The sedekah bumi tradition held by the people of Kelurahan Made is a tradition handed down from their ancestors which is still being preserved to this day. Earth almsgiving means giving alms to the earth, which is a form of human gratitude for gifts from the Almighty. The aim of this research is to describe the socio-cultural values in the implementation of the earth alms tradition in Kelurahan Made so that the community continues. The benefit of this research for the community is to increase insight into the importance of preserving traditions passed down from generation to generation so that the community can maintain tolerance between religious groups, tribes and nations. , so that the earth alms tradition can be implemented in the midst of the modernization era without eliminating the characteristics, values and philosophy of the earth alms tradition. This study used descriptive qualitative method. With the aim of producing descriptive data in the form of written sentences, this research contains a description or describes a situation in the problem that has been formulated. The socio-cultural values contained in this earth charity tradition are religious, artistic, mutual cooperation and ecological values. To maintain the unique characteristics of the Kelurahan Made community, it is appropriate to preserve the earth alms tradition forever, even in the midst of changing times. It is intended that traditions that have been passed down through generations can continue to exist and become a cultural identity that will forever be attached to the people of Kelurahan Made.

The research was centred on a demographic comprising individuals who were consumers of Implora lipstick within the local community. This research employed quantitative research methods to examine two primary objectives: (1) to evaluate the impact of product quality on the intention to repurchase implora lipsticks in Kolaka Regency, and (2) to analyse the influence of brand experience on the intention to repurchase implora lipsticks in Kolaka Regency. To evaluate the dependability and accuracy of the research instrument, a battery of tests was administered by the researchers utilising the statistical software SPSS 25.0. The evaluation of the measurement model, also known as the outer model, and the structural model, referred to as the inner model, is performed through the utilisation of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the application of Partial Least Squares (PLS) methodology. The findings of the research demonstrate a significant and favourable association between the attributes of product quality and the degree of inclination towards engaging in subsequent purchases. The assertion is substantiated by empirical evidence, as indicated by a t-statistic of 5.648 and a corresponding P-value of 0.000. Moreover, recent studies have unveiled that characteristics linked to the brand encounter demonstrate a positive and statistically significant impact on the level of propensity to engage in repeat purchasing behaviour. The assertion provided is supported by a t-statistic value of 3.543, which is accompanied by a P-Value of 0.000.

This research aims to determine sharia promotional strategies, inhibiting factors and efforts to increase sales of ars snack msmes in jambi city. This research uses qualitative methods. This research is the owner of the msme ars snack. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. the conclusion results show that: the sharia promotion strategy carried out by msme ars has implemented the fathonah characteristic, namely being smart in innovating to update and add to its products. Maintaining and improving the quality of its products so as to create customer trust in ars snack msmes by always paying attention to sharia regulations. Advertisements carried out by ars snack msmes have implemented the characteristics of siddiq and trust both on social media and in brochures and must still prioritize honesty, truth and trustworthiness based on islamic economic perspective, personal sales carried out by umkm ars snack apply tabliq characteristics, namely meeting directly with customers and potential customers by conveying correctly using appropriate and easy to understand words without cheating about the products being sold. The public relations owned by msme ars snack jambi city is specifically to build good relationships with various groups, build a good company image and support each other among msmes and promote products to increase sales of each msme player.

Personality recognition is one of the important things for recognizing oneself and other people. This identification is made based on a person's personality traits, based on Kant's personality theory. There are very few teachers who do not understand their students' personalities. During the teaching and learning process, some teachers do not clearly understand students' personalities, so it will be difficult for teachers to deliver learning material that arouses students' interest and thus influences the process of imparting knowledge. Consciousness is inhibited. Therefore, the FuzzyTsukamoto method is used to identify student personalities. The aim of this research is to help teachers group and identify students' personalities so that they can easily determine the right treatment method to develop their talents and interests. The system's input is taken from personality traits relevant to the student. The knowledge base is taken from child clinical psychologists and is built on the principle (IF-THEN). The results of the fuzzy calculation are that the student has a personality that is optimistic, quick-tempered, melancholic, or boring. The results of this method test by carrying out systematic calculations and tests, obtain personality results that are in accordance with the student's personality characteristics. and works fine. Therefore, it may be advisable to help teachers determine how to treat students.

