This community service program aimed to enhance the theological competence of novice catechists and community guides at Santo Krisologus BSB Parish Semarang, focusing on understanding and articulating Catholic Fundamental Beliefs, particularly the Credo. Based on observations from January-August 2024, a gap was identified between high enthusiasm for service and the competency readiness of novice faith proclaimers. The program employed an integrative methodological approach combining interactive lectures, question-and-answer sessions, and participatory observation, accompanied by multi-stage evaluation. Results showed significant improvements in participants' doctrinal understanding and pedagogical abilities, reflected in the quality of theological discussions and the formation of sustainable learning communities. The main challenge identified was the complexity of articulating Trinitarian dogma in contemporary pastoral contexts. This program produced a replicable catechist formation model while affirming the importance of an integrative approach in faith proclaimer development.

This study aims to conduct an analysis of the factors that form the basis for all Indonesian people who have just participated in the general election in Leuwiliang District in 2024. A total of 10,344 people in Leuwiliang District are people who have just held general elections and have used their voting rights for the first time in 2024 from a total of 11,959 people on the Permanent Voters List (DPT). Based on these data, there are still 1,615 people who are voting for the first time in Leuwiliang District who did not come to the Polling Station (TPS) to exercise their right to vote, which is certainly influenced by several factors or certain reasons, such as not knowing the candidates who will be elected in executive and legislative positions and the entire vision and mission of each candidate. The method in this study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques, namely interviews and document studies. The results of this study are that 64% of new voters who came to the polling stations to 'vote' chose based on the social approach model and 35% based on the rational approach model.

This study explores the views of high school/vocational school students in Pasuruan City regarding the employment contract system and its impact on their readiness to enter the world of work. With a quantitative approach and survey method, this study involved 54 grade XI students who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a closed questionnaire, while data analysis used simple linear regression. The results of the analysis showed that students' perception significantly affected their readiness to work, with a regression coefficient of 0.748 and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). An R Square value of 0.500 indicates that 50% of the variation in job readiness can be explained by students' perception of the employment contract system. The regression assumption test showed that the data met the requirements of normality, homoscedasticity, and no autocorrelation was found. The results of this study highlight the importance of providing a deeper understanding of the employment contract system to increase students' readiness to face the world of work.

Entrepreneurs are people with a creative and innovative spirit who are able to build, construct, develop, advance and make their company superior. The term entrepreneur has the same meaning as merchant, but the meaning is different. This counseling is aimed at students at the Lembah Village assisted school because the education it teaches focuses on skills or vocations whose graduates do not go to college but do not work and are independent businesses. Participants are given the opportunity to ask questions after receiving an explanation from the speaker, so that participants can receive complete information. Participants can also ask questions about things they don't know or have problems with when they are doing business. This article discusses applying the Baghdadiyah method using the Turutan book as an alternative teaching approach for beginners learning to read the Qur'an at Madrasah Diniyah Al-Farabi, Cabean, Salatiga City. The Qur'an is a holy book, and one must understand and be well-versed in the correct tajweed rules. The Baghdadiyah method, also known as the sequence method, was chosen to improve students' reading skills. This study employed a qualitative field research approach to observe the teaching and learning environment at Madrasah Diniyah Al-Farabi. The research findings indicate that although many students find it challenging to learn the Qur'an, this method helps students comprehend hijaiyah letters and tajweed. The advantages of this method include its clear structure and ease of use, though it does have some drawbacks, such as requiring intense focus and pressure for memorization. Nonetheless, the method is considered effective for beginners in learning the Qur'an.

Sinar Bhakti Village, located in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, holds significant potential in rubber plantation management. However, suboptimal rubber tapping techniques often pose a major challenge for beginner farmers, resulting in low production yields and damage to rubber trees. This community service program aims to empower beginner farmers through training on optimal rubber tapping techniques. The method used was a participatory approach with hands-on field training. The training was conducted on Saturday, January 19, 2025, and included the introduction of tapping tools, proper tapping techniques, and post-tapping tree care. The activity involved beginner farmers in Sinar Bhakti Village. The results indicate that the training successfully enhanced participants' understanding of proper rubber tapping techniques. All participants effectively applied the techniques during field simulations. Additionally, participants demonstrated increased confidence in managing rubber plantations independently. This program positively impacted not only rubber productivity but also the economic sustainability of the village community.

