This study aims to analyze the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and MVSM (Maintenance Value Stream Mapping) strategies implemented by PT. XYZ in machine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. RCM is used to reduce equipment failures and ensure that each physical item or system is functioning as intended. Meanwhile, MVSM is used to identify waste in maintenance activities and perform repair analysis. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of related documents. The results of the research show that PT. XYZ has implemented the RCM and MVSM strategies effectively in engine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. RCM implementation helps to reduce machine failure and increase machine reliability. Meanwhile, MVSM helps identify and overcome waste in maintenance activities. In conclusion, the RCM and MVSM strategies are effective approaches in engine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of a planned and structured maintenance strategy in improving engine performance. The recommendation for future research is to involve more departments and measure the impact of RCM and MVSM strategies on overall operational productivity and efficiency.

The Pharmacy Installation Section of the BPJS Outpatient Unit is that there are still many patients who complain about the waiting time for drug services. Calculating the waiting time for prescription drug service and concoction medicine, then analyzing compliance with the minimum service standard for the long waiting time category. Evaluating performance in providing health services to BPJS Outpatient patients and can help improve the quality and efficiency of health services. Quantitative and qualitative methods in analyzing the data obtained. Quantitative methods can be used to calculate average waiting times and other statistical analyses, while qualitative methods can be used to analyze interview data and gain a deeper understanding of the factors that affect waiting times. Average waiting time needed to complete a concoction recipe is 49 minutes and to complete a non concoction recipe 32 minutes. The number of standard non-concoction recipes is 699 recipes. Meanwhile, there were 2 recipes that did not meet the standards. For concoction recipes, 146 recipes have met the standard. The waiting time for prescription service at the pharmacy installation for outpatients at BPJS Bella General Hospital for non-concoction recipes still does not meet the standards, while for concoction recipes they meet the minimum standards.

This research is a descriptive qualitative study that aims to analyze the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in Tawiri Village, Teluk Ambon District.                 This research was conducted in Tawiri Village, Teluk Ambon Sub-district. Primary data were collected through interviews with a number of informants who were directly involved in the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in Tawiri Village, Teluk Ambon Sub-district.                 The results showed that the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in Tawiri Village, Teluk Ambon Sub-district went well despite the many obstacles encountered. This can be seen from 6 (six) policy evaluation criteria namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy where four of them have not been implemented optimally. So for the suggestions submitted, namely the need to submit the latest data or government officials must make updates related to Non-Cash Food Assistance for underprivileged people who do not get assistance and consult directly with village assistants, the Government as the organizer is obliged to provide socialization to Beneficiary Families about the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program, the Government also needs to improve administrative data on families who receive benefits.

AI technology has become an integral part of modern human life, with various applications in industries such as business, health, government, and others. AI technology can help improve decision-making based on data, reduce human error, and increase efficiency. However, it also poses risks, such as data security and job replacement. To ensure the wise use of AI, it is crucial to observe AI ethics, protect user data and privacy, avoid discrimination, and ensure system security. The research problem is formulated to answer questions such as the benefits and risks of using ChatGPT, its optimal use, and its role in education. The purpose of the research is to describe the benefits, risks, and wise use of ChatGPT in the era of AI and to ensure its responsible use.

In general, this study aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Workload on Employee Work Effectiveness at the Secretariat Office of the Regional People's Representative Council of Sibolga City. The type of research used in this research is descriptive correlational research, which describes and provides an explanation of the relationship between variable X (independent) as the independent variable that influences and variable Y (dependent) as the dependent variable that is influenced. For this study, the population was only Civil Servants consisting of 10 Structural Officials and 29 Staff at the Secretariat Office of the Regional People's Representative Council of Sibolga City, totaling 39 (thirty nine) Civil Servants. The analytical method used is the efficiency analysis technique of multiple correlation and multiple linear regression. The results showed that based on statistical testing partially showed t count 3.641 > t table 0.208 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05, it means that the Leadership variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the Work Effectiveness variable. The workload variable shows t count 0.448 > t table 0.208 and a significant 0.004 <0.05, it means that the workload variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness variable.

This system uses information technology to automate the registration process, reduce waiting times and prevent crowding in the registration area. After receiving the queue number, the patient then waits for a call to get an examination or service. The system can be programmed to provide information about expected waiting times, enabling patients to make more effective use of their time. The outpatient registration system uses information technology to help patients speed up the registration process, reduce waiting times, and optimize the use of resources, such as doctors' space and time. This system can also help improve the patient experience by providing convenience and comfort in the registration process. Overall, the use of queuing presses and outpatient registration systems can help improve efficiency and patient experience in a hospital, as well as optimize resource use.

