The training activity of creating video content to build personal branding on social media for Karang Taruna (Youth Organization) in Margadana District, Tegal City is a strategic effort to increase the capacity and creativity of the younger generation in the digital era. This training is motivated by the rapid development of information technology and social media, which makes the ability to manage self-image or personal branding a crucial aspect in developing the potential of individuals and organizations. Through this activity, Karang Taruna members are given an understanding of the basic concepts of personal branding, strategies for building a positive digital identity, as well as technical skills in designing and producing engaging, educational video content that suits the character of each participant. In addition to theory, participants are also trained practically in the video creation process from planning ideas, shooting, to editing using simple software. It is hoped that through this training, Karang Taruna youth will be able to utilize social media productively as a platform for promoting social activities, developing self-potential, and spreading positive values in the community. This activity also serves as a means to strengthen the existence of Karang Taruna as a youth organization that is adaptive to technological advances and plays an active role in building a positive image of the younger generation at the local and global levels. Thus, this training not only provides technical skills, but also forms a creative, innovative, and responsible mindset in the use of digital media.

In the healthcare sector, patient revisit intention serves as an important measure of hospital success, influencing financial stability, operational effectiveness, and long-term patient retention. With increasing competition, hospitals must strengthen trust, improve service quality, and maintain a positive institutional image to retain patients. This study focuses on the declining number of non-BPJS (non-insured) patients at Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Hospital, Cengkareng, which impacts revenue sustainability. The research aims to assess how trust and customer perceived value affect revisit intention, and whether hospital image moderates these relationships. A quantitative approach was applied using a structured questionnaire distributed to 95 non-BPJS outpatients who had previously sought treatment more than once. Data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method via SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that both trust and perceived value significantly and positively influence revisit intention, implying that patients with strong trust and satisfaction tend to return. Although hospital image directly influences revisit intention, it does not significantly moderate the link between perceived value and revisit intention. Therefore, hospitals are advised to enhance patient trust and perceived value while sustaining a credible institutional image to strengthen loyalty among non-BPJS patients

This research aims to evaluate the impact of Digital Marketing on Consumer Purchase Intention at beauty clinics in Jakarta, with Consumer Engagement as a mediating variable and Consumer Trust as a moderating variable. The background of this study is the rapid growth of the beauty clinic industry in Jakarta, which is estimated to reach 672 units by 2024, yet the effectiveness of Digital Marketing in influencing purchase decisions remains in question. For the research method, a quantitative approach was used with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques through AMOS and SPSS 22 software. Data were collected from 330 respondents who are active on social media and have used services from three major beauty clinics in Jakarta: Erha Clinic, Derma Express Clinic, and Impressions Body Care Centre. The findings show that Digital Marketing has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Intention. Consumer Engagement has been shown to significantly mediate the relationship between Digital Marketing and Purchase Intention. Additionally, Consumer Trust has been shown to significantly moderate the relationship between Digital Marketing and Consumer Engagement. These results emphasize that to enhance the effectiveness of Digital Marketing, consumer involvement and trust in the brand are very important factors in supporting purchasing decisions.

This study aims to map the development of literature on the implementation of ISO 31000:2018 as a risk management standard through bibliometric analysis. Using VOSviewer software, this study analyzed 500 scientific articles sourced from Google Scholar. Citation metric analysis results show significant research productivity and impact, with a total of 4,514 citations, an h-index of 34, and a collaboration pattern with an average of 2.40 authors per article. Keyword network mapping identified five main thematic clusters: (1) Risk Management Operational Processes and Stages; (2) Framework and Standard Implementation; (3) Specific Analysis Methods (FMEA); (4) Enterprise Risk Management and Case Study Approaches; and (5) Technology Application. The research findings reveal that this field of study has reached a good level of maturity, with the main focus still on the technical aspects of standard implementation, but has expanded towards integration with digital transformation and enterprise-level risk management approaches. The results of this study can serve as a guide for academics and practitioners in identifying research trends and future risk management development.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of mental workload on employee performance, the effect of work stress on employee performance, the work environment on employee performance and to analyze the effect of mental workload, work stress, and work environment simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Nutrisius Sari Persada. This research design uses quantitative methods with an associative approach and data collection techniques of library research and field research. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis techniques using data processing tools Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software by testing mental workload variables (X1), work stress (X2), work environment (X3) and employee performance (Y). The results of this study indicate that the mental workload variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) has a T-test value of (2.013> 1.96) and P values of (0.045 < 0.05), the work stress variable (X2) has a T-test value of (10.237> 1.96) and P values of (0, 000 < 0.05), the work environment variable (X3) has a T-test value of (2.013> 1.96) and P values of (0.045 < 0.05), so it can be concluded that the mental workload variable (X1), work stress (X2) and the work environment (X3) have an influence on employee performance (Y). While simultaneously mental workload (X1), work stress (X2) and work environment (X3) variables on employee performance (Y). The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value (Adjusted Rsquare) of 0.973, meaning that all independent variables are declared strong with a value of 97% and the remaining 3% is influenced by other variables outside the Mental Workload, Work Stress and Work Environment variables.