This research aims to analyze the factors that affect the political participation of novice voters from generation Z in the 2024 General Election. The main focus of the research is to understand the motivation, perceptions, and challenges faced by novice voters in exercising their voting rights for the first time. The research method used is a qualitative approach to phenomenology. The research category includes 4 novice voters who have just participated and become the same experience because of the first time. Data is collected through direct interviews and analyzed using analysis from several predetermined categories. Research results show that there is a comparison of the participation of new voters of generation Z through the use of social media between twitter and non-twitter users supported by the lack of political literacy which has the most significant positive influence on the level of participation.

This study aims to analyse the contribution of novice voters in the general election, focusing on grade XII TPm 3 students. First-time voters, who have the characteristics of being critical, independent, and pro-change, play a crucial role in the success of the election. They tend to have independent views and are dissatisfied with the establishment, which makes them a group to watch out for in the democratic process. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this study, with data collected through interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out systematically using triangulation techniques to ensure the validity of the findings. The results of the study show that grade XII TPm 3 students are interested in contributing to the 2024 election because they feel they have a new responsibility after obtaining an ID card and the right to vote. They see participation in the election as a new experience and an opportunity to realize their hopes and ideals in supporting their idolized leader candidates. In addition, they are driven by a desire to make positive changes, which is reflected in various forms of contribution, such as voting, witnessing elections, and providing political education to others.

Indonesia adalah negara demokratis yang mempunyai hak kebebasan berpendapat bagi warga negaranya. Salah satu wujud dari demokrasi tersebut adalah pelaksanaan pemilihan umum (Pemilu). Tujuan utama pemilihan umum (pemilu) adalah memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat untuk memilih pemimpin yang akan mewakili mereka dalam pemerintahan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa sosialisasi pemilu untuk meningkatkan partisipasi pemilih pemula. kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode workshop dimulai dengan menyampaikan materi dari pengertian demokrasi, pemilu, pemilih pemula sampai peserta diajak untuk praktek cek DPT secara online di https://cekdptonline.kpu.go.id/  melalui HP masing-masing peserta. Dari acara sosialisasi ini tim mengajak peserta untuk menjadi pemilih pemula yang cerdas dengan indikator sebagai berikut : 1). Memastikan terdaftar sebagai pemilih, 2). Mengetahui kapan pelaksanaan pemungutan suara, 3). Mengetahui caleg yang berkompetisi serta rekam jejak mereka, 4). Mengetahui tata cara mengunakan hak suara dengan benar. Kegiatan ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta sosialisasi 30% sesebelum mengikuti sosialisasi pemahamanya tentang pemilu cuma 45% dan sesudah mengikuti sosilalisasi menjadi 75 %. Sehingga terjadi peningkatan pemahaman peserta sosialisasi pemilu di SMKN Nglegok dan MA Syeh Subakir.

This research aims to analyze the role of the General Election Commission (KPU) in increasing the participation of first-time voters in holding the 2024 General Election. With the role of the KPU, various efforts have been made to increase the participation of first-time voters in the 2024 General Election. This research uses normative juridical research methods, namely research using how to search, review and analyze library sources. This research also uses primary legal material, namely legal material originating from statutory regulations, such as the Undang-Undang Dasar 1945, Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2023 tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilihan Umum. Apart from that, this research is also supported by using secondary legal materials such as journals and books that are relevant to this research, as well as using tertiary legal materials in the form of facts and data from the internet. The results of the research show that the participation of first-time voters in the 2024 elections is very influential, in fact the participation of first-time voters will increase compared to 2019. The KPU has made several efforts to increase the participation of first-time voters in the elections, one of which is by providing political education and carrying out various outreach activities to increase awareness of new voters about the importance of elections.

