The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of management style on work motivation and the influence of leadership on organizational behavior. The research method used is library research with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The results of this research show that every manager can determine the direction of an organization. This research aims to explore innovative approaches in integrating English-language religious content as a means of strengthening religious values ​​and improving listening skills in junior high school students at Alam School. This research uses a descriptive method, an innovative approach that illustrates the condition of the subject or object of research by detailing existing facts. The results of the research show that community service activities that use English religious content are successful in strengthening religious values ​​and improving students' listening skills. Students are able to understand and remember new vocabulary through listening to videos. They can also internalize the moral values ​​contained in the video. Apart from that, the use of gamification through the Kahoot application can motivate students to learn in an interactive and fun way. An innovative learning approach that integrates elements of religion and English can help students develop holistically, both spiritually, morally and in language skills. This approach can be an alternative that can be applied in learning English at school.

The aim of entrepreneurship education is to develop attitudes, enthusiasm and the ability to create something of value for oneself and others. Creative, innovative, independent, leadership, good money management and never giving up are entrepreneurial attitudes that must be instilled in children from an early age. As followers of the Prophet Muhammad SAW we need to learn from his figure as an entrepreneur. Where in his journey as an entrepreneur, Rasulullah successfully proved that to start a business one does not have to have money first, there are other elements that are more important than that, namely that one must have the right entrepreneurial mentality. The purpose of this article is to analyze the importance of entrepreneurship education instilled from elementary school age in an Islamic perspective. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature-based approach. Qualitative research relies on the collection and analysis of non-numerical data (such as text, video, or audio) to understand concepts, opinions, or results. Entrepreneurship education taught at elementary school level is believed to be able to reduce children's consumption habits, train them to create something of value and give birth to the next generation to create jobs in the future.

This type of research is descriptive qualitative, with the aim of finding out the implementation of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 067090 Medan, as well as the problems of English teachers in implementing the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 067090 Medan. Religious development in childhood occurs through life experiences during childhood itself, which occur in the family, at school, and in the surrounding community. This research aims to increase the growth and development of the religious spirit to a more concrete level in grade 3 children at Az-Zakiyah Islamic Leadership Elementary School, Medan. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection through interviews, analysis, direct activities and documentation. The research subjects were 17 students, with a composition of 10 women and 7 men. The results of this research discussion show that the development of the religious spirit in children goes through 3 different stages.

These results also prove that the existence of an inter-religious dialogue model in conflict resolution is a means of strengthening tolerance between religious groups carried out by society. also as a model for dialogue in community life that meets each other and carries out dialogue on social issues. Apart from that, dialogue on religious experiences, which involves all elements of society, themselves carry out faith traditions, namely prayer based on the guidance of their respective faiths in joint prayer activities at the village hall every year. Religious experience activities are carried out represented by each religious figure. to lead the prayers which are performed alternately. Therefore, the dialogue model between religious communities can be concluded that the life dialogue model of conflict resolution that strengthens tolerance in a pluralistic society can build religious experience and action dialogue that develops in particular communities and this is a very effective solution in building a peaceful community life in particular. in order to create harmony among different people in the midst of our pluralistic society.

A systems approach can improve the quality of education by identifying needs, selecting problems, identifying requirements for solutions to problems, creating several alternative solutions, producing results, and revising requirements in part or all of the system related to limitations in meeting needs. This research explores how the application of a systems approach can be an effective basis for building quality education. White collar crime is increasingly prevalent in various corporate sectors and causes significant financial losses and damage to public trust. This type of crime includes embezzlement of funds, manipulation of financial statements, bribery, insider trading in the capital market, and theft of customer personal data. Although it occurs a lot, the prevention of white collar crime is still not optimal and the perpetrators are rarely prosecuted properly. This paper aims to analyze the various determinants that influence the occurrence of white collar crime in order to formulate policy recommendations and prevention strategies in the future. A systematic approach is used by applying the fraud triangle theory which focuses on the three main elements that cause fraud, namely pressure, opportunity and rationalization. The results of the study show that pressure to meet high performance targets and large bonuses often encourage individuals to commit fraud. Meanwhile, weak supervision and lack of transparency create opportunities for fraud. Perpetrators also often justify their actions, for example by assuming that they will not be caught or the value of the loss is small. The complexity of modern corporate operations also increases opportunities for white-collar crime. Effective prevention efforts must be comprehensive by involving various parties and strengthening a number of aspects as controls. The role of internal and external supervisors (auditors) of companies needs to be continuously improved, supported by modem fraud detection technology tools. Whistleblowing mechanisms need to be strengthened in every company and kept confidential to encourage early reporting of fraud indications.

Reading is one of the elements of language skills that are at the third level, after listening and speaking skills. Along with the times, the development of reading materials published so that people, especially students, have a varied and not monotonous reading reference. This research uses descriptive quantitative method with survey type. Data collection methods in this study using questionnaires, observations and interviews. The data subjects in this study were Indonesian Language and Literature Education (PBSI) students. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Tarbiyah Science (FITK) UIN Jakarta. This study aims to reveal the phenomenon of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah Sciences (FITK) UIN Jakarta in their interest in reading popular scientific works. The results of this study indicate that factors such as atmosphere, time, and the presence of interesting readings affect students' reading interest, and further understanding of reading preferences and habits can provide additional insights regarding the influence of popular scientific reading skills on the reading interest of PBSI UIN Jakarta 3rd semester students.

It tells the story of education and contains motivational messages and enthusiasm to overcome life's difficulties, through perseverance and unyielding spirit. Several elements in the novel illustrate the importance of forming moral values in children, good ethics are considered an important foundation for building individuals who are tough, have integrity, and care for the surrounding environment. The application of ethics education in Laskar Pelangi does not only occur through formal learning in schools, but also through life experiences and social interactions.

Numerous efforts have been made to improve English language learning in non-formal institutions. One of them is by developing interesting teaching-learning media. The learning media used in this program is a student final exam product which is assessed in the Intensive Reading Course, where students are asked to read continuously about one short story, then conduct it into literary elements such as characterization, storyline, etc. After this progress, creative visual learning media was created using materials like paper or cardboard equipped with attractive colors. The objectives of this program include several things; firstly, improving the English language skills of children in the Manggrove Leaf Community, secondly, through learning media, it can be integrated into mastering vocabulary and pronunciation, and thirdly, children can retell what they hear in their own words. It is hoped that the method applied will continue to increase children's efforts in creative and enjoyable learning processes in various non-formal institutions. Some things that are considered priority problems that must be resolved include first, increasing English vocabulary, second, pronunciation of English vocabulary, and third, increasing enthusiasm and motivation for learning English. The solution offered is creative and fun English learning through visual learning media.

The public perspective of chemistry, considered to be something that has always been associated with B3 or Toxic and Dangerous Substances, in fact this is not entirely true. Instead, our lives are surrounded by various kinds of chemicals. Both the molecules of the elements and the compounds, their existence is very close to ourselves. Inappropriate knowledge and attitudes toward the term chemicals are found in our society. But chemicals are not something that must be avoided, but used with careful rules. In reality, chemicals are very helpful in the various activities of life. Based on this, there should be an education such as socialization to people that chemicals are not always dangerous substances. The data was collected with qualitative techniques, through unstructured interviews related to the understanding of chemicals in the family sphere with some basic questions related to household chemicals as well as socialization activities concerning chemical substances in households to people of RT 05 RW 02 Cirejag Village, Karawang. The interview was conducted to obtain an explanation about how far they understand about the chemical in the household so that the socialization activities held are expected to help correct misperceptions and improve their understanding related to domestic chemicals.
