The practice of early marriage persists as a significant societal controversy. Early marriage frequently results in adverse consequences for both the individuals involved and the children subsequently born. Children originating from such unions exhibit an elevated risk of encountering health and developmental challenges, which serve as principal indicators of child well-being. This research endeavors to analyze early marriage and its implications for child welfare through the lens of Family Law. The study aims to contribute novel insights and augment intellectual discourse concerning early marriage and its effects on child welfare. Furthermore, this research ascertains the congruence between the practice of early marriage and the principles of Islamic Sharia pertaining to child welfare. The methodology employed is empirical juridical research utilizing a qualitative approach, incorporating in-depth interviews conducted within the Jambi Luar Kota District. Data collection involved primary and secondary sources, gathered via observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The study yielded three primary findings: (1) Influential factors contributing to early marriage in the Jambi Luar Kota District encompass: pregnancies compelling marriage, the educational backgrounds of the individuals entering early marriage and their respective parents, personal volition or familial influence and economic circumstances. (2) The repercussions of early marriage within the Jambi Luar Kota District for children include heightened vulnerability to diverse health and social issues, low birth weight, birth-related injuries, growth and developmental impediments such as stunting, and inadequate parental attention leading to hindered cognitive development. (3) From the perspective of Islamic family law, the principles of maqashid sharia demonstrate substantial relevance to child welfare. An ideal marriage necessitates physical, mental, and social preparedness, predicated on the virtuous intention of establishing a family characterized by tranquility (sakinah), affection (mawaddah), and compassion (rahmah).

Baby blues syndrome is a common condition experienced by mothers after childbirth and can negatively impact both the mother and her baby. Several contributing factors include lack of mental preparedness due to young maternal age and limited parenting experience, as well as the number of children a mother has. This study aimed to identify the factors associated with the occurrence of baby blues syndrome at the Teling Community Health Center in Manado. This was an observational analytic study using a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique applied was simple random sampling with a total of 59 respondents. Data collection was conducted using the Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale (EPDS) questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the SPSS program and the Chi-Square test at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results revealed a significant relationship between maternal age and the occurrence of baby blues syndrome (P-value = 0.000 < α 0.05), as well as between parity and baby blues syndrome (P-value = 0.008 < α 0.05). In conclusion, maternal age and parity are significantly correlated with the occurrence of baby blues syndrome at the Teling Health Center. It is recommended that nurses, as healthcare providers, address not only the physical needs of postpartum mothers but also their psychological well-being. Early identification of emotional disturbances and collaboration with other healthcare professionals in providing counseling and promoting bonding between mother and baby during the postpartum period are essential to ensure optimal maternal mental health and healthy infant development

In Tanjungpinang, street vendors' (PKL) resistance to government policy demonstrates the complex dynamics of informal economy management. The purpose of this research is to gain an understanding of the different types of PKL resistance, the methods they use, and how it impacts on local economic policy. Relevant scientific documents were analyzed using a literature study approach. The results show that street vendors not only carry out physical resistance, but also carry out symbolic and cultural actions. As a result, organized social movements emerge. The government's top-down policies often cause tensions, so discussions and cooperation are needed to create more inclusive and participatory policies. Economic empowerment, spatial flexibility, and the development of public-private partnerships are some of the suggested solutions. It is hoped that this research will make a significant contribution to building a policy model that is more responsive to the social realities of society, especially with regard to vulnerable groups.

This research examines the implementation of electronic signatures and e-notarization within Indonesia's notarial legal framework, analyzing the tensions between technological innovation and traditional notarial principles. Indonesia has established basic legal recognition for electronic signatures through Law No. 11/2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (as amended by Law No. 19/2016) and conceptually acknowledged cyber notary in the explanation of Article 15(3) of Law No. 2/2014 on Notary Positions which mentions "the authority to certify transactions conducted electronically". However, significant regulatory and practical challenges persist due to contradictions between digital concepts and traditional notarial requirements such as physical presence during the notarial process. The research reveals Indonesia lags behind many jurisdictions with similar civil law traditions in e-notarization implementation where the integration of digital elements into notarial systems has enhanced efficiency while maintaining security standards. This study proposes a balanced implementation approach that preserves essential notarial functions of authentication and legal certainty while leveraging technology to enhance accessibility and efficiency, requiring legislative reforms, technical standardization, institutional development, and professional training to create a comprehensive e-notarization framework suited to Indonesia's legal context.

Public service is an essential element that reflects the quality of governance in Indonesia, particularly in population administration, which includes the issuance of important documents such as ID cards (KTP), family cards (KK), birth certificates, and death certificates. Along with technological advancements, Indonesia launched the Digital Population Identity (IKD) application to improve efficiency and reduce reliance on physical documents. This study aims to evaluate the positive public’s response of the IKD application in Singosari District, Malang Regency, as well as to identify the challenges and factors influencing the implementation of this policy. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with approaches such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that although the IKD application facilitates the administrative process, there are still challenges such as a lack of public’s response, limited mobile device availability, and technical issues with the application. Socialization through social media and the improvement of operator capacity are key supporting factors for the success of the implementation. This study contributes theoretically to the development of E-Governance concepts and practically highlights the importance of digital education for the public. It is suggested that enhanced socialization for groups less familiar with technology, improved supporting infrastructure, and training for service operators are necessary to ensure the success of the IKD application in population administration services in Singosari District.

This research examines tourist perceptions of the Sendangdalem rafting attraction in Kebumen Regency as a developing adventure tourism destination. Nature-based tourism, particularly adventure tourism, has experienced significant growth in line with the trend of tourists seeking authentic and challenging experiences. Through a qualitative approach with library research design, this study analyzes tourist perceptions across four main dimensions: physical aspects of the attraction, service quality, experience value, and sustainability practices. The results show that tourists positively perceive the varied and challenging river characteristics, although supporting facilities still need improvement. The experience value is formed through the integration of adventure, aesthetic, social, and educational values, with adventure value as the dominant dimension. Sustainability practices through local community involvement and conservation efforts are appreciated, but waste management and sanitation infrastructure still require improvement. The research implications emphasize the importance of infrastructure development with an environmentally friendly approach, capacity building for local guides, diversification of tourism products, and strengthening ecotourism narratives in marketing.
