In principle, pension funds replace employee benefits. Taspen is a pension and insurance program organizer that serves ASN, judges, and civil servants. The source of funding for this pension program comes from the basic salary (gapok), additional basic salary, as well as the last monthly additional basic salary. So in essence, civil servants who have retired can rely on Taspen to manage their pension funds, which will be given in the form of monthly payments in accordance with applicable regulations. So here researchers carry out an analysis to find out what the customers in question are using the pension funds for. Are these funds managed and utilized well? This research uses a qualitative approach. data was collected using the interview method. After all the data has been collected, data analysis is carried out. The data analysis used is non-statistical data analysis. In this research, what is analyzed is the data collected in interview transcripts. Based on the research results, it is known that customers can use pension funds for various purposes, such as living costs. when retiring, investing, purchasing property, or supporting the education of children or grandchildren. Apart from that, customers also manage pension funds by carrying out financial planning, selecting investment portfolios, carrying out evaluations and monitoring, making wise expenditures, carrying out and considering insurance and protection, then consulting with financial experts.

The lack of public knowledge about hypertension and information about drugs is an obstacle to success in the healing process. In line with this, Gebriet et al. (2017) explained that the level of knowledge and understanding of hypertensive patients regarding their disease can support the success of therapy so that the patient's blood pressure can be well controlled. The more patients understand their disease, the more aware patients will be in maintaining a lifestyle, regularly taking medication, and the level of patient compliance will also increase. Before conducting counseling, participants were given a pre-test to find out how much knowledge the community had about hypertension. During the implementation of the activity, participants paid attention enthusiastically and actively. This can be seen from the many questions from the participants and the right answers to questions from the community service team. At the end of the activity, participants conducted an evaluation. The results of the evaluation conducted from 10 participants showed that the pre-test results were 45% good, 55% fair value, the post-test results showed that 85% good 15% fair. So there has been an increase in knowledge from before and after counseling.

Teaching methods are the way teachers deliver learning material in every face-to-face meeting with students. Creative, professional teachers are required to develop approaches and choose effective teaching methods to create a conducive and enjoyable learning climate. To avoid boredom in learning, teachers can choose a method that suits the subject or sub-subject at the same time and place at once, because there are strengths and weaknesses in each teaching method. Teaching methods that are suitable for certain subjects are characterized by high student learning achievement in each learning evaluation implementation. Another factor that influences learning outcomes is achievement motivation. In the learning process, achievement motivation is very important to give to students. This is intended to stimulate students' creativity and willingness to participate in learning activities. Achievement motivation is the desire to complete something to achieve a standard of success, and to make an effort to achieve success    

The implementation of this community service involves this Partner Village located in Randutatah Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. This group has various businesses, processed seafood. Technology development in the digital era has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in business and marketing. E-commerce is one form of technology utilization that is growing rapidly, providing new opportunities for business actors, including farmers and fishermen in Randutatah Paiton Village. However, obstacles such as limited internet access, lack of e-commerce knowledge, low marketing networks, and intense competition on e-commerce platforms are the main challenges.To overcome these obstacles, a training program on e-commerce utilization was conducted.  This training program involves business owners and workers, with an implementation method that includes planning, implementing activities, and monitoring and evaluation. The purpose of the implementation of this community service is to apply e-commerce to the sale of various MSME products in Randutatah Village with the intention of introducing and increasing their sales turnover, while the method used is to use participatory methods, counseling, mentoring and training. The results obtained from the implementation of this community service are that with the help of training and e-commerce applications, it can reduce the sales turnover of MSME products in Randutatah Village.

The goal to be achieved is to find out the use of spin wheel learning media on heroism material on class learning outcomes. This research is class action research (action research). This research was conducted in the form of cycles, each cycle consisting of several components, namely the stages of preparation, planning, implementation of action, observation and monitoring, reflection, evaluation and revision and conclusion of the results. The data validation process is carried out by asking for an assessment of experts and practitioners regarding the content and outline of the written test which is used as a data collection tool, so that the tool is used to measure student abilities. The use of the spin wheel learning model is proven to improve student learning outcomes. The learning process on the subject matter of heroism from the aspects of teachers and students can be achieved because from cycle to cycle there is reflection and improvement through good collaboration between researchers and observers. This result can be achieved because of this cooperation in designing, implementing, observing, and reflecting on cycles for two cycles. Improving mathematics learning outcomes through the spin wheel learning model in heroism material can be achieved.

