Abstract. National economic development and regional economic development are two very closely related matters. This study aims to analyze the economic structure and specialization of the economic sector so that it can determine the main sectors, groups that are classified as advanced and sectors that are classified as slow and analyze the competitiveness of each sector in North Sumatra Province. This study uses the Shift Share analysis method. The data used in this study is secondary data in the 2017-2021 interval. The data used is secondary data, namely data obtained from records, books and journals in the form of financial reports for company publications, government reports, articles, books such as theories, journals, etc. The results of this study are expected to be an academic foundation for development in the North Sumatra area.

Electrical energy continues to grow over time, power plants with large capacities are the main sources of electricity in Indonesia, one of which is the Steam Power Plant (PLTU). In the field of power plants that use coal always need air during the electricity production process. This study aims 1) to determine the protection management system on the Forced Draft fan motor using GE Multilin 269 Plus, 2) Setting GE Multilin 269 Plus as protection, 3) The results of the protection in the form of Normal Motor, Alarm, and Trip conditions in the accumulation of imbalance (Unbalance) ). The method used is a quantitative research method based on analysis, taking data and then analyzing the data obtained. The results of this quantitative study regarding the Unbalance value or imbalance of the electric motor analyzed resulted in a value of 5.8% for normal conditions, 10.86% for alarm conditions on multilin and 15.50% in trip conditions or the motor had stopped. These values ​​are obtained from the results of calculations comparing negative sequence currents and positive sequence currents (In/Ip). The conclusion obtained is that the GE Multilin 269 Plus protects the electric motor from system damage by using a current sensor and through a setting point that is adjusted to the provisions of NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) with an unbalance value of more than 15% for trips, more than 10% for alarm conditions and less than 10% under normal conditions

The title of the counseling guidance teacher's efforts in dealing with delinquency in class XI students at SMA N 1 Batur, Batur District, Banjarnegara Regency, in this study has an educational background that is closely related to a strong character. Meanwhile, development in Indonesia is carried out as a whole, which requires quality human resources, various efforts for the formation of the nation's personality, especially in the younger generation. One of the efforts to improve quality resources is through education. However, every educational process, especially tackling delinquency, has an obstacle and obstacle, which occurs in SMA N 1 Batur, especially class XI, from this research it has a goal. 1) knowing the efforts of BK teachers in dealing with student delinquency; 2) knowing the method used; 3) knowing the inhibiting and supporting factors, by using qualitative methods that produce descriptive data, then data collection techniques through interview observations and documentation, in analyzing data systematically, organizing data, describing data into units and compiling into a pattern that produces a conclusion, namely learning that occurs at SMA N 1 Batur is in accordance with the objectives and procedures for learning, then in each lesson several factors, both supporting and inhibiting factors, are found from internal and external sources, and several efforts have been made by counseling teachers at SMA N 1 Batur Banjarnegara..    

During the current pandemic, effective learning activities that are currently being carried out by all levels of school, whether primary, secondary, or tertiary, are online. The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of learning the online system on student activity during the pandemic in grade III students of UPT SDN 1 Watesn, Pringsewu Regency. This study uses a causal associative quantitative method model. The subjects in this study were grade III elementary school students with 24 students. This study found that there was an effect of online learning on student activity well, because learning was going well and also active students in learning got a significant score of 0.000 <0.05 for a significant level of 5%. the value of tcount is 4,364 while ttable is 2,073 (tcount > ttable) which means that HO for this study is rejected and for Ha is accepted. And based on interviews conducted by researchers, the strategy was carried out by teachers, there is a process carried out by classroom teachers to the process of the current pandemic period, effective learning activities carried out at this time by all levels of schools, both elementary schools, middle schools, and universities are carried out by way in the network (online). This research is motivated by the existence of one marketplace application. This study discusses the style of language in featured advertisements in the application. Advertising language style has the ability to convince readers by playing words or phrases so that readers are influenced to use the product. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the style of advertising language in the shopee application. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study is the style of advertising language and the source of the data in the study is advertisements for shopee features that appear on youtube and television. The data collection technique in this study is the method of listening. Based on the results of the discussion on the analysis of the use of advertising language style on YouTube, it can be concluded that the Shopee application uses persuasive language style in the advertisements that are displayed, namely the use of repetition figurehead.

Destination from study this is for describe style language and meaning  which contained on Andmesh . album Love Extraordinary lyrics Kamaleng. Study this is study qualitative with approach descriptive qualitative. Technique collection data in study this is analysis data is identification data, classification data, analysis data, description data, and interpretation data. Results this research find that style language or figure of speech on lyrics song Amazing Love Andmesh album Kamaleng there is 3 language styles. That is, (1) style comparative language which includes hyperbole, and litotes , (2) affirmative language style which includes repetition, and climax, (3) contradictory language style which includes antithesis.

