from aerial photography images. The main challenge in this process is accurately distinguishing oil palm fields and forests that have similar patterns and colors in satellite images. The LBP method is used to extract important texture features from images, while SVM is used to build a classification model based on these features. The test results show that using this method provides an accuracy value of 83.33% in the classification of oil palm land images. The development of oil palm plantations in Indonesia is becoming increasingly important as investment prospects strengthen. This research helps develop image classification technology to support the agricultural industry.

This abstract provides an overview of the distribution of village funds by village heads in Bangkalan Regency during the 2018-2023 period. This research aims to analyze village fund patterns, the factors that influence them, and their impact on development and the economy in the region. The research methods used include secondary data analysis and surveys of relevant stakeholders, with a focus on transparency in village fund management and future prevention efforts.      

This research aims to explore the hermeneutical thought patterns of the Koran; Prof. Sahiron Syamsuddin uses descriptive qualitative methods with literature analysis. The research results show that the ma'na-cum-maghza hermeneutic method developed by Prof. Sahiron Syamsuddin is a development of various previous interpretive theories with no genuinely new elements. The proposed methodology must be more thorough, and the solutions and proposals are still general and ambiguous. Criticism of classical ulama's thinking is more dominant, and the absence of the word "Hermeneutical Tafsir of the Koran" shows that this method is impractical and can only be applied in a limited way. The implication is that this hermeneutics is unsuitable for studying the Koran because it can cause confusion and doubt. This approach is based on an attitude of skepticism and relativism, which places the Koranic text on par with other texts, resulting in uncertainty in meaning and interpretation that is relative and temporary. The use of the ma'na-cum-maghza hermeneutic method can result in the deconstruction of Islamic laws in the Koran and disrupt the structure of Islamic epistemology.

This study aims to investigate the role of the social media platform Instagram @abouttng in fostering social interaction among the community in Tangerang. Additionally, the study explores the types of content utilized to enhance interaction on this platform. A mixed-methods research approach was employed, involving surveys, interviews, and content analysis. Surveys were conducted to gather data on the frequency of Instagram @abouttng usage, interaction patterns, and users' perceptions of its impact on social relationships. In-depth interviews were conducted with a selection of social media users to gain insights into their personal experiences and interaction strategies. Content analysis was performed to identify the most effective types of content in building social interaction. Demographic and cultural factors were also considered in the analysis. The findings of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the role of social media in shaping local community social interactions and insights for the development of more effective digital communication strategies.

The study looks at how the Child Identity Card (KIA) policy is implemented in Mojokerto district to protect children's rights. The focus of the research is the importance of protecting children's rights through KIA. The aim of the study is to find patterns and important results related to the implementation of KIA in the region. In order to study the implementation of KIA in the Population and Civil Records Department of Mojokerto district, the study used a qualitative approach to the design of case studies. This research helps to enhance the realization of children's rights through good policies, especially in terms of socializing the rights of children to society. It is hoped that this research will provide a better insight into the importance of public policies affecting the right of children to protect them.

Obesity is a condition where a person has an exceeds body weight than normal limit due to accumulation of excess fat in the body. Obesity closely related to insulin resistance, which is a condition where the body cannot respond to insulin effectively. Therefore, education and routine screening for the elderly in order to detect and manage insulin resistance at an early stage is very important. This service activity is carried out using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) method, which includes education about healthy eating patterns, physical activity and weight management, as well as screening insulin levels. Based on these activities, education and screening have proven important in preventing further complications and improving the quality of life of the elderly.

The issue of plastic waste in Indonesia has reached alarming levels with annual production reaching 64 million tons, the majority of which ends up in the oceans, making Indonesia the second largest contributor to global marine plastic pollution after China. Increasing awareness and reducing daily waste generation are crucial to protecting the environment from the serious impacts of plastic's slow decomposition. This research employed accidental sampling with 20 to 30 respondents to investigate the influence of green marketing and green consumerism on purchasing decisions of environmentally friendly products. Data analysis included data exploration to identify patterns and trends, and Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression testing to evaluate the linear relationship between independent variables (green marketing and green consumerism) and the dependent variable (purchase decision). The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that the Green Consumerism variable (X2) has a positive regression coefficient of 0.260, although it is not statistically significant (p = 0.148), suggesting that consumer adoption of environmentally friendly behavior marginally contributes to purchasing decisions of environmentally friendly products. However, the low Adjusted R Square (0.031) indicates that the model only explains approximately 3.1% of the variability in purchase decisions. Therefore, companies need to consider other factors such as price and product quality, and integrate more holistic marketing strategies to enhance consumer preference for environmentally friendly products. Further research using more sensitive analytical methods could provide deeper insights to support more effective decision-making in dynamic markets.

