Currently we cannot escape the influence of information technology. Because like it or not, the development of science and the application of technology is experiencing an increasingly rapid increase, especially in every work environment such as business practitioners.Computer/information technology is the technology that is most widely used in various agencies, both government and private. The rapid development of technology over time means that human work can generally be completed quickly. Technology is a tool that is often used in human activities. The role of technology today makes information processing easier because processing is necessary so that the resulting information can be useful for its users. Competition in the business world requires developers to find a pattern that can increase sales and marketing of goods, one of which is by utilizing transaction data. The availability of abundant data, the need for information to support decision making to create business solutions, and infrastructure support in the field of information technology are the reasons for the birth of data mining technology. Problems that occur at UD. Martua is lacking in reviewing the products being sold, what products consumers need and less effective data storage. With data mining, it is intended to provide real solutions to UD. Martua can find out which items are selling well and which items are not selling well, then can compare sales from year to year to become an effective medium for developing sales at UD.Martua. In grouping sales data, the fields used are item name, quantity purchased, quantity sold for 1 week, then the data will be processed with the k-means clustering algorithm. The final result with 20 grouping data samples was the final result with 2 clusters, namely, cluster 1 (C1) with 10 best-selling items, cluster 2 (C2) with 10 non-selling items. With data mining using the K-Means algorithm, losses for UD.Martua..speeding up decision making to restock goods that are selling well so that consumers who want to buy don't have to wait long. Providing information from sales data to find out what causes profits or losses at UD.Martua. Providing convenience for UD.Martua in determining which products are selling and which are not selling so that there is no accumulation of goods that are not selling and resulting in losses for UD.Martua.

This research aims to determine sharia promotional strategies, inhibiting factors and efforts to increase sales of ars snack msmes in jambi city. This research uses qualitative methods. This research is the owner of the msme ars snack. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. the conclusion results show that: the sharia promotion strategy carried out by msme ars has implemented the fathonah characteristic, namely being smart in innovating to update and add to its products. Maintaining and improving the quality of its products so as to create customer trust in ars snack msmes by always paying attention to sharia regulations. Advertisements carried out by ars snack msmes have implemented the characteristics of siddiq and trust both on social media and in brochures and must still prioritize honesty, truth and trustworthiness based on islamic economic perspective, personal sales carried out by umkm ars snack apply tabliq characteristics, namely meeting directly with customers and potential customers by conveying correctly using appropriate and easy to understand words without cheating about the products being sold. The public relations owned by msme ars snack jambi city is specifically to build good relationships with various groups, build a good company image and support each other among msmes and promote products to increase sales of each msme player.

PT WIKA Industri Manufaktur is a company operating in the automotive sector in Indonesia. The products sold by PT WIMA are the GESITS G1 and GESITS RAYA G electric motorbikes. The company must have an effective and efficient strategy in selling new electric motorbike products in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the implementation of marketing strategies carried out by PT WIMA. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews and collecting data from several parties involved in the PT WIMA marketing program. Through data collection using observation methods, it can be seen that the marketing strategy carried out by PT WIMA in marketing GESITS electric motorbikes is to use the Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning (STP) marketing strategy and also the 4P Marketing Mix strategy (Product, Price, Promotion, Place)

This thesis is entitled Analysis of Promotional Strategies According to Islamic Economics in Increasing Sales Volume (Study of the "Jambi Family" Electronic Store in Pematang Lumut Village, Tanjabbar). This research aims to determine promotional strategies according to Islamic economics in increasing sales volume. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, where in collecting data the researcher uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. The research results show that the Jambi Family Electronics Store has implemented promotions according to Islamic economics well in running its business. The obstacle in carrying out promotions according to Islamic economics is the lack of keeping promises caused by limited availability of goods which causes many consumers to have to wait and some also cancel orders because they have to wait. The second is the lack of carrying out promotional activities online. The solution in carrying out promotions is to provide availability of goods, other payments in addition to cash such as credit and being active in carrying out promotions.