The community service program in this article provides outreach to new voters about Anti-Corruption Education and the Anti-Money Politics Movement, ahead of the 2024 General Election. Anti-Corruption Education is an action to control and reduce corruption in the form of an effort to encourage future generations to develop a firm attitude towards every form corruption. Money politics is a form of giving or promising to bribe someone either so that the person does not exercise their right to vote or so that they exercise their right in a certain way during the general election. Political education is a form of political outreach to the public to understand and understand politics, especially to the general public regarding general elections and the democratic process therein. Political education also contains the meaning of political participation, meaning that society also participates in the political process. The choice of the GKPI 2 Pematangsiantar Private Vocational School was due to the high level of first-time voters in the 2024 elections, so the team felt it was necessary to provide socialization about political education to many young voters who were in high school. We want GKPI 2 Pematangsiantar Private Vocational School students to be aware and have adequate knowledge regarding preparations for the upcoming 2024 elections. The output target that we hope for as organizers and cooperation partners is the understanding of GKPI 2 Pematangsiantar Private Vocational School students which can be obtained from the political education regarding preparation for the 2024 Election that we provide. By participating in this socialization, it is hoped that students will be able to provide an understanding of the material presented to their peers or people outside the school environment. Participants in our community service activities are representatives from each class at the GKPI 2 Pematangsiantar Private Vocational School who are 17 years of age or older, or who will have the right to vote when the elections are held

Pengabdian ini berlokasi di Kecamatan Betoambari Kota Baubau. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya partisipasi pemuda yang notabene sebagai pemilih pemula dalam Pemilihan Umum (PEMILU) tahun 2024. Solusi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah salah satunya dengan memberikan penyuluhan kepada para pemilih pemula akan penting partisipasi dalam PEMILU tahun 2024. Dalam hal ini dengan melakukan proses pengenalan, pembiasaan sampai penerapan dilapangan. Hasil penelitian dalam meningkatkan partisipasi pemilih pemula melalui tiga tahap strategi yaitu formulasi dan sasaran jangka panjang; tindakan; dan alokasi sumber daya.

Learning as a process of organizing the environment around students might meet the National Education Standards. Most educators in Surakarta City had minimal understanding of the assessment of learning outcomes. How was the technique of preparing the right assessment tool in measuring student learning achievement? Based on the situation analysis, the partner's problems were found, including the lack of understanding of educators in the form and technique of preparing appropriate assessment tools, as well as the limited ability of educators to translate assessment techniques into digital form. The proposer's solution was through training, namely first training, designing the preparation of good item items, and providing strategies for composing good item items by paying attention to validity, level of difficulty, discriminating power, and reliability. The second training is monitoring the preparation of item items as well as strengthening the concepts and skills of item analysis techniques as well as assessment tool techniques with the assistance of digital media. The result of the implementation was that the activities run in an orderly manner according to the plan and according to the targets set. From this activity, it could be concluded that there was an increase in the competence of educators in developing digital-based assessments of learning tools after being given training.

Utilization of Waste Paper Through Recycling and Entrepreneurial SpGarnish includes the art of competition in making decorations from food in the form of fruits and vegetables that have aesthetic value, but can be consumed. Competence in making garnish prioritizes expertise in carving or shaping materials into artistic items that are always evolving. Community service in the form of vegetable garnish training is aimed at increasing the competence of Wilayut Village housewife cadres to improve the economy and welfare for beginners. This training aims to find out (1) efforts to improve the competence of making garnishes, (2) increase the competence of attitudes, knowledge, and skills, (3) training improves the standard of living influences the level of education in the family. The garnish training does not just provide education but the practice of garnish training is prioritized. The garnish competition activities were carried out by involving training methods, in theory and hands-on practice. The results of the Wilayut Village housewife vegetable garnish competition have started from the process of carving tomato, cucumber, carrot vegetables to form a decorative presentation for food. The skill of garnish can be a source of developing a business for beginners.irit Development.

