Fear of crime is closely linked to various factors such as education, income, race, age, and especially gender. Many studies have shown that women tend to experience higher levels of anxiety than men, thus limiting their participation in utilizing urban outdoor spaces. This condition emphasizes the need for crime prevention efforts to be integrated into urban planning, emphasizing the fulfillment of a sense of security not only physically but also psychologically. If the city fails to provide an adequate sense of security, it will lead to increased anxiety, discomfort, and ultimately limit community involvement in the use of public spaces. This study aims to identify design factors that influence women's sense of security and psychological safety in downtown areas. The research paradigm used is post-positivism with a quantitative approach, reinforced by walkthrough analysis techniques to produce more accurate findings. The results show that control factors are the most dominant aspect in influencing women's psychological security and safety, while sub-factors such as lighting, diversity of activities, availability of open spaces, and road conditions have also been shown to play a significant role in reducing women's anxiety when accessing public spaces. Thus, this study emphasizes the importance of city center design that is not only oriented towards physical function alone, but also pays attention to psychological aspects in order to create a safe, inclusive, and gender-friendly urban environment so that women can feel more protected and free to participate in urban life.

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a lung condition characterized by persistent and typically progressive respiratory symptoms and airflow limitation. This disease is associated with an excessive chronic inflammatory response in the airways and lung parenchyma due to exposure to harmful gases or particles. The objective of this study is to evaluate the changes in oxygen saturation and activity tolerance in COPD patients before and after performing home-based walking exercises, pursed lips breathing, and effective coughing. The research method used a descriptive design in the form of a case report with a nursing process approach. The instruments used included assessment sheets and oximetry to measure oxygen saturation. The study subjects were patients with COPD. The results showed that before the intervention, the patient's (Mrs. E) oxygen saturation was 96%, and she reported difficulty engaging in activities due to fatigue and shortness of breath. After three days of intervention, her oxygen saturation increased to 99%, and she was able to perform outdoor activities without experiencing shortness of breath. In conclusion, home-based walking exercises, pursed lips breathing, and effective coughing can improve oxygen saturation, increase activity tolerance, and reduce dyspnea and fatigue

Bronchial asthma is a chronic inflammatory respiratory disease due to increased sensitivity of the airways to various stimuli. Bronchial asthma is not only a public health problem in developed countries, but also occurs in developing countries (WHO, 2016). Anxiety is a vague feeling of worry due to discomfort or fear accompanied by an autonomic response (the source is often unspecific or unknown to the individual), a feeling of worry caused by the anticipation of danger. Anxiety is a sign of increased alertness to impending danger and allows individuals to take action to face the threat (Doenges, 2015). The prevalence of anxiety disorders ranges from 6-7% of the general population (females are more prevalent than males) (Stuart, 2006). Lecturers and students from the Nursing and Nursing Study Program at Imelda University, Medan, chose to hold health education activities with the aim of helping as well as training both individuals and families regarding deep breathing exercises. This makes them aware and more diligent in practicing their breathing. The health education carried out in the courtyard of the sub-district office in Tanjung Mulia downstream began with holding talk activities and continued with outdoor counseling activities. This health education activity is of great interest to families in the community and it is hoped that it can be used as a lesson and make individuals and families more aware of the importance of deep breathing exercises to reduce anxiety in people with asthma.

Astigmatism is a refractive disorder caused by uneven curvature of the cornea or lens, causing light not to focus on the retina. This study aims to measure the prevalence of astigmatism among students at Ma Chung University and identify the relationship between the duration and position of gadget use with astigmatism. The study method used a cross-sectional design involving 125 students aged 17–24 years. Data were collected through questionnaires and eye examinations using a Snellen chart and keratometer. The results showed that 38.4% of students had astigmatism. Most students (96.8%) used gadgets for more than 2 hours a day, and 91.2% used gadgets in a lying position. Using gadgets in this position and for long durations increases the risk of astigmatism. The conclusion of this study is that astigmatism is a significant problem among students. Implementation of the 20-20-20 rule and increasing outdoor activities are recommended for prevention. Routine eye examinations are also needed so that disorders can be detected and treated early.

Hypermetropia is a refractive disorder that affects the eye's focus on close objects and can affect academic activities. This study involved 125 students from Ma Chung University Malang, aged 17–24 years, to determine the prevalence of hypermetropia and explore factors that affect their visual health. Data collection was carried out through visual acuity examination using the Snellen chart and questionnaires related to visual habits and duration of gadget use. The results showed that 3.2% of respondents had hypermetropia. Most students (96.8%) used gadgets for more than two hours per day, with 91.2% of them doing so in a lying position, which can increase the risk of eye strain. In addition, symptoms such as blurred vision (58.4%) and eye fatigue (38.4%) were frequently reported. Other risk factors, such as lack of outdoor activities, also contributed to the decline in eye health. Education about healthy visual habits, such as the application of the 20-20-20 rule and regular eye examinations, is essential to prevent worsening of the condition.