The purpose of this research is to find out and understand the things that can encourage purchasing decisions for a product in a coffee shop, namely service quality, product quality, and price accompanied by a brand image. The population and sample in this study were 125 respondents who made purchases at coffee shop outlets at least twice in the last 1 month, aged 18-25 years, and domiciled in DKI Jakarta. The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). In this study it was found that service quality, product quality, price and brand image influence purchasing decisions. And for service quality, product quality and price affect brand image. Based on the results of this study, the coffee shop must maintain and improve the quality of service which is considered good in providing satisfaction for its customers. After that, the product strategy implemented by the coffee shop is to prioritize the quality of taste and characteristics that are not found in other products so that consumers are attracted. Then, in terms of price, it is expected that the coffee shop will set a more affordable price, compared to the prices of other products.

This thesis is entitled Application of Islamic Business Ethics at the Zhuraida Sewing House in Berembang Village, Sekernan District, Muaro Jambi Regency. This research aims to determine the application of Islamic business ethics in accordance with the characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad according to M. Syafi'i Antonio and the indicators of Islamic business ethics are shiddiq, amanah, tabligh and fathanah. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, where in collecting data the researcher uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. The research results show that the Zhuraida Sewing House has implemented Islamic business ethics as exemplified by the Prophet and its characteristics, namely shiddiq (being honest) which is reflected in not doubling the price of the product, recognizing the weaknesses and strengths of the product. The nature of fathanah (intelligent) is reflected in the spiritual condition of owners and employees who continue to prioritize spirituality towards Allah SWT. and the Zhuraida Sewing House has implemented promotions through brochures and social media such as Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and others. However, there are still several obstacles that prevent the Prophet's qualities from being implemented, namely the nature of trustworthiness (keeping promises) which is caused by a lack of workers in the production department because the Zhuraida Sewing House is still neglecting its responsibilities in terms of taking time to complete the product. Then the tabligh (communicative) nature, namely online services, is not running well due to the lack of employees in the service admin section.

The development of puemla learning media on the material of practicing the Pancasila precepts of Pancasila learning subjects in grade 2 elementary schools is intended to facilitate understanding of the material, obtain meaningful learning and increase motivation in learning. Learning media is a learning tool that helps students improve their thinking, attention, and abilities or skills. the method used is 4D which consists of define, design, develop, and dessiminate. (1) the defining stage of define is to conduct a needs analysis on students, which aims to find out the basic problems needed in the development of learning media and to find out about the advantages and disadvantages of learning media used by teachers so far, media analysis, and analysis of students, (2) the design stage of design that is done first is to choose material that suits the characteristics of students, (3) the development stage of develop is the process of creating it into reality, (4) the spread of dessiminate is a real rarity whether the learning system that is built is successful, in accordance with expectations or not. The results showed that puemla learning media can increase the motivation of students and in accordance with the characteristics of students who can be used as a means of supporting the learning process as evidenced by the evaluation of the board of teachers at SDN Klagen, Wilayut village, Sukodono District and the enthusiasm of students in grade 2.

This research aims to determine the financial performance of KSP kopdit Pintu Air Rotat using Activity Ratios and profitability ratios. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach, namely to describe systematically, factually and accurately regarding the facts, characteristics and relationships between enveloping phenomena. The type of data used is qualitative data using financial reports for the last 5 years of KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat. This research data was obtained from interviews with the Head of Finance at the Head Office of KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat and documentation of the financial reports of KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat. Based on the research carried out, the problem found was that the financial performance at the Head Office of KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat experienced increases and decreases from year to year. The results of the research showed that based on the activity ratio and profitability ratio at KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat the indicator was "Very Unhealthy ”.