Mastering English vocabulary, which is a foreign language in Indonesia, is not easy. To master English vocabulary, appropriate technique in teaching is needed. This is the basis for carrying out English vocabulary mastery training using guessing game for the children of the Al Mim Palangkaraya Orphanage. This training was attended by ten participants and accompanied by an instructor in March 2023 for one day which included preparation, implementation and evaluation. The training material consists of mastering English vocabulary using guessing game. The list of English vocabulary provided is related to the names of professions in English. The results of the training show that guessing game can be implemented well in the mastering English vocabulary. Guessing game can make the participants motivated, interested, more active, enthusiastic, and not bored. Guessing game can also help the participants to acquire new English vocabulary.

One of the complaints that are often experienced by pregnant women is sleep disorders. Sleep disorders that occur in pregnant women are a reduction in sleep duration. According to a 2012 survey by the National Sleep Foundation, about 78% of pregnant women in America have trouble sleeping. While in Indonesia 97% of pregnant women experience sleep disorders in the third trimester. The purpose of this study is to determine the evaluation of the implementation of prenatal yoga with the quality of sleep of III trimester pregnant women at the Olive Sahabat Bunda Clinic. This research method is a quantitative research type of descriptive analytical research design used is one group pre test post test design. The number of samples used was 30 respondents. The variables of the study were prenatal yoga and sleep quality. The measuring instrument or instrument in this study was the Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire. The results of this study showed that before prenatal yoga, 23 respondents (23.3%) had poor sleep quality at night and only 7 respondents (76.7%) had good sleep quality.

Solutions carried out through the latest training provide a solid foundation for their self-development. Strategic collaboration with activity partners and analysis of new business opportunities are the foundation for developing business models that are not only innovative but also sustainable. Technology enablement and implementation of digital marketing strategies were key steps in improving ONC's operational efficiency and increasing their visibility in the tight local market. outreach on business sustainability provides better understanding for ONC members, helping them reduce environmental impacts and increase resource efficiency. As an integral part of this program, monitoring and evaluation are carried out strictly to measure the impact of each step taken. Thus, the community service program not only provides an immediate solution to the challenges ONC faces, but also forms the basis for long-term investment, supporting the growth and sustainability of their business in the future.

The Village Head and the Village Consultative Body are two parties who are referred to as working partners in the process of implementing development programs in the village, this is because the BPD together with the Village Head determines the Village work program. In addition, the Village Head has the authority to lead the implementation of village government programs, while the BPD institutionally represents the village population and acts as a supervisor for the implementation of government programs in the village. Another function of the BPD is to accommodate and channel the aspirations of the village community. The village head and BPD must have the same thoughts in implementing village government, so that village government can be implemented in accordance with community expectations and demands. The problem formulation in this research is: (1) What is the working relationship between the Village Government and the Village Consultative Body? (2) What are the inhibiting factors in implementing development programs in Tribur village, South Abad District?The results of this research used empirical juridical research methods and the data was analyzed descriptively qualitatively where the focus of the research was planning, implementation, supervision and evaluation; namely research where the data was directly obtained from the research location for 15 people.

Many businesses experienced losses due to the Covid-19 pandemic, one of which was Mitra who was laid off from his job due to his business going bankrupt. Partners have cake-making skills that they acquired while working. Mitra wants to open his own business but doesn't have the capital so he can't afford cake ingredients and machines. There are two problems with Partners, namely the production sector, Partners do not have capital and marketing problems, Partners do not know how to market their products. The goal of service is that partners have income and the business they run runs and develops. As a result of dedication, the provision of an oven machine has resulted in Mitra getting a lot of orders, as can be seen from the evaluation carried out over seven days of orders, usually only 3 bolus cakes every day, but now it can reach 15 bolus cakes every day. In conclusion, the oven provided by the Service Team is the result of a discussion group forum which is really needed by Partners. Partner's income has increased since the Service Team provided the oven to Partners as seen from the evaluation carried out by the Service Team

