This research aims to analyze the public's perception of career women's efforts in achieving work-life balance, as well as its impact on the dual role experience. The research focus includes the view of society, obstacles experienced by women, and the social implications of the dual role of women. The results of the study based on the questionnaire showed that 74,94% of the people had a positive perception of career women and judged that the balance of work and life can be achieved through time management and family support, while 25,06% had a neutral to negative perception that considered that career women were not optimal in carrying out domestic roles, thus causing social pressure and role conflicts. This perception contributes to stress levels, emotional fatigue, and difficulties in achieving work-life balance. This finding also reveals that education factors, working experience with women, family roles, and social environment affect the formation of perceptions. This research is expected to contribute in increasing public understanding and encouraging policies that support women's careers both in social and work.

In Indonesia, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have long been recognized as a very important business sector due to their various real roles in the economy. However, MSMEs often face many obstacles in running their businesses. More incentive support from various parties, especially the government, is needed for the development of MSMEs. In order to overcome the problems faced by MSMEs and support their sustainability, a KKU (Business Field Study) activity was carried out by Group 15 at the KKU-11 of the Institute of Technology and Business (ITB) Adias Pemalang at the MSME “Ev_Kids Product.”After conducting an observation phase, several problems faced by the SME were identified, including the lack of social media for marketing, failure to calculate the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and maintain simple accounting records, absence of a business logo, banners, promotional image designs, organizational structure, business profile, product catalog, stamps, receipt books, and product attributes. Additionally, the SME had never produced a production video or promotional video. After conducting the observation phase, KKU actors formulated several business development assistance programs, namely creating social media accounts, calculating the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), creating simple bookkeeping, creating a business logo, banners, promotional image designs, organizational structure, business profile, product catalog, stamps, note books, and product attributes in the form of hangtags. This study discusses the role of the Kupang City Council in carrying out its supervisory function on gender-responsive maternal and child health policies, with a case study focus on Oebobo District. The background of this study stems from the high maternal and child mortality rates and the suboptimal implementation of Kupang City Regulation No. 7 of 2013. This study uses a qualitative approach with interview, observation, and documentation techniques, and involves informants from DPRD members, health workers, posyandu cadres, and community leaders. The results show that the DPRD, particularly through Commission IV, has carried out its supervisory function through regulatory support, budget allocation, program evaluation, and field visits. Some of the programs supervised include Free Nutritious Meals (MBG), strengthening Posyandu, and basic health services at Puskesmas. However, the effectiveness of supervision still faces various obstacles, including the lack of female representation in the DPRD, strong patriarchal culture, lack of socialization of local regulations, weak cross-sector coordination, and low community participation. The conclusion of this study confirms that the success of gender-responsive maternal and child health policies is greatly influenced by the capacity of the DPRD in oversight, political and budgetary support, and community involvement.

This study used a qualitative approach with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) as the data collection technique. This study examined the institutional factors causing long dwelling times at Tanjung Emas Port and mitigation efforts. The analysis revealed that the main root of the problem lies in the lengthy administrative and goods inspection (customs) processes, particularly in the red, yellow, and green inspection lanes. Obstacles include the lack of data integration (such as PIB and SPPB dates) between the Semarang Container Terminal (TPKS) and Customs, as well as incomplete documents by service users. A significant impact was felt on imports, where dwelling times were longer due to complicated quarantine and customs inspections, while exports were relatively unaffected.

The Independent Curriculum aims to provide flexible, student-centered learning that is oriented toward strengthening character through the Pancasila Student Profile. However, a literature review indicates that its implementation in elementary schools still faces various obstacles. Teachers' understanding of differentiated learning, the P5 project, and authentic assessment is uneven, while limited infrastructure and the complexity of developing teaching materials also hamper its implementation. Furthermore, student readiness and a supportive learning environment also influence the curriculum's effectiveness. These findings emphasize the need to improve teacher competency, ensure equitable distribution of facilities, and collaborate among stakeholders for optimal implementation of the Independent Curriculum. Furthermore, the disparity in the quality of implementation across schools is also a major challenge, particularly in remote areas with limited facilities. Therefore, supportive policies and intensive mentoring for teachers are needed to ensure that this curriculum is effective and provides maximum benefits for students, optimizing character development and 21st-century skills. Overall, the success of the Independent Curriculum depends heavily on solid collaboration between all relevant parties, including teachers, schools, parents, and education policymakers.