The background of this research is that in an institution engaged in the health sector, because in an institution human resources are very important in achieving success. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of work ethic and individual characteristics on employee performance. This research uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 41 employees from a population of 71 Prambon Health Center employees. In this study, the results showed that work ethic and individual characteristics partially had a significant effect on the performance of Prambon Health Center employees. While simultaneously the two variables have a significant effect on the performance of Prambon Health Center employees.

Science, technology and strategy which currently control the progress of mankind are still determined in this world as carriers of various kinds of inequality and pollution, both physical, social, biological and cultural. (Abdurahmat Fathoni, thing: 01 of 2014). Some of these problems were identified as factors indicating that the characteristics of HR competencies in improving employee performance at SMC Hospital were not optimal, thus affecting employee work productivity. This can affect the performance of employees who are less effective so that the implementation of their duties often does not run optimally. This study aims to find out how the analysis of HR competency characteristics in improving employee performance at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. The data used in this study uses primary and secondary data. The objects in this study were ASN employees at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This data collection technique is by interview, observation, and document study. The results of the analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on knowledge, employee knowledge of the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya in carrying out its duties has increased. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on skills, employee skills in carrying out their duties at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya is increasing because employees feel motivated in completing the tasks given, this is due to supervision from each superior over employees in carrying out their duties. However, supervision alone is not enough because it is important for each employee to receive training in order to hone their skills or abilities so that they can maximize their performance. Analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on self-concept and values, self-concept and employee values ​​in this case education which greatly influences the productivity of an employee in carrying out his duties. From the results of the study it can be seen that the educational background of employees at the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya is different, but the work assigned can still be carried out as long as the job responsibilities given are in accordance with the education taken by the employees. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on motives, employee motives at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya in carrying out her duties as a nurse the supporting factors in carrying out her duties and functions as an employee in the field are basically relatively the same and also greatly affect the performance of the employees.

Training and development of human resources (HR) is very important for every company to maximize the skills of its employees. The quantitative approach focuses on symptoms that have certain characteristics in order to observe the relationship between 2 or more variables. According to the results of the study with the PLS SEM test, descriptive analysis, and hypothesis testing, the results can be seen: training has a significant positive effect on employee performance when viewed from the results of p values, namely 0.019 <0.05. HR development has a significant positive effect on employee performance if you look at the p values of 0.000 <0.05. Job training has a significant positive effect on motivation from the hypothesis test, namely p values 0.002 <0.05. HR development has a significant positive effect on work motivation seen from the results of the hypothesis test, namely the p value of 0.000 <0.05. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance seen from the hypothesis test, namely the p value of 0.002 <0.05

Digital financial services in Indonesia, one of which is Flip which provides interbank transfer services for free and also free of charge. This study wants to know and measure the level of acceptance and understanding in using a Flip e-wallet service through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which is determined by the perception of ease of use through usage attitude as a mediation variable. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which uses PLS (Partial Least Square) Software. The characteristics of respondents used in data processing are Surakarta people with age criteria of 19-44 years and frequency of use of Flip <1 month in 2023.The results obtained from the data processing above explain that the perceived ease of use has no effect on the behavioral intention to use. Attitude towards using are able to mediate the influence between perceived ease of use and behavioral intention to use Flip e-wallet service.