The Ar-Royyan Islamic boarding school is a multi-level Islamic educational institution with a focus on preparing graduates who are ready to synergize with the society. To attain this objective, it is imperative to have educational personnel well-versed in the field of information technology. One strategic approach involves training Ustadz and prospective Ustadz through digital learning innovations. Open Broadcast Software (OBS) emerges as an innovative choice for crafting learning materials because it supports various media sources and offers user-friendly settings. Participants can combine video recordings, video from cameras, text, images, sound, and so on the types of input received. The resulting output manifests in the form of the videos available in common formats such as MKV, MOV, FLV, MP4, and MPEG-TS. Evaluation was conducted using a pre-test and post-test, consisting of a response questionnaire and Likert scale. The results indicate an enhanced understanding of OBS among participants, employed in the creation of digital learning media. The majority of participants responded positively to the conducted activities. Several elements that need attention in promoting the use of OBS for learning media creation include color selection, motivational delivery, and effective word choice. Combining OBS with other editing applications can yield unique variations of learning media, incorporating elements such as images, sound, video, and other supported media editing applications

This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for managing socialization services at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Banyuwangi Regency. The existing problem is that socialization data management is still carried out using Google Forms and Google Sheets separately, which causes difficulties in integration, monitoring, and reporting activities. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Waterfall software development model which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and system maintenance. The results show that the developed web-based information system allows input, storage, and presentation of socialization activity data in real-time in one integrated dashboard. This system can simplify the process of monitoring, evaluation, and preparation of activity reports, while increasing the efficiency and accuracy of data management. With this system, BPBD Banyuwangi is expected to provide socialization services to the community in a more effective, transparent, and timely manner.

The Web-Based Academic Service Management Information System at SMA Negeri 2 Kodi Utara was developed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of academic data management at the school. Currently, academic data management, including grade input, class schedules, teacher information, and academic reports, is still done manually, often causing delays and potential errors in recording. This study aims to design and create a web-based information system that can assist educational institutions in managing academic services in an integrated and real-time manner. The software development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the phases of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The programming language used is PHP with a MySQL database system. The result of this study is an academic management information system that can facilitate various academic activities, such as managing student data, teacher data, grades, class schedules, and academic reports. This system also makes it easier for teachers to input grades and provides fast and accurate access to academic information for students and the principal. With this system, the academic administration process at SMA Negeri 2 Kodi Utara becomes more organized, efficient, and transparent.

This research aims to develop a web-based e-learning application at Sekolah Dasar Masehi Tanggaba by applying the Waterfall software development model. The background of this study stems from the need for interactive, flexible, and easily accessible learning media in the digital era, considering that conventional face-to-face methods are still predominantly used in schools. The Waterfall model was chosen because it provides a systematic workflow through the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection was carried out through observations, teacher interviews, and documentation studies to identify the actual needs of users.The results of this study produced an e-learning application with key features, including learning material management, interactive quizzes, discussion forums, and automated assessment. Teachers can upload structured materials and assignments, while students can access learning content, complete exercises, and interact through forums more flexibly. System testing was conducted using the black box method to ensure that each function runs according to user requirements and specifications. Based on the testing results, the application was proven to function properly, be practical to use, and effective in supporting the learning process. Teachers found it helpful in managing materials and assignments, while students experienced more independent and interactive learning that was not limited to the classroom. Therefore, the developed e-learning application can be considered valid, practical, and effective as a supporting learning medium in elementary schools and has the potential to improve learning quality in the digital era.