Adolescent nutritional problems are a continuation of childhood nutritional problems such as iron deficiency anemia. Prolonged iron deficiency can cause anemia. Teenagers need more to replace iron lost along with menstrual blood. Anemia in adolescent girls is currently still high, according to WHO, the world prevalence of anemia ranges from 40-88%. The majority of students at SMP Negeri 5 Nekamese are young women who are vulnerable to suffering from anemia, so it is necessary to conduct anemia education and measure hemoglobin (Hb) in young women. The aim of this community service is to increase the knowledge of young women about anemia and school health so that it becomes a healthy and anemia-free school. The empowerment method in this community service activity uses the Question and Answer Lecture method. Counseling was conducted for young women in grades 7, 8 and 9 at SMP Negeri 5 Nekamese on September 9 2023, which was attended by 30 young women. The activity began with preparations for making an examination stand, distributing leaflets, explaining material or counseling using the lecture method of question and answer and evaluation. Before the counseling is carried out, a pre-test is carried out, then after the counseling a post-test is carried out. The implication of this community service activity is an increase in young women's knowledge about anemia and healthy schools. It is hoped that after carrying out this activity, young women can prevent anemia during adolescence by increasing their food consumption patterns to be diverse, nutritious, balanced and safe.

Currency is a symbol of a country's sovereignty, the Rupiah is currency as well as a legal means of payment for use in economic transactions in Indonesia. Learning to understand the difference between fake and real money and implementing how severe punishments for dealers and users of counterfeit money are carried out effectively will provide a positive change in the future for students. This socialization regarding disclosing the secret of the difference between real and fake money and preventing fake money fraud was highly appreciated regarding this socialization, especially teachers and students, but many students were still confused about differentiating between real and fake money. So that female students do not get caught up in fraud and the distribution of counterfeit money, this socialization hopes that female students from early ages to adults can avoid and be able to distinguish between real and fake money, understand the characteristics of the authenticity of money, and know the penalties related to the laws that apply to its use. and distribution of counterfeit money. The methods for implementing activities in this socialization are lecture, interview, discussion and evaluation methods. The results of the training are an increase in understanding of real money vs fake money, understanding the characteristics, increasing insight regarding applicable legal regulations and being able to use this knowledge better in the present and future.

Practical implications for healthcare policies and practices are highlighted, suggesting improvements in human resource training, service processes, and infrastructure. Recommendations include strengthening human resource training through regular and ongoing programs, optimizing service processes by thorough workflow evaluations, and ensuring strict compliance with health standards. Furthermore, the integration of technological innovations is proposed as a progressive step toward enhancing service efficiency and result accuracy. The implementation of laboratory information systems, modern equipment, and related applications is suggested to advance service quality. The establishment of a regular monitoring and evaluation system, including internal audits, routine performance reviews, and patient feedback collection, is crucial for continuous improvement. Collaboration with external entities, such as health oversight agencies and laboratory professional associations, is advocated for robust guidance and support. Encouraging research and innovation in quality management and laboratory service is recommended to enhance understanding of new technology applications, quality maintenance strategies, and policy impact evaluation. By implementing these suggestions, laboratory units are expected to continually enhance service quality and ensure optimal patient satisfaction.

Background: Kidney stones (nephrolithiasis) are solid masses formed from urine precipitated crystals. The formation of stones is caused by increased calcium, oxalate and uric acid content in the body, scans to view kidney stones (nephrolithiasis) can be performed with or without contrast. Non-contrast CT urography is the imaging modality of choice for the initial evaluation of patients with suspected urolithiasis, as it has a sensitivity of up to 98% and specificity of 96-98%. Components that affect image quality in CT scans are spatial resolution, contrast resolution, and noise. One of the important parameters in image quality is the selection of slice thickness. Spatial resolution is the ability to show objects or organs with a high level of contrast. Noise is the standard deviation percentage of the sum of pixel values obtained from the waterbath image. Methods; This type of research is quantitative research with an experimental approach to analyze the effect of slice thickness variations on image quality using variations of 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, and 6 m. Education is a key element in the development of society and the nation. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raudlatul Mutaallimin Pandean Paiton Probolinggo faces challenges in evaluating student learning outcomes during distance learning. Technological limitations have prompted the search for innovative solutions. The goal of this service effort is to improve the quality of student learning outcome evaluations by utilizing Google Drive and Google Form applications in distance learning. Teachers are empowered through intensive training, workshops, and mentoring, including the use of Google Drive and Google Form in teaching and evaluation question development techniques. Active interaction and knowledge sharing occur during training, which has successfully enhanced teachers' knowledge and skills in creating evaluation instruments with Google Form. The final survey results show a significant improvement, with 87% of respondents experiencing improvement. They are now able to design evaluation instruments more effectively during distance learning. The use of Google Drive and Google Form as evaluation tools opens up opportunities for improving the quality of education. Recommendations for the future include continuing to support teachers, deepening the integration of technology in the learning process, and expanding training to enhance the effectiveness of learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raudlatul Mutaallimin Pandean Paiton Probolinggo..