Developments in the industrial world are increasingly rapid, resulting in increased competition in the industrial world, so that industrial companies are competing to improve production efficiency and effectiveness. Especially companies in the manufacturing sector, increasing productivity in a production system is an absolute thing that must be done. One of the main indicators in increasing productivity is the level of rehabilitation of production machines at the company. In measuring how good the rehabilitation of a production machine is, an effective and efficient maintenance maintenance process is needed for the company. Continuous use of the machine will decrease the level of readiness of the machine itself. In an effort to maintain the level of machine readiness so that production results are guaranteed due to continuous use of the machine, regular machine maintenance and maintenance activities are needed which are expected to prolong the condition of production machines so that they are not damaged, in case of machine damage it can disrupt production activities.

WhatsApp Business training has been conducted to improve the quality of management of Sakura Waste Bank Palembang. This activity aims to train managers and employees in operating and using the WhatsApp Business application in daily activities. The results of the training showed that participants were satisfied and able to apply the knowledge gained. It is hoped that this training can positively contribute to improving the efficiency and performance of Sakura Waste Bank

The roles and functions of quality management, known as total management quality, can be interpreted as a system that helps an organization, hospital, or business entity to oversee every activity and duties and responsibilities needed to maintain the quality or quality of service. Efforts to improve the quality of health services are the most important step to increase the competitiveness of Indonesian businesses in the health sector. The purpose of this theoretical review study is to find out how the role and function of the quality of health services in hospitals. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review study are the role and function of quality as an effort that is carried out continuously, systematically, objectively, and integratedly in determining problems and causes of health service quality problems based on predetermined standards with effectiveness, efficiency, protection and acceptance of health services. It can be concluded that service quality and good quality will greatly influence health services in hospitals. Patients getting comprehensive health services will increase patient satisfaction in the treatment program so that the quality of health services will increase. Hospitals also need to improve the quality of quality health services. Quality also has a function as a reference or benchmark in managing the quality provided by a hospital. So that in its implementation it is necessary to carry out monitoring and evaluation.

As an intermediary company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is committed to finding cargo ships with high-quality standards to provide the best service to customers, while prioritizing safety and maritime environmental protection. In its capacity as a shipping company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera handles ship movement permit management through several stages, including administrative compliance, permit application, and ship document completion. This process needs to be carried out quickly and accurately to avoid delays, which requires good coordination with various related agencies at the port. The role of PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is crucial in supporting ship service activities in the shipping industry. To optimize port operations, appropriate management policies are needed to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of port performance.    

Effective and efficient financial management is essential for the success of UMKM. However, UMKM are often hampered in optimizing their performance and competitiveness due to lack of knowledge and skills in financial management. Therefore, this community service aims to train UMKM in financial management to improve their financial literacy and their ability to utilize skills in business management. This activity uses a participatory approach by involving UMKM in the Bugangan Village area and the method includes theoretical explanations and direct practical assistance. The training materials include basic concepts of financial management and simple financial report analysis. The results showed that participants had a better understanding and skills to manage business finances more effectively. In addition, participants also reported increased time efficiency and accuracy of financial records after the training was implemented. Thus, this program is expected to help UMKM become more adaptive to the demands of the digital era and contribute to sustainable local economic growth.

Pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode penghimpunan data menggunakan metode tanya jawab (interview) dan pengamatan lapangan. Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency dan Service adalah metode PIECES yang akan digunakan dalam menganalisa sistem. Unified Modelling Language (UML) adalah metode perancangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. System engineering, Requirement analysis, Design, Coding, Testing dan Maintenance adalah metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall yang peneliti gunakan. Sistem informasi akademik dikembangkan sesuai kebutuhan institusi saat ini tetapi seiring perkembangan peraturan dan kebutuhan institusi maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi kinerja secara periodik.

