The objective of this study is to analyse language faults, including word choice errors (diction), spelling and punctuation problems, and sentence structure errors, in narrative essays written by fourth-grade elementary school pupils. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, utilising a case study research style. The study revealed that the most prevalent errors were related to word selection (diction) and the usage of capital letters. According to the findings, Indonesian grade IV instructors should enhance and supplement their teaching on spelling usage and provide instruction on proper sentence patterns in order to enhance students' knowledge. .

This research aims to understand the government's efforts in increasing local revenue (PAD) through the development of tourism potential in West Manggarai Regency during the 2019-2022 period, specifically focusing on the natural tourism of Rangko Cave. The process of developing tourism potential, particularly the natural tourism of Rangko Cave, requires government efforts to overcome existing challenges by using strategies to increase the PAD of West Manggarai Regency. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, conducting structured interviews with informants such as the Head of the Regional Revenue Agency, the Head of the Tourism Office of West Manggarai Regency, the Head of Tanjung Boleng Village, employees of the Regional Revenue Office, employees of the Tourism Office of West Manggarai Regency, and the residents of Tanjung Boleng Village. The results show that the West Manggarai government and the residents of Tanjung Boleng Village have made efforts and strategies to increase local revenue through the development of tourism potential, particularly the natural tourism of Rangko Cave, as best as possible despite several obstacles, such as a lack of supporting facilities for good and structured services, which reduce the value of the tourism site.

The role of education and assistance to taxpayers in the context of Lontos Village. Through a scientific approach, this research highlights the importance of education and assistance as an effort to increase taxpayers' understanding and awareness of tax obligations. The implementation of this service aims to provide education and assistance as well as provide understanding and awareness to the public as taxpayers regarding the importance of paying taxes in Lontos Village, East Luwuk District. The methods used in implementing the service are direct observation, interviews, and carrying out service activities related to tax education in Lontos Village. The results of the service implementation are that structured and targeted education and assistance can make a positive contribution in increasing taxpayer compliance and strengthening the relationship between taxpayers and the village government as the authority in tax collection. The implication of these findings is the need to increase education and mentoring programs on an ongoing basis to support tax awareness and strengthen the tax system at the local level. The service carried out provides valuable insight for related parties in designing effective strategies to support tax compliance in Lontos Village, East Luwuk District, Banggai Regency and may also be applied in a broader taxation context.

Poetry is a literary work full of meaning and symbolism. One poem that is interesting to analyze semantically is "My Heart is as Wide as a Leaf" by Sapardi Djoko Damono. In this article, we carry out an in-depth analysis of the hidden meanings in the poem. We use a semantic approach to explore the meaning of each line of poetry, identifying the metaphors, symbolism and connotations used by the poet. The analysis in this research uses a descriptive method, which describes the data naturally and produces good and coherent linguistic rules. Apart from that, we also pay attention to the structure and arrangement of words chosen by Sapardi Djoko Damono to express the implied messages in this poem. Through this analysis, we seek to understand more deeply the message the poet wants to convey, as well as explain how the use of language and symbolism in this poem can affect the reader emotionally and intellectually. It is hoped that the results of this analysis will provide new insights into Sapardi Djoko Damono's literary works and enrich understanding of modern Indonesian poetry.

People today form their opinions based on their experiences interacting with brands. Experience is the main aspect to win the hearts of consumers. The aim of this research is to find out how the implementation of Customer Experience through the City Gas Tour event carried out by PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Bekasi Area builds brand awareness. As well as to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors in the City Gas Tour event in building brand awareness. Using Pelsmacker, Geuen, Van De Bergh's brand activation dimension theory. Using a Qualitative Approach with Descriptive methods. Data collection techniques through Semi-Structured Interviews. Test the validity of the data using the Source Triangulation technique for participants attending the 2022 City Gas Tour event and also Customer Experience Specialists. The results of the research are that the dimensions that play an important role are Sense, Think and Act. The sense dimension by taking a direct approach through various striking facilities; dimensions related to activating Instagram social media and making broadcasts via WhatsApp blast to local residents at the event point; think by inviting participants to think from staff explanations through the question and answer booth provided; Take action by taking direct action to experience the facilities. The inhibiting factors are the underutilization of social media and the lack of conduciveness to the event due to interference with vehicle traffic and the volume of people's voices. The supporting factor is natural gas products from PGN which guarantee that the gas will be distributed 24 hours. Also, the location where the event takes place, by holding an event in the middle of a crowd, you can attract people to visit this event.      

