Electricity dependence is increasing as people have easier access to electronic devices. However, this ease of access is not always accompanied by adequate energy literacy. In its Community Service program, Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta helped to educate the residents in RW06 Kalibaru, Jakarta, about the safe and efficient use of electricity. This community service program was conducted through participatory seminar with a qualitative approach for residents. The activity used informal visual presentations and discussions in an informal atmosphere. The outreach program demonstrated residents' high enthusiasm for the efficiency of electrical equipment usage such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and water pumps. Through the discussion session, residents realized that using air conditioners with too low a power consumption actually leads to higher energy consumption because the compressor runs continuously. Participants understood that investing in automation concepts, such as using water reservoirs, provides significant long-term electricity cost savings. This outreach successfully shifted residents' paradigm from just simply seeking low prices to selecting devices with optimal capacity according to their needs. This education program demonstrates the effectiveness of energy literacy in improving electricity consumption habits at the household level. Therefore, simple technical understanding can boost family economic financial advantages through sustainable effective energy consumptions.

Public Relations (PR) of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UINSU) is a strategic unit that manages various important documents in the institution's administrative and communication activities. However, document loan management in this unit is still done manually, making it vulnerable to data loss, late returns, and difficulty in monitoring document status. This community service research aims to design and implement an integrated web-based document loan information system in the UINSU Public Relations sector. The system was developed using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database, implementing a modern, responsive interface. The system's main features include item/document data management, loan and return recording, and real-time stock monitoring. The results of the community service show that the system is able to improve document management efficiency, reduce recording errors, and make it easier for officers to monitor loan status. This system is expected to become a document asset management model that can be adopted by other units within the UINSU environment.

This study examines the extent to which West Java Province has achieved Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 7 on clean and affordable energy in the electricity sector. The study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to evaluate policies and achievements in terms of energy access, renewable energy use, energy efficiency, and the dynamics of cooperation between government agencies. The results show that the electrification rate in West Java has almost reached 100% thanks to government policies such as the free electricity program for underprivileged communities. However, the share of renewable energy in the province was still around 15% in 2022, which has not yet reached the target of 17% by 2025. Furthermore, energy efficiency is also an important issue because primary energy consumption in West Java increased in 2022. This study emphasizes the need to enhance inter-agency cooperation, innovation in local policies, and political commitment to achieve SDG 7 targets in line with national directives.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and human resource quality on work productivity in the Human Resources Division of PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PP) Tbk. The research uses a quantitative associative approach with a census method applied to the entire population of 60 employees in the HR Division. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression with SPSS 24.0. The results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on work productivity (regression coefficient = 0.975; determination = 95.1%). Human resource quality also has a positive and significant effect (regression coefficient = 0.978; determination = 95.6%). Together, both variables influence work productivity with a determination coefficient of 96.8%. Leadership and human resource quality are critical factors in improving work productivity. Organizations are advised to develop participatory leadership styles and sustainable competency development programs.

Postpartum depression (PPD) is a common and serious mental health disorder for mothers after givingbirth, which is a public mental health problem because it not only has a direct impact on the baby, but also on the family. The most common symptoms of PPD are overwhelming sadness, feelings of hopelessness and helplessness, moodiness, an inability to experience joy with the baby, serve anxienty, loss of appetite, poor concentration and memory, sleep disturbances, prolonged fatigue, and suicidal ideation (American Psychological Association, 2013). The design used in this study was quantitative by measuring the prevalence of postpartum depression in postpartum mothers using the EPDS form. The research was conducted at Gandapura Community Health Center, this location wa used as the research site because it had not been exposed at all regarding the use of the EPDS form as part of the initial assessment of midwifery services. A population is all elements that meet certain criteria for inclusion in a study. The population in this study was all postpartum mothers who gave birth in the obstetrics ward. The sample criteria in this study are divided into two, namely inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. Conclusion: Postpartum guidance provided to mothers influences the risk of postpartum depression. Postpartum women who receive assistance are less likely to experience postpartum depression, and mothe who do not receive assistance are depression.

