This research is motivated by several problems, namely the occupancy rate at The Axana Hotel Padang is not up to target, there is hesitation for guests to stay overnight because of discomfort at The Axana Hotel Padang, the image of The Axana Hotel Padang has not been able to provide trust in guests, customer views towards the Axana Hotel Personality brand which has inadequate service, there are guest complaints regarding guest expectations not being met while staying at The Axana Hotel Padang. The research purpose is to analyze the brand personality impact on customer satisfaction. The research type used is descriptive through quantitative data. The data type used in this research is primary data. The research population were guests staying at The Axana Hotel Padang. The sample for this research are 95 guest with a sampling technique by using non-probability sampling. The technique for data collection was conducted using a questionnaire with a scale of Likert which has done process for validity and reliability test. The research data were processed by SPSS 25.00. The research results shown that brand personality is in the sufficient category, that are 3.35%. Furthermore, the customer satisfaction variable is in the sufficient category, that are 3.40%. The brand personality impact on customer satisfaction with a score in 14.6% and 85.4% is impacted by other factors. So, the multiple linear regression analysis results obtained a calculated F score is 15,947 with sig. 0.005 < 0.05, meaning that the brand personality variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the t value obtained is 3,993 with sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

This research was motivated by the discovery of problems related to promotion via social media Instagram and electric word of mouth (ewom) on the decision to visit the documentation center. The aim of this research is to find out and describe the influence of promotion via social media Instagram and electric word of mouth (ewom) on the decision to visit the documentation center. The type of research used is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The type of data used in this research is primary and secondary data. The population of this research is visitors to the Minangkabau culture of PDIKM Padang City. The research sample consisted of 103 consumers with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling using purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data from this research were processed using SPSS 25.00. The results of this research show that promotion via social media Instagram is in the sufficient category with a value of 3.40, then the electric word of mouth (ewom) variable is in the sufficient category with a value of 3.40, and the decision variable to visit the documentation center is in the sufficient category with a value of 3.40. value of 3.40. The influence of promotion via social media, Instagram and electric word of mouth (ewom) on the decision to visit the documentation center with an adjusted R Square of 49.3% and 50.7% influenced by other factors.

This research is based on some problem associated with repurchase intention at Tede Coffee. So, the purpose of this study is to investigate the Influence of Product Innovation on Repurchase Intention at Tede Coffee Padang. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with population 987 person, and the sample on this reseach is 91 respondents. And then get form purposive sampling technique the sample is consumen of Tede Coffee. The data collection method in this research uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale which has been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data was then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) software version 25.00. From the analysis results, it can be concluded that based on the t-test results, for innovation variables with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, it means that there is significant influence of product innovation on repurchase intention. According to the F-test with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, it means that product innovation simultaneously has a significant effect on repurchase intention. The product innovation variable influences the repurchase intention variable by 55.2%, while the remaining 44.8% is influenced by other variables.

The purpose of this research is (1) to determine the use of the Internet of Tings (IoT) to help simplify the process of searching for information at the Archives and Library Service of West Sumatra Province, (2) to determine the implementation of the Internet of Tings (IoT) in searching for information in libraries can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of services at the West Sumatra Province Archives and Library Service, (3) to find out what Internet of Things (IoT) devices can be used to assist the information search process at the West Sumatra Province Archives and Library Service. Measurement of the Internet of Things (IoT) is seen through four indicators, namely OPAC, RFID, information literacy and recommendation services. Measuring search information is seen through five indicators, namely, cognitive needs, affective needs, personal integration needs, social integration needs and fantasy needs. This research is quantitative research with descriptive methods. The population in this study was all users at the West Sumatra Province Archives and Library Service, using a random sampling technique. The main instrument used is a research questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been tested with a sample size of 100 respondents. The research results are: (1) The Internet of Things (IoT) variable has a total average score of 3.46. This indicates that the score is on an interval scale of 3.26-4.00, which means it is classified as very good. (2) The information search variable has a total average score of 3.23. This indicates that the score is on an interval scale of 2.51-3.25, which means it is in the good category. (3) The influence of the Internet of Things (IoT) on information searches at the West Sumatra Province Archives and Library Service. In the hypothesis test, the result was 0.398, which means that information needs have a significant relationship with the use of collections at the Sawahlunto City Library and Archives Service, as well as in the table model summary obtained R = 0.288. Then R2 = 0.083. If converted into a percentage, it is 28.8%, this shows that the influence of the Internet of Things (IoT) on information search is 28.8% and the remaining 71.2% is influenced by other factors. Overall, the results of the research analysis can be concluded by researchers that there is a significant influence on the Internet of Things (IoT) on information searches at the West Sumatra Province Archives and Library Service.