Severe (MS) patients require special attention in this preparation. Equipment preparation includes a stable catheterization table, a fluoroscopic imaging system, various types of catheters, appropriate contrast agents, resuscitation equipment, pre-procedure medications, and hemostasis equipment. The medical team involved in CAG examination in Severe (MS) patients involves an interventional cardiologist, radiological technologist, catheterization nurse, catheterization technician, and additional support personnel such as the anesthesia team and resuscitation team. The examination procedure includes patient preparation, vascular access, catheter insertion into the coronary arteries, evaluation and imaging of the coronary arteries, and completion of the procedure. CAG examination has an important role in the detection of coronary artery disease. CAG examination in patients with (MS) Severe requires careful preparation and involves the collaboration of a well-coordinated medical team to provide optimal results and a significant contribution in the management of (MS) Severe. Conclusion: Narrowing of the mitral valve, severe mitral stenosis (MS) is a pathological condition where this narrowing inhibits blood flow from the left atrium to the left ventricle. This condition is most often caused by rheumatic heart disease, which results in inflammation and ultimately thickening and narrowing of the mitral valve. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data was collected by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis process is carried out starting from data collection, and checking the validity of the data. To check the validity of the research data using the data triangulation method. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Management planning for extracurricular activities in improving non-academic achievement at Sabiluth Thoyyib High School there are 3 activities, namely meetings with stakeholders, extra coordinators and extracurricular coaches, the second is selection for students who participate in extra activities and the last is all students must follow the mandatory extra i.e. scouts. 2) The implementation is held, every Saturday, either extra mandatory or extra optional. 3) The evaluation consists of 2 activities, the first with an assessment of each extracurricular once a month, every mid-semester and one semester. The second is an evaluation meeting from the school with extra supervisors and extra coordinators which is held every mid-semester, semester and yearly.    

The purpose of this service is to describe initiatives that can be done to increase students' interest in learning mathematics, especially in the material of natural number calculation operations. The solution offered in this activity is assistance in learning the concept of natural number counting operations using natural number calculation operation board props. Participants in this service activity involved 28 students of grade III MI Miftahul Islam. The stages of this activity consist of three stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The conclusion obtained from this service activity is that assistance in learning the concept of natural number counting operations using natural number calculation operation board props is said to have succeeded in increasing students' interest in learning mathematics. This is evidenced by the increase in the percentage of students who achieve scores above KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria) after mentoring, from 30% to 85%.

Gender equality is an important human rights principle to be realized in Indonesia. Although there has been significant progress in achieving gender equality, major challenges remain, especially in overcoming discrimination against women. One solution to achieving gender equality is to encourage women to become influential and competitive leaders. This research describes the method of implementing gender equality socialization, its results and achievements, as well as the importance of women in leadership. This effort involves outreach targets such as women's groups, teenagers and the general public through materials that emphasize that women also have rights in various fields, including politics and economics. In this socialization process, the presenters who are legislative candidates become resource persons to provide inspiration to the participants. Evaluation is carried out to measure participants' understanding of the socialization material. The results show that women have great potential as influential leaders if given equal opportunities and support.

The purpose of this research is to measure the performance of 12th grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Ciruas in the subject of biodiversity and to assess the 12th grade students ability to solve problems through environmentally based learning activities. The research procedure involves using pre-tests and post-tests. The pre-test is used to determine the students initial abilities. The post-test is conducted to assess the students problem solving abilities after learning through Problem Based Learning using Student Discussion Sheets (LKPD). Student performance data, obtained from answering Student Discussion Sheets (LKPD), is analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. Scores obtained from all assessed aspects are then converted to determine the groups assessment criteria. The problem solving abilities of 12th grade students at SMA Negeri Ciruas fall into the "Good" category, and there is an improvement in scores between the pre-test and post-test evaluations.
