The implementation of tax autonomy by the central and regional governments separately provides the flexibility to be more independent in tax arrangements in order to increase the income of each region. The objective of this research is to determine whether the West Java provincial government's application of  vehicle tax collection  is effective in increasing Regional Original Income (ROI) in West Java. The methodology used in this research is qualitative. Analysis of the data used is analysis by calculating the effectiveness of tax collection. The results of data analysis show that the efficiency of  vehicle tax collection has an impact on increasing local revenue in West Java.

This study aims to explore the extent to which PP 71 of 2010 has been implemented in the accounting process at the BLUD of Tugurejo Hospital, Semarang. Associated with a change in the government accounting system from a cash basis to an accrual basis in accordance with PP 71 of 2010. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with the triagulai method using 2 triagulation techniques which combine data from various sources, techniques and time so that data is obtained in the form of interviews with the head of the accounting department and sub-section, as well as obtaining the financial report documents of the 2020 Tugurejo Hospital Semarang. The results of this study show that Tugurejo Semarang Hospital has implemented the Accrual Basis SAP well, which can be seen from the results of interviews such as implementation readiness, training and learning, facilities, staff understanding and education and internal control. It is hoped that even though the Accrual Base SAP has been running well, the management of the Tugurejo Semarang Hospital and the Srmarang City Government can immediately digitize applications that are still manual, especially in reporting fixed assets

Setting a strategy in running the existing system in the company, therefore it is very important for the company to evaluate the management control system which is one of the basic functions of management. The object of the research is PT. JNE Indonesia, especially at Cikuda Jatinangor agents. This study aims to determine the state of the control system in JNE in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the study explain that the system that applies at JNE is still running well as evidenced by the absence of complaints from company employees, the implementation of activities that run normally, and the programs that are run in the midst of this pandemic do not make income decline JNE’s management performs the control systems very well, and ensures the security of packages that will be sent until they are received by costumers.

The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. This thesis is expected to be a material for consideration by the Judicial Commission in order to increase the number of liaison officers in the regions for the effectiveness of work and the realization of the ideals of a clean judiciary at the Semarang District Court. Keywords: Judicial Commission, Judicial Clean Judge

Permen ATR/BPN 9/2019 is a provision regarding the implementation of roya electronically so that registration and deletion of roya can be reached easily, quickly, simply and at low cost. Roya which is done manually is different from electronic. The difference is that the file from the applicant is scanned and registered through the website and is directly corrected by the roya executor, not through the land counter. So that the Notary/PPAT does not have to come to the Land Office. After obtaining the certificate of land rights then it is given back to the certificate holder in this case is the creditor. If the deletion and registration of roya electronically has not been carried out even though the debt has been paid off, the land title certificate still contains a barcode record of encumbrance of Mortgage Rights. Based on the above, how is the implementation of the elimination of Roya Mortgage Electronically at the Land Office of Batang Regency? And what are the Inhibiting and Supporting Factors in the Implementation of Electronic Mortgage Elimination at the Land Office of Batang Regency?. The research method that will be used in this paper is a sociological juridical research method. The approach that the author uses in this study is a sociological juridical approach. The sociological juridical approach emphasizes research that aims to obtain legal knowledge empirically by going directly to the object. The implementation of the abolition of roya with the HT-el System at the Land Office of Batang City has not all been carried out in accordance with the procedures stated in the Technical Guidelines for HT-el. Application files that do not comply with procedures are known from the results of the inspection of the Land Office, if not checked, the HT-el certificate will be issued automatically on the seventh day. Issuance without any inspection from the Land Office if there is a procedural error, it is feared that it will become a problem in the future. Obstacles in HT registration with the HT-el System occur in PPAT, Banks as creditors and the Land Office. This obstacle arises during the HT registration process, both technically and non-technically. The electronic roya removal is carried out by the applicant, namely the debtor, proxy or representative by filling out an electronic application. Sometimes in some educational institutions they use handbooks in the learning process, but it is different in MA SA Darul istqamah, handbooks are only available for teachers. From this statement, the researcher concludes that the media has an important role in learning, so the researcher wants to know how the implementation of media, especially audio lingual media, in increasing maharah istima' at the institution.This study uses a qualitative research type using a descriptive approach. About the results of the study of the implementation of audio lingual media in increasing the special mahrah of class XI science students at MA SA Darul Istiqamah Woro Kepohbaru. In collecting the data, the researcher used observation and interview techniques, including interviews with the teacher in charge of the subject. And researchers used data analysis that was carried out continuously during the research process by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions.According to the observations that the researchers got, there are several kinds of media used in learning. Especially for istima' skills in Arabic the teacher gives an incomplete text, and later students are given the task of completing the text by listening to the audio that is played. Thus students can train especially in the ability to express words according to what is heard or commonly called maharah istima'.

