AbstractPartners in the Community Partnership Program activities are Pande Besi PRASOJO located in Nangsri Kidul RT 2 / IV Nangsri Kebakkramat Karanganyar and Pande Besi MANDIRI located at  Dondong RT 2/IX Klumprit Mojolaban Sukoharjo. The two partners are traditional blacksmiths. The problems faced by the two partners are relatively the same, namely: 1) traditional / conventional production processes; 2) do not apply the principles of Occupational Health & Safety. Solutions that will be carried out from this activity are: 1) production of blower and grinding tools; 2) the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The method that will be carried out to realize the objectives of the PKM implementation program is through: 1) Procurement of electric blowers and grinders for both partners; 2) Increased knowledge and training in the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). In this method both partner SMEs are involved in each activity starting from problem identification, action analysis, action planning and implementation of activities. Through this method, the identified problems and actions to be taken are bottom up proposals. So that every action that will be carried out is right on target and is able to realize the objectives to be achieved maximally. The results of the Community Partnership Program activities were Pande Besi PRASOJO and Pande Besi MANDIRI succeeded in increasing the quantity and quality of products through the procurement of blower and grinding tools. Both partners have also implemented occupational health and safety principles through increased knowledge and use of PPE.

UKM Batik Anisa encounters several problems including limited creativity and innovation to create new designs and iconic motifs that can represent regional characteristics, limited variations in batik color, limited market network, marketing strategies, and promotional media for batik products, limited knowledge about tourism and the important role of souvenir, and limited tools and materials that are relevant for initiating the development of new batik motif called pithecanthropus erectus (PE). This is innovative motif that has the potential to become iconic batik product of Ngawi. This activity aims to overcome problem faced by UKM Batik Anisa. Methods include counseling, discussing, training, and assisting. Results of the activity include innovations of new batik design and motifs (pithecanthropus erectus), variation of batik color through diverse combination of color, website to expand market networks, knowledge improvement concerning tourism and opportunities to create iconic souvenirs, and new tools to increase productivity of UKM Batik Anisa. Keywords: batik; design; iconic; pithecanthropus erectus.

Community service activities for Muhammadiyah Elementary School Teachers in Polokarto Subdistrict, Sukoharjo Regency have been carried out. The background of this activity is the information obtained that the teachers in the school still use books and blackboards especially for subjects related to Science so that students become less creative and innovative thinking. activities carried out in the form of ongoing activities, namely training in the use of props style, motion and energy as many as 10 kits, presentation of the results of the practice of using props and the process of dissemination to students. The results obtained that all participants in understanding the teaching aids that have been trained, seen from the activeness of the participants, the ability of participants in the presentation and the results of dissemination to students in their respective schools

English learning for children called English for Young Learners (TEYL) is developing in various parts of the world, especially in developing countries including Indonesia. This policy began in Indonesia since the enactment of the 1994 Curriculum, and its implementation continues to be increasingly necessary. This is related to the government's efforts to prepare reliable and quality students, who will be able to compete at the national and international levels. English has become a very important language in the international community. Therefore, everyone is expected to be able to learn, master and understand English well. In Indonesia, English occupies an important priority as the first foreign language that must be studied and mastered by students and has been taught in schools ranging from kindergarten to university level. In learning English, there are four (4) language skills that must be learned by students, namely listening, speaking, reading, and writing. One of the important language skills to be learned by students is speaking. One element of language that needs to be improved to support speaking skills is vocabulary. Vocabulary plays an important role in word recognition. The more English vocabulary that is owned and mastered by students, the better they are at understanding various learning materials delivered in English. Mastery of a large and extensive English vocabulary can also improve students' ability to communicate using English. The introduction of English vocabulary in SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar can use learning media that is fun, easy and effective. The learning media is Word Webs. The Word Webs media has the benefit of increasing students' knowledge of English vocabulary and strongly supports speaking skills. Word Webs learning media is a learning media that can be used in the teaching and learning process of English especially Vocabulary. Through this Community Service Activity or Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, learning English using Word Webs media at SDN 01 Suruh Karanganyar feels more fun and memorable. This will make students feel enthusiastic and happy in learning English provided by using Word Webs media. This media can also help teachers in teaching English vocabulary to support students' speaking skills with fun.

The Advancement of Science and Technology (Science and Technology) has been widely felt by the general public. Many people enjoy facilities or tools that can simplify and speed up their work. The advancement of science and technology covers various fields, including electronics, automotive machinery, medicine and others. Progress in the electronics sector is growing very rapidly. For example, now many electronic devices are used by the public, such as radio, television, fans and others. The advancement in the electronics field is increasingly sophisticated and modern. For example television, in ancient times we had to press the buttons that were attached to the television, to move the television waves, adjust the volume, and use other adjustment buttons. But now no longer, we can control or regulate the functions that exist on the television from where we sit using the remote control. In modern times like today remote control devices need to be developed so that we can control things from where we sit or from whatever we want, so that human work becomes easier and faster.