This study aims to examine the effect of financial inclusion, accounting information systems, and e-commerce on the financial performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs play a crucial role in supporting regional economic growth, thus enhancing financial performance is a crucial aspect. The study sample comprised 84 MSME owners in Sleman Regency, drawn using the snowball sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through online questionnaires using a Google Form link to facilitate respondents' completion and to broaden the reach of respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software to determine the extent of the interplay between the variables studied. The results indicate that financial inclusion has a positive effect on MSME financial performance. This indicates that the easier access for MSMEs to formal financial services, the better their financial performance. Similarly, accounting information systems have also been shown to have a positive effect, where the implementation of a good accounting system can improve the quality of transaction recording and financial decision-making. Conversely, e-commerce has not been shown to have a significant effect on MSME financial performance. This finding indicates that the use of e-commerce by MSMEs in Sleman is not optimal in supporting improved financial performance.

The North Sumatra Provincial Museum, as one of Indonesia’s leading cultural tourism destinations, encounters challenges in facilitating effective communication for international visitors. Despite housing extensive collections of Batak, Malay, and Nias artifacts that attract thousands of tourists annually, the limited use of English often constrains intercultural interaction. This study aims to examine the role of English as a medium of communication in enhancing foreign visitors’ experiences, identify linguistic barriers, and propose improvement strategies. Employing a descriptive qualitative case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews and participant observation involving 50 international tourists (aged 18–65) from Europe, the Americas, and Asia who visited between January and March 2023. Data were analyzed thematically using NVivo software, supported by museum documents such as brochures and the website. Findings revealed that English proficiency among staff and the availability of English-language materials increased visitor satisfaction by 75%. However, communication barriers included the strong local accent (reported by 40% of respondents) and the lack of English-language audiovisual guides, which limited engagement. Recommendations include intensive English training focused on tourism vocabulary and phonetics, development of multilingual digital content, and collaboration with universities for volunteer interpreters. This research contributes theoretically to applied linguistics in tourism and practically to museum management enhancement.

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price, and store atmosphere on consumer purchasing decisions at the Rocket Chicken branch in Ngronggo, Kediri City. These three variables were chosen because they are considered to play an important role in influencing consumer behavior, particularly in the context of the increasingly competitive fast food industry. Service quality includes aspects of friendliness, speed, and accuracy of service provided by employees to customers. Price is considered in terms of affordability, suitability with product quality, and competitiveness compared to competitors. Meanwhile, store atmosphere includes cleanliness, lighting, layout, comfort, and the overall ambiance perceived by consumers when they are in the outlet. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data was obtained through the distribution of closed questionnaires to 130 respondents who are active consumers of Rocket Chicken at the research location. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the latest version of SPSS software, in order to determine the extent of the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions.The research results indicate that service quality, price, and store atmosphere significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. These findings provide important implications for Rocket Chicken's management to pay more attention to these factors in formulating marketing strategies and operational management, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and appeal in the future.

This study aims to discover the influence of teacher leadership and teacher communication skills on students' learning motivation in the Economics subject among tenth-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Momunu, Buol Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The study employed a quantitative approach using a descriptive study method. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires to tenth-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Momunu, Buol Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The total population consisted of 128 students, and a sample of 56 respondents was selected using simple random sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS 21 software. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Teacher leadership has a positive and significant influence on students' learning motivation in Economics subject; (2) Teacher communication skills also have a positive and significant influence on students' learning motivation; and (3) Teacher leadership and communication skills simultaneously have a significant influence on students learning motivation in the Economics subject. This is supported by the coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.458, which means that 45.8% of the variance in students' learning motivation can be explained by teacher leadership and communication skills. In other words, Improved teacher leadership and communication skills are positively associated with increased student motivation in learning the Economics subject among tenth-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Momunu, Buol Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. Therefore, it is important for teachers to continuously develop their leadership qualities and communication abilities as integral components of an effective and motivating learning environment. The remaining 54.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing, personal knowledge, and work procedures on employee performance in Tanjungtirto 1 Public Elementary School. The background of this study is based on the importance of human resource quality in supporting organizational effectiveness, especially in elementary education institutions. The study population was all employees at Tanjungtirto 1 Public Elementary School with data collection using quantitative methods through questionnaires. The data obtained were then analyzed with the help of SPSS software through multiple linear regression tests to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that knowledge sharing did not have a significant effect on employee performance, as well as personal knowledge which also did not have a direct effect on performance. In contrast, work procedures were proven to have a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance. In addition, simultaneously knowledge sharing, personal knowledge, and work procedures together had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This finding means that the existence of clear and structured work procedures has an important role in increasing work effectiveness, while knowledge sharing and personal knowledge require the support of a more focused management system to provide optimal contributions to employee performance in elementary school environments.

