This article discusses the application of national defense in civic education learning in the midst of the technological revolution. This study uses a qualitative approach with the literature review method to collect and analyze various relevant literature sources. The results of the analysis show that information and communication technology (ICT) has made a significant contribution in improving the interactivity and accessibility of civic learning. However, the challenges faced include the potential erosion of national values by the influence of globalization and individualism reinforced by technology. Solutions to address these challenges include the development of relevant curricula, training for educators in the use of technology, and the implementation of practical and contextual learning activities. This research contributes to the development of more effective and relevant learning methods to the times, and emphasizes the importance of utilizing technology to strengthen the spirit of national defense and civic awareness among the younger generation.

Nowadays, advances in information and communication technology have had a major impact on various sectors of life, including in the field of trade and e-commerce. However, as it happens in the scope of social media, TikTok Shop is also dealing with challenges and changes. One of the issues that is sticking out and is currently hot is the permanent closure of the TikTok Shop feature that has occurred in Indonesia. This research will carry out several processes starting with data collection, then data labeling, data preprocessing, data sharing, weighting training data, using the Naive Bayes method, and ending with testing. In this study, the results of the implementation that has been made or built are discussed. The method used is the Naive Bayes Classifier Method to classify training data as much as 800 data, which is 80% of the total data. Then, testing is carried out using 200 testing data, which is 20% of the total data. The evaluation results show an accuracy value of 73%. In addition to the accuracy value, this research also recorded the precision, recall, and F1 score values. The classification that appears most often and contributes the highest in these values is the Positive classification as much as 420 data or 42% of the total data used..    

This study examines the role of the Sukabumi District Police (Polres) in tackling online prostitution cases based on Law Number 21 of 2007 concerning the Eradication of Human Trafficking Crimes. Online prostitution has rapidly developed with the advancement of information and communication technology, where perpetrators use social media and messaging applications to offer sexual services anonymously. This study employs a qualitative method with a normative juridical approach, involving in-depth interviews with police officers, legal document analysis, and field observations. The results indicate that the Sukabumi District Police face various challenges, including limited human resources and technology, as well as difficulties in cooperating with internet service providers. Nevertheless, the Sukabumi District Police have implemented various strategies, such as enhancing digital forensics capabilities and public awareness campaigns, to address these issues. The study concludes that law enforcement against online prostitution requires collaborative efforts between law enforcement officers, internet service providers, and the community. The recommendations generated include increasing the capacity of police personnel in digital forensics and improving cross-agency cooperation for more effective law enforcement.

The digital literacy level in Indonesia is only 62%. This number is the lowest compared to other ASEAN countries, which average 70%. Therefore, acceleration is needed to catch up with digital literacy levels in various regions in Indonesia, including Ciamis Regency. This needs to be done to encourage people to avoid all types of technological fraud and to be better prepared to face the digital era in the future. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the digital literacy program launched by the Ciamis Regency Communication and Information Service (Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika ) based on the Smart Society 5.0 concept. This research method uses descriptive data collection techniques through literature, interviews and related data analysis. The research results show that the Smart Society 5.0-based digital literacy program by the Ciamis District Communication and Information Office has had a positive impact in increasing people's understanding of digital technology, expanding access to information, and encouraging active participation in digital life. However, there are several obstacles faced, such as limited access to digital infrastructure, lack of public awareness of the importance of digital literacy, and challenges in maintaining the interest of program participants. This research provides important input for related parties in increasing the effectiveness and sustainability of digital literacy programs in Ciamis Regency and provides a basis for further research in this field.

Abstract The utilization of information technology plays a crucial role in the operations of organizations or companies, including the Communication and Informatics Agency of East Java Province. The utilization of information technology is governed by Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 on the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). The purpose of conducting risk management evaluation is to reduce the impact of risks within the organization and to determine the level of SPBE risk management capability. This research uses the Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT) 5 framework. The current assessment results for EDM03 Ensure Risk Optimization (as is) have reached Level 2 – Managed Process with a score of 74.9%, and APO12 Manage Risk (as is) has reached Level 1 – Performed Process with a final score of 79.39% with the category of L (Largely Achieved). Based on this assessment, the gap for EDM03 is one level, and the gap for APO12 is two levels

Instagram, as one of the most popular social media platforms, is used by various government agencies to disseminate information effectively. This study aims to determine the utilization of social media in the management of Instagram @humas_jabar, used by the Communication and Informatics Office of West Java Province as a source of information for the people of West Java. This research was conducted using the descriptive qualitative method through observation during job training, interviews with the public relations staff of Diskominfo Prov Jabar, and analysis using the circular model of SoMe. The results of this study indicate that Diskominfo of West Java Province utilizes Instagram @humas_jabar as a public communication tool to disseminate information, innovations, and achievements of its programs. In managing Instagram, @humas_jabar has carried out four stages: share, manage, engage, and optimize.

The use of information and communication technology (ICT) in mathematics learning in senior secondary schools (SMA) offers great potential, but also presents a number of challenges. This article examines strategies and solutions to overcome common ICT challenges faced in the context of mathematics learning in high school. Various approaches will be discussed to help schools and teachers optimize the use of ICT so that it is effective and has a positive impact on the mathematics learning process.    