Market Basket Analysis (MBA) is an analytical technique used to identify relationships between items in purchasing transactions. This notebook uses retail transaction datasets and the Apriori algorithm to discover hidden associations and patterns that retailers can leverage in optimizing marketing strategies, store layouts, and product recommendations. Through initial data processing, data exploration, and application of the Apriori algorithm, this analysis succeeded in identifying various significant associations between items that are frequently purchased together. The results provide valuable insights for retailers to develop targeted promotions and improve customer shopping experiences, while emphasizing the importance of selecting the right parameters to obtain accurate and relevant results.

The 5-storey building with 20 meters high and is located in Jakarta, a building that functions as a shop and residence. As a high-rise building, earthquake analysis of the building is required to determine the seismic pattern using the response spectrum method. The spectrum response method is used to determine the structural performance and compare static analysis and dynamic analysis based on SNI 1726-2019. Then the results obtained for each frame use a combination of cases (static + seismic), for displacement review, there is the highest drift on the 5th floor of 37.04 mm, and the highest drift value on the 5th floor of 4.57x10-3 mm. The internal force in the sample column obtained the same results in story 1 column C1 and C2 of 59.57 kN at Fx, Fy of 4.72 kN and moment of 5.01 kN-m, through a combination (static + seismic). The value of the sample beam on the 3rd floor has the highest value on B1, the Fx value was 4.73x10-14 kN, Fy was 9.09 kN, and the moment was 13.88 kN-m.

The COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly changed the business landscape, especially in the use of digital applications. During the pandemic period, digital applications have become the main means for individuals and organizations to stay connected, transact and carry out various activities. However, the pandemic has also exposed several weaknesses in digital application infrastructure and services, such as reduced performance and weaknesses in data security. In facing these challenges, inter-organizational collaboration becomes increasingly important. Such collaboration can help in establishing new industry standards and increase user confidence. On the other hand, innovation in digital application services is also key in meeting user needs after the pandemic. The impact of post-pandemic organizational changes also affects application usage patterns and demand for digital services. This research uses a quantitative survey method by collecting data through questionnaires to understand user attitudes and perceptions towards post-pandemic digital application services.

The purpose of this study is to determine how important career planning is for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in improving the performance of government organizations. This research highlights the importance of ASN with integrity, professionalism, and free from KKN practices, with reference to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 2014 concerning ASN. Achieving organizational goals requires effective human resource management, particularly with regard to career planning and development. Data for this study were collected from various sources of related literature using qualitative methodology and literature review strategy. The research findings show that effective career planning can improve ASN competence and job satisfaction, foster employee motivation, and ensure assignments that match skills and interests. Effective career planning also helps retain exceptional workers and produce future leaders capable of leading the organization. Therefore, ASN career planning patterns are beneficial for the personal development of each ASN and also for the organization as a whole.

In the current era of globalization, many problems occur when entering the political era. It needs to be realized that in the current era, providing information must be in the right pattern, especially to generation Z as young people who choose. Of course, it is necessary to know the things that need to be informed to Gen Z during the political period so that the information reaches the right target to Generation Z. Therefore, it is necessary to know the political communication patterns of Generation Z, especially during the 2024 election. Understanding the communication patterns of Gen Z. one of them is by providing space for expression for them and providing two-way communication that involves them, especially during political campaigns. The goal is that generation Z no longer chooses to be part of the white group and is more involved in the progress of this nation. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach involving several generation Z people in providing information which will later be explained in written form.

Background: Work fatigue experienced by intensive care room nurses shows several symptoms that are often experienced when nurses are tired, namely drowsiness, difficulty concentrating and physical fatigue. The sleepiness experienced by the nurse was indicated by frequent yawning and wanting to lie down. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence the level of work fatigue of nurses at Mitra Medika Amplas General Hospital in 2022. This research is a type of quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all nurses at the Mitra Medika Amplas General Hospital in 2022. The sample in this study was 93 people, using purposive sampling, namely taking samples according to the wishes of the researcher. Data was collected using questionnaires and interviews, then processed computerized. Quantitative data analysis was carried out in 3 stages, namely univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis using Chi-Square, if p ≤ 0.05 then there is an influence between the dependent and independent variables. Statistical test results: age (p value 0.001), gender (p value 0.002), BMI (p value 0.005, education (p value 0.001), sleep patterns (p value 0.001), length of service (p value 0.001), physical work ( p value 0.009), length of work (p value 0.008), it can be concluded that there is a relationship between age, gender, BMI, education, sleep patterns, length of service, length of work, and the level of work fatigue of nurses at Mitra Medika Amplas General Hospital. 2022. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between age, gender, BMI, education, sleep patterns, length of service, length of work, and the level of work fatigue of nurses at Mitra Medika Amplas General Hospital in 2022. It is recommended that Mitra Medika Amplas General Hospital be able to improve health services as well as existing infrastructure in hospitals