Consumer protection is a crucial aspect of trade and industrial activities to ensure consumers’ rights to quality, safety, and fairness in obtaining goods. In the field of metrology, qualitative improvement of product quality plays a strategic role as a preventive effort to minimize consumer losses caused by unfair or non-compliant trading practices. This is in line with Law Number 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, which emphasizes legal certainty, honesty, and the responsibility of business actors toward consumers. This study aims to examine qualitative product quality improvement as an effort to realize consumer protection in the field of metrology. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review and analysis of regulations, policies, and the role of metrological institutions in supervising product quality. The discussion focuses on compliance with standards, supervisory mechanisms, and the responsibility of business actors as key elements of consumer protection. The findings indicate that qualitative improvement of product quality contributes to fair transactions, enhances consumer trust, and prevents practices that may harm consumers. This study is expected to serve as a reference for relevant institutions in strengthening the role of metrology as an integral part of the consumer protection system.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mendorong transformasi pelayanan kesehatan, termasuk di bidang kefarmasian. Salah satu inovasi yang berkembang adalah telefarmasi, yaitu pelayanan kefarmasian jarak jauh yang memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk menjembatani interaksi antara apoteker dan pasien. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji persepsi apoteker terhadap implementasi telefarmasi melalui pendekatan tinjauan literatur. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur sistematis terhadap 10 artikel yang diperoleh dari basis data ilmiah seperti PubMed, Google Scholar, dan ScienceDirect dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas apoteker memiliki persepsi positif terhadap telefarmasi, terutama dalam aspek efisiensi waktu dan biaya, peningkatan akses dan kepatuhan pasien, serta solusi atas kekurangan tenaga apoteker. Namun, ditemukan pula persepsi negatif seperti beban kerja yang meningkat, risiko kesalahan akibat keterbatasan kontak fisik, dan kendala teknis. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya dukungan infrastruktur, pelatihan tenaga kesehatan, serta literasi digital pasien untuk memastikan keberhasilan implementasi telefarmasi secara berkelanjutan.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Sidoarjo Regent Regulation Number 69 of 2017 concerning the Civil Servant Code of Ethics in the Family Planning Sector at the Sidoarjo Regency Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, and Family Planning Office. A qualitative approach with a case study was used to explore the implementation of the policy through interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis was conducted using William Dunn's six policy evaluation indicators, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. The results show that the policy has provided clear behavioral guidelines and is applied evenly in the work environment. However, the effectiveness and efficiency of implementation are not optimal due to disciplinary violations, weak supervision, and unstructured communication between superiors. The aspects of adequacy and accuracy are considered relevant to the needs of the organization, but have not been able to fully overcome obstacles such as high workloads and low internalization of ethical values ​​among employees. In general, this policy contributes to shaping the professionalism of civil servants, but still requires strengthening through continuous supervision and more systematic coaching. The originality of the study lies in the use of Dunn's evaluation model in the context of the implementation of the civil servant code of ethics at the regional level, as well as identifying gaps between normative policies and field practices. These findings confirm that the success of a code of ethics depends heavily on organizational communication, work culture, and consistency of oversight.

This research aimed to analyze the role of the secretariat in maximizing office administrative service funtions within the secretariat division of the departement of trade, industry, and cooperatives and SMEs of sikka regency. This research used a qualitative approach with data colletion techniques including interviews, observations, and document studies. The key informant in this research was the head of the secretariat division. Data analysis was conducted interactively through the stages of data colletion, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result showed that the secretriat has carried out office administrative functions systematically and in a structured manner, covering routine, technical, analytical, interpersonal, and managerial functions. The management of correspondence and archives has been implemented following the established procedures, although it remained largely manual and faced challenges such as delays in letter numbering and limited supporting facilities. The utilization of information technology through the srikandi application has proven to improve work efficiency, however, it still requires enhanced human resource competencies and stronger technological infrastructure support. In terms of analysis and reporting, the secretariat played an important role in preparing administrativereports and providing accurate data to support managerial decision-making. Furthermore, the secretariat also held a strategic role in fostering coordination, communication, and harmonious working relationships within the organization.

Papaya fruit (Carica papaya L.) is a tropical plant widely consumed as food and known to contain various bioactive metabolites with potential health benefits. The increasing interest in natural products as functional resources highlights the importance of reviewing the chemical characterization and health applications of papaya bioactive compounds. This article aims to systematically review the types of bioactive metabolites found in papaya fruit, the chemical characterization methods applied, and their potential applications in the health sector. This review was conducted through a literature study of relevant scientific articles, focusing on metabolite identification and biological activity evaluation. The results indicate that papaya fruit contains diverse bioactive metabolites, including flavonoids, phenolic compounds, alkaloids, saponins, terpenoids, and proteolytic enzymes. These compounds are commonly characterized using chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques. Several studies have reported that papaya bioactive metabolites exhibit biological activities such as antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antidiabetic effects. This review suggests that papaya fruit has promising potential as a functional natural resource for health and pharmaceutical applications.