Partisipasi Politik Pemilih Pemula mempunyai peran penting dalam proses pemilihan umum. Tahun depan Indonesia akan melaksanakan Pemilu untuk memilih DPR, DPRD, Presiden dan wakil, Presiden serta DPD. Dalam Pemilu kali ini jenis pemilih yang menjadi perhatian penting guna melihat tingkat partisipasi politik pemilih khususnya pemilih pemula, pemilu 2024 jumlah pemilih muda  dipredeksi mencapai 52%. Minimnya kesadaran dalam pemahaman demokrasi dan rendahnya pendidikan politik bagi para pemilih pemula tentu dapat menurunkan tingkat partisipasi pemilih pada pemilu 2024 mendatang. Mengingat pentingnya partisipasi politik pemilih pemula dalam pemilu yang akan datang, maka perlu dilakukan sosialisasi pengetahuan dan studi tentang partisipasi politik pemilih pemula pada masyarakat di Kecamatan Ngemplak yang memiliki DPT terbanyak di Kabupaten Boyolali yakni 68.527. Kemudian peneliti mengambil sample Desa Manggung, Kecamatan Ngemplak, Kabupaten Boyolali. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pemilih pemula tentang pentingnya partisipasi politik pemilih pemula. Dalam pengabdian ini metode yang dipakai adalah penyampaian materi dari narasumber dengan nsarana LCD dan dilanjutkan diskusi dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya kesadaran para kaum muda khususnya pemilih pemula, lebih khusus lagi pemilih pemula dari ibu-ibu  Tim Penggerak PKK, hal ini terlihat antusiasme para peserta dalam interaksi diskusi dan tanya jawab.

Waste produced in households includes organic waste, inorganic waste and B3 waste (Toxic and Hazardous Materials). The problem in the city of Bandung is the lack of awareness among the public. People still throw away waste without separating it between organic and inorganic. By sorting waste, waste can be reused directly by making crafts from used goods and reused indirectly by selling used goods to scavengers, junkyards or waste banks. This waste-related problem is then elaborated on the capital requirements that novice investors usually face. The solution to the problem is in the form of awareness regarding waste sorting, then processing the waste into products that have selling value. Then the proceeds from the product selling can be used for investment by topping up the customer funds account) which can then be used to buy stock in the capital market.

The purpose of this qualitative research is to determine the types of language variety in the Tiktok content "Different Beginners Making Content Vs. Already 1 Year by Victoriawong" and to analyze the content design. After downloading videos from tiktok Victoriawong, data collection techniques are used to listen, record, identify, and classify. The purpose of this study is to analyze the design and describe the variety of languages used by content creators. Based on the results of an analysis of the variety of languages in Beda content, Beginners create Content Vs. It's been 1 year by Victoriawong, the most widely used is colloquial language with a percentage of 37% of the 10 words that contain colloquial language. The second highest percentage is journalistic variety 14.8%, spoken variety 14.8%, casual language, 14.8% of each of the 4 words that the researcher gets. The service activities were carried out in Kadidia Village, Nokilalaki sub-district, Sigi Regency. This community service activity was carried out in September 2023. The number of participants was 31 people. This service is focused on the younger generation as Beginner Voters who have an important role in the general election (Pemilu) process. The results of this socialization and service aim to provide understanding to novice voters to be actively involved in the democratic party (election) and novice voters can have the knowledge to make choices and know the importance of elections in this nation's democratic journey. The community service is carried out to provide knowledge to the young people of Negeri Hukurila, South Leitimur District, who are first-time voters. First-time voters, according to the Election Law, refer to individuals aged 17 and above or those who have been married. First-time voters are those who are eligible to vote for the first time in any type of election, including general elections, presidential elections, legislative elections, or other elections. They can be aged 17-18 or older and have met the voter requirements set by the laws of their country or jurisdiction of residence. The purpose of this community service is to increase the participation of first-time voters, especially the young people of Negeri Hukurila who have just graduated from high school or vocational school. Based on observations, it has been found that the youth in Negeri Hukurila have low political participation in elections, and they also have limited information about elections and a lack of political education. With reference to these issues, we conducted community service with the hope that after the socialization on increasing the participation of informed first-time voters, their knowledge about elections and politics would increase, thereby impacting the high level of participation of first-time voters in the upcoming 2024 elections.

This research aims to identify and analyze financial distress by using the Altman Z-Score methodology to predict the bankruptcy of property and real estate companies listed on the IDX based on the 2019 - 2021 period. The data were obtained from published financial reports by www.idx.coi.id with the period from 2019 to 2021. Research population is property and real estate companies registered with the IDX with a sample of annual financial report data for 3 consecutive years. Data collection techniques with literature study. The results of this research show that in 2019 - 2021 PT Bekasi Asri Pemula Tbk. is in the healthy zone. This is based on the Altman Z-Score criteria, if Z > 2.99 is categorized as a healthy company, if Z is between 1.81 to 2.99 it is categorized a grey area, and if Z < 1.81 it is categorized as the initial company went bankrupt.