At present the information of schools in various fields of education in the Tugu sub-district is still incomplete that only covers the TK / RA and SD / MI levels so that the wider community has not been able to obtain information on the level of education at SMP / MTs, SMA / SMK / MA and Higher Education, and to get this information the public must come directly to the Semarang City Education Office to find the data needed. The public cannot know quickly if there is a change in data or if there is a construction of a new school because the information is only written on the sub-district bulletin board. Tugu sub-district is a sub-district in the city of Semarang, Central Java province. Tugu sub-district region is bordered by the Java sea in the north, in the east by West Semarang Sub- district, in the south by Ngalian sub-district, and in the west by Kendal district. Tugu sub-district has an area of ± 3.444,22 Ha hectares, consisting of 7 kelurahan, namely Jrakah, Tugurejo, Karanganyar, Randugarut, Mangkang Wetan, Mangunharjo and Mangkang Kulon [7] Various suggestions appear to help equip human work to be more efficient and productive, we need a system that can help the work needed by a web-based Geographic Information System. Geographic Information System is a computer-based system for processing data or information that has a geographical dimension [1]. The program used in research uses the PHP programming language, JAVA SCRIPT because this program can be run on a server and is quite reliable using a MySQL database. [3]

Mountainous areas have a lot of tourism potential, including organic agriculture-based agro-tourism. However, there are still some problems faced by the farming community such as limited skills regarding processing of agricultural products in the form of organic fruits and vegetables as souvenirs typical of mountain tourism. limitation of packaging creativity that meets the health and safety feasibility standards of organic fruits and vegetables as tourist souvenirs that are easily carried by tourists, and marketing of agricultural products in the form of organic fruits and vegetables to attract tourists and the wider community. The methods to be used include methods counseling and training as a means of transfer of knowledge about the processing, packaging and marketing of organic agriculture and the ins and outs of which will be provided to partners, assistance methods to enhance partners' creativity and performance in processing, packaging and marketing agricultural products in the form of organic fruit and vegetables as souvenirs for tourism typical of mountainous areas in the economic development of society and regional tourism, and the provision of packaging equipment to implement packaging that meets hygiene, health and food safety standards, and the creation of a website as a medium for expanding the network to improve a tourist attraction. The targeted results are an increase in skills in processing, packaging, and marketing agricultural products in the form of organic fruit and vegetables as souvenirs typical of mountain tourism, diversification of processed organic plant products as souvenirs typical of an area, the addition of facilities in the form of packaging tools (wrapping mechine) for packaging organic fruits and vegetables so that they are easy to carry as souvenirs for a typical tourist area, the expansion of marketing networks

The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the influence of budgeting participation and budget goal characteristics on managerial performance with a non-physical work environment as moderation. Population variables in this study are all leaders and financial officers in private vocational schools in the city of Semarang listed in the structure of the division of school work in 2016 which amounted to 14 vocational high schools and each was taken by 3 people so that there were 42 respondents, while the sampling technique used the census method. Data analysis method used is Regression Moderation Analysis (MRA) Hypothesis 1 test results note that the value of t arithmetic = 3.012> t table = 1.694 with a number of significance = 0.003 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H1) that participation budgeting has a positive effect. on proven managerial job performance. Regression coefficient β1 = 0.567 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the higher the participation in budgeting, the higher the managerial performance. Hypothesis 2 testing is known that the value of t = 2.723> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.010 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H2) that the characteristics of the budgetary objectives have a positive effect on managerial performance of the work proved. Stepwise coefficient = 0.279 (benchmark), can be interpreted more clearly the characteristics of the managerial level budget objectives. Testing hypothesis 3 is known that the value of t 2.484> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.026 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H3) that the work environment is not moderate, moderate moderate positive positive effect on budget participation on managerial work performance proven. Testing hypothesis 4 is known that the value of t arithmetic 2.333> t table = 1.694 with the number of significance = 0.032 <α = 0.05 (significance nt). Thus the hypothesis (H4) that the non-physical work environment positively influences the characteristics of budgetary goals on proven managerial work performance. Interaction test results show β4 = 0.163 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the existence of a non-physical work environment that is conducive will strengthen the influence of the characteristics of the budget objectives on managerial work performance. Hydroponics are now increasingly in demand, should be checked regularly so that hydroponic plants thrive. Likewise, in Siliwangi Indah Hydroponics Semarang, which still uses manual methods, namely the absence of a device that detects nutrient water temperature and pH automatically and the absence of tools that can normalize nutrients automatically. Arduino Uno R3 can be used to detect temperature automatically with a temperature sensor DS18B20, and detect pH with a pH sensor. Then the sensor readings are sent to the farmer's cellphone with SMS Gateway. The sensor readings are also used to divert the flow of nutrients from the spare reservoir, so that the nutrients remain normal. So this tool can automatically measure the nutrient water temperature and pH and replace the main nutrients to the reserve nutrients. And the assessment obtained from experts on this tool gets a value of 3.6 and from the expert gets a value of 3.7. Hydroponic nutrition in this study is maintained normally and farmers always know the nutritional state. So that the hydroponic plants thrive and have maximum yields.