Procurement of Government Goods / Services is a government spending mechanism that plays an important role in the utilization of state budget. Construction services are sectors that play an important role in Indonesia's development. Through this sector, the physical progress of development can be seen directly. In practice in general the implementation of procurement of goods / services Government construction often occurs problems, among other things, violations of both the Procurement Procurement procedure and the infringement that are detrimental to the State or the criminal act of corruption perpetrated by the organization of procurement of goods / services Construction. The purpose of this study is to determine the legal arrangements for the procurement of goods / services of construction after Perpres No. 4 Tahun 2015 and To know how the implementation of the application of criminal law of corruption in the field of goods / construction services on the decision No. 42/Pid.sus-TPK/2019/PN.KPG. This research is a normative research using primary data and secondary data. The data were collected through interview method and literature study which then analyzed qualitatively and presented descriptively. Based on the results of research has been done, the authors concluded that (1) has been arranged various legal instruments related to the implementation of procurement of goods / government construction services starting from the Act up to the Presidential Decree as a technical arrangement; and (2) the application of criminal law of corruption to the decision No. 42Pid.sus TPK/2019/PN.KPG has been in accordance with the provisions the provisions of the Act constitution. 20 year 2001 jo constutition No 31 Tahun 1999 about Eradiction Criminal Act of Corruption.

Persaingan industri distribusi yang semakin ketat menuntut perusahaan untuk memiliki sistem manajemen persediaan yang efisien dan terintegrasi. PT. Nindy Glow Beauty Aesthetic, sebuah klinik kecantikan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan produk skincare di Sei Piring, saat ini masih menggunakan nota pembelian manual sebagai acuan informasi persediaan barang. Hal ini mengakibatkan data stok tidak akurat dan menghambat pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis metode Supply Chain Management (SCM) yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam merencanakan kebutuhan stok berdasarkan data penjualan, permintaan, dan ketersediaan barang. Hasil dari pengembangan sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan, mengurangi kerugian akibat kelebihan atau kekurangan stok, serta mendukung proses distribusi produk skincare secara optimal. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi Program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) di Desa Reban, Kecamatan Reban, Kabupaten Batang, Jawa Tengah, dengan fokus pada aspek regulasi dan pembiayaan. Program yang bertujuan memberikan kepastian hukum atas hak tanah masyarakat ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti keterbatasan anggaran desa dan ketidaksesuaian biaya dalam SKB 3 Menteri Nomor 34 Tahun 2017 dengan kondisi ekonomi terkini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis empiris dan metode deskriptif analitis, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Landasan teori mencakup efektivitas hukum, sistem hukum, hukum responsif, dan kepastian hukum, yang memberikan kerangka analisis dalam konteks pertanahan Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan PTSL di Desa Reban telah sesuai dengan Pasal 19 UU No. 5/1960 dan Peraturan Menteri ATR/BPN No. 6/2018. Program ini mencapai keberhasilan signifikan dengan 349 sertifikat yang berhasil diterbitkan dari 448 bidang tanah yang didaftarkan. Pelaksanaan melibatkan tahapan sistematis mulai dari sosialisasi hingga penerbitan sertifikat, dengan koordinasi yang baik antara pemerintah, BPN, dan masyarakat. Kendala utama yang ditemukan adalah ketidaksesuaian biaya dalam SKB 3 Menteri yang menetapkan Rp150.000 per bidang tanah, yang tidak mencukupi biaya operasional akibat inflasi. Hal ini mendorong panitia PTSL di beberapa daerah mengambil inisiatif menetapkan biaya yang lebih tinggi melalui musyawarah.

Penelitian ini membahas akibat hukum dari penggunaan kuasa jual yang dipalsukan dalam proses balik nama sertipikat hak atas tanah oleh pihak ketiga yang bekerja sama dengan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT), sebagaimana tercermin dalam Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Barat Nomor 249/Pid.B/2022/PN.Jkt.Brt. Permasalahan utama yang dikaji adalah bagaimana pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap pelaku pemalsuan kuasa jual, kedudukan hukum sertipikat yang telah dibalik nama berdasarkan kuasa palsu, serta perlindungan hukum bagi pemilik tanah yang dirugikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, dan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemalsuan kuasa jual untuk balik nama sertipikat merupakan tindak pidana yang menimbulkan konsekuensi hukum tidak hanya bagi pelaku utama, tetapi juga bagi PPAT yang lalai dalam menjalankan kewenangan jabatannya. Sertipikat yang telah dibalik nama berdasarkan akta palsu dapat dibatalkan demi hukum karena cacat administratif dan bertentangan dengan asas kepastian hukum. Pemilik berhak memperoleh perlindungan hukum berupa pemulihan hak atas tanah maupun ganti kerugian. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan kewenangan PPAT serta kehati-hatian dalam proses balik nama sertipikat untuk menjamin kepastian dan perlindungan hukum dalam bidang pertanahan.

