Deep learning is a learning approach that emphasizes in-depth understanding of concepts and the development of critical, creative, collaborative, and communicative thinking skills. Although this approach aligns with the demands of a competency-based curriculum, its implementation at the elementary school level still faces various challenges. Based on a preliminary survey, 65% of elementary school teachers in partner schools admitted to experiencing difficulties in implementing deep learning effectively in the classroom. This study aims to identify innovative strategies that can improve teacher competency through a structured training program. The training activities involved 120 teachers from 10 elementary schools who are members of the teacher working group (KKG), with a focus on mastery of deep learning concepts, the application of interactive learning methods, and the use of educational technology. The training method was implemented continuously using a blended learning approach, including face-to-face sessions, practical workshops, mentoring, and the use of digital learning platforms. Evaluation results showed that 80% of training participants experienced significant improvements in their understanding of deep learning concepts, 70% were able to integrate interactive learning strategies into the teaching process, and 60% actively utilized learning technology to enrich students' learning experiences. These findings confirm that ongoing training integrated with technology support can improve teachers' capacity to implement deep learning in the classroom. Furthermore, the program's success is also influenced by intensive mentoring and collaboration among teachers through the Teacher Working Group (KKG). The implications of this research point to the need for educational policies at the elementary school level that encourage systematic, sustainable, and technology-based teacher professional development programs. Thus, the implementation of deep learning can be optimized to support the achievement of competency-based curriculum objectives and improve the overall quality of education

The purpose of this study is to describe spelling errors in descriptive texts of grade XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Lhokseumawe. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected using documentation and note-taking techniques. Data analysis techniques were carried out through several stages, namely collecting data samples and identifying errors, classifying data based on the type of spelling errors, and describing the forms of errors found. The results of the study indicate that many students still make spelling errors, such as errors in capitalization, writing basic words, redundant words, pronouns, prepositions, abbreviations and acronyms, period errors, and comma errors. These errors are caused by students' lack of accuracy and understanding in implementing Indonesian Spelling when writing. In this case, students must be given a better understanding of Indonesian Spelling. To overcome this problem, teachers have an important role in providing more intensive learning related to the implementation of Indonesian Spelling. One effort that can be done is to provide structured writing exercises, accompanied by direct feedback on spelling errors made by students. Furthermore, the use of digital learning media, such as spelling correction apps or interactive writing platforms, can help students improve their writing skills more effectively. With the right learning strategies, it is hoped that students will be able to understand spelling rules in depth and apply them correctly in every writing activity. Furthermore, students' writing skills also need to be honed through more varied activities, such as writing competitions, daily journals, or creative writing projects that require consistent application of spelling rules. Teachers can also implement a peer review method, where students correct each other's writing, thus creating collaborative learning that can increase language awareness.

This study aims to comprehensively examine the role of BAZNAS (National Amil Zakat Agency) of West Bandung Regency in the distribution of productive zakat as a means to foster community-based business development during the first semester of 2025. Productive zakat, unlike consumptive assistance, is positioned as a strategic instrument to improve the economic independence of mustahik (zakat recipients), particularly micro-entrepreneurs such as small shop owners, farmer groups, tailors, and individuals engaged in similar economic activities. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach to capture an in-depth understanding of program implementation. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews with BAZNAS officials, serving as key informants, and the examination of relevant documents, reports, and activity records. The findings indicate that the application process for assistance is conducted through formal, verified requests, ensuring transparency and accountability, rather than accepting open-form submissions. The form and amount of assistance are adjusted to the specific type and needs of each business, and recipients are prioritized based on the eight asnaf categories, with a focus on those who already have ongoing business activities. In addition to capital provision, the program aims to empower mustahik to transition into muzakki (zakat givers) over time, thereby creating a sustainable cycle of economic empowerment. Monitoring activities are conducted three times a year to assess progress and identify challenges. However, the study also highlights constraints, including limited mentoring sessions and the need for more consistent supervision to ensure that the assistance translates into long-term economic impact. To maximize effectiveness, stronger collaboration among BAZNAS, local communities, and regional government is recommended, alongside capacity-building initiatives for beneficiaries. This collaborative approach is expected to reinforce the sustainability and impact of productive zakat programs, contributing to broader poverty reduction and community empowerment goals.

Village websites currently generally only provide information in the form of an interface for users, such as village profiles, potential areas, population data, and current news. However, the majority are not yet equipped with Application Programming Interface (API) support that allows for flexible and automated data integration and exchange. This is a challenge when dynamic access is needed by third-party systems, such as public service platforms, mobile applications, or local government information systems, which require real-time and accurate synchronization of population data. The project aims to implement a RESTful API that can be accessed securely, efficiently, and easily understood by developers to retrieve villagers' data. The development of the system is carried out using the Agile method, which supports rapid iteration and periodic evaluation to ensure that each feature functions optimally according to the needs of users and field conditions. This Agile method is applied in several sprints that include the stages of needs planning, designing the API endpoint structure, coding, documentation, and testing of the integration and security of the system as a whole. The results of the implementation show that the API successfully retrieves data directly from the village database, and presents it in a JSON format that is compatible for use by both frontend and third-party systems. This API supports pagination features for efficient access to large amounts of data, and is equipped with Basic Authentication to keep data access secure from being abused. With this API, the village website not only becomes a static information medium, but also transforms into a digital service platform that is open for cross-system integration. This supports the development of a more modern, efficient, sustainable, and collaborative village information system in the future, so that public services can be significantly improved.