This study aims to determine which of Facebook and Instagram has the most dominant effect on increasing the purchase intention of Ornamental Coral at PT Dirga Mega Cipta Bekasi. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all Facebook and Instagram social media followers on the @coral education and @coral_educational accounts. The sample in this study amounted to 39 people using random sampling analysis techniques, The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which had been tested and had met the validity and reliability requirements.  The data processing technique used SPSS version 22. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study can show that Facebook and Instagram social media have the most dominant influence in increasing purchase intention on Ornamental Corals is Facebook Social Media.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the marketing mix on the decision to purchase roast duck at Warung Makan. From the results of the validity test of 28 valid statements and the significant limit of rtable is 0.05 and the two-sided test, the rtable value is 0.2787 while rcount > rtable for each statement in this study. The results of the reliability test, the Cronbach Alpha value is 0.920, the N of items is 28. From the results of data analysis and data tabulation, it can be seen that the results of the regression equation are Y= 0.773+0.380X1-0.098X2+0.423X3+0.103X4. Based on the calculation results, the R value (correlation coefficient) of 0.654 is obtained at a relationship level of 0.60 – 0.799, which means it is at a strong relationship level between the product (X1), price (X2), place (X3) and promotion (X4) variables. ) on purchasing decisions (Y). The Adjusted R Square value (coefficient of determination) is 0.376 or 37.6%. This shows that the variables product (X1), price (X2), place (X3), and promotion (X4) contribute or contribute an influence of 37.6% to the purchasing decision (Y) of roast duck at Warung Makan, while the remaining amount is 62.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. The Fcount test results obtained a value of 8.392 with a significance level of 0.000 while the Ftable value was 2.58 (4:45). So Fcount is 8.329 > Ftable value is 2.58. This means that there is a joint influence between product variables (X1), price (X2), place (X3), and promotion (X4) on purchasing decisions (Y). The results of the t test obtained a Product tcount value (X1) of tcount 2.473 > ttable 2.01410 with a significance level of 0.017 < 0.05. So H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Price (X2) t is -0.728 < t table is 2.01410 with a significance level of 0.471 > 0.05. So H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. Place (X3) tcount is 1.874 < ttable is 2.01410 with a significance level of 0.067 > 0.05. So H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. Promotion (X4) tcount is 0.511 < ttable is 2.01410 with a significance level of 0.612 > 0.05. So H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. Based on SPSS results, the product variable (X1) has a dominant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) with a t value of 2.473 with a significant rate of 0.017.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Reward (X1) and Punishment (X2) which influence jointly (simultaneously) and individually (partially) on the performance of Civil Servants at the Paser Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Service. From the research results, it was obtained that the validity test results of the total number of questions were 22 items, all of which had a value of rcount > rtable, which means that all questions were valid (feasible). From the results of the reliability test, it can be seen that the results obtained were 0.881, which means that the questionnaire items can be said to be reliable because the Cronbach's Alpha value is > 0.6. From the research results of multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation Y = 1.152 + 0.338 X1 + 0.383 X2 is obtained. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.737, this shows that there is a strong relationship between the Reward variable (X1) and the Punishment variable (X2) on the Performance of Civil Servants (Y) at the Paser Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Service. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.543, which means that the Reward variable (X1) and Punishment variable (X2) can explain the Civil Servant Performance variable (Y) at the Paser Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Service by 54.3% while the remaining is 45. 7% is influenced by other variables not studied. From the results of the F Test, it is obtained that Fcount is 18.432 > Ftable 3.30 so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence simultaneously (simultaneously) between the Reward variable (X1) and the Punishment variable (X2) on the Civil Servant Performance variable (Y) at the Youth Service, Sports and Tourism in Paser Regency so that the first hypothesis is confirmed or Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. From the results of the t test for the Reward variable (X1) and the Punishment variable (X2) they have a significant effect on the Performance of Civil Servants (Y) at the Paser Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Service. Furthermore, the results of the t test show that the Punishment variable (X2) has a dominant influence on Civil Servant Performance (Y) which is strengthened by the highest t value of 2.758 and the smallest significance value of 0.010 so that the second hypothesis is proven or Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Fresh water is a basic need of the ship's crew in supporting the creation of smooth ship operating activities, therefore it is also necessary to have an auxiliary aircraft that can produce its own fresh water on board to reduce ship operating costs, which is called the Fresh Water Generator (FWG).  FWG is an auxiliary aircraft that can convert seawater into fresh water by evaporation and condensation processes. Therefore, it is necessary to have a tool to monitor the performance of the fresh water generator. The purpose of this research is none other than to monitor temperature conditions, water TDS, and conditions on the input and output streams of the fresh water generator evaporator filter to be more optimal and efficient and to determine the reliability of the fresh water generator performance equipment system using a long distance in order to create better and higher quality fresh water production on board. This research uses a prototyping method system. After designing and testing the tool monitoring system for the performance of fresh water generators using Arduino mega 2560 based on LoRa Ra-02, this system is one of the new technologies that can monitor the performance of fresh water generators to be more efficient and reliable. Then the readings of all sensors can work properly with an average percentage error on the Max 6675 temperature sensor of 0.58%, pressure transmiter sensor 1 of 2.04%, pressure transmiter sensor 2 of 2.04%, and TDS  sensor of 1,70% and the distance to communication between the receiver and transceiver reaches a range of 200 meters without obstacles and 97 meters through obstacles around.