The basis for imposing Hotel Tax is the amount paid or should be paid to the hotel. The Hotel Tax Rate is set at 10% (ten percent). The principal amount of Hotel Tax payable is calculated by multiplying the rate by the tax base. The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the government to work more in tackling the disease outbreak and its effects. The policies taken by the government will certainly have a certain impact on the community and will also have an impact on several PAD sectors which result in a decrease in revenue. Increasing local tax revenue certainly requires effectiveness and efficiency efforts. The level of efficiency is also a necessary part of increasing local tax revenues. This efficiency can be related to the expenses that will be incurred, which need to be carried out to a minimum to achieve the target of local tax revenue within a period. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method with a combined panel data regression analysis between cross section and time series, with the aim of analyzing the effect of the level of effectiveness, contibution, and the level of efficiency of hotel tax revenue on the Regional Original Income of the Province of Bali in 2016 - 2020. The results show that the variables of the level of effectiveness, contribution, and hotel tax efficiency together (simultaneously) have an effect on local revenue of  98.13% and 1.87% are contributions from other variables not discussed in this study.

Aplikasi media pembelajaran huruf dan angka untuk anak usia dini dengan konsep gamifikasi berbasis android ini dilatar belakangi kurangnya pemahaman siswa-siswa PAUD Desa Karanggintung, pada materi huruf dan angka. Di PAUD Desa Karanggintung, para siswa belum memahami materi huruf dan angka tersebut dengan baik. Penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang konvensional, belum adanya pengembangan media yang lain, anak menjadi mudah bosan dan kurang berkonsentrasi pada pelajaran menjadi alasan kurangnya pemahaman pada materi huruf dan angka. Perlu diciptakan inovasi baru yang searah dengan tujuan penelitian yaitu terbangunnya media pembelajaran huruf dan angka dengan konsep gamifikasi berbasis android, guna meningkatkan motivasi belajar serta pemahaman pada anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).   Hasil evaluasi skala benchmark User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), Aspek Daya Tarik (attractiveness) dengan nilai 2,43, Aspek Efisiensi (efficiency) dengan nilai 2,22, Aspek Kejelasan (perspicuity) dengan nilai 2,08, Aspek Ketepatan (dependability) dengan nilai 2,11, Aspek Stimulasi (stimulation) dengan nilai 2,45 dan Aspek Kebaruan (novelty) memperoleh nilai 2,23. Dengan demikian, maka keenam aspek UEQ memperoleh hasil  Excellent (baik sekali) di atas rata-rata. Aplikasi media pembelajaran ini dapat membantu meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi para siswa, pada pembelajaran materi huruf dan angka.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of payment administration service efficiency factors on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. To find out which payment administration service efficiency variables have a more dominant influence on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Research results on the influence of Payment Administration service efficiency on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar. In this research, results have been obtained that the hypothesis proposed is acceptable, because the results show that the efficiency of payment administration services has an effect on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar. The research results also explain that the most dominant variable influencing customer satisfaction is the efficiency of payment administration service funds, where the results show that in general customers experience satisfaction because their expectations are the same as the implementation results (reality).

The research focused on the quality of whatsapp-based online services in population administration services in kupang city. The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation and quality model of whatsapp-based online services in population administration services. The theory used is the theory of online service quality proposed by parasurahman with the variables of efficiency, fullfilment, system availability, privacy. The research design used qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the implementation of quality whatsapp-based online services was seen from service efficiency, ease of access and a simple mechanism; fullfilment, a fast and free service period; system availability, the internet network support; and privacy, the end-to-end encrypted whatsapp. The obstacle is there are no regulations, infrastructure facilities are still limited, just using one smartphone for one service where the smartphone capacity is limited for document transactions. Then there is still a lack of government socialization. Therefore, the model that needs to be carried out by the population and civil registry office of kupang city is to make a regulation for the mayor of kupang. It is necessary for the government to be responsible for providing computers for whatsapp online, and conducting wider socialization to the public.

This research aims to implement activity-based management to increase the efficiency of PT. The Charm of Arnos Concrete Gresik. This research is descriptive and qualitative, using primary data from interviews. Research that is descriptive qualitative using primary data in the form of interviews. Research findings show that by implementing activity-based management in PT Pesona Arnos Beton Gresik, activities with a low amount of added value are obtained after being carried out by this method. Costs that do not have added value can be reduced so that there are cost savings. This still develops efficiency without negating the quality of service provided to consumers or customers.

From the results of research on production control and operations at UD. Sumber Makmur it cannot be said to be effective and efficient. From the specified criteria, there are weaknesses in this program. The recommendations given by researchers to companies can be used as material to make improvements to these weaknesses.