Di tengah dinamika industri musik yang terus berkembang pesat di Indonesia, permasalahan royalti atas karya musik menjadi tantangan besar yang memerlukan solusi hukum yang konkret dan efektif. Performing rights merupakan hak pokok yang dilindungi dalam UU Hak Cipta (UUHC) atas pemanfaatan karya dalam pertunjukan publik, pada penerapannya belum optimal dan sering menimbulkan permasalahan hukum antara pencipta lagu, performer, dan event organizer. Konteks penelitian ini menghadirkan peranan strategis Notaris sebagai penjaga keabsahan kontrak melalui penyusunan klausul performing rights pada kontrak event organizer sebagai solusi preventif terhadap permasalahan royalti di industri musik Indonesia. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini meliputi: bagaimana kedudukan performing rights menurut UUHC, bagaimana penerapan klausul performing rights pada kontrak event organizer, serta bagaimana peranan Notaris dalam penyusunan klausul performing rights sebagai upaya mencegah sengketa royalti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif dan konseptual, dengan mengkaji peraturan perundang-undangan, doktrin hukum, dan praktik industri musik secara sistematis serta analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa klausul performing rights yang disusun dan disahkan oleh Notaris memiliki peran sentral dalam memastikan legalitas, kekuatan mengikat, serta perlindungan hak cipta, sehingga mampu meminimalisir potensi sengketa royalti dan pelanggaran hak cipta. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap regulasi dan kebutuhan praktis sebagaimana uraian dalam penelitian ini, Peneliti menyusun sebuah draf klausul Performing Rights yang komprehensif dan aplikatif untuk dimuat dalam kontrak antara Event Organizer dan Performer. Disarankan perlunya standarisasi klausul performing rights, peningkatan pengetahuan hukum bagi event organizer, sosialisasi kewajiban royalti, serta peningkatan kapasitas Notaris di bidang kekayaan intelektual guna membangun ekosistem industri musik yang lebih adil, transparan, dan berkelanjutan di Indonesia.

This study aims to examine the effect of accounts payable, profitability, and Other Comprehensive Income (OCI) on audit fees in FMCG Food & Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2020–2024. A quantitative method using multiple linear regression was applied, supported by classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests which indicated that the model is statistically valid. The regression results show that accounts payable significantly affects audit fees (sig 0.002), while profitability (sig 0.286) and OCI (sig 0.064) have no significant partial effect. Simultaneously, all variables significantly influence audit feeswith an F-test value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.576 indicates that 57.6% of audit fee variation is explained by the independent variables. These findings highlight that company risk, reflected in higher accounts payable, is the primary determinant of audit fees in the FMCG sector.

Administrasi keuangan adalah dasar utama dalam mengelola lembaga pendidikan, yang memastikan pembagian sumber daya dilakukan secara transparan dan efisien guna mendukung proses belajar- mengajar. Di era digital saat ini, teknologi seperti spreadsheet Excel telah muncul sebagai jawaban utama untuk mengatasi hambatan administrasi manual, termasuk kesalahan hitung dan pemborosan waktu di bidang pendidikan. Alat digital semacam ini bisa meningkatkan produktivitas hingga 50% di lingkungan kecil, dengan keuntungan seperti penghematan waktu. Namun, di sekolah-sekolah pedesaan seperti SMP di Indonesia, penerapan digital seringkali terkendala oleh kurangnya infrastruktur dan kemampuan sumber daya manusia, sehingga butuh penelitian khusus untuk memahami dampaknya. Administrasi keuangan sekolah meliputi pencatatan pemasukan, pengeluaran, dan laporan bulanan yang tepat. Masalah umum seperti proses manual dengan buku besar sering kali menimbulkan kesalahan matematika, penundaan laporan, dan efisiensi operasional yang rendah, khususnya di lembaga kecil seperti SMP. Penelitian Rusmiati (2025) menyoroti keefektifan alat digital untuk skala kecil dalam transformasi manajemen keuangan sekolah, tapi belum sepenuhnya fokus pada konteks pendidikan pedesaan di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi penerapan keuangan berbasis Excel sebagai solusi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi di SMP Negeri 2 Laut Tador. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan pendekatan triangulasi untuk memahami fenomena secara mendalam. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam semi terstruktur, observasi partisipan, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Excel meningkatkan efisiensi melalui penghematan waktu hingga 50%, kemudahan penggunaan, dan pengurangan kesalahan, meskipun ada hambatan infrastruktur awal.