Corporate governance, audit committee, and audit quality are important factors that can influence company performance. Good corporate governance can create an effective internal control system, increase transparency and maintain company accountability. The audit committee, as part of corporate governance, plays a role in overseeing the financial reporting process, evaluating the internal control system, and monitoring external audit performance. High audit quality can increase stakeholder confidence in the company's financial reports and provide guarantees for the accuracy and reliability of financial information. This research aims to analyze the influence of corporate governance, audit committee, and audit quality on company performance. Corporate governance variables are measured using corporate governance scores, while audit committee variables are evaluated based on the characteristics and effectiveness of the audit committee. Audit quality is assessed by the reputation and experience of the external auditor. Meanwhile, company performance is measured using financial ratios such as return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). This research uses data from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during a certain period. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method to test the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. It is hoped that the findings of this research will contribute to the development of corporate governance practices, audit committee management, and improvement of audit quality in Indonesia, as well as provide insight for companies in efforts to improve their financial and operational performance.

In the present day, many have used communication tools to share data as text, video, images, or sound and the like. There is a speed of data transmission depending on the delivery method, if there is a system error then the data is likely not to be sent, therefore there are various types of data managers so that there are no obstacles or errors during the data transmission process. The star topology was chosen for its advantages in network management, trouble shooting and providing reliable and easy-to-organize connectivity. The main focus is to evaluate the efficacy and effeciency of the star topology in handling different amounts of data traffic using performance characteristics including packet loss, jitter, delay, and throughput. And the use of switching in the star topology can provide optimal and stable performance under high traffic load can provide reliability and efficiency in data traffic management.

