The Cyber-Physical System is a key system in the implementation of the 4th generation industrial revolution. This system combines automation systems, electronics, internet networks and machine learning. The implementation of physical cyber systems in agriculture  is one of the long-awaited applications because it is the backbone of the implementation of  sustainable agribusiness systems. With this system precision agriculture and pervasive computing in agriculture can help stakeholders in agribusiness to enjoy various benefits optimally. One example of its application is a smart farming system that is conditioned to provide measurable and maximum yields without having to sacrifice soil nutrients because it is well monitored according to weather conditions.  In previous studies, several LoRa communication-based systems for monitoring local weather in a place and measurements of soil nutrient conditions have been carried out and displayed through the internet network. Monitoring and control systems on other agricultural models based on hydroponics and aquaponics have also been carried out for some types of crops. The results provide greater potential for wider application and in actual conditions in the agricultural industry. In this study, the integration of physical cyber systems with lora communication-based  agricultural monitoring and control nodes will be carried out more broadly by considering the local conditions under which the system is tested. In this case, the research will be carried out at the Research and Recreation Park, Telkom University and agrifarming industry partners as a model of actual application. The research findings show that the application of advanced sensor technology has improved the accuracy of weather measurements by up to 95%. Quantitative data collected from the new weather station showed a significant improvement in weather monitoring. Qualitatively, positive responses from stakeholders such as disaster management authorities and farmers were also noted. In conclusion, the development of this modern weather station supports the community's need for reliable weather information and is a step forward in addressing the challenges of climate change.

This study presents a comprehensive review to explore technology's multifaceted role in fostering cultural competence within multicultural education. The primary objective of this study is to address three fundamental research questions: 1) How does the integration of technology enhance cultural competence in multicultural education settings? 2) What challenges and opportunities are associated with utilizing technology to promote cultural competence in diverse educational settings? 3) How can innovative technological approaches be tailored to address specific cultural competencies in education? Adopting a library research approach, an extensive exploration of academic databases and scholarly sources was conducted to gather literature pertinent to the research questions. The descriptive analysis method was employed to synthesize and analyze the collected information, identifying key themes, differences, similarities, and weaknesses among the diverse sources. The findings from this comprehensive review revealed several significant insights. Technology integration was observed to offer opportunities such as personalized learning experiences through AI-driven tools, immersive cultural experiences via Virtual Reality (VR), and global connectivity fostering cross-cultural collaboration. However, challenges like the digital divide, biases in technological tools, language barriers, ethical concerns regarding data privacy, and pedagogical integration shortcomings were highlighted. Moreover, the study underscores the potential of adaptive technologies, multimodal resources, culturally tailored digital content, and aligning technological interventions with culturally responsive pedagogy to address specific cultural competencies. The recommendations emphasize the need for teacher training, inclusive design, curation of diverse and authentic digital content, interdisciplinary collaborations, and ongoing assessment for optimizing technology's role in promoting cultural competence within multicultural education.

Education is a key element in the development of society and the country. This article examines the development of education in Indonesia with a focus on the background, results and conclusions of the historical journey of education in this country. The development of education in Indonesia has been influenced by a long history, especially the period of Dutch colonialism. Education at that time was limited to the native elite and created inequality in access to education. However, after the proclamation of independence in 1945, education became a top priority in national development, resulting in a significant increase in access to basic education. Nevertheless, educational inequality between urban and rural areas and between islands in Indonesia remains a problem that must be addressed..Educational developments in Indonesia include increasing access to education, diversifying higher education programs, and efforts to integrate local culture in the curriculum. The government has allocated a significant budget for education, modernizing the curriculum and improving the quality of teaching. Education reform also includes teacher training and curriculum updates to face changing times. However, there are still challenges in educational governance, unequal access to education, and integrating technology in the learning process. The development of education in Indonesia reflects a journey full of challenges and significant changes. While there has been progress in terms of access and cultural integration efforts, challenges such as educational inequality, complex governance, and technology integration still need to be addressed. Quality education remains a priority, with the hope that continued efforts will ensure that education in Indonesia meets high quality standards and is relevant to face a challenging future. This community service program aims to enhance the technological competencies of madrasah teachers in facing the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 5.0. The primary issue identified was the low level of technological skills among madrasah teachers, which can hinder the integration of technology into the learning process. To address this issue, a series of intensive training, continuous mentoring, and the formation of practitioner communities were implemented. The methods used included an initial survey to identify needs, intensive training followed by interactive workshops, and mentoring through reflective sessions and technical support. Active participation from teachers and community involvement in this process were key factors in the program's success. The results of this program showed a significant increase in teachers' technological skills, the formation of an active practitioner community, and positive social changes, including the emergence of local leaders among the teachers. The program also succeeded in creating new awareness regarding the importance of technology in education in the digital era. These findings support theories of technology-based learning and social change.