Weight gain can be a concern for some women, with some considering a body conforming to specific beauty standards as an ideal or desired goal. The use of progesterone hormone injections, which affect the appetite control center in the hypothalamus, can increase appetite and potentially lead to weight gain. This research employs a descriptive-analytical method with a quantitative approach conducted at the Independent Midwife Practice in the working area of the Kragilan Serang Community Health Center, Banten, using secondary data from medical records. Data collection involved 96 respondents divided into 48 samples of 1-month injectable contraceptive (KB Suntik) users and 48 samples of 3-month injectable contraceptive users. The total research sample size is 96 respondents, with the majority falling in the 20–40 age group and the remainder aged >40 years. The results indicate that among the 48 respondents using the 1-month injectable contraceptive, the average weight gain is 0. 938 kg, while for the 3-month injectable contraceptive, the average weight gain is 4. 251 kg.

The rapid development of information technology encourages the use of digital media as an educational tool in the health sector, particularly for pregnant women. One of the problems faced by Klinik Bidan Rima Pondok Meja is the limited use of conventional educational media, such as books and posters, which are considered less attractive and difficult to understand. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based Augmented Reality (AR) application as an educational medium for nutrition and fetal development for pregnant women. The application presents three-dimensional (3D) visualizations of fetal development from week to week, along with information on nutritional needs during pregnancy. The system development method used in this research is the Prototype model, while the Augmented Reality technology applies marker-based tracking. The development tools used include Unity, and Blender 3D. The result of this study is an Android-based AR application prototype that provides interactive and easily understandable information about fetal development and maternal nutrition. This application is expected to increase learning interest and understanding of pregnant women in maintaining a healthy pregnancy at Klinik Bidan Rima Pondok Meja.

Polusi udara partikulat halus (PM2,5) merupakan ancaman serius bagi kesehatan masyarakat di Kabupaten Brebes, Jawa Tengah. Faktor penyumbang utamanya adalah emisi kendaraan di jalur Pantura, aktivitas industri perikanan, serta konsentrasi tinggi selama musim kemarau (Juni–November). Tidak adanya model peramalan sub-jam yang akurat menghambat pengembangan sistem peringatan dini yang efektif. Penelitian ini mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi model deep learning berbasis Transformer untuk memprediksi konsentrasi PM2,5 dengan resolusi waktu 15 menit. Data yang digunakan berasal dari NASA GEOS-CF (band PM25_RH35_GCC) yang diakses melalui Google Earth Engine menggunakan API Python. Dataset mencakup periode 1 Januari hingga 22 November 2025, menghasilkan 7.813 observasi per jam, yang kemudian diinterpolasi linear menjadi 31.249 titik data dengan resolusi 15 menit. Arsitektur Transformer terdiri dari 3 lapis enkoder, 4 kepala perhatian multi-head, dimensi embedding 128, dimensi feed-forward 256, panjang sekuen 60 timestep, dan augmentasi fitur menggunakan rerata bergulir (*rolling mean*, jendela = 3) dan beda pertama (*first difference*). Pelatihan dilakukan dengan TensorFlow-Keras, pengoptimal Adam, penjadwal peluruhan kosinus (*cosine decay scheduler*), dan fungsi kerugian Huber. Pembagian data dilakukan secara kronologis: 70% pelatihan, 30% validasi. Evaluasi pada set uji independen (16 Agustus–21 November 2025, 9.357 observasi atau 97 hari 11 jam 15 menit) menghasilkan MAE 0,7691 µg/m³, RMSE 1,2052 µg/m³, R² 0,9945, dan *Explained Variance Score* 0,9948. Model ini mampu menggambarkan variasi diurnal dan anomali musiman secara akurat, jauh melampaui model LSTM dan GTWR konvensional. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan di bidang Teknologi Informasi melalui kerangka kerja pengolahan *big data* satelit untuk aplikasi lingkungan.