In the 21st century, technological development is increasingly rapid and tends towards digitalization, when compared to a few decades ago. So, if it is not utilized, it will be something in vain. Using technology-based learning media will facilitate the learning process, so that it can improve the quality of learning and can improve students' mathematical representation skills. One of the technology-based mathematics learning media that can help students in representing mathematical models/problems is GeoGebra Software. The purpose of this research activity is to find out whether the use of GeoGebra software  media can improve students' computational thinking skills in mathematics learning. Improving students' understanding of how to show a model or mathematical problem in graph form or vice versa is one of the benefits of research. The method used in this study is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This research method is carried out by reviewing journals in a structured manner with predetermined steps. The result of this research activity is that GeoGebra can help students understand the concept of straight line graphs in more detail with a varied and attractive appearance. In addition, for teachers themselves, GeoGebra can be used as a mathematics learning tool to create interactive learning that allows students to explore various abstract mathematical concepts.  

This study examines the compensation system at SME XYZ, focusing on adhered and overlapping salary mapping. The primary goal of this research is to analyze and evaluate the existing compensation structure and provide recommendations for improvement. The methodology used includes collecting primary data through interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data analysis from previous studies. The findings indicate that the salary structure at SME XYZ is not optimal, with some positions being paid below the Bandung City minimum wage standard. Further analysis revealed that implementing an overlapping salary structure method can improve internal fairness and employee satisfaction without significantly increasing the company's financial burden. This study suggests that SME XYZ adopts a more flexible and fair salary structure, considering employee capabilities and contributions as well as local labor market conditions.

The aim of this research is to describe rate scientific text academics in the text report results observation ( textbook Language Indonesia For college tall edition revised in 2024) is viewed based on simplicity structure and density information . Suggestions are given For enhancement quality of material, improvement of text examples, use of interactive media , lecturer training , and collection feedback from users for repair sustainable.

Starting from the impact of ecological decarbonation such as decreasing soil fertility, decreasing water quality, landscape changes, pollution and decreasing air quality. Meanwhile, the social effects of mining are small, namely conflicts between owners and communities, shifts in patterns. thought, and the decline in public health. The health impacts of mining include exposure to ISPA and poor skin conditions. This research was made with the aim of determining the factors causing the risk of occupational hazards in mining. The stigma against schizophrenia is still a major challenge in efforts to increase public understanding and support for individuals who experience this disorder. Psychoeducation through mass media, such as radio broadcasts, has been proven effective in reducing stigma and increasing knowledge about schizophrenia. Psychoeducational outreach through radio mass media is an effective strategy to increase public understanding about schizophrenia. This research aims to explore the potential of radio as a means of disseminating accurate and educational information about schizophrenia. The research methods used were interviews with psychiatric experts and radio producers, as well as content analysis of existing radio programs. Findings suggest that through a creative and structured approach, radio can be an effective platform for conveying information about symptoms, treatment, and support to individuals experiencing schizophrenia and their families. Psychoeducational outreach via radio can play an important role in reducing stigma, increasing awareness, and promoting social support for individuals with schizophrenia.