The circulation of narcotics in Tanjungpinang City has increased from 2019 to 2023, despite various programs implemented by relevant agencies. Based on the data, there were 422 suspects apprehended, with 395 suspects acting as distributors (dealers) and 27 suspects as users. The presence of two main institutions, the National Narcotics Agency of Tanjungpinang City and the Narcotics Crime Unit of Tanjungpinang City Police, has not yet been fully effective in reducing the rate of drug trafficking. This study aims to analyze the application of collaborative governance in combating drug trafficking in Tanjungpinang City, based on the theory of Schottle, Haghsheno, and Gehbauer (2014) with seven indicators: willingness to compromise, communication, commitment, mutual trust, transparency/information exchange, knowledge sharing, and willingness to take risks. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews and documentation. The research results indicate that willingness to compromise is reflected in cooperation such as joint investigations and coordination in handling suspects. Communication between agencies is conducted both formally and digitally, though not yet structured on a routine basis, it remains responsive. Commitment is demonstrated through Operation Antik, the BNNP prevention program, and the consistent and sustained participation of the DPC GANN. Mutual trust is built through open communication and recognition of each party's role. Transparency and information exchange are evident in the openness of data and access to information between agencies and the public, though technological challenges remain. Knowledge sharing is facilitated through contributions from the National Narcotics Agency (BNN), the police, and former offenders, fostering collective learning. Willingness to take risks is evident in the courage to adopt new approaches for innovation in drug eradication.

Flooding is a natural disaster that still frequently occurs in Singkep District, Lingga Regency, Riau Islands Province. This disaster has quite serious impacts on the community, both in the economic, social, and health sectors. Therefore, the problem of flooding should be a serious concern for the local government, particularly in improving the effectiveness of coordination between agencies directly involved in flood mitigation efforts. This study aims to determine the coordination process between the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) and the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUTR) of Lingga Regency in flood management, as well as to identify obstacles encountered in its implementation. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The researcher uses the coordination theory of Harold Koontz which emphasizes four important elements: work planning, meetings or interactions, communication, and division of tasks. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation from both related agencies. The results of the study indicate that inter-agency coordination has not been running synergistically. The work plans of each agency have not been fully integrated, resulting in the implementation of the flood mitigation program running independently based on their respective duties and functions. The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) places greater emphasis on non-structural mitigation approaches such as education and simulations, while the Public Works and Housing Agency (PUTR) focuses on technical aspects such as flood control infrastructure development. Inter-agency meetings remain formal and have not yet become collaborative forums for formulating joint policies. Communication and task allocation have occurred, but are limited to the information dissemination stage. Key obstacles to this coordination include budget constraints, a lack of competent personnel, and low public awareness and participation in supporting mitigation programs. The lack of drainage construction in several affected villages also demonstrates weak inter-agency integration in program implementation.

The scarcity of subsidized 3-kilogram LPG in Tanjungpinang City has become a crucial public issue, primarily due to inaccurate distribution. The Puan Molek Card program was designed as an innovative solution to reorganize the LPG subsidy distribution mechanism to make it more manageable and in favor of poor households and eligible MSMEs. An evaluation based on William Dunn's six dimensions showed that in the initial phase, the program's effectiveness and efficiency were quite high, supported by collaborative data collection between local governments, neighborhood associations (RT/RW), and community social institutions. The card also provided convenient access and reduced the potential for hoarding by irresponsible individuals. However, over time, inconsistent card use and weak oversight caused the program's effectiveness to decline. Many residents returned to using ID cards (KTP) as a substitute, opening new opportunities for distribution irregularities. This indicates that the dimensions of accuracy and accountability have not been maintained sustainably. The study also noted that although LPG distribution was relatively smooth, there is a long-term potential for declining public trust if the government does not immediately implement improvements. Therefore, the main recommendations are strengthening the digital-based monitoring system to record LPG subsidy transactions in real time, as well as integrating the Puan Molek Card with population data to prevent misuse. Furthermore, local governments need to intensify public awareness campaigns on the importance of card use and conduct regular field monitoring. Cross-sector collaboration, including with Pertamina, distribution agents, and independent oversight bodies, is also needed to ensure the program returns to its primary objective: ensuring that the 3-kilogram LPG subsidy reaches those entitled to it.
