The waning enthusiasm for preserving the nation's wealth, one of which is regional languages, has become a serious problem that has occurred in recent years. However, only a few Indonesian people are aware of it. Regional languages, especially Serang Javanese, are on the verge of extinction. According to the data obtained, there are three million speakers of Serang Javanese, while the majority of Jaseng (Serang Javanese) speakers are in Cilegon, Serang and a small number in Tangerang, Banten Province. Unfortunately, Banten Javanese language users are starting to be eroded by the progress of the times, people are more in favor of slang communication, South Jakarta language, and the influence of other foreign languages. If the number of speakers decreases from before, it is possible that in the next few years the Jaseng language will experience extinction, which will result in the loss of the local wisdom of the people of Serang district. The good news is that the role of social media, which does not always have a negative impact on society, is actually one of the savior media in preventing the extinction of regional languages. One of them was proven by the owner of an influencer Instagram account from Serang who planned to create content that speaks the Serang Javanese language even though it is part of the code-mixing phenomenon. This research aims to reveal every content with the concept of the code-mixing phenomenon in Mang Aplen's Instagram account in detail, starting from the words, phrases and particles used in the communication. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method which is carried out by analyzing data obtained from speech on Instagram content. The results obtained from this analysis are that there are several single words, phrases, affixes, word repetitions and particles of the Serang Javanese language, dialects and customary activities of the Serang Banten people in the context of entertainment, which are very popular with the community, which reflects the maintenance of the Serang Javanese language. and the local wisdom of the Serang Regency community, this is believed to be able to build community enthusiasm in maintaining the Jaseng language and the local wisdom of the Serang community so that it remains sustainable and strong.

Integrating modern leadership approaches with local wisdom remains a challenge in enhancing the quality of education in Indonesian higher education institutions. This study examines the impact of integrating instructional leadership with ethnopedagogy based on the Dalihan Na Tolu philosophy on learning quality at Graha Nusantara University. Using a mixed-method approach with a sequential explanatory design, the study involved 50 lecturers selected through systematic random sampling and 100 students. Data were collected through validated questionnaires (validity coefficients ranging from 0.72 to 0.89; reliability with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.88), in-depth interviews, and participatory observations. The findings reveal that instructional leadership independently accounts for 67 percent of the variation in learning quality (coefficient of determination, R-squared = 0.670, with p < 0.001), with key determinants being guidance (correlation coefficient = 0.820) and vision-mission communication (correlation coefficient = 0.790). Ethnopedagogical leadership contributes significantly through the values of Somba Marhula-hula (regression coefficient = 0.45), Manat Mardongan Tubu (regression coefficient = 0.41), and Elek Marboru (regression coefficient = 0.38). The integration of these approaches produces significant synergistic effects (R-squared = 0.830), resulting in a 70 percent increase in active interaction, a 68 percent improvement in the effectiveness of learning strategies, and a 66 percent boost in productivity. This study contributes to developing an integrated leadership model that combines modern values with local wisdom. It also provides practical implications for designing training programs and implementing dual-approach monitoring systems in higher education institutions.

Performance audit is a strategic instrument to strengthen transparency and accountability in the governance of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). However, current practices of BUMDes auditing in Indonesia remain limited, fragmented, and often fail to uphold the principles of good governance. This study aims to identify and synthesize the implementation of performance audits in BUMDes across various regions through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 28 articles published between 2013 and 2024. Sources were obtained from Scopus, DOAJ, Google Scholar, and Garuda, with thematic analysis applied. The study identifies five core issues: weak internal audit mechanisms, limited community participation, low utilization of information technology, cultural resistance, and the role of audits in improving village economic performance. The paper proposes a participatory audit model grounded in local familial values and supported by appropriate digital tools. This hybrid model is contextually suited to promote accountability in rural areas where institutional capacity is limited but social cohesion is strong. Theoretically, this research extends the relevance of stewardship theory and participatory governance to micro-level public sector entities. Policy implications highlight the need for adaptive, community-based audit mechanisms as a foundation for accountable rural development

The act of sacrifice (udhiyah) is a form of worship in Islam that holds profound spiritual and social values. Sacrifice aims to draw closer to Allah SWT while demonstrating solidarity with others through the distribution of meat to the community, especially those in need. However, the implementation of sacrifice is often not fully understood, particularly regarding its rulings and etiquettes, such as the selection of animals, slaughtering procedures, and meat distribution. This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the rulings of udhiyah and the etiquettes of sacrifice based on Islamic law.The research employs a qualitative approach with a library research method. Data were collected from primary sources such as the Qur'an and hadith, as well as secondary sources including books of Islamic jurisprudence, scholarly journals, and other relevant literature. Data analysis was conducted descriptively to identify and organize systematic insights related to the topic. The results indicate that sacrifice is obligatory for those who can afford it according to some scholars, while the majority consider it a strongly recommended act (sunnah muakkad). The etiquettes of sacrifice include sincere intentions, selecting animals that meet Islamic requirements, proper and humane slaughtering, and proportional meat distribution. Sacrifice also holds spiritual wisdom, such as strengthening faith and gratitude, as well as social benefits by fostering community bonds through sharing. This study concludes that sacrifice is not merely an annual ritual but also a reflection of values such as devotion, sincerity, and solidarity that must be instilled continuously in the lives of Muslims.

This article examines the perspectives of Islamic law and positive law regarding the age limit for marriage. Age is generally seen as an indicator of maturity, though it is not always a reliable measure. The aim of this study is to explore the views of both Islamic law and positive law on the marriage age limit and its relevance in today's context. The research employs a normative juridical method, focusing on the applicable legal regulations. The findings reveal that Islamic law does not specify a particular age limit for marriage; rather, it relates to the stages of baligh (maturity) and rushd (wisdom). In contrast, positive law sets the marriage age limit for both men and women at 19 years.

This study examines the issue of distributing inheritance rights in the context of religious differences among heirs, which is often a complex issue in Islamic law. In traditional fiqh, heirs of different religions are generally not entitled to receive a share of a Muslim's estate. However, the maqashid shari'ah approach, which focuses on the purpose and wisdom of shari'ah, opens up opportunities to reinterpret such rules in light of the principles of justice, beneficence and family harmony. This study aims to analyze how maqashid shari'ah can be applied to provide a solution to the issue of inheritance rights for heirs of different religions. Using normative research methods, this study identifies the relevance of maqashid shari'ah in maintaining social stability, avoiding conflict, and ensuring family welfare. One of the approaches discussed is the application of mandatory wills as a mechanism to provide financial rights to non-Muslim heirs without violating the basic principles of shari'ah. The results show that maqashid shari'ah offers flexibility in addressing contemporary challenges, including the issue of interfaith inheritance. This approach not only emphasizes the importance of maintaining family relationships, but also creates a balance between normative justice and the practical needs of modern society. Thus, maqashid shari'ah becomes a relevant framework to answer inheritance issues in the context of religious differences.
