In the ever-evolving era of digital marketing, the diffusion of innovation and the phenomenon of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) become two interrelated elements, creating a dynamic and highly competitive marketing strategy. Diffusion of innovation, as a concept that describes the spread of new ideas or technologies in society, is a strategic key for companies that want to win the hearts of consumers.  FoMO, on the other hand, is an emotional force that can be utilized as a digital marketing strategy. The fear of missing out on the latest trends or opportunities drives consumers to be more responsive to ongoing innovations. This is where the combination of innovation diffusion and FoMO creates a unique opportunity for companies.  This research was conducted through a literature review study derived from 20 published journals/articles. Literature search through Google Scholar, Repect.Org, Knowledge Map, Mendeley, Schi Hub and Science Direct. The keywords used were "Fear of Missing Out" and "Diffusion of Innovation".  By understanding the interplay between innovation diffusion and FoMO, companies can design digital marketing strategies that not only accelerate the adoption of new products or services, but also build communities, creating a sense of uniqueness and exclusivity that can be a powerful driver to ensure the successful launch of innovations in the fast-paced digital marketplace.

Debt instruments, particularly those related to preferred and common stocks, play an important role in capital markets and corporate finance. One of the crucial elements that influence investment decisions and corporate policies is debt repayment provisions. Preferred stocks, with higher priority in terms of debt repayment, provide a sense of security for investors because they provide greater protection against the risk of loss. In contrast, common stocks, which have lower priority in debt repayment, offer higher potential returns but with greater risks. This article aims to explore the role of debt repayment provisions in common stocks through an in-depth literature review. The methodology used is a thematic and comparative analysis approach to the existing literature, focusing on the differences in debt repayment rights and their impact on investment decisions and corporate policies. The results show that debt repayment provisions have a significant impact on investment stability, where preferred stocks are more beneficial for conservative investors who prioritize security, while common stocks are more suitable for investors seeking potential returns for conservative investors who prioritize security, while common stocks are more suitable for investors seeking potential high returns despite greater risks. This conclusion provides an important contribution to understanding the dynamics of the capital market and helps investors and companies in designing better financial strategies. Further research is needed to explore the direct effect of debt repayment provisions on capital market performance and stock value in companies.

In Indonesia's correctional system, correctional institutions play a vital role, particularly in educating offenders, including juvenile offenders. Juvenile offenders are individuals under 17 years of age or those who do not yet possess an ID card, commonly referred to as children. Since children are in their developmental stage and are vulnerable to environmental influences that may worsen their psychosocial condition, rehabilitation often poses significant challenges for them. Therefore, correctional institutions are responsible for providing training that encompasses rehabilitation, social reintegration, and punishment. In this context, the rehabilitation process aims to fulfill the rights of children in correctional facilities, including access to formal and non-formal education, life skills training, and psychological counseling. The objective of this training is to equip children with the necessary skills to reintegrate into society after serving their sentence. Moreover, correctional institutions also play a role in fostering a sense of responsibility and self-esteem in juvenile offenders, enabling them to become active and positive members of society. The purpose of this study is to examine how correctional institutions contribute to the rehabilitation of juvenile offenders and the challenges faced in implementing rehabilitation programs that align with children's rights. The research findings reveal that, despite efforts by correctional institutions to implement various rehabilitation programs, such as education, skills training, and psychological counseling, there is still much to be improved.