The instability of the economy and increasingly sharp competition in the industry requires a company to further enhance the efficiency of its operations. Treatment method that has been used is still corrective maintenance where engine maintenance activities undertaken to improve and enhance the condition of the engine so as to achieve the standards set at the level tersebut.Besarnya machine downtime which reaches up to 40% each month. Due to the growing number of downtime that occurs it will be increasingly detrimental to the productivity of a company. In this study used methods Realibility Centered Maintenance abbreviated to (RCM), which is to determine the optimal engine maintenance activities for the company. Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is an approach that combines maintenance practices and strategies of preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (cm) to maximize the life (life time) and the function of assets / systems / equipment at a minimal cost. Subjects studied machine is the machine Injection Molding, where the focus of engine components that will be examined as many as six parts: Barrel, Piston Injection, Toggle Clamping, Nozzle, Hydro Motor, Hopper. As for the category based on time (TD), the treatment provided in the form of component replacement schedule. Category finding damage (FF) recommended replacement components if the level of damage exceeds tolerable limits. Failure of components that include safety problem 13:33%, Outage System 80.00%, 6.67% Economic System. Of the total minimum downtime obtained Screw interval of 30 days, the crosshead link 11 days, Seal 13-day, 12-day screening. This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction. There are three hypotheses developed in this research, namely: 1) Customer quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Data collection method is through distributing questionnaires to respondents directly. The respondents in this research were Sumba Kitchen customers. The number of questionnaires distributed was 98. The test technique used uses a validity test and a reliability test. Testing the first and second hypotheses uses a simple linear regression test. The research results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

This research explores how service quality (servicescape) at Prima Freshmart, Sekolah Vokasi IPB University, affects customer satisfaction. Researchers surveyed 100 customers to gauge their perceptions of service quality and satisfaction. The results indicate that servicescape, as a whole, positively influences customer satisfaction. Among the servicescape dimensions, attentiveness and reliability emerged as the most influential. This suggests that customers value caring and dependable attitudes from the staff at Prima Freshmart. In conclusion, servicescape is a crucial factor for Prima Freshmart to consider in boosting customer satisfaction. Management should prioritize enhancing service quality, particularly regarding staff attentiveness and reliability, to cultivate a more satisfied customer base and encourage repeat business at Prima Freshmart.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Islamic Business Ethics and the Understanding Level of Employee on Islamic Marketing Ethics (Case Study of Employees of Bank MuamalatBaturaja Sub-Branch Office).This study uses primary data with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 11employees of Bank Muamalat Baturaja Branch Office. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling formula, so that 11 employees were sampled in this study. The analytical method used in this research is validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS 25 statistical analysis.The results of this study indicate that Islamic Business Ethics has a significant positive effect on Islamic Marketing Ethics and the understanding level of employees has no effect on Islamic Marketing Ethics while work discipline has a significant positive effect on Islamic Marketing Ethics, between Islamic Business Ethics and the Level of Understanding of Employees, the Level of Understanding of Employees is the most dominantly influence on the application of Islamic Marketing Ethics at Bank Muamalat Branch Office of Baturaja is Islamic Business Ethics.

In business, the store atmosphere can be an important factor in influencing the emotions that consumers feel when visiting a store so that it can influence purchasing decisions, both positively and negatively. Apart from store atmosphere, promotions can also influence impulse buying and positive emotions which act as mediators between store atmosphere variables and impulse buying and promotional variables on impulse buying. This research aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and promotions on impulse buying through positive emotions as a mediating variable with a study conducted at McDonald's Jabodetabek. Data testing using quantitative methods was obtained through questionnaires with a total of 203 respondents which were processed using SEM-PLS where the software used was SmartPLS 4 to test descriptive statistics, outer model, inner model, Cronbach's Alpha, Composite Reliability & Average Variance Extracted (AVE), and hypothesis. The results of path coefficient testing show that the store atmosphere has an insignificant influence on impulse buying, but promotions and positive emotions have a positive and significant influence on impulse buying. Meanwhile, the mediating variable, namely positive emotions, shows the store atmosphere and promotions can partially have a positive and significant influence on impulse buying.

