Hang Nadim International Airport in Batam, as one of Indonesia's main airports, plays a vital role in supporting both domestic and international air mobility. However, its proximity to protected forests and green open spaces poses a serious challenge in the form of wildlife hazard risks in the airside area. The main problem identified is the potential for flight disturbances and accidents caused by the presence of wild animals such as birds, monkeys, stray dogs, and cats, which can lead to incidents like bird strikes and Foreign Object Debris (FOD). This study aims to determine the level of wildlife hazard risk in the airside area of Hang Nadim International Airport and to provide effective control recommendations to improve aviation safety. This research uses a descriptive method with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data were collected through field observations, interviews with relevant staff, and documentation of wildlife hazard incidents that occurred from 2022 to early 2024. Risk analysis was carried out using the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) method, by identifying the types of wild animals that frequently appear, the frequency of incidents, and the impact on airport operations. The results show that the level of wildlife hazard risk in the airside area of Hang Nadim International Airport is categorized as moderate to high, especially for incidents involving birds and monkeys. Events such as aircraft delays during takeoff or landing, as well as the discovery of animal carcasses on the runway, indicate the need for more effective management. Therefore, wildlife hazard risk management must be a priority to ensure the safety and smooth operation of flights at Hang Nadim International Airport.

Labor law in Indonesia prioritizes the protection of workers as a primary focus in industrial relations. This protection becomes highly relevant in the context of termination of employment (PHK), particularly in cases where PHK is carried out on the grounds of corporate spin offs. This study aims to analyze the company’s responsibility in fulfilling workers' rights and the legal measures that can be taken to ensure workers' welfare in accordance with Government Regulation No. 35 of 2021. The research method employs a normative juridical approach with descriptive-analytical review of primary documents, such as labor-related legislation, and secondary documents related to the PHK process. The analysis reveals that PHK conducted by a company on the basis of a spin off lacks a strong legal foundation if it contradicts the principles of legal certainty and worker protection as stipulated in applicable regulations. In the event that PHK is still carried out, the company is obligated to provide full compensation to workers, including severance pay, service appreciation pay, and rights replacement as outlined in PP 35/2021. Furthermore, workers are advised to pursue their rights through non-litigation, litigation at the Industrial Relations Court, or administrative measures in a step-by-step manner. The implication of these findings underscores the importance of enforcing labor laws to protect workers' rights during corporate restructuring.

This journal presents public opinion on an event that is currently being widely discussed by Indonesian people on social media, namely the hashtag #KaburAjaDulu. The hashtag #KaburAjaDulu is a form of reaction from some Indonesian people regarding the government's policies under President Prabowo Subianto and the disappointment of Indonesian citizens over their failed hopes of getting a better life after this cabinet change. The government, which should have resolved the problems experienced by the community, instead provided unreasonable policies that increasingly made many people think that fleeing Indonesia and moving abroad was the best way for them to avoid government decisions that were increasingly ensnaring. By using qualitative research methods and collecting data through non-participant observation and literature studies, this study explains how the impact of the #KaburAjaDulu hashtag framing influences people in expressing opinions on social media, thereby giving rise to negative sentiment reactions to the emergence of President Prabowo Subianto's government policies.

Open-pit mining system mining is greatly influenced by surface runoff, rainwater and groundwater. This surface water runoff is highly dependent on rainfall catchment areas, climate, and land use. Handling surface water runoff entering the mining area by creating water channels in the form of open channels and closed channels. One of the mining methods that is generally carried out in Indonesia is the open-pit mining method, which is widely found in East Kalimantan. Large basins will be created as a result of this mining technique, which could eventually serve as a reservoir for water from both surface runoff and groundwater. Therefore, an analysis of the runoff water output in the sump is required, sump capacity and appropriate pumping ratio so that mining activities can continue. The results of the study obtained the runoff discharge value in the sump was 4,071.37 m3/day, the sump capacity was 207,474.07 m3, the water balance in the sump with a total runoff discharge of 5,871.37 m3/day, and the existing volume of water in the sump was 24,771 m3. evaporation of 4.36 m3/day, infiltration of 91.36 m3/day, and pump discharge of 8,229.27 m3/day. A pumping ratio of 0.71 was obtained.