This study analyzes the "NYC TLC Trip Record" dataset for the period January 1, 2023 to January 31, 2023 to understand taxi usage patterns in New York City. The objectives to be achieved in this analysis include: (1) Identify the days and times with the highest demand for taxi services, (2) Identify the boroughs with the highest demand for taxi services. We applied univariate analysis for this analysis. The results show that the day with the highest demand occurs on Tuesday for the densest time occurs in the vulnerable time of 3 pm to 6 pm. The boroughs with the highest taxi demand are Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn. This analysis provides the results for NYC TLC to develop a data-driven optimization strategy. This analysis not only helps in identifying demand hotspots but also provides insights for more efficient taxi scheduling and placement. With this analysis, it is expected that more effective pick-up time and location optimization strategies can be developed, thereby improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in taxi services in New York City.

The ability of a nation to progress depends on its level of education. The quality of human resources produced is influenced by how good the quality of education is. Therefore, teachers play an important role in ensuring the success of education. Teachers' skills in teaching are key in creating meaningful learning for students. This research is intended to understand the teacher's skills in organizing learning variations, especially in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at SDIT 1 Daarussalaam Sangatta. The research method used is a qualitative approach of field research type through data collection from observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study highlighted the importance of variations in teaching styles, the use of media and learning tools, as well as communication patterns of interaction with students in order to create a comfortable and conducive learning atmosphere. The findings show that variation in learning plays a key role in motivating learners and teachers have an important role in ensuring such variation through three main components, especially in PAI learning at SDIT 1 Daarussalaam, namely variation in teaching styles that can be used by developing existing learning methods to be more varied and involve more activities for learners, the use of IT-based learning media and tools, and communication patterns of interaction with learners that can be done with many-way communication. Learning variations not only make teaching and learning activities more interesting but also facilitate better understanding for learners in order to achieve the desired learning objectives

This research aims to find out and describe the dance forms of middle children in the Tuah Merindu art studio, PulauBeringin District, South OKU Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method discussing the dance forms of middle children. This research uses primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. The results of this research, the middle child dance was created in 2019 which has the meaning "nak iduptareknyawe" where middle children are required to be tougher and tougher in living life. Over time, this dance is carried out with the aim of preserving and maintaining regional traditional dances that have been passed down from generation to generation so that they are known to the outside community and are not lost over time. Nepenthes sp. is one of the plants that has a distinctive size and shape found in the color pattern, shape of the bag, and its ability to catch insects., the semar bag (Nepenthes spp.) is a protected plant. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of morphology of semar bags in the Cibitung Mountain area. This type of research is an exploratory description, which explores the Mount Cibitung area and identifies morphological characteristics such as shape, leaves, flowers, and semar pouches. The results of this study reveal that one species of Nepenthes miribilis can be found in the Mount Cibitung area, Ciamis. nepenthes miribilis A species of creeping or climbing plant with a height of approximately 3 meters, smooth round stems with clear internodes and purplish green stems, lanceolate-shaped leaves that are stemmed and elliptical have pointed or tapered leaf tips, and stemless rosette-shaped leaves with short stalks. Mentoring has proven to be successful in developing employees in various industries, such as mattress-making companies in Tulungagung Village. The extent to which mentoring can improve employee skills and performance in the mattress-making industry is the subject of this qualitative research. Research on mattress making was conducted through in-depth interviews with employees involved in the mentoring program. To find patterns and themes that emerged in their experiences, a qualitative approach was used to analyze the data collected. The results showed that the mentoring program had a significant positive effect on employee growth. Employees indicated an increase in their understanding of the mattress manufacturing process, more efficient work techniques, and better interpersonal skills. They also said that they feel more confident and motivated to do new things.

Plastic waste is a global problem that is increasing every year because it is difficult to decompose. This article discusses the growth in waste volume in Indonesia which is triggered by population growth, urbanization, and changes in consumption patterns, as well as the main challenges in waste management at the Bantargebang TPST. Through a qualitative approach and case studies, this article highlights the need for a comprehensive approach to waste management, including the establishment of waste banks and increasing public awareness. The main challenges at the Bantargebang TPST include decreasing capacity and difficulties in handling single-use plastic waste. The proposed solutions include expanding TPST capacity, implementing environmentally friendly technology, increasing public awareness, developing adequate infrastructure, and greater funding allocation. Collaboration between the government, the private sector and the community is the key to overcoming this challenge and building a sustainable and environmentally friendly waste management system at the Bantargebang TPST.