This research is motivated by the problem of lack of understanding and attention export drivers in carrying out work in the factory area because of the facilities used still using conventional methods, so that export drivers experience difficulty in understanding work processes in terms of stuffing and resulting procedures losses in terms of time, energy and financial. The way to overcome this in this study is the use of use outreach media as a tool for export officers who display 2D images and interesting explanations as well as music, using the Demonstration delivery method so that export drivers get better performance and easily understand the material delivered by the export officer. This research uses the Research and Development product development method (RnD), using 6 out of 10 stages of research namely potential and problems, gathering data, product design, design validation, design improvements and product trials. The results of this study are to produce aids for export officers by using Adobe Flash CS3 software with validity values ​​from media experts 3.0 where it is declared feasible, the validity value of the material expert is 3.3 where stated very feasible, and increase the understanding of export drivers from 65% to start upto 87.50%

Vigilantism itself is an offense that still often occurs in the community around us. This violates the provisions of article 170 paragraph (1) and (2) of the Criminal Code, article 351 paragraph (2) and (3) of the Criminal Code, article 354 paragraph (1) and (2) of the Criminal Code. Violations of vigilantism are not justified because it is as if the community as the perpetrators of vigilantism ignores the legal process in force in Indonesia. Then there needs to be protection for the suspect or victim of vigilantism even though he is a criminal. It aims to achieve justice and legal processes in this country. The formulation of the problem of this research is What are the factors - factors that cause the occurrence of vigilante actions, How is law enforcement against perpetrators of vigilante acts (Study in the Legal Area of ​​the West Semarang District Police). The type of research used in this study is juridical normative. The research specifications are analytical descriptive. This study uses two sources of cracked data: primary data and secondary data. The method of presenting data in research is done in a descriptive way. The analysis used in writing this thesis is qualitative. The results showed that, the factors that caused the act of vigilantism were spontaneous arising from a group of people who came from social pressure factors, lack of public trust in law enforcement officials, lack of knowledge of people who conduct vigilante about the law and busy people capture the moment of vigilante with a cellphone rather than having to break up. Law enforcement against perpetrators of vigilante conduct (Studies in the Legal Area of ​​the West Semarang District Police) by conducting, overcoming, and minimizing the occurrence of vigilante acts both from the policy of penal policy (repressive) in accordance with article 27 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution, article 170 paragraph (1) and (2) KUHP, article 351 paragraph (2) and (3) KUHP, article 338 KUHP article 354 paragraph (1) and (2) as well as non-penal (preventive) is done by conducting counseling to the community in the area - areas considered to be the scene of vigilantism and carrying out routine patrols.   Keywords: Factors, Enforcement, Self-Performing Judges.

Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. Many conveniences are promised in a variety of information technologies. There is one fact that cannot be denied that this information has become an expensive commodity, if a company or agency cannot uphold the information that it needs most, then the procurement of information itself will obviously drain resources and funds. In doing business, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota already has and uses an adequate accounting, deposit and credit information system. One of the strategies applied by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota in collecting funds is the Ball Pick Up System, which is by visiting individual and institutional customers. While the institutions that have been served by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota are schools, one of which is SMA Negeri 3 Demak. The service is in the form of an education fee payment. In serving the payment of school education costs in SMA 3 Demak, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota still uses the conventional way, that is by receiving deposits from students, the data is recorded in the admission book and after adding up with a calculator, the result is that service is very slow. To overcome the problems mentioned above, it is necessary to build a system that can accelerate the process of receiving tuition fee payments and can produce a more detailed report on school fees both those who have paid and those who have not yet paid. One such system is utilizing VPN (Virtual Private Notwork) technology. The purpose of this research is to produce tangible results in providing comfort or convenience in turning on or off the night life at home everyday, especially for people who forget to turn off the lights. The method used in making microcontroller-based home lighting control using an android smartphone is. This research method consists of several stages, analysis methods, design methods, implementation testing methods, and maintenance. The results achieved are improving the aspects of comfort and convenience for agencies, where this series of tools works after bluetooth devices are available on android smartphones. connected to a bluetooth module which is connected to the Arduino microcontroller. Basically, the principle of using this tool is that users must be able to operate a smartphone based on the Android operating system. The conclusion of this research is that the Arduino-based light control device using bluetooth can fulfill its function to control the lights properly and the device is designed to be minimalist and safety so it is safe to use.