This study aims to explore the diversity of syllable types and develop a comprehensive classification framework. Analysis was conducted on the syllable structures of various languages to understand both common patterns and language-specific variations in syllable formation. Linguistic data from diverse languages were collected and analyzed to identify phonotactic patterns, morphological interactions, prosodic features, and phonetic realizations of syllables. Findings indicate a wide range of syllable structures, ranging from simple CV to complex structures with multiple consonants and vowels. There are also significant interactions between syllable structure and morphological processes, as well as prosodic features. The results of this study are integrated into a comprehensive classification framework that encompasses various phonological, morphological, and phonetic dimensions of syllables. Theoretical and practical implications of the research are discussed, along with recommendations for future research.

In this research activity, the theme of mathematics learning for school children is based on the KUMON method. This technique is considered one of the solutions that is expected to increase children's academic values and awareness in learning and train children to have independence and full responsibility in the learning process. Indirectly, when repeating the material done by the child, the child will get a reinforcement value that is more than the material conveyed Repetition is intended to provide added value in learning a new material and is implicit in the hierarchical structure of the material that has been learned so that it will be self-absorbed when the child is faced with a problem that establishes a relationship to relates the past material to the future material. the regression analysis test using simple linear regression analysis with the general form of the equation formed is as follows: Y = 0.099X + 36.823. Where the learning variable affects the bound variable of learning outcomes of 0.099 and the value of the constant when no one variable influences, it will produce a learning outcome value of 36, 823. hypothesis test proved to be accepted and the null hypothesis was rejected from the results of the calculation of the value of t obtained was t calculated 6.796 greater than t tabel = 0.697 and sig = 0.763 > sig 0.05, it can be proven that the learning variable has a positive and significant effect on the learning outcome variable.

This study aims to obtain data on individualized learning strategies used by FIS UNJ students in improving their GPA. To get a clear picture of the individualized learning strategies of fis unj students, researchers use descriptive methods with a qualitative approach by making in-depth observations so as to produce valid data according to the case studies discussed. Data collection techniques were carried out by structured interviews and observations. The results concluded that fis unj students with achievements in non-academic fields utilize individual learning strategies such as awareness of responsibility and the ability to manage time efficiently in achieving satisfactory academic goals and apply appropriate individual learning styles that contribute to improving learning performance to achieve the cumulative grade point average results they expect.

And evaluate the legal consequences that apply to corporations involved in acts of corruption and examine the effectiveness of implementing these penalties in efforts to prevent and overcome corruption among corporations. The approach method used in this research is Normative Law (normative juridical) using a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, and a comparative and empirical approach (field data). The research results show that corporations are involved in acts of corruption through various, often complex and covert means, driven by motives to increase profits, dominate markets, or avoid regulations. The mechanisms they use range from giving bribes, manipulating tenders, to money laundering practices. Corporations involved in acts of corruption can face a number of legal consequences, ranging from heavy fines, license revocation, asset confiscation, to operational restrictions. Although these penalties are intended to provide a deterrent effect, their effectiveness in preventing corporate corruption often varies. While fines may have a financial impact, without significant internal changes in corporate culture and governance, the potential for a return to corrupt behavior remains.

This research aims to analyze the semiotic aspects in the architecture of Pagaruyung Palace, focusing on the symbolism, acculturation, and historical aesthetics contained in the building. Pagaruyung Palace, as one of the Minangkabau cultural heritages, not only serves as the residence of the king, but also as a place for the expression of cultural, social and political values of the Minangkabau people. Through a semiotic approach, this research examines the architectural elements of Pagaruyung Palace, such as the shape of the gonjong roof, the building structure, and the ornaments contained therein, which hold deep symbolic meanings. Furthermore, this research also explores the acculturation process that occurred in the architectural design, where the influence of various cultures, such as Malay, Hindu-Buddhist and Islamic, is reflected in the architectural elements. The aesthetic aspects arising from the fusion of these cultural elements are also analyzed to understand how the architecture of Pagaruyung Palace creates harmony between function and beauty. This research is expected to provide deeper insights into the relationship between architecture, culture, and history and its outcomes.