This study aims to examine: about the function of Human Resource Management (HRM) in a company in increasing customer satisfaction, especially for patients at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Banjarbaru. The research design is a qualitative research which is a type of field survey research and a type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation. The results showed that human resource management is very influential on the satisfaction of visitors or patients at the Islamic Hospital Sultan Agung Banjarbaru, the results of the study obtained from several dimensions, namely: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, physical appearance. And from these results indicate that the informants are not satisfied with the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, empathy and physical appearance due to queuing problems, health workers do not provide good explanations and understanding, doctors pay less attention when providing services. Meanwhile, informants who are satisfied only with the guarantee variable because the service they get is very good and the doctor is able to assure the patient's recovery, provides a sense of security, is friendly, polite and gentle.

This research aims to determine partially and simultaneously the independent variables Product Completeness, Price and Service Quality on the dependent variable customer loyalty at Dina Swalayan (Cv. Anugerah Maju Sejahtera) Plosoharjo Pace Nganjuk. The type of research used is quantitative research with a survey method which is carried out to find numerical data as a medium for processing research data using statistical tests. The research population is all customers who have made purchases with a total population over three months, namely an estimated 870 customers. The sampling technique used was the Non Probability sampling method with a sample size of 90 respondents. The data sources for this research are primary data and secondary data by taking questionnaires directly to customers. The methods used in carrying out the analysis are validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple regression, T test, F test, coefficient of determination R2. The results of the research show: There is a partial influence of product completeness (X1) on customer loyalty (Y) by showing that the t test results obtained a Sig value. 0.000 < 0.005 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The partial influence of price (X2) on customer loyalty (Y) by showing the results of the t test obtained a Sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The partial influence of service quality (X3) on customer loyalty (Y) shows that the t test results obtained a Sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The simultaneous influence of product completeness (X1), price (X2), and service quality (X3) on customer loyalty by showing the F test results obtained a Sig value. 0.000 < 0.05.

Passenger comfort in using public transportation is the main factor in satisfaction with the transportation services used. This lack of satisfaction will affect the use of transportation services which will reduce the income from transportation services. The aim of this research is to determine the characteristics, level of passenger/customer satisfaction based on (reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, responsiveness) and factors that influence the level of passenger satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative method, which was carried out in September-November 2022 at a tourist bus shelter in Tana Toraja Regency using SPSS analysis. The results of the research show that the analysis of 5 dimensions, namely tangibles (physical evidence) 0.131, reliability (reliability) 0.084, responsiveness (responsiveness) 0.082, confidence (belief) 0.117, empathy (attention) 0.0120. The most influential factor is the tangibles dimension (physical evidence), which is 0.131.

This research uses empirical legal methods to examine the integrity and credibility of the 2024 election organizers in Indonesia. Data was collected from various sources, including MK decisions, DKPP, election observer reports, academic publications, and related news. Data analysis was carried out to identify patterns, trends and implications for the integrity and credibility of election organizers, as well as evaluate the implementation of the General Principles of Good Government (AUPB) in organizing elections. The main objective of this research is to update the electoral system in Indonesia and ensure that elections are of quality, integrity and reliability. The research approach focuses on collecting empirical data from concrete cases during the 2024 Election and in-depth analysis of this data to identify emerging patterns and trends. Data analysis aims to evaluate the influence of political intervention, conflicts of interest, and compliance with legal rules and decisions on the integrity and credibility of election organizers. The results of the research will be compiled in a report that includes in-depth analysis of concrete cases, policy recommendations to improve the integrity and credibility of election organizers, as well as suggestions for improving the implementation of AUPB in the 2024 Election. This research is expected to provide a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities to ensure the integrity and credibility of election organizers in Indonesia, as well as providing concrete steps to improve the implementation of AUPB principles in the election context.

This research is an associative research which aims to determine the effect of communication and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Industry and Trade of Bima Regency. This research was conducted at the Department of Industry and Trade of Bima Regency. The research instrument used was a questionnaire containing a number of statements using a Likert scale measurement. The population used is all employees at the Department of Industry and Trade of Bima Regency. as many as 56 employees. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 49 ASNs. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, documentation, literature study. Data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test, F test. The results showed that communication and work motivation affect employee job satisfaction in the Department of Industry and Trade of Bima Regency. The magnitude of the influence of communication and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Industry and Trade of Bima Regency. by 69.2%.