This community service project aims to enhance Sunday School teachers’ ability to use digital media as a tool for children’s faith formation in local churches. The rapid development of information technology requires churches to adapt their educational ministries, including children’s spiritual learning. The training was conducted at the Christian Evangelical Church in Timor (GMIT) Sion Noelbaki Congregation, involving 25 Sunday School teachers. The implementation methods included needs observation, interactive workshops, practical sessions on creating digital Bible content, and direct mentoring in using media such as spiritual videos, PowerPoint, and online platforms (YouTube, Canva, and WhatsApp Groups). Evaluation was carried out through pretest-posttest and participant satisfaction questionnaires. The results showed a 78% increase in teachers’ competence in using digital media after the training. Participants also demonstrated high enthusiasm and commitment to applying digital media in their children’s ministry. This activity had a positive impact on improving the quality of faith education, making Sunday School learning more engaging, contextual, and relevant to children’s lives in the digital era.

. Based on the results of observations, learning subjects Basic Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering in Vocational High Schools showed low learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes by using audio-visual media in the student facilitator and explaining learning model. This research is a class action research consisting of two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection activities. The research subjects were 35 male students in class X Machining at SMK Negeri 1 Cibeber for the 2020/2021 academic year. Based on the results of the written test conducted at the end of cycle I, an average value of 69.92 was obtained with 72% classical completeness. Implementation of improvements in cycle II increased student learning outcomes, with an average score of 78.30 and 76.92% classical completeness.

Objective study This For analyze how much the perception and use of the electronic medical record information system (RME), how simple and easy it is to implement an electronic medical record information system (RME). And how much big enhancement performance can achieved blessing exists system information That, so analysis with the Technology Acceptance Model method was used . The type of research that used is descriptive analytic. Collection And study with use, observation And questionnaire. The subject population in this study were 30 officers who use information systems RME. The object of this study is the implementation of the Electronic Medical Record Information System. Results between independent variables and dependent variables on system users RME information did not have a significant effect, namely 0.813 No according to decision. Simple linear regression test where Ho is greater than 0.05 then the hypothesis beginning rejected that No There is influence between variable free to variable bound in user RME information system.

Background : Hypertension is a medical condition characterized by increased contraction of arteries which causes resistance to blood flow which increases blood pressure against the walls of blood through narrow blood vessels. Objective : To determine the effect of finger grip relaxation techniques and deep breathing on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Methods : Research design with descriptive method with case study approach. The implementation of Hypertension nursing care was carried out in the internal medicine room starting from June 15 to June 21, 2021. The subjects in this study were 2 patients suffering from hypertension morning and afternoon. Results : After being treated for 3 days, the results showed that the blood pressure of both patients decreased in patient 1 Mr “I” from 180/100 mmHg to 160/90 mmHg, in patients 2 Mrs “S” from 160/100 mmHg to 140/90 mmHg the pain scale of the two patients from 6 (moderate) to 3 (mild) the body is not weak, has started to be energetic and can sleep at night. cooperation between the health team and patients and families is very necessary for the success of nursing care for patients. Conclusion : With the management of finger grip relaxation techniques and deep breathing to reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients with the results of the nursing evaluation the problem was partially resolved.

After doing research on Singkong Keju D-9 Salatiga, it can be seen that Singkong Keju D-9 Ready to Fried has limitations in its packaging, which is not yet in accordance with the regulatory standards of the State Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs RI. In addition, it also has a packaging design that is not much different from competing products. Therefore, it is necessary to design a packaging design that is in accordance with the regulatory standards of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia and also innovation in packaging design that is able to provide characteristics as a souvenir product typical of the City of Salatiga so that it has an exclusive image on the product and continues to be able to compete against its competitors.The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of packaging design on consumer confidence in buying products based on packaging design and measure the accuracy of the theme of the illustration image on the packaging design of Singkong KejuD-9 as souvenirs typical of the city of Salatiga.The method used is the Research and Development method, starting with (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) packaging design, (4) packaging design validation, (5) packaging design revision, (6 ) product trials, (7) implementation.The results showed that the packaging design had met the requirements and met the requirements for use, judging from the results of the validation it had Cronbach's Alpha Reliability >=0.6 that the questionnaire used was very reliable.

The purpose of this thesis is to produce tangible results in providing comfort or convenience in controlling electrical appliances, including turning on or off lights at home and controlling other electrical appliances. The method used in making the Design of Control System for Electrical Equipment Using Bluetooth Based on the Atmega 328 Microcontroller is a prototype. This research method consists of several stages, library research, analytical methods, design and implementation methods. The results achieved are reducing the number of fires due to electrical short circuits and increasing aspects of comfort and convenience for users as well as people with disabilities and the elderly, who find it difficult to stand or to reach lights and the implementation of infrastructure devices, where a series of these tools can work after bluetooth devices are available in the community. android smartphones. connected to the bluetooth module connected to the arduino microcontroller. Basically, using the principle of this tool, the user must be able to operate a smartphone based on the Android operating system. The conclusion is that this equipment has been tested and can be used as a controller of power tools with a lightweight android smartphone via a Bluetooth connection without having to press the switch button.