The Indonesian Navy Academy is a military educational institution that produces cadets to become professional and reliable Indonesian Navy officers. Cadets are required to have strong physical and mental strength to achieve responsiveness, resilience, and resilience in undergoing education, training, and upbringing. To support learning and training activities, quality food intake and service are required. Quality meal service is needed in order to increase the satisfaction of AAL cadets during meal activities in the Hadiwinarso Rds Loungeroom. For this reason, qualified Human Resources are needed to man the Hadiwinarso Rds Loungeroom, namely Cooks and Waiters in improving meal services for cadets. The researcher focused on personnel development and made it as input to optimize the cooks and waiters in the Hadwinarso Rds Loungeroom to improve meal services for cadets. In this study, the SWOT method was used to reveal internal and external factors that influence the performance of Waiters and Cooks. This study is expected to find the right optimization strategy by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. After conducting a SWOT analysis, a strategy was obtained to optimize Waiters and Cooks with a combination strategy of Weakness-Opportunity in quadrant III. W-O strategy (supporting the Turn-Around strategy) namely the organization faces enormous opportunities, but on the other hand faces several internal obstacles/weaknesses with the focus of the strategy being to minimize internal weaknesses so that it can seize better opportunities. The results of the study show that the W-O Strategy that the author found is Strategy 1: Given training/courses according to their fields so that they can work optimally and acquire new skills, Strategy 2: Cooks and Waiters have experience in supporting protocol activities at AAL well. Working well and having experience is capital to open up opportunities for PHL to be appointed as PNS or promoted to division head/kitchen head by considering the working time and amount of experience during AAL, Strategy 3: AAL needs to have standardization in recruiting workers so that later workers are ready to be placed to work according to their fields and open up opportunities to continue improving skills/abilities through courses/training provided by AAL. Meanwhile, to standardize recruitment, researchers provide specific requirements for job applicants interested in becoming cooks and waiters at the Loungeroom at Rd. S Hadi Winarso

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) holds a very important role in shaping children’s character, moral values, and foundational knowledge. As an effort to support the success of education, good quality learning outcomes are required as a benchmark for children’s holistic development. In this context, educator management becomes one of the keys to improving the quality of learning outcomes. PAUD Al-Qur’an (PAUDQU) is an early childhood education institution that prioritizes Al-Qur’an education and Al-Qur’an memorization (tahfidz) as its institutional uniqueness. The findings of this research show that the educator management implemented in PAUDQU in Setu Bekasi District is quite good, as almost all elements within the scope of educator management have been carried out by the school. However, there are several obstacles found in its implementation, such as the educators’ competencies that have not been maximized, particularly in Al-Qur’an recitation (tahsin) and tahfidz, as well as the promotion, compensation, and educator assessment systems that are not yet well-structured. KIPAS EVA, an acronym for Competence Implementation Evaluation Appreciation, was developed with the expectation of being easier to remember, thus supporting the process of applying educator management in the future. This management strategy emphasizes educator planning by strengthening competencies, professional learning implementation by educators, continuous educator evaluation, and providing appreciation to increase educator motivation.

The rapid advancement of digital technology has fundamentally transformed civil legal interactions, making electronic documents such as instant messages, online transactions, and digital contracts primary forms of evidence in many civil disputes. However, their admissibility in judicial proceedings remains fraught with challenges concerning formal and material validity. This study aims to identify juridical and technical obstacles in digital evidence and to formulate an ideal model for civil procedural law that ensures reliable electronic proof. A normative-juridical approach with qualitative analysis was employed, combining doctrinal research through legislative review, jurisprudence, and scholarly literature with case studies of court decisions involving electronic evidence, particularly in divorce disputes. The findings reveal that inconsistent judicial treatment stems from the absence of specific procedural rules in Indonesia’s civil procedure framework still rooted in colonial-era HIR and RBg alongside limited digital infrastructure and low technological literacy among judicial actors. In response, the study proposes an integrated legal construction model featuring explicit provisions in the upcoming Civil Procedure Code, adoption of the functional equivalence principle, institutionalization of digital forensic experts in litigation, and procedural safeguards for vulnerable parties. The research concludes that only through holistic reform of the evidentiary paradigm can Indonesia’s civil justice system guarantee fairness, legal certainty, and relevance in the digital era.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a global agenda that emphasizes the importance of balancing economic growth, social justice, and environmental sustainability. In Indonesia, the primary challenge in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) lies in the limited financing of sustainable development projects. Sukuk, particularly green sukuk, is a sharia-compliant financial instrument with the potential to provide an alternative solution to support funding for environmentally friendly projects and green infrastructure. This study aims to analyze the role of sukuk in financing sustainable development, identify its potential and implementation challenges, and compare it with other national financial instruments. This study employed a library research method through a literature review of books, scientific journals, articles, and empirical data related to sukuk development. The results show that demand for sukuk is increasing compared to conventional bonds and provides a competitive financing alternative based on sharia principles. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as financial literacy, regulatory readiness, market liquidity, and limited institutional coordination. Strengthening regulations and stakeholder collaboration are necessary for sukuk to effectively support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