Every day we often hear pornographic news in the mass media, social media, TV, etc. Moreover, with the existence of Android phones, it is easy to access pornographic things, especially among teenagers. That is why there are many cases of fornication, rape due to the release of the consequences of what they watch. It is inevitable that this does not happen because it has been facilitated by cellphones for every teenager. Those who are not yet old enough to know about sex according to their age, make it too early to learn about sex. Teenagers spend more time with cellphones so that they forget to do their work because they are so engrossed. That is why, in this case, parents need to accompany their children in using gadgets so that they can be controlled later in using their Android phones. We hear and see day by day, cases of sexual harassment occur and are increasing regardless of the place whether it is at home, school, public facilities, even in places that are considered sacred. We can see when we watch TV, underage children are the victims of pornography. Not a few have to deal with the police and end up being looted. Pornographic acts are also clearly shown without wearing clothes. There is no longer a sense of shame and reluctance to show off one's body aura to the media for the sake of a morsel of food that must be risked. No thought is given to the negative impacts of all this. By watching freely, the morals of the young generation are damaged, of course the targets are children, teenagers who are still fragile in their stance. They are still easily tempted by things that smell of porn. Several years ago, the government blocked porn sites but the fact that we see is that there are still those who can access them. We do not know what caused why they can still be accessed easily. Is the government not serious enough in handling this problem? Or is it because of someone's skill in fiddling with how to find the site? We leave that question. Now the most important thing is to fortify ourselves with faith in God, for parents, accompany your children in using Android, provide positive activities at home, etc.

Basically, God created His creatures perfectly. On the other hand, it turns out that God also created humans who do not have five senses, or incomplete body functions, such as the blind, deaf, physically disabled, even mentally disabled so that they have limitations in carrying out daily activities and are often considered different from others. A person who has physical or mental limitations due to illness or injury is called a disability. Being a person with a disability not only affects the person themselves, but often their families, especially their parents. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of pastoral care for parents who have children with disabilities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The population and sample of this study were parents, namely the father and mother of a child with disabilities in Pamalian village, Sorkam sub-district, Central Tapanuli district. Electronic cane: It is an electronic cane designed in the shape of a long white cane, but it provides the blind with ultrasonic frequencies that he can feel under his hand and through an audible alarm when it hits a certain obstacle in its path{1}. It can also detect obstacles in all directions at a distance of five meters. The ends of this cane are made of lead. The International Federation of the Blind, which is one of the organizations affiliated with the United Nations, has declared October 15 of each year as the International Day of the White Cane for the Blind, due to the utmost importance of the white cane for the blind, as it makes him depend on himself after God. This dependence is foldable and is stronger and lasts for a long time. It is important to note here that the white cane with a red stripe placed on the lower part of the cane symbolizes the person's suffering from loss of vision with deafness or hearing impairment.  Regardless of the type and shape of the white cane, it has become a symbol of the blind person’s independence and his ability to move, work and integrate into society like other individuals. It guides him to directions, barriers and obstacles and spares him the need to touch things that may be difficult or dangerous to touch, thus protecting him from many harms, in addition to providing him with a lot of information that he lacks due to his lack of sight and the inability of the other senses to provide him with it.

The purpose of this study is to examine the elements that contribute to the Indonesian population's poor insurance knowledge. Even though insurance plays a significant role in offering financial security, public involvement is still minimal. This study highlights a number of important elements, such as a strong sense of communal solidarity, limitations in commercial communication, and inadequate financial literacy. People often rely on unofficial social assistance, which makes them believe that insurance is not necessary. Misunderstandings about the advantages of insurance are also a result of insurance firms' poor marketing strategies and lack of socialization. Data was gathered from a variety of pertinent literature sources using a literature review and qualitative analysis process. The results show that more successful teaching approaches that are appropriate for the local cultural context are required to improve public awareness and involvement in insurance. It is anticipated that this research will aid in the creation of programs and policies that will raise insurance literacy in Indonesia.

This research aims to explore more deeply the phenomenon of slang use among UINSU Public Health students and its impact on social dynamics and the development of their identity. Through a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews and participant observation, this research seeks to understand how slang plays a role in forming social bonds, creating a sense of belonging to a group, and influencing the way students interact with each other. Preliminary findings show that slang not only functions as a communication tool, but also as a symbol of identity and a means of expressing oneself. However, on the other hand, the use of slang that is too intense can blur the boundaries between formality and informality, thus potentially hampering the learning process and effective academic communication. Therefore, this research highlights the importance of balancing the use of slang with good and correct language rules, so that students can communicate effectively in various contexts without sacrificing their group identity.