In an era where information technology and communication continue to advance, competition in the business world is becoming increasingly intense. Companies must strive and employ strategies to sustain their businesses. Success is closely related to a company's ability to manage inventory effectively to meet customer demand maximally. This research aims to develop a web-based inventory management information system for Toko Agen Umi to facilitate the management of stock data and transactions. The development approach adopted is Prototype. The anticipated outcome of implementing this system analysis is to streamline the creation of Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and inventory reports with a user-friendly interface. The application aims to organize inventory management in a more structured, systematic, and computerized manner to prevent calculation errors. It is advised not to adhere strictly to one system to allow for continual learning and development in the process.  

This article conducts a literature review to discuss the role of technology in optimizing school organizational management. The study looks at how technology can improve administration, communication and decision-making in schools. Furthermore, the article discusses the different types of technology that can be used, including school management information systems, e-learning platforms and digital collaboration tools. Challenges and barriers to technology implementation are also discussed, such as infrastructure limitations and lack of technical expertise among school personnel. Then, the article suggests appropriate strategies to overcome such barriers, such as continuous training and integrated system development, in order to improve the overall management of school organizations. This study offers valuable insights for educators and school administrators who want to improve efficiency and effectiveness through the use of technology.

Durian Village is a village located in Janapria District, Central Lombok Regency. Currently, there is an internet network available in Durian Village, but the speed and quality of the internet network in several places is not good. The condition of infrastructure in Durian Village is still very poor, especially internet access is still very limited, while communication needs are increasing. The aim of this community service program is to install a WiFi-based internet network to improve communication access for residents and the use of information and communication technology (ICT) for the people of Durian Village, Janapria District. Internet installation begins with preparing the device and planning the location of the device so that the signal coverage can be wider. Installation of internet network infrastructure where needed and wider coverage for residents. The implementation of the internet installation was also assisted by STMIK Lombok students. After installing the internet network, the internet network signal area is tested. Internet network testing is carried out by testing signal strength and internet speed which is found to be sufficient to meet internet access standards for communication access and running streaming media applications.  

The principal's policy in improving administrative services aims to create an efficient and effective school environment. The principal's policy in improving administrative services is a systematic effort to improve and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative services in the school environment. This involves developing procedures, empowering staff, investing in technology, and implementing good management principles. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The collected data was analyzed through a process of data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research findings show that the principal's policy in improving services is to carry out open communication both formally and informally. And another thing that supports improving administrative services is good human resources. The first obstacle is limited education funds, namely that it is difficult to provide facilities in the administration department, such as broken computers at school, and the second obstacle is poor discipline of teachers and staff, which is the cause of services at SMA Negeri 4 Merangin decreasing or not being good. And the solution to overcoming obstacles is maximizing funds, namely the principal makes a report first to the department or center, if there is not yet a principal, calls a meeting between the deputy and the treasurer to discuss together, and the second solution regarding discipline is that the principal tries to be an example or role model. first of all towards teachers, staff and students at the school, apart from that the principal will be strict with school members who violate it by calling them immediately to the office and asking for information after which they will be given sanctions.

The rapid development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) urges both society and the state to adapt swiftly. Technology has altered various aspects of life and offers conveniences. However, a segment of the Indonesian populace is experiencing a digital divide due to this rapid advancement. The digital gap is propelled by geographic factors, unequal infrastructure, motivation, skills, aims, and perceived impacts. This digital discrepancy brings forth various detrimental effects on the populace. It impedes the Government's efforts to achieve good governance and prosperity for Indonesian society. Pancasila, as the foundation of the Indonesian state, encapsulates values of justice, aspiring for equality among Indonesians across various domains. The existence of a digital divide contradicts these aspirations. The digital gap contradicts the ideals of Pancasila, and thus, Pancasila can serve as a basis and guide in addressing this issue. The values within Pancasila can be utilized as a foundation in devising strategies to bridge the digital divide and create digital equality. In this turbulent digital era, the role of Pancasila values is becoming increasingly important in guiding social ethics.  As the philosophy of the Indonesian state, Pancasila is not only a constitutional basis but also a social glue that shapes the character of society.  The influence of Pancasila values on social ethics in the digital era includes crucial aspects such as tolerance, justice, and togetherness. The study of the influence of Pancasila values on social ethics in the current digital era requires a variety of data or references from various situations/contexts.  Therefore, the method that will be used in this research is qualitative.  By using a data search method using interview techniques, it is possible to obtain in-depth and varied data information from various perspectives. The results of this research show that Pancasila values have strong relevance in building positive social ethics in the digital era.  This emphasizes the importance of strengthening understanding and application of Pancasila values in everyday life, including in interactions in cyberspace.  can help increase awareness and self-awareness in behaving ethically.  The important role of social media and digital platforms in facilitating healthy social interactions and supporting Pancasila values was also the focus of the discussion.  Emphasizing the importance of using technology responsibly and utilizing it as a means to promote Pancasila values in online communication and interaction.