Tofu is a characteristic of Indonesian food, so it is not uncommon for this tofu food to be found in Padang. Tofu is a food made from soybeans, and the process is still simple and limited to household scale. Suryanto (in Hartaty, 1994) states that what is meant by tofu is solid food printed from soymilk (Glycinespp) by a protein deposition process at its isoelectric point, without or with the addition of other permitted substances. The production process of tofu starts from washing, grinding, and pressing which are carried out by humans as well as machines. The Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia assesses that there are still many Islamic boarding schools that have not yet been established, so they need to strive for their independence. For this reason, the Ministry of Religion has launched the “Pesantren Independence Road Map” (2021). This study examines the independence of Islamic boarding schools based on kopontren at the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School (PPS). The aim is to prove the independence of PPS. The research method used is qualitative research which analyzes data in the form of statements and documentation. From the research conducted, it was found evidence that PPS is an independent Islamic boarding school both in terms of institutional, management, curriculum, manpower and funding aspects. This independence is achieved through the implementation of management principles such as planning, organizing, acting and controlling in managing the pesantren. In addition, the study also found that there are seven characteristics of PPS independence, namely having a business charity that is able to finance the financial needs of the pesantren, being able to manage its finances from the time the students register to completing their studies at the pesantren, being able to meet the basic needs of the students, being able to manage and determine the educational curriculum for the students. santri independently, not asking for help from other parties or the government to build pesantren. In addition, it has educational institutions, da'wah, social, economic and alumni networks that support the independence of pesantren.

This study aims to investigate the Effect of Sharia Financial Literacy on the Decision to Choose BMT Rukun Abadi Saving Products. This case study focuses on members of BMT Rukun Abadi Cooperative, which is a sharia-based financial institution in Indonesia. Islamic financial literacy is an important factor in encouraging the growth and development of the Islamic financial system. The research method used is a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to members of the BMT Rukun Abadi Cooperative. This questionnaire was designed to measure the level of Islamic financial literacy of the members as well as evaluate the decision patterns for choosing deposit products at BMT Rukun Abadi. The results showed that Islamic financial literacy has a significant influence on the decision to choose deposit products at BMT Rukun Abadi. Members of BMT Rukun Abadi Cooperative who have a higher level of Islamic financial literacy tend to be better able to understand the characteristics and benefits of Islamic savings products, so they can make more informed and effective decisions. These findings provide important implications for BMT Rukun Abadi in improving Islamic financial literacy services and education to its members. By improving Islamic financial literacy, members will be more engaged and involved in utilizing the Islamic savings products offered by this financial institution, thus supporting the growth and sustainability of the Islamic financial system in Indonesia.

Divorce cases in West Java Province have increased every year. The profile map of divorce cases that occurred in each region is not yet known, so efforts to provide guidance to minimize divorce cases are not optimal. Divorce case data is also not equipped with a visualization feature that makes it easier for authorized officials to easily understand and analyze data. This study analyzes divorce cases in regencies/cities in West Java Province, using the K-Means Algorithm Clustering data mining method. The clustering method is grouping data based on the same characteristics. In determining the number of clusters, that is by using the value of the Davies Bouldin Index. The results of this study obtained the best cluster of grouping divorce cases, there were 2 clusters, namely cluster 0, there were 5 regencies and 9 cities, while in cluster 1 there were 13 regencies, with a Davies Bouldin index value of 0.168 and an avg.within centroid distance value of 5,870. Cluster 0 is the city/district with the lowest divorce cases and cluster 1 is the city/district with the highest divorce cases.

Organizational climate is a condition, condition and characteristic of the work environment that characterizes an organization which is formed from the attitudes, behavior and personality of all members of the organization.This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample where the entire population will be used as the research sample. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale.Partially and simultaneously there is a significant influence between communication variables and organizational climate on work loyalty.

This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Workload on Employee Performance at the Center for Drug and Food Control (BBPOM) in Mataram. The population in this study were employees of the Center for Drug and Food Control (BBPOM) in Mataram in the field of testing and inspection, totaling 43 employees using Non Probability Sampling (Purposive Sampling) where the sample can represent the characteristics of the desired population. Data processing in this study uses SEM – PLS (Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square). Based on the research results, intellectual intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, social intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance and workload has a significant effect on employee performance. the most dominant variables that affect the variables of intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence, social intelligence, and emotional intelligence.