Utilization of a mobile device with the Android operating system that is used as a supporting medium and supplement in improving learning outcomes combined with demonstration and discovery learning or demon-disco learning methods is needed to help students improve learning outcomes in vocational competence subjects in hydroponic crop cultivation in vocational high schools Kristen Terang Bangsa, because the use of android-based applications can provide new experiences regarding the use of information and communication technology, as well as provide opportunities for students to be able to learn more independently. The concept chosen as a learning media is to explain the material about understanding, introduction of parts, types, and quiz containing questions about hydroponic plant cultivation. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 stages research that is the potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media in the form of Android-based applications. The validity value of media experts is 2.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.6 which is declared feasible, and is able to increase the average value in the subject of vocational competence in hydroponic cultivation in Christian Terang Bangsa Vocational Schools which initially 67 (with 13 students who had not yet reached KKM) to 80 (with 4 students who had not yet reached KKM).

Multimedia-based learning media is a method of learning that can interact with its users besides having animated explanations of material. The problem at SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus about learning mechanical engineering drawings using AutoCAD is the difficulty of understanding the tools in the AutoCAD application, it becomes unattractive and difficult to understand the material in the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this research is to create an interactive learning media for machine engineering drawings using AutoCAD semesters I and II as media to assist student learning processes, providing alternative learning media to help teachers choose the right learning model for students. This type of research method uses the R&D method, the methods used include descriptive, evaluative and experimental methods. Descriptive method is used to collect data about existing conditions, evaluative methods are used to evaluate the trial process of developing a product and the experimental method is used to test the efficacy of the product produced. The results of this study are application programs, applications that have been designed can be used as an alternative to solving problems in SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus. By using electronic media in learning media, the benefits of creating alternative solutions from existing problems, namely in the form of Machine Engineering Image Learning Application, are able to provide complete video tutorials according to the basic competencies that the authors take from the source of mechanical engineering drawing books.

SP-Plast screen printing is a company engaged in the field of printing that uses tools or screen printing media. Company profile is a promotional media that can be used to support promotions that already exist on screen printing SP-Plast. Based on sales data available on SP-Plast screen printing, there was a decrease in the number of sales from March - May 2017. SP-Plast screen printing requires a media to help more attractive promotions to attract clients and keep customers from switching to other companies without eliminating the previous promotional media, namely with an interactive multimedia company profile. Company profile can be used to improve the presentation of company identity which was previously still in the form of print media, namely banners and business cards. The results of this design in the form of an interactive multimedia-based company profile that contains the history, vision & mission, screen printing production processes, contacts, and addresses SP-Plast screen printing. The results of this study are based on the validation test assessment of users is 3.13. These criteria are in the range of 2.51 - 3.25 which is included in the effective category, so this company profile tool can be said to be feasible.

The development of technology is now something that is universal and can be utilized in various human lives. One of them is in business. In this era, it is undeniable that a computer is a component that must be owned by a company in running its business, in order to assist in processing data and help improve the quality of work and quality of service. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience when processing sales, purchasing, product data, supplier data and customer data, minimizing errors in recording. The research method used in this study is to use the R & D (Research and Development) method. This method is used to produce a certain product that is analytical and its effectiveness can be tested so it can be used in the wider community. In designing the system tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observation, interviews, and literature study. Database application development tools using MySQL and programming languages ​​using Visual Basic 6.0. This community service aims to (1) provide understanding in the preparation of learning tools that are integrated with environmental education, (2) socialize innovative programs as an effort to realize the school’s cares and cultured environment, and (3) inculcate the attitude of environmental concern and scientific attitude to students of elementary school. The place of the community service is done in SDN Prawit I No. 69 Surakarta. Methods of implementation of community service include: (1) the approach method undertaken from the survey, licensing and motivation stages for the teacher to be trained (2) the method of program implementation, including the preliminary stage, the socialization and audience stage, the implementation stage and the final evaluation stage. The expected output targets is the teacher who attended this training is able to arrange learning tools and able to realize the program to the school’s cares and cultured environment. The resulting output is educational environment-oriented learning tools, Green Club's extracurricular design, implementation program in realizing a caring and cultured school environment, and publication of community service articles in scientific journals.
