The population in this study were all employees of PT Telkom Akses Semarang, totaling 73 people. Sample / respondents taken as many as 73 respondents, by measuring the census technique. The results showed that the compensation hypothesis test had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (t count = 3.225> t table = 1.671 with a significance figure = 0.002 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H1) that compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction is proven. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (t count = 3.182> t table = 1.671 with a significance number = 0.002 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H2) that work discipline has a positive effect on job satisfaction is proven. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (t count 5.645> t table = 1.671 with a significance number = 0.000 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H3) that the work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction is proven. The regression coefficient β1 = 0.284 (positive sign) means that the greater the compensation received, the greater the job satisfaction. The regression coefficient β2 = 0.277, (positive sign) means that the more work discipline, the higher job satisfaction. Regression coefficient β3 = of 0.476 (positive sign) means that the more comfortable the work environment, the higher the job satisfaction at PT Telkom Access Semarang.

The quality of life in North Sumatra currently still needs improvement, where poverty rates and human development are still lagging. These problems can be reflected in the community welfare indicator, namely the Human Development Index (IPM). One of these problems can be solved by knowing the factors that determine the Human Development Index in North Sumatra. The Human Development Index is suspected to contain elements of spatial dependency, therefore in this study the spatial regression method will be used with a spatially dependent effect model. The results of the analysis and discussion obtained are that the SAR model is the appropriate model in the case of the Human Development Index in North Sumatra. Predictor variables that significantly influence the Human Development Index in North Sumatra are Pure Enrollment Rate (APM) at Senior High School level , Poverty Rate , Open Unemployment Rate , and PDRB on the basis of price .

Diarrhea is the main cause of death globally. Diarrhea is a condition where liquid stools occur when defecating and the intensity is more than 3 times a day due to Escherichia coli infection. Factors that cause diarrhea are unsafe clean water facilities, water contamination by feces and poor personal hygiene habits. Diarrhea is included in the top 10 most common diseases in Malang City and the highest cases are in the Dinoyo Health Center area. The aim of the study was to identify the relationship between sanitation facilities, personal hygiene and E. coli content on the incidence of diarrhea. This type of research is cross-sectional quantitative with a purposive sampling method, totaling 35 samples. Data were analyzed by Chi-Square and multiple logistic regression tests. Bivariate test analysis resulted in a value of p=0.011 for sanitation facilities, p=0.007 for personal hygiene and p=0.000 for E. coli content. Meanwhile, the most influential variable is known, namely the content of E. coli in clean water (p=0.012) with a value of (OR=41.562; 95% CI 2.259-764.763). In conclusion, there is a relationship between sanitation facilities, personal hygiene and E. coli content with the incidence of diarrhea.

Secondly to know the constraints and problems on the results of TBS employees in PT Pinago Utama Musi Banyuasin district of South Sumatra province. This research was conducted at PT Pinago Utama Kebun Inti 2 regency of Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatera Province which lasted for 1 (one) month from 1 December 2023 until January 10, 2024. The research method used is descriptive method. Research respondents were 66 people harvesting employees, 10 people harvesting mandates, 6 person division assistants calculated using Slovin formula. For a total of 82 people selected based on the technique by taking a selective person or object of research and have specific characteristics (purposive sampling). The instruments used are job satisfaction, work morale, reward, sanction, education, salary, and FFB result. Data analysis using cobb douglass regression analysis technique. The results of this study found that: first there was no significant effect of job satisfaction on FFB results. Second there is a significant influence of morale on the FFB result. The three significant effects of rewarding FFB outcomes. The four significant effects of sanctions on FFB outcomes. the five significant educational influences on TBS outcomes. The six significant effects of salary on FFB outcomes. Thus, job satisfaction is insignificant due to heavy workloads using BJR's system (average weighted weight) with fixed tonnage basis, but morale, reward, sanction, education, significant salary as firms pay attention to awarding in the form of rice and cooking oil and the appropriate salary UMR Musi Banyusian area.

Kruskal's algorithm in searching for minimum spanning trees can be applied to pipelines installed at the location of PDAM Tirtanadi Tuasan where problem identification starts with the water discharge reaching the consumer is small but the discharge flowing from the reservoir is sufficient, so this research is used as a solution to this problem and also as an optimization of the clean water distribution network in the Tirtanadi Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of the Tuasan Branch with the intention of cutting the direction of the pipe flow to overcome this problem. The data obtained from PDAM Tirtanadi Tuasan Branch is in the form of a floor plan and formed into a weighted graph. After the data is obtained, then it is calculated manually that the length of the installed water pipe is 32,645 m with 86 vertices and 100 edges, then the pipe length is represented as a set of paths and the pipe connection ends are represented as nodes. The pipe length obtained using Kruskal's algorithm and inspection of iterations using the QM for windows software is 22,095 m, with 86 vertices and 85 edges. So, using the Kruskal Algorithm and the help of the QM for windows software, the difference in pipe length obtained is 10,610 m.