This study aims to analyze the effect of member card usage on customer satisfaction at Bolly Department Store in Bima City. The research applied a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data were collected through questionnaires from 96 respondents selected using purposive sampling, specifically customers who owned a member card. The research instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests to ensure accuracy and consistency. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t-test with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings indicate that the member card variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t-test result, where the t-value (1.894) exceeded the t-table value (1.661). However, the coefficient of determination (R²) was only 0.029, meaning that the member card explains merely 2.9% of the variation in customer satisfaction, while 97.1% is influenced by other factors. Therefore, although the member card improves customer satisfaction, its contribution is relatively small, suggesting that additional and more comprehensive marketing strategies are needed.

The problems that often occur are the ineffectiveness of implementing hygiene standards and weaknesses in the human resource management system which are the important basis for conducting this research. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 102 respondents who are employees of Bakpia Kukus Tugu Jogja in the production and quality control divisions. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 25.

This study was conducted to examine the extent to which information quality and consumer trust influence the interest in purchasing fashion products online through the Facebook platform. The study population included all active Facebook users in Indonesia who had purchased fashion products, either through the Marketplace feature or buy and sell groups. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling, and 100 respondents were successfully collected. Primary data was obtained through an online questionnaire distributed using Google Forms. The research instrument used a five-point Likert scale, where respondents were asked to provide their level of agreement with statements related to information quality, trust, and purchasing interest. Data analysis used the Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach, which was run using SmartPLS version 4.0 software. This method was chosen because it is capable of testing the relationship between latent variables comprehensively, even though the research sample size was not very large. The results of the analysis showed that information quality did not have a significant effect on consumer interest in purchasing fashion products through Facebook. Conversely, consumer trust was found to have a positive and significant effect on purchase interest. These findings confirm that in the context of online transactions on social media, trust in the seller and the reliability of the platform are more decisive factors than the quality of information.

This study aims to examine the effect of green product, green price, green promotion, and green place on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Cafe Angle Temu in Slawi. The study uses a descriptive quantitative method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis assisted by AMOS software. The total number of respondents was 437 customers of Cafe Corner Temu in Slawi. The results indicate that green promotion has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, with a CR value of 6.045 (CR ≥ 1.96) and p = 0.000 (p ≤ 0.05). In contrast, green product does not significantly affect customer satisfaction (CR = -0.505, p = 0.614), green price has no effect (CR = -0.233, p = 0.816), and green place is also not significant (CR = 1.908, p = 0.056). Regarding the path to customer loyalty, green place has a positive effect on customer loyalty (CR = 8.827, p = 0.000). Meanwhile, green product (CR = 0.002; p = 0.998), green price (CR = 1.528; p = 0.126), green promotion (CR = -1.518; p = 0.129), and customer satisfaction (CR = 0.426; p = 0.670) do not show a positive effect on customer loyalty.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Micro Business Actor Assistance program at the Bandung City KUMKM Office. Micro business actor assistance is a program of the Bandung city government through the Bandung City KUMKM Office where the micro business actor assistance program is a program to improve micro business actors so that they can be competitive and improve the quality of micro business actors. However, in its implementation, the Micro Business Actor Assistance at the Bandung City KUMKM Office has not been optimal and there are several obstacles such as the characteristics of the indifferent community and technical support still needs to be overcome to optimize the results of the program. Overall, Micro Business Actor Assistance is considered effective in achieving the goals of empowering micro business actors and improving quality and competitiveness at the Bandung City KUMKM Office. From the results of the study, it is known that 4 Themes, 9 Categories, and 108 Codes were found, the method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study. In this study, data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies. The informants in this study include: Plta Kasie, head of the micro business sector, and assistants to micro business actors in the Kiaracondong, Batununggal and Lengkong sub-districts. The data analysis used in this study is the Miles & Huberman interactive model data analysis which consists of several components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification. Data analysis was carried out using the Atlas.ti software tool.

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Yara Berkah Semesta Kediri. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 50 employees, who were selected as the sample using a census technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F-test, with the assistance of SPSS software. The results revealed that, partially, work discipline and work motivation did not have a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment had a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, work discipline, work motivation, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with an F-value of 32.586 and a significance level of 0.000. These findings indicate that employee performance improvement is more strongly influenced by a supportive and comfortable work environment.
