Tuberculosis (TB) remains one of the main challenges in the health sector in Indonesia, with a fairly high number of cases each year. This study aims to analyze the distribution of TB cases based on occupation and identify community groups that are at higher risk of spreading this disease. The data used in this study were obtained from estimates of the 2022 TB epidemiology report. The results of the analysis show that informal workers, such as laborers and traders, are the group with the highest number of TB cases, at 36.0%. This is followed by formal workers (21.6%), farmers/fishermen (17.3%), housewives (14.4%), students (6.5%), and unemployed or retired groups (4.2%). The high prevalence of TB in informal workers is caused by several factors, including an unhygienic work environment, limited access to health services, and unhealthy lifestyles. Based on these findings, a more effective strategy is needed in efforts to prevent and control TB, especially for groups with high levels of vulnerability. Health education, increasing access to health services, improving work environment sanitation, and early detection programs are important steps in reducing the spread of TB. With the right intervention, it is hoped that the number of TB cases in Indonesia can be reduced significantly.

This research describes the Implementation of Population Administration Policies on Administrative Vulnerable Populations (Study on Suku Anak Dalam in Bungo Regency, Jambi Province). Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the implementation of population administration in administratively vulnerable populations such as Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) has been implemented by the Bungo District Government through the Bungo District Population and Civil Registration Office, but only a small proportion of SAD residents are recorded and obtain population documents. This is due to the absence of specific regulations governing the data collection and recording of administratively vulnerable populations such as SAD. In addition, the causes of the lack of optimal administration of administratively vulnerable populations such as SAD in Bungo Regency, Jambi Province are limited resources and funds, as well as natural factors due to the distance from the city, a nomadic and closed lifestyle, plus language problems that are difficult to understand. Therefore, in order to achieve Orderly Population Administration specifically for vulnerable populations such as SAD, there needs to be a policy that applies specifically to SAD residents in addition to policies that apply generally in population administration data collection. In addition, the relevant agencies can carry out cross-sectoral cooperation and need to make special plans regarding the financing of data collection and form a Special Officer Unit to carry out data collection of administratively vulnerable populations such as SAD in the Bungo Regency area.

Descriptive research involving 75 Gen Z on Gen Z's concerns about their parents' economic and financial conditions in retirement concluded that 86.7 percent of Gen Z were worried about their parents' economic and financial conditions in retirement, while 13.3 percent of Gen Z were not worried. As many as 66.7 percent of Gen Z were not sure that their parents would be financially free in old age, while 33.3 percent of Gen Z were sure that their parents would be prosperous in retirement. The implication is that if Gen Z is already working and is forced to help their parents' economy, then 53.3 percent of Gen Z are willing to help their parents' retirement by 10% of their salary. This means that 1 in 2 Gen Z are only willing to set aside 10% of their salary to help their parents in retirement. As a solution to Gen Z's concerns about their parents' economic conditions during retirement, ways to overcome this include: 1) the need to have sufficient retirement savings, 2) maintaining health so that it does not decline during retirement, 3) avoiding a consumptive lifestyle, 4) not depending on their children, and 5) avoiding the occurrence of a sandwich generation.

PayLater services are increasingly popular as a payment method that offers ease of transactions and financial flexibility for its users. However, this convenience can also increase consumptive behavior that has the potential to affect individual financial stability. This study aims to analyze the impact of PayLater service on consumption interest and lifestyle of PT Tripatra employees. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to PT Tripatra employees who use PayLater services. Data analysis was performed with descriptive statistical tests and linear regression to measure the relationship between PayLater usage, consumption behavior, and financial stability. The results showed that the PayLater service provided significant benefits in the ease of transactions and increased employee purchasing power. However, there is a positive correlation between the use of this service and an increase in consumptive behavior, including impulse purchases. This has the potential to reduce individual financial stability in the long run, especially for those who lack good financial literacy. Uncontrolled use of PayLater services can increase financial risk. Therefore, awareness and good financial literacy are needed so that the benefits of this service can be optimized without causing negative impacts. As a recommendation, companies are advised to provide financial education to their customers.

The crazy rich phenomenon as a form of modern materialism and hedonism has poisoned the lives of the young generation of Indonesia in the current millennial era. They have been eroded by worldly pleasures. Tempted by the glamorous and luxurious lifestyle of the crazy rich, they are willing to show off their wealth that is not actually theirs. The purpose of this study is to determine wealth in the Islamic perspective. Qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach are sourced from literature study data. Wealth should be used for social interests, such as through zakat, alms, and fair economic activities. Islam emphasizes the importance of using wealth responsibly to meet basic needs and improve people's welfare, without forgetting simplicity as the main principle. Wealth must be obtained and used in a halal way, not for things that are in vain or violate sharia, and support the values of justice and blessings.

Anxiety is a psychological issue that is often experienced by young women, particularly when dealing with academic demands, social pressures, and the physical changes that occur during puberty. In addition, irregular menstrual cycles are a common problem faced by many young women, which can have long-term impacts on their reproductive health. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between anxiety levels and the menstrual cycle in adolescent girls at SMPN 3 Cianjur in 2024. The research uses a Stratified random sampling method, involving 80 adolescent girls who experience both anxiety disorders and menstrual cycle irregularities. Data collection was carried out using primary data obtained directly from participants, utilizing the Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HRS-A) questionnaire and a menstrual cycle questionnaire. The statistical analysis involved both univariate and bivariate techniques, with a chi-square test employed to examine the relationship between the two variables. The results of the chi-square test showed a significance value of 0.675, indicating that there is no significant relationship between anxiety levels and menstrual cycle irregularities in the adolescent girls at SMPN 3 Cianjur. This study contributes to the understanding of the psychological and physiological challenges faced by adolescents, and highlights the need for further research to explore other factors that may influence menstrual health and mental well-being. Given the findings, this study recommends that future research consider including additional variables such as lifestyle factors or hormonal imbalances that could provide deeper insights into the relationship between mental health and reproductive health.
