Issues regarding the environment have become a problem for the wider community and have resulted in changing consumer preferences to become more inclined to use environmentally friendly products. This is an opportunity for companies to make environmentally friendly products and use more environmentally friendly raw materials. In this study, we analyze and determine the effect of green product, green place, green price, green promotion on purchasing decisions for tupperware products. This type of research is quantitative with the consumer population in the Solo city area. There are 100 respondents, taken by accidental sampling techniquw, and analyzed with the help of the Smart Pls 3.0 application. The result show that the green price and green promotion variables have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the green product and green place variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The implication is that the creative industry must continue to improve the quality of environmentally friendly product and knowledge from consumers, so that competitive advantage will be achieved.

Human resource management (HR) has a very important role in managing human capital and talent management in organizations. The presence of qualified and professional human resources can become strategic players in achieving organizational goals and improving individual and collective performance. This study aims to examine the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management and talent management. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method by collecting data through interviews, observation, and analysis of related documents. Respondents to this study were HR managers, employees and team leaders working in various companies in the private sector. The collected data were then analyzed using a thematic approach. The results of the study show that the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management includes the process of recruitment, selection and appropriate placement, competence development, performance management, as well as coaching and fair rewards. Good human resources can help organizations manage human capital effectively, increase productivity, and build a positive organizational culture. In addition, the function of HR as a strategic player in talent management involves identifying and developing individual potential, creating clear career paths, managing knowledge and experience, and leadership development programs. Human resources who are able to manage and utilize existing talent will help the organization face the challenges of intense competition and ensure long-term sustainability.

This study aims to analyze the role of competitive advantage as a variable moderating innovation capability and entrepreneurial marketing on the marketing performance of food and beverage SMEs in Central Java. Problems caused by declining MSME marketing performance around the Covid-19 pandemic. This study was conducted using a quantitative research approach and analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The population of this study is the SMEs in the catering industry in Central Java Province, including a total of 100 SMEs, and the sample is determined by simple random sampling. The results of the analysis show that innovation capability, entrepreneurial marketing, and competitive advantage have positive and significant effects on marketing performance. This achievement is based on a balance between exploration and exploitation which consists of more than just allocating resources in proportion between the two processes. AbstractThe global marketing perspective in international business is a necessary approach for companies operating in global markets. In the era of globalization, international business must understand and manage the challenges and opportunities that arise in the international market. Global marketing involves different strategies and tactics than domestic marketing, given the differences in culture, language, consumer preferences, and regulations in each country. This research aims to provide an overview of marketing in international business and to organize and classify the literature on marketing to clarify the importance of this tool and encourage future research in international business marketing (IBM) projections and the ubiquity of this tool's power in the hands of users. This research also focuses on companies that must be able to adapt their products and marketing messages to local preferences and the needs of consumers in each market and must have in-depth knowledge of international trade laws and regulations and develop effective cross-cultural communication skills. The global marketing perspective in international business is the key to a company's success in the global market. In an increasingly connected world, companies must be able to understand global markets, adapt their products and strategies, face existing challenges, and forge strategic partnerships. With the right approach, companies can achieve a competitive advantage in an increasingly complex global marketplace. Apart from that the contribution of research is also important to identify new challenges and opportunities for marketers, researchers and international companies and in terms of unraveling the existing contradictions, applying new theoretical frameworks to make better future decisions for large corporations, and providing higher quality research to new in the IBM context.

This literature study aims to review the literature relating to the effect of port facilities and service quality on customer satisfaction. The literature review was carried out by searching for articles published in leading and accredited journals. The results of the literature study show that port facilities and service quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Complete and adequate facilities, such as parking areas, toilets and waiting areas, can increase customer satisfaction because they provide comfort and convenience for customers. In addition, good port service quality, such as service speed, staff friendliness, and punctuality, also contribute positively to customer satisfaction. Previous research has also shown that investment in port facilities and service quality can increase customer satisfaction. Customers who are satisfied with the services provided tend to return to using port services and recommend the port to others. However, there are several other factors that also affect customer satisfaction, such as the price of port services, port security, and ease of access. Therefore, it is important for ports to pay attention to these various factors in increasing customer satisfaction. In conclusion, this literature study shows that port facilities and service quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Ports must pay attention to these factors to increase customer satisfaction and obtain long-term benefits for their business.

In facing business competition, PT Telkom implements a strategy to be able to compete in the international market so that the company's capabilities and advantages competitive companies in the face of increasing competition in the international market effective. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy, the five forces analysis, industrial environment and SWOT analysis at PT Telkom. Besides that, identify the factors that become strengths and weaknesses as well opportunities and threats for this company. The analysis used in the research. This is a qualitative and descriptive descriptive analysis. By doing This external environmental analysis can evaluate PT Telkom's competitive strategy in achieving sustainable growth. This study investigates how different leadership styles, such as transformational and transactional, affect employee motivation and organizational performance within the service sector. Through a survey of service-based organizations, the research highlights the relationship between leadership approach, employee satisfaction, and overall productivity. Findings suggest that transformational leadership significantly enhances motivation and performance, offering a strategic advantage in a competitive market.

This research aims to explore sustainable digital marketing strategies suitable for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The study employs a descriptive research model, utilizing purposive sampling to select participants with extensive experience in digital marketing within MSMEs. Data collection techniques include semi-structured interviews and content analysis of relevant literature. Thematic analysis will be employed to analyze the data, identifying patterns and themes related to effective sustainable digital marketing practices for MSMEs. The study anticipates uncovering insights into innovative and environmentally conscious digital marketing approaches that can be adopted by MSMEs to enhance their competitiveness while minimizing environmental impact.