Learning outcomes are indicators of success in learning, learning outcomes are closely related to activity, namely if student learning activities are good then learning outcomes will be good, so that activeness and learning outcomes are important to have, but the reality in school learning outcomes and student activity is low, this is because the model and the media used does not facilitate active students in learning which has an effect on learning outcomes, one solution to the problem of the media and the module is the use of the quiz team model assisted by the lectora inspire. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Quiz Team model with the help of Lectora Inspire on learning outcomes and activeness of class X. The design of this study was a pretest - posttest control group design with a quasi-experimental type. The sampling technique using cluster random sampling was obtained X MIA 1 as the experimental class and X MIA 2 as the control class. Hypothesis testing using MANOVA obtained sig 0.00 < 0.05, meaning that there is an effect of the Quiz Team model assisted by the Lectora Inspire media on learning outcomes and student activity.

Poverty is a problem faced by all countries in the world, especially in developing countries. Poverty is a complex problem that is influenced by many related factors, while this study aims to analyze how and how much influence the Human Development Index, Gross Regional Domestic Product and Unemployment Rate have on Poverty Rates in Indonesia in the period 2017 to 2021. This research using multiple regression analysis with panel data as the method of analysis. This research focuses on six provinces in Indonesia as cross section data and the time range from 2017 to 2021 as time series data. The results of the study show that simultaneously there is influence between the human development index variable Gross Domestic Regional Product and the response to poverty. Then partially, the human development index variable has a negative and significant effect on the poverty variable, and for the Gross Domestic Regional Product variable it shows positive and insignificant results on the poverty variable while the relaxation variable shows positive and significant results on the poverty variable. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination shows 99.6.

In human life the use of electrical energy is very important and needed, but over time the use of its consumption is increasing. Therefore, it is necessary to save electricity consumption activities. This effort is known as energy conservation, one of which uses the energy audit method. Energy audit is to calculate the level of use or Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) in the Untirta Integrated Laboratory Building whether it is efficient in the use of electrical energy. Collecting data related to electricity usage, building profiles, and observing lighting loads, air conditioning/air conditioning loads and other loads. The use of the IKE formula as a form of analyzing the data. The results of the study stated that the IKE value in the Untirta Integrated Laboratory Building was 38.019 kWh/m2, from this value it can be seen that the IKE is efficient. This is based on the parameters used by ASEAN-USAID of 240 kWh/m2. There is an addition in saving energy if in the future there are additional burdens such as laboratory equipment or electronic goods. These savings can be made by using LED lamps and replacing TL lamps or using lamps with a lower wattage than the previous lamp and can be done by reducing the duration of usage in consuming electrical energy.

Literary work is the author's reflection on the reality of life.This study aims to determine the intrinsic and extrinsic elements contained in the short story "a piece of a letter in silence" by Asma Nadia with a mimetic and objective approach. The method used in this research is through a qualitative descriptive analysis with a mimetic approach and objective approach in the work literature. The data analysis technique used is reading and observe short stories, collect data, describe, and drawconclusions from research results. The results of the research show that there are valuesthe reality of life in the form of social reality, the reality of life's struggle, the reality of the real world contained within short story "a letter in silence" with a mimetic approach.The conclusion of this research is that there is a phenomenon of reality values ​​within short story, in the form of the love struggle of a man without a name for a woman without a name even though it has no beautiful ending.

This research reviews the meaning of Ust Hanan Attaki's lecture entitled "The Gap of Shaitan Entering the Human Heart" through a Youtube page uploaded by Ust Hanan Attaki's personal Youtube account. This study aims to find out the gap in shaitan entering the human heart. As is already known that shaitan will tempt humans until the end of time. Shaitan will do everything possible to tempt people and invite them to go to hell with them. It began when God created the first man who was the Prophet Adam AS. Allah Almighty commanded the angels and shaitans to kowtow to men. All angels were always obedient to God's commands and prostrated themselves to the first man, the Prophet Adam AS, while shaitan was reluctant to kowtow because he felt better because he was created from fire while man was created from a clod of earth. The pride of the shaitan caused Allah to impose the punishment that the shaitan took out of heaven. However, shaitan pleaded for the punishment to be suspended by vowing he would tempt people until the end of time. Therefore, shaitan both in the form of jinn and man always tempts to do things that Allah Almighty forbids.

The language and context of speech cannot be separated from each other, the two intertwine in tandem and complement each other. The communication process uses language as a medium for conveying its message. Communicators (speakers), communicants (speakers), messages, and speech situations are necessary parts of communication that are expected to be smooth communication and the delivery of messages. The delivery of the message by the speaker becomes hampered when there is a misalignment of understanding received by the speaker. This is what pragmatics is trying to interpret. Pragmatics is the study of the relationship of language to its context. In a comprehensive understanding of language in communication will give birth to language functions that ultimately form a strong language character. It is presented in the article on speech acts and implicature in the use of language.

The findings show that in general it is effective because there are things in the TEAR indicator and related to the slogans of this World Cup, such as multiculturalism, diversity and peace.