Background: Telemedicine is a long-distance health service carried out by health professionals using information and communication technology, and this is also expected to include the exchange of information for diagnosis, treatment, prevention of injury and research as well as evaluation of education. Research objective: is to determine the analysis of the level of community satisfaction with the implementation of the Telemedicine technology health service application (Mobile JKN) in Sanggrahan Village. The specific objective of this research is to find out: To determine the percentage of community satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the implementation of the telemedicine technology health service application ( Mobile JKN) in Sanggrahan Village. To find out the percentage of good or bad implementation of the Telemedicine technology health service application (Mobile JKN) in Sanggrahan Village. Method: This research is quantitative research with a survey approach. This research aims to collect numerical data to measure an analysis of the level of community satisfaction with the implementation of the Telemedicine technology health service application (Mobile JKN) in Sanggrahan Village. Results: Based on data analysis and discussion, the results of the research can be stated. It can be seen from the values ​​presented, the researcher found that good service quality will provide satisfaction for users. Conclusion: An overview of the level of community satisfaction in Sanggrahan Village is high for 50 respondents (100% ).The description of the implementation of the Mobile JKN application in Sanggrahan Village is mostly high with 40 respondents (80%). There is a relationship between community satisfaction with the implementation of the telemedicine technology health service application (Mobile JKN) in Sanggrahan Village, with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05 ).

Implementation of E-Government can improve the quality of public services through the use of information and communication technology in the government administration process. The Sidoarjo Regency Tax Services Agency also takes advantage of technological developments by issuing the Sidoarjo Regional PDS-Tax Application. The PDS Application System has been implemented at BPPD to improve services in tax activities. The success of implementation can be seen from the positive response given by Taxpayers. Although there are still obstacles faced in implementing the PDS application, such as not everyone being technologically literate. These obstacles are not a serious problem, because BPPD Sidoarjo Regency carries out outreach at all times, both directly and indirectly. The theory used is the theory of policy implementation put forward by Merilee S. Grindle. The method used is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique is through field studies consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of the PDS Application Policy is going well, this is made clear by the implementation being right on target, the socialization carried out is going well as seen from Taxpayers who already know and use the PDS Application in carrying out tax activities.

Both large businesses and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are facing challenges and obstacles. On the other hand, MSMEs will have greater opportunities to market their products due to advances in information technology. When starting a business, branding communication is very important. Each individual has a different brand image. By using the right promotional strategy, effective branding communication can provide consumers with the opportunity to recognize certain goods and services, evaluate their quality, reduce purchase risks, and get different experiences and satisfaction. Every business field must have a strategy to increase sales. The right promotional strategy can communicate branding well. To achieve goals, every business sector needs a promotional strategy, especially for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Promotion planning is carried out to improve services and sales by introducing products to potential customers and improving services by focusing on online-based promotions by utilizing social media and marketing through the marketplace. In a startup business, where the business has just started and continues to grow, business actors are considered necessary to continue to develop products and find the right target market. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide an assessment of branding and promotional communication strategies to increase customers for this startup business.      

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the economies of many countries, including Indonesia. Along with the development of information and communication technology, e-commerce has become a crucial platform for MSMEs to expand markets, increase operational efficiency and increase competitiveness. This study examines the impact of e-commerce adoption on MSME performance, with a focus on increasing market access, reducing operational costs, and increasing product and service innovation. The research methodology includes a literature review, secondary data analysis, and case studies of MSMEs that have successfully implemented e-commerce. The research results show that e-commerce provides significant benefits for MSMEs, such as increased sales and efficiency, but also reveals challenges such as the need for increased digital capacity and adequate technological infrastructure. This research concludes that government support and collaboration with the private sector are needed to optimize the potential of e-commerce in empowering MSMEs in the digital era.  

This article aims to enable learning to be more advanced and developed so that learning becomes more effective and efficient. In addition, Islamic religious education aims to develop attitudes and characters that are loyal and devoted to Allah SWT and in line with current realities. All educational institutions must be proactive, creative and productive in reading the phenomena that occur today. Therefore, the role of IT is very important here, creating a good design as a foundation for the advancement of information and communication technology, and adding Islamic religious education learning activities with materials and skills and practicing religion includes learning activities and mastery. But we must also be able to use a technical approach with learning methods using the internet programme "Moodle". Furthermore, the researcher will provide information regarding the type of research to be conducted, the time plan for conducting the research, and the class that will be the subject of the research. The results achieved are the process of developing IT-based PAI learning media, starting from the initial identification stage or the implementation of preliminary research to the final revision stage.

The development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including the consumer behavior of teenagers. This study aims to examine the impact of social media on teenage consumer behavior using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Analysis of various studies shows that social media has a significant influence on teenage consumer behavior. Targeted advertisements, influencers, and social media content are the main factors influencing teenagers' purchasing decisions. Intensive use of social media is also correlated with an increase in unhealthy and excessive consumer behavior. This research highlights the importance of education on healthy social media usage, the role of families and schools in guiding teenagers, and stricter government policies regarding social media advertisements. Recommendations for further research and practical interventions are also provided to mitigate the negative impact of social media on teenage consumer behavior.
