Ownership, control, use and utilization of land need to be regulated in such a way in national agrarian law. In particular, land rights also need to be regulated in the agrarian law. In this context, the teachings and laws in Islam as the largest religion in Indonesia also influence the conception and policies regarding land rights. In this case, the teachings contained in the verses of the Quran and the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW as a source of Islamic law become the theological and philosophical basis of the substance of land rights regulated in the constitution and other laws and regulations in Indonesia.

On top of that, this research found that the spirit of gender equality in Article 27 paragraph 1 of the law is in line with Islamic rules for creating a fair and beneficial system. Therefore, the reconciliation of religious values and positive legal norms regarding women's leadership can be achieved by considering the comprehensive interpretation of the Bukhari hadith and the contextual application of Law Article 27 paragraph 1. Women's leadership is an important issue that has sparked debate throughout the world, including Indonesia . This debate is rooted in the dialectic between religious values and positive legal norms. In Islamic studies, the placement of certain hadiths in the Sahih Bukhari book is often interpreted as preventing women from occupying leadership positions. This research explains the practice of fasting in the context of Islamic law, identifying the views of Islamic scholars and literature regarding fasting. The aim of this research is to provide comprehensive insight into the practice of fasting and its relevance in Islamic teachings. The research method used is a qualitative approach by analyzing related texts and literature, such as the Al-Qur'an, Hadith, views of ulama, and previous research. The research results show that mutih fasting is a tradition that is still maintained by some Javanese people, especially before weddings. Even though it has no direct basis in Islamic law, mutih fasting is carried out with the aim of gaining inner peace and physical and spiritual readiness before marriage. The procedure for white fasting involves consuming only white foods and drinks, such as white rice and water, as well as increasing worship such as prayer, dhikr and supplication. However, the analytical views of Islamic scholars and law show that fasting is not recommended in Islamic teachings and is not included in the worship exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Although it is permissible if the intention is solely for Allah SWT, mutih fasting is more cultural than religious. The recommendation for Muslims is to carry out this tradition carefully and ensure that their intentions are truly for Allah SWT. In conclusion, fasting mutih before a wedding is a tradition that is more embedded in Javanese culture than Islamic religion. Although it is not prohibited, this practice should be carried out with clear intentions and does not conflict with Islamic teachings. Further research is needed to bring closer understanding between local culture and pure Islamic teachings.

Textually, Islamic inheritance law is one of the most detailed laws mentioned in the Koran, however, resolving the division of inheritance often requires repeated ijtihad by the ulama. One of the important things in the issue of inheritance is the issue of Ashabah. The results of the research concluded that the 'ashabah hadith is categorized as an authentic hadith and can be used as proof regarding the validity of the 'ashabah system in Islamic inheritance. The implementation of the 'ashabah inheritance system does not have discriminatory implications, on the contrary, it actually contains the value of distributive justice, because justice in inheritance is not always measured by the equality of designation between heirs, but is also determined by proportionality based on the size of the burden of responsibility assigned to each heir. , balance between rights and obligations and balance between what is obtained and needs and uses. This research includes a literature review, while the way it works uses descriptive qualitative methods. In this research, several Bukhori hadiths about Ashabah are included in the Ahad Gharib Muslaq Hadith category and meet the criteria for authentic hadiths that can be used as evidence. Judging from the meaning contained in this hadith, there is no discrimination in this hadith and there is no injustice towards women.

Merdeka belajar is a concept of education that gives learners the freedom to learn according to their interests, talents, and abilities. This concept is in line with the Islamic view that learning is a duty and a need for every human being. In the Qur'an, the concept of merdeka belajar can be found in several verses, such as QS Al-Alaq verse 1-5 which commands humans to read and learn. This verse shows that learning is important and must be done by every human being. In the hadith, the concept of merdeka belajar can also be found. For example, in a hadith narrated by Al-Bukhari, the Prophet Muhammad PBUH said, "Seeking knowledge is obligatory for every Muslim." This hadith shows that learning is obligatory for every Muslim, both men and women. Based on the view of the Qur'an and hadith, merdeka belajar can be interpreted as the freedom of learners to learn according to their interests, talents, and abilities. This freedom must be balanced with the responsibility of learners to study hard and achieve maximum results

Method is the most important element in the Islamic education learning process. Because methods are among the determining factors for the success or failure of education and learning. And it would be good if the learning methods were appropriate and relevant to the needs and conditions of students in the learning process. The output in Islamic education is the confirmation that students must have the ability to understand, believe and practice Islamic teachings as a concrete result of the learning process. And to make this happen, learning methods in Islamic education must be based on primary sources, namely the Koran and the Hadith of the Prophet SAW which have been tested for validity with current developments. Islamic education learning methods that can be applied according to the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith include: the method of bil hikmah, example, stories, ibrah or mau'izah, habituation or habituation, parables, punishment and reward, lectures, discussions or dialogue and jidal or debate, question and answer, demonstration, and practice or repetition. In essence, the Qur'an or Hadith is a solution in the process of human life that must be studied and understood in order to achieve its essence in living human nature as a servant of Allah SWT.

It has become an axiom that parents are responsible for their children's education. Parents are the first teachers for children. It is appropriate that since waiting for the birth of a child, even before marriage, prospective parents have planned how to raise and educate their children.