The context of this research is that writing skills are very important for learning, because they can train students to think, channel their desires, emotions, and express their ideas.. The use of documentary film media tells true stories about natural events in accordance with explanatory text material that tells about natural or social phenomena that can occur, such as about water, plastic which is the source of human life. The objective of this research, the researcher wants to know is there any effect of documentary film media on the writing skill of the fifth grade students of Sedatigede II Elementary School. While the research methodology used is quantitative by using a Quasi-Experimental design in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research subjects were class V A as the experimental class and class V C as the control class at SDN Sedatigede II Sidoarjo with a total of 35 students. The data collection method used is an assessment in the form of a performance test with the task of writing an explanatory text. Using statistical analysis methods, the formulas used are normality test, homogeneity test and T-test. The test before and after using the media with the SPSS version 22 application were used. The results of this study were based on the results of the independent sample test data analysis, which showed the value of sig < 0.05, namely sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000. From these results, it was concluded that there was an effect of documentary film media on students' writing skills in the explanatory text material of fifth grade students of Sedatigede II Elementary School. This is reinforced by the significant difference in skill test scores in the experimental and control groups before and after treatment.

This study aims to obtain data on the impact of noise pollution by conducting a noise test from the operation of the PLTD and modeling it to get the noise impact hue. Finite element software modeling the impact of noise generated from the operation of PLTD to determine the hue of the noise impact. In the era of technological and information development that is all sophisticated and modern, let's call it the era of industry 4.0 which is currently taking place and will also lead to the era of society 5.0, of course, making the use of the internet and technology a primary need. It cannot be denied that there are positive and negative impacts from the use of the internet and technology, moving from the negative impact that has started to make people behave individually. Lack of care and intolerance among others, the main purpose of this paper is to analyse the concept of Pancasila education as a national character education in the midst of the current era. The research in this paper uses qualitative research methods, with descriptive analytical research type, with data collection techniques using literature review. The results of this study indicate that Pancasila education as a national character education is certainly a character formation starting from the practice of Pancasila values ​​for the millennial generation in all aspects of social, national and state life. This can certainly be done well if the strengthening of the cultivation of Pancasila values ​​is carried out both in the family environment and in the world of education or even introductory socializations that can be carried out so that the millennial generation does not lose direction, it can actually better understand the values ​​of Pancasila itself.

Pamaris Village is located in the highlands of Gunungtua Village, Cijambe District, Subang Regency. The existence of this area which is located in the highlands makes it difficult for the community to get clean water for their daily needs. Has a river flow that is used for agricultural and fishery water but is not utilized for clean water needs because the community doubts the quality of river water to be used as a source of clean water. With the background of the problems in Pamaris village, the lecturers and students of the Civil Engineering study program, Faculty of Engineering, University of Subang took the initiative to do community service by making a simple water treatment tool to treat river water so that it can be used to meet the community's clean water needs. The planned water treatment system consists of a coagulation tank, a sedimentation tank, a slow sand filter and a fast sand filter. The filter material consists of coral, palm fiber, zeolite, split stone, palm fiber, activated carbon and sand. The results of testing the treated water showed that all parameters of Physics, Inorganic Chemistry and Organic Chemistry were still within the limits of clean water quality standards. The results of bacteriological examination did not find bacteria. Thus, in general, water quality can be used as a source of clean water for the community.

This study aims to determine and prove the influence of leadership, work environment and compensation on work productivity of employees of the Class II Railway Engineering Center for Southern Sumatra Region with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable either directly or indirectly. The population in this study were all employees of the Class II Railway Engineering Center for the Southern Sumatra Region, while the sample was part of the population that would be the object of research. In this study, the total population was 91 people. Sampling in this study used the Saturated Sample technique, namely sampling was carried out as a whole from the total population. In line with the opinion above, in this study, by considering a population of 91 people, the authors took a total of 91 people as research samples. The data analysis used in this study was to use the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method which was operated through the Partial Least Square (PLS) program.

Traditional family medicinal plants or herbs or often abbreviated as Toga, are very beneficial for health and when planted around the house create a beautiful environment. Currently, people prefer to use chemical-based medicines for several reasons, including: the first is the lack of knowledge about medicinal plants, the second is the limited land for growing family medicinal plants, third, the lack of information dissemination about family medicinal plants on easily accessible media. or informative to citizens.From some of the problems above, we can draw the main points of the problems that are discussed and this writing tries to find ways to provide education to the community in terms of the types of family medicinal plants, as well as the design and implementation of the construction of the toga garden.The scope of this paper is related to the author's discipline, namely in the architectural realm and takes a case study on an empty land next to a security post located in RT 08, RW V, Sumurboto Village, Banyumanik District, Semarang.The purpose of writing related to knowledge of the types of family medicinal plants, toga garden designs and their implementation are: first so that people know about the types and benefits of family medicinal plants, second so that people understand the importance of family medicinal plants for health, third so that people maximize and utilize the land. that exist in their respective environments.

This study aims to examine (1) the structural form of the study contained in the poem Language, Nation by Mohammad Yamin. (2) analysis of the meaning contained based on the reader's point of view. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The data acquisition used is by reading, listening and note-taking techniques. The data of this study is sourced from the poetry verse Language, Nation by Mohammad Yamin. The data analysis technique used in this study is the content analysis technique. The results of this study show that: (1) the intrinsic form of the structure in each array of poems is in the form of rhymes or old poems based on their sentence patterns (2) the analysis of the meaning in this poem is a sense of nationalism as a form of love and concern for language and nation.