The lack of appropriate and relevant information about HIV/AIDS, and supported by the curious attitude of teenagers, causes them to become one of the populations with high-risk behavior. Prevention of HIV/AIDS needs to be maintained by teenagers or high school students so that it does not have a comprehensive impact on the health of teenagers, which of course is detrimental to the current generation. The solution that can be done is the delivery of material (education) and how to prevent HIV/AIDS for teenagers so that they do not contract this deadly disease. The form of this activity is in the form of health education from a team of nursing lecturers assisted by students with participants, namely high school teenagers who are participants in this activity as many as 44 students. During the implementation of the activity, don't forget to give quizzes and ways to prevent HIV/AIDS and everything related to HIV disease. /AIDS as part of the goal of mastering the material from participants in this PKM activity. Apart from that, an evaluation of the extent of mastery and benefits of this activity is carried out.

As an old educational institution, SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Ajibarang is growing rapidly, however it has not implemented Information Systems and Information Technology optimally in its business processes and does not yet have an Information Systems strategic planning portfolio. This is deemed necessary in making a strategic information system, in order to provide superiority in business competition. Information system strategic planning is one of the keys in implementing information systems and information technology in business activities. Strategic planning in this study uses themethod Ward and Peppard to compile an information system strategic plan at SMK Ma'aif NU 1 Ajibarang and AHP to determine the application roadmap. The results of this analysis define the information system strategic planning company in the form of an information system business strategy, information system management strategy and information technology, information system strategy, information system recommendations, future applications and implementation plans.

Presence is an activity that aims to determine the level of attendance of a person in an agency, school or company. By looking at the problems contained in STMIK Rosma Karawang, a program is needed. To create a program requires a method. The method used is a waterfall as a software development method. The proposed database design is a DFD (Data Flow Diagram). Implementation of the program using Android Studio. Bank BJB Syariah Karawang provides Loans and KPR. Loans and mortgages are Bank products in which the Bank provides a sum of money to lend to customers, with interest giving, but only a small proportion of them know the interest calculations or called Sharia-Buying when taking credit, whether it is a home loan or vehicle. The methodologi that the authors use in the writing of this thesis include the method of identification and system design. System identification includes organization identification, system running, and problem identification. While the design of the system includes design input output, DFD, ERD, data dictionary and database. Implementation activities in this company has been running well and also has been using computer-based systems, but the technology used is still a technology of the past. In doing the calculation of home loans based on sharia has also been using a computer system. As the authors observe, there are still problems that occur such as recording the margin calculation of each customer that takes a long time, so that will result in errors in the calculation of bank margin that has been established Based on the above matters, the authors argue that to overcome these problems, it is necessary to design and implement an integrated system among related functions in a system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and its database Microsoft SQL Server 2005. With the implementation of the system it is expected that the input process and calculation of margin bank syaiah needed for the future can run smoothly and on time.

The implementation of activities in PT Global Indotech Industry has run quite well but has not used a computer-based system to check and calculate raw materials. As the author observed, it turns out there are still problems that occur in checking and calculating the raw material supplies of helmet sockets, such as miscalculating raw material stocks and slow checking of stock availability of raw materials, so that it will disrupt scheduled production systems and can harm the company. Based on the things mentioned above, the author argues that in order to overcome the problem in question, it is necessary to design and implement a system that is integrated between related functions in a system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and its database Microsoft SQL Server 2005 while system design includes design input output, DFD, ERD, data and database dictionary. With the implementation of this system, it is expected that the process of checking and calculating helmet socket raw material supplies for the future can run smoothly and on time.

Introduction. Leadership is a very decisive factor in the success of an organization. Spiritual leadership that is applied at the hospital are believed to be capable of evoking motivation of nurses can further improve the implementation of nursing care. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of Spiritual Leadership With the nurse Performance in performing Nursing Care. Research methods. done using penilitian Type used is Descriptive Analytic with Crossectional draft. The sample numbered 36 respondents using Simple Random Sampling techniques. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires and observation sheets. Furthermore the data that has been collected is processed using computer-assisted program SPSS version 16.0 for analysis by using the chi square statistic test with significance level (α) 0.05. The results. in this study, there is a Spiritual Relationship With the nurse Performance Leadership In Implementing Nursing Care. Obtained p = the value of 0,018 showed < α = 0.05. The discussion. The results of this study expect can add information that can be used to improve the performance of the nurses in the care of nursing.