Surety bond insurance issuance services are an important sector in the construction and service industry, because they involve insurance institutions on the quality and success of projects to clients. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and sales promotion on Suretybond sales volume at PT. Parolamas Jayapura branch quality of service and sales promotion to the sales volume of suretybond PT. Parolamas Jayapura branch. The sample taken in this study was 100 respondents with random sample. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with simultaneous regression test (F-test) and partial regression test (t-test). The results showed that there was a positive influence of service quality and sales promotion on the sales volume of suretybond PT. Parolamas Jayapura Branch. Quality of service and promotion is able to explain Sales volume by 81.1%, while for 18.9% sales volume is influenced by variables other than service quality and sales Promotion.

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of product, price, location, promotion and word of mouth on sales volume at Attahira Fashion Tulungagung. This research uses a quantitative method with a Non Probability Sampling sampling technique with an accidental sampling method with a sample size of 60 people. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) as well as the determinant coefficient (R2) which was processed using the SPSS version 25 program. Conclusions were obtained from the research results. that partially the product has a positive and significant effect on sales volume, a significant t value of 0.000 <0.05 is obtained. Price partially has a positive and significant effect on sales volume, obtaining a significant t value of 0.044 < 0.05. Location partially has no effect on sales volume, obtaining a significant t value of 0.460 < 0.05. Promotion partially has a positive and significant effect on sales volume, obtaining a significant t value of 0.000 < 0.05. Word of mouth partially has no effect on sales volume, obtaining a significant t value of 0.437 < 0.05. Product, price, location, promotion and word of mouth simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on sales volume at Attahira Fashion Tulungagung by looking at the significant F value of 0.000 < 0.05.

 In an era full of technological developments, various daily activities are connected with the help of the internet, making operations easier and faster. One use of this technology, for example, is massive marketing activities carried out via social media, one of which is WhatsApp. This application introduces WhatsApp Business features specifically designed to facilitate the marketing of their products to consumers. This increase in the number of WhatsApp users opens up more opportunities for businesses to maximize the application's potential as a digital marketing tool. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of promotions and services via WhatsApp on sales. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used in this research was 37 people using the questionnaire distribution method as a data collection tool. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS software application. The research results show that variable X1 (promotion) and variable X2 (service) each influence variable Y (sales) in a positive direction. Besides that, variables X1 (Promotion) and X2 (Service) in the model together are able to explain 40.3% of the influence on variable Y (Sales).

This research aims to analyze the calculation of cost of goods sold and profit determination at UD Han Petshop Lamongan. The approach used in this research is a case study in accordance with the problem formulation and research objectives. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, using data validity techniques used, namely source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of this research show that UD Han Petshop Lamongan in calculating the cost of goods sold has complied with the calculation procedure by entering initial inventory data plus net purchases then minus ending inventory. In determining profit, the company has included all the data required in the profit and loss financial report. The data used in determining net profit before tax is net sales minus the cost of goods sold and operating costs.

This research aims to determine the effect of cost of goods sold, fixed assets and long-term debt on the net profit of consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesian sharia stock index (ISSI) 2017-2022. This research uses independent variables, namely cost of goods sold, fixed assets and long-term debt. The dependent variable is net profit. The data used in this research is secondary data, namely in the form of financial reports of companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesian sharia stock index (ISSI) 2017-2022. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Statistical methods use multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of this research show that cost of goods sold has a significant effect on net profit, fixed assets have a significant effect on net profit, and long-term debt partially has no significant effect on net profit. Then the cost of goods sold, fixed assets and long-term debt simultaneously influence net profit. By using the F test, it is found that the independent variable has a simultaneous influence on the dependent variable. The calculation of the coefficient of determination shows that all independent variables are 0.559 or 55.9%, meaning that net profit can be explained by the cost of goods sold, fixed assets and long-term debt of 55.9%. while the remaining 44.1% can be explained by other factors outside this research.

Cash sales transactions are said to have been carried out if the company has received payment from the customer and will then be handed over by the company to the customer of the Cat Jaya Gemilang Semarang shop, a company engaged in the field of building paint trading in Semarang. Currently, the system that is running is still manual, namely the administration section records incoming and outgoing goods, all recorded in the book for sales are also recorded manually. With manual recording, books are easily damaged or torn, data in the warehouse records is sometimes not the same as the physical goods that exist, and there is no data security. With the above problems, the author created a system that can reduce weaknesses by creating a systematic application in the database.

