Employees experiencing work-related Stress tend to exhibit lower job performance due to difficulties in focusing and insufficient energy to complete tasks. This study aims to understand the influence of work-related Stress and workload on job performance at PT. Cicurug Anugrah Raharja. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population consists of all employees at PT. Cicurug Anugrah Raharja, with a sample size of 20 individuals selected randomly using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using linear regression. The results indicate a significant positive correlation between work-related Stress and workload (r = 0.446, p = 0.049). However, there was insufficient evidence to support a significant influence of work-related Stress or workload on job performance in this sample. In conclusion, while there is a relationship between work-related Stress and workload with job performance, other factors may also play a role in influencing employee performance at PT. Cicurug Anugrah Raharja.

work stress is becoming an increasingly important issue in the workplace safety (K3) perspective. Factors that influence work stress have a significant impact on employee health and organizational productivity. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that contribute to the level of work stress and its impact on K3. The research method used is a literature study that investigates various factors that can cause work stress, including excessive workload, role conflict, lack of control over work, lack of social support, job insecurity, and unsafe working conditions. In addition, the impact of work stress on K3 has also been analyzed, including an increased risk of work accidents, reduced attention span, and increased risk of physical and mental illness. Research shows that factors such as high job demands, lack of job control, and unsafe work environments contribute significantly to workplace stress levels. In addition, work stress also negatively affects K3, increasing the risk of accidents and occupational diseases. The practical implications of these findings are that organizations can influence workplace stress through intervention programs such as stress management training, encouraging work-life balance, increasing social support, and improving managed work conditions. Therefore, these initiatives not only improve K3 and employee well-being, but also help improve productivity and performance throughout the organization.

This research uses quantitative methods through descriptive analysis, as well as online data collection using the Microsoft Forms Platform with a Likert scale of 1 to 5 with the Purposive Sampling method, there are 57 respondents with the age criteria 18-30 and currently working. Processed using the SmartPLS 4.0.9.2 application program. with Structural Eqution Modeling (SEM). The results showed that, the work environment is influential in supporting or improving the performance of its employees for the better and can produce quality work done by its employees. The work environment can be maximized when a company can implement or create a conducive, collaborative environment, and pay attention to all aspects such as the physical and psychological of its employees. Such factors as sufficient facilities, social support, and job security can increase employee performance productivity. Organizational work culture also plays an important role in shaping employee performance. Organizations with a culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and employee motivation have better performance. Conversely, a work culture that does not support employees can hinder employee performance. Workload in accordance with individual capacity also affects employee performance. Too high a workload can lead to excessive stress and fatigue, which negatively impacts productivity. Therefore, wise management in determining workload is essential. From this study, it can be concluded that a good work environment, positive work culture, and workload adjustment can significantly improve employee performance. A company or an agency needs to pay attention to these factors to achieve optimal productivity and job satisfaction in the midst of intense competition between agencies.
