With the increasing need for medical services and developments in technology, doctors and patients are often faced with various legal issues related to health care. The role of doctors in society is crucial because of the knowledge and skills needed to diagnose and treat disease, as well as maintain patient health. A surgeon is a specialist doctor who treats diseases, injuries or emergency conditions in the body through surgical methods (operatives) carried out in the operating room installation. The doctor's legal responsibility towards patients in the operating room installation is based on several relevant legal principles, the principle of informed consent or consent in treatment is an important factor in determining whether the doctor is responsible or not. Patients must be given adequate information about the diagnosis, procedures, risks, and treatment alternatives before giving consent for medical treatment. What are the rights and obligations between the doctor and patient in the agreement before surgery, as well as the agreement between the doctor and patient after the patient has received this information. Research methods using normative law are methods used to study legal rules as a system that can be linked to certain legal events. Secondary data uses tertiary legal data, secondary legal data and tertiary legal data from books, literature, publications and statutory sources related to all discussions. From this research it was found that every human being has the human right to live a healthy life and a doctor has ethical and professional responsibilities in carrying out his duties. The relationship between doctors and patients is regulated by applicable laws and regulations. It can be concluded that the legal responsibility of doctors towards patients in operating rooms is very important in medical practice. As health professionals, physicians have an ethical and legal obligation to provide safe, competent, and responsible care to their patients. If a doctor fails to meet expected standards of care or commits negligence that results in injury or harm to a patient, they may be legally liable.

The advance of technology has affected many aspects of people’s lives. One field that also has been greatly affected by this advancement is Education. There are lots of online learning platforms that emerged in the past 2 decades. Khan Academy and IXL are two favourite examples of those platforms that are being used to help students learning Mathematics and Science. DeltaMath, although not as famous, is also of the platforms that are available and can be used to help students learning Mathematics. This study examined the impact of DeltaMath toward students’ Mathematics learning outcomes. There are 56 samples in total that are divided into 2 group of 28 students. One group is the group of students who are introduced to and are using DeltaMath as supplementary resources in their learning and the other group consisted of students that didn’t use the DeltaMath in their learning. Main findings show that: 1. The average score of the final exam of group who used DeltaMath is higher than the group of students that didn’t use DeltaMath. 2. Students who solved more than 150 questions in DeltaMath performed better in the final exam than most students, their average is 7 points higher compared to the average of all students. 3. There is no significant difference between group that are using DeltaMath compared to group of students who didn’t use DeltaMath. There are still few publications related to DeltaMath, unlike Khan Academy and IXL, thus, this study hopefully can contribute to the research of the impact of using DeltaMath.

Crime cases are a common problem for many countries around the world. It doesn't matter whether the country is a developed country, a developing country or a poor country. In Indonesia itself, there are still many cases of crime, many of which are caused by economic problems such as income inequality, poverty, high levels of poverty, and low levels of education which can influence crime itself. By knowing whether these economic problem variables influence crime or not, the crime problem in Indonesia can be addressed better. This type of research is included in quantitative research. In this research, we will examine economic inequality, poverty levels, education levels and poverty levels on crime in Indonesia in 2013-2023. The data used in this research is secondary data, namely data obtained from a second source during the period 2013 to 2023. The type of data used in this research is time series data. The data in this research were obtained from publications from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency. The data collection method uses the documentation method, namely the method of collecting data on economic inequality, poverty levels, education levels, unemployment and crime rates which is carried out by taking data from various documentation or publications from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The research results obtained are that economic inequality has an insignificant positive effect on the crime rate, while education level, poverty level and open poverty rate have an insignificant negative effect on the crime rate.

It is very common to find journal publications and scienntific articles according to certain fields and the influence of a method on cases that have been investigated first, then reviewed in a scientific article. However, language errors are often found in scientific articles that have been read, both in spelling, punctuation, and so on. This research is qualitative research that uses descriptive methods. The data collection technique used in this research is document study. After conducting a review, the researcher still found several errors in language, for example the author still could not differentiate between standard and non-standart words. There are still structural errors. Therefore, through review by other researchers to analyze journals that have been released, it will certainly help to improve future journals.