The problem with  Dony Computer is that sales transactions still use a manual system using ledgers for each recording, so that errors often occur which will cause losses for Dony Computer and inefficient reporting to shop owners. The aim of designing a sales information system is to make it easier for the administration to process existing data. Application tools that have been created with PHP and a MySQL database can provide a smooth process for inputting and storing data and reports provided to shop owners. By using a system development method, namely the System Development Life Cycle. The results of this research create a sales application design that can make it easier for stores to collect data on goods and sales data to make it better and more accurate. Apart from that, the level of effectiveness of this application is quite high as seen from customer satisfaction with a good and fast transaction process.

Dalam era digital saat ini, platform perdagangan elektronik seperti Tokopedia dan Shopee telah menjadi sarana utama bagi pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) untuk menjual produk mereka secara online. Di sisi lain, aplikasi mobile memainkan peran krusial dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kenyamanan bagi penjual dan pembeli. Artikel ini membahas pemanfaatan aplikasi Android GAWAY sebagai alat yang mampu mengoptimalkan penjualan gerabah melalui platform-platform tersebut. Penelitian ini menggambarkan proses implementasi GAWAY dalam mengelola aspek penjualan, mulai dari pengaturan produk hingga manajemen pesanan. Metode analisis data melibatkan pemantauan statistik penjualan, interaksi pelanggan, dan tingkat kepuasan melalui fitur GAWAY. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan GAWAY secara signifikan meningkatkan visibilitas produk, interaksi pelanggan, dan akhirnya peningkatan penjualan gerabah di platform Tokopedia dan Shopee. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya integrasi teknologi aplikasi dengan platform perdagangan elektronik untuk mendukung pertumbuhan UKM dalam ekosistem digital.