Marketing strategy is an effort made by a businessman in introducing his product to achieve the desired goals by developing competitive advantages and efforts used to generate profits. The marketing strategy is very important for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in marketing their products. Where in marketing management there are four marketing strategies through the Marketing Mix, namely product, price, place and promotion. The purpose of implementing a marketing strategy through Marketing Mix is ​​to increase product sales and provide an understanding of marketing strategies in order to solve specific problems in marketing. This community service activity was carried out in the Bojo Environment, Awang Tangka Village, Kajuara District, Bone Regency. The results achieved in this activity were an increase in image and sales as well as an increase in knowledge and insight regarding marketing strategies at Mrs. Asriani's MSMEs Pastry Business. The method used in this activity is the socialization method of implementing marketing strategies by utilizing brochures as learning materials.

In the industry competition and technological advances increasing, companies can increase their competitive advantage to manage operational costs well. The costs issued by the company must have value added for the company so that there is no waste of costs. Therefore, cost efficiency is very crucial for a company in order to maintain its sustainability of the company. Activity-based management is a technique for increasing efficiency. This research aims to implement activity-based management to increase the efficiency of PT. The Charm of Arnos Concrete Gresik. This research is descriptive and qualitative, using primary data from interviews. Research that is descriptive qualitative using primary data in the form of interviews. Research findings show that by implementing activity-based management in PT Pesona Arnos Beton Gresik, activities with a low amount of added value are obtained after being carried out by this method. Costs that do not have added value can be reduced so that there are cost savings. This still develops efficiency without negating the quality of service provided to consumers or customers.

This study aims to determine the design of e-business strategies, especially in the culinary field in the Home Industry. Currently,many small and medium entrepreneurs use internet technology to increase their competitive advantage in selling culinary businesses. One popular strategy is the use of e-business, such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram to improve the performance of business operations. However,to implement an e-business strategy, sellers needa model that can attract customers so that they can generate profits. In this study the authors used a theoretical approach which only describes theories as a basis for thinking and literary methods in which this research method retrieves data from a collection of articles, journals and books from all forms of related sources. The author obtains results from research showing that E-Bussines Home Industry is able to generate promising profits and can compete and innovate to produce new products and have high selling value for the progress of Home Industry businesses, especially in the culinary field,now and in the future.

The purpose of this research is to examine 1. What factors attract foreign buyers to import cashew nuts from Indonesia?.2. What are the obstacles faced by foreign buyers in the process of importing cashew nuts from Indonesia?.3. What are the stages of the process carried out by buyers to import cashews from Indonesia?.4. What is the solution to these obstacles? This research was made using a qualitative descriptive analysis type of research regarding the marketing process of the cashew nut export sales business. (2) Currency differences. (3) Obstacles in the Form of Regulations. (4) International trade barriers are seen from economic institutions, namely: The influence of economic organizations, Anti-dumping regulations that increase import duty rates, Embargoes related to the prohibition of trade between countries. The development of business circumtances that always changes, leads companies to have competitive advantages in efficiency and effectivity. PT. Djinawi is a self-focused contractor company in optimalizing its human resources assets by adapting the empowerment to be successful in market competition. Such adapting of empowerment is viewed from four psychological empowerment dimensions that had been introduced by Spreitzer. Those foour dimensions are meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact. If all of these four dimensions, e.g., meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact is felt by employees, then the empowerment process will go through in good condition. This research used a holistic single case study, by using the technique of data collection by interview, direct-observation, and internal data of company. For the needs of mapping, a pra-case study had been carried out. From this research, it revealed that the adapting of empowerment can go through well, which viewed from the four dimensions, e.g, meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact that has been felt by employees. In line with it, from the triangulation may be obtained that the respondents also expressed some obstacles in project staff level. It can be concluded that if all of four dimensios, e.g, meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact could be felt by employees, then empowerment can go through well as well as make a company success in face against a tight of market competition.

The goals of the study are to test the effects of strategy orientation, creativation, innovation for marketing perfomance, and the competitive advantages of central batik industry in Pekalongan. The study was done by questionnaire method. Sampling was done by accidental sampling of 100 respondents while techniques were being analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Model). The result of the study recommends the orientation of strategy, creativity and innovation that influence on the performance of marketing significancy. The orientation of strategy, creativity and innovation affect the competitive advantage through marketing performance too. Marketing performance influence the competitive advantage directly in the apparel industry of central batik in Pekalongan.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of price and service quality on competitive advantage at Babershop Koko in Nampurejo Purwodadi village. The analytical technique used to analyze the effect of price and service quality. Data collection and surveys were carried out using questionnaires. The sample used a purposive sampling technique, totaling 50 respondents. This research uses data analysis methods, multiple regression, coefficient of determination t test and f test. Based on the research carried out, the results of the regression equation Y = 0.671 + 0.041X1 + 0.298X2 are finally obtained. This means that if the value of the price and service quality variables is objectified research is equal to zero, then the level or magnitude of the competitive advantage variable at Babershop Koko is 0.671. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R Square) explain that 21.1% is influenced by price and service quality variables, while 78.8% is influenced by other factors that were not studied, for example promotional factors and other consumer loyalty and so on. The results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) show a positive and significant influence between price and service quality on competitive advantage. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (f test) show a positive and significant influence between the price and service quality variables on competitive advantage.