Ibu rumah tangga di desa Kalirejo Kecamatan Negeri Katon, Kabupaten Pesawaran, Provinsi Lampung memproduksi tapis dengan skala home industry untuk menambah pemasukan ekonomi keluarga. Namun selama ini produksi tapis dengan skala tersebut memiliki kelemahan terutama dalam hal inovasi produk. Produk tapis yang dihasilkan hanya seputar selendang dan kain sarung saja. Hal ini berdampak pada jumlah penjualan karena tapis hanya digunakan dalam kegiatan formal saja seperti acara adat ataupun pernikahan. Hasil dari turunan produk tapis pun masih di dominasi kalangan dewasa; belum menjangkau kalangan remaja. Hal ini dikarenakan desain serta bentuk turunan tapis yang ada saat ini dinilai belum sesuai dengan perkembangan masyarakat sekarang. Maka dari itu perlu adanya inovasi untuk memperbarui produk yang sudah ada agar dapat lebih menarik perhatian konsumen dan memiliki perbedaan dengan produsen lainnya. Sehingga nantinya akan berdampak pada kenaikan jumlah pemakaian yang secara tidak langsung juga akan berpengaruh pada kenaikan jumlah penjualan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan konsulatif terhadap mitra. Metode ini dilakukan dengan cara meminta pendapat mitra terkait pelatihan atau kegiatan yang berlangsung serta memberitahu atau meluruskan hal hal yang bersifat prinsip yang kiranya keliru atau menyimpang. Sedangkan untuk kegiatan yang bersifat praktek, peneltian ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif, yaitu diskusi terkait permasalahan yang ada, pencarian alternative solusi dan pembuatan keputusan atas dasar kerjasama atau kesepakatan bersama. Saat ini, dengan munculnya e-commerce di Indonesia, orang hanya tinggal di rumah, membeli barang secara online dan mengirimkannya langsung ke rumah. Semua dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa klik atau ketukan. Dengan mempertimbangkan kemudahan ini, minat belanja online semakin meningkat. E-commerce di Indonesia tumbuh signifikan sejak beberapa tahun terakhir. Dalam survei terbaru yang dilakukan oleh Barometer Konsumen Google bersama toko online Elevenia, Jumlah transaksi online di Indonesia meningkat, 78% responden berbelanja online melalui gadget seluler. di Indonesia mencatat 41% penjualannya berasal dari Jakarta, namun enam bulan kemudian angka ini turun menjadi 22%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak hanya konsumen di Jakarta yang rutin berbelanja online, konsumen di luar Jakarta juga memberikan kontribusinya terhadap pasar e-commerce di Indonesia, termasuk masyarakat di kota Semarang. Dengan semakin merabahnya perkembangan industri e-commerce Transmart berinovasi dengan meluncurkan Transmart Home Dilevery (THD) diharap mampu membantu memenuhi kebutuhan harian masyarakat terutama produk fresh food namun tetap meminimalisir penyebaran virus corona (Covid-19). Dengan semakin maraknya perkembangan perbelanjaan online Transmart hadir dengan memberikan pelayanan yang aman, praktis dan juga nyaman bagi pelanggan. Riset yang dilakukan oleh Association of E-commerce Indonesia (IDEA), Google Indonesia, dan TNS (Taylor Nelson Sofres) menemukan bahwa produk fesyen mendominasi pasar e-commerce sebagai produk yang paling sering dibeli, diikuti oleh gadget seluler, elektronik konsumen, buku dan majalah, dan bahan makanan. Dengan berkembangnya e-commerce, persaingan antar toko online menjadi semakin ketat. Banyak perusahaan perlu menyesuaikan diri dengan kebutuhan pasar yang berubah-ubah. Untuk mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif, perusahaan harus memahami pentingnya kepuasan pelanggan. Pelanggan yang puas akan membeli produk lagi, membicarakan produk dengan baik kepada orang lain. Terutama di pasar e-commerce jika orang menemukan produk serupa dengan harga lebih rendah dan kualitas lebih tinggi, mereka dapat dengan mudah pindah dan membeli dari pesaing yang lebih gesit. Masalah belanja online lainnya adalah layanan pengiriman yang buruk yang mengakibatkan kedatangan produk terlalu lama atau bahkan rusak. Layanan pengiriman sangat penting dalam e-commerce, karena merupakan tahap terakhir dari proses pemenuhan pesanan dan dari sudut pandang konsumen, yang paling kritis. Pengiriman tepat waktu dan andal harus menjadi prioritas nomor satu dan sangat penting untuk keberhasilan setiap toko online. Penelitian ini mengambil obyek di Transmart Setiabudi Kota Semarang, karena masa pandemi COVID-19 ini meluncurkan layanan pesan antar Transmart Home Dailivery (THD) yang dapat diakses melalui website thd.transretail.co.id ataupun dengan cara scan QR code yang terdapat pada seluruh sosial media Transmart Carrefour. Peluncuran layanan pesan antar ini diharap mampu membantu memenuhi kebutuhan harian masyarakat terutama produk fresh food, namun tetap meminimalisir penyebaran virus corona (Covid-19). Permasalahan yang diangkat penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah dampak online fresh product delivery service dan pakaging produk dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini sesuai renstra Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 dalam topik tata kelola bisnis perusahaan.

This study aims to understand the implementation of the accounting information system on electronic tickets with the KAI Access application at the Medan train station and to understand whether the internal control system of the accounting information system at the Medan station works efficiently or not. PT. Kereta Api uses an electronic ticket accounting information system (e-ticketing) as a form of improving the quality of service and security for users, especially improving the quality of information, the information provided must be useful, reliable and used in a timely manner. The method used in this study is a field study which includes observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses qualitative methods and data analysis techniques are applied, namely descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis and interpretation of data on the implementation of the electronic ticketing (e-ticketing) Accounting Information System at PT Kereta Api are an integrated system. Organizational structure of PT. Railways are generally very good and prevented from manipulation. PT. Kereta Api runs electronic ticketing operations (e-ticketing) using serial documents, accounting records including deposit books, income analysis, expense analysis, cash register books, and joint books. Implementation of electronic ticket accounting information systems (e-ticketing) for PT. Railways are considered good until the implementation of internal control is also running effectively.

This research aims to maximize profits from selling cakes and find out the optimal number of each type of cake to be produced according to the limits available to Mrs. Farida Bako. The data collection technique was carried out by direct interviews with the respondent, namely Mrs. Farida Bako. The data analysis technique used is the simplex method in order to produce maximum profits by knowing the number of cake types produced. The research results show that maximizing and knowing the number of production results can maximize profits of IDR. 1,153,000

Abstract. The method used in this research is Value Chain Mapping, Gender Sensitivity Value Chain Mapping, and Canvas Business Model. Value Chain Mapping is used to map activities ranging from upstream to downstream from a tempe industry value chain in Tenggilis Surabaya. Gender Sensitivity Value Mapping is used to map and analyze the role of gender in the tempe industry value chain. Whereas the Canvas Business Model is used to redesign the tempe industry business model in Tenggilis  Surabaya based on value, gender, and competitive advantage. The results of this study are Value Chain Mapping and Tempe Business Model  for the home-based tempe industry. The role of women housewives in the tempe industry value chain in Tenggilis  Kauman is almost 50%. For the tempe production system and marketing management for the SME scale, such as the tempe industry in Tenggilis  tempe village, the maturity level has reached the optimal level, level 5. For external suppliers, the maturity level is still low at level 2 or still in the development stage. For market orientation, competitors and product development are already at a competitive level. Revenue Streams from the tempe business process in Kampung Tempe is the sale of tempe and its processed products, as well as a tourist visit.   Keywords: gender role, tempe industry, tempe business model, value chain mapping   Abstrac. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Value Chain Mapping, Gender Sensitivity Value Chain Mapping, dan Canvas Business Model. Value Chain Mapping digunakan untuk memetakan kegiatan mulai dari hulu hingga hilir dari suatu rantai nilai industri tempe di Tenggilis Surabaya. Gender Sensitivity Value Chain Mapping digunakan untuk memetakan dan menganalisis peran gender dalam rantai nilai industri tempe. Sedangkan Canvas Business Model digunakan untuk mendesain ulang model bisnis industri tempe di Tenggilis  Surabaya berdasarkan nilai, jenis kelamin, dan keunggulan bersaing. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pemetaan Rantai Nilai dan Model Bisnis Tempe untuk industri tempe rumahan. Peran ibu rumah tangga dalam rantai nilai industri tempe di Tenggilis  Kauman hampir mencapai 50%. Untuk sistem produksi tempe dan manajemen pemasaran skala UKM seperti industri tempe di Kampung Tempe Tenggilis  tingkat kematangan sudah mencapai tingkat optimal yaitu tingkat 5. Untuk pemasok eksternal tingkat kematangan masih rendah pada tingkat 2 atau masih dalam tahap pengembangan. Untuk orientasi pasar, pesaing dan pengembangan produk sudah berada pada tingkat kompetitif. Aliran pendapatan dari proses bisnis tempe di Kampung Tempe adalah penjualan tempe dan hasil olahannya, serta kunjungan wisatawan.   Kata kunci: peran industri tempe, gender, model bisnis tempe, pemetaan rantai nilai

Abstract. The method used in this research is Value Chain Mapping, Gender Sensitivity Value Chain Mapping, and Canvas Business Model. Value Chain Mapping is used to map activities ranging from upstream to downstream from a tempe industry value chain in Tenggilis Surabaya. Gender Sensitivity Value Mapping is used to map and analyze the role of gender in the tempe industry value chain. Whereas the Canvas Business Model is used to redesign the tempe industry business model in Tenggilis  Surabaya based on value, gender, and competitive advantage. The results of this study are Value Chain Mapping and Tempe Business Model  for the home-based tempe industry. The role of women housewives in the tempe industry value chain in Tenggilis  Kauman is almost 50%. For the tempe production system and marketing management for the SME scale, such as the tempe industry in Tenggilis  tempe village, the maturity level has reached the optimal level, level 5. For external suppliers, the maturity level is still low at level 2 or still in the development stage. For market orientation, competitors and product development are already at a competitive level. Revenue Streams from the tempe business process in Kampung Tempe is the sale of tempe and its processed products, as well as a tourist visit.   Keywords: gender role, tempe industry, tempe business model, value chain mapping   Abstrac.
