Indonesia is one of the countries known for its abundant agricultural products, agricultural products in Indonesia are very diverse, ranging from horticultural crops, spices, fruits and plantation crops. These agricultural products are spread throughout Indonesia. Kepahiang is located in the highlands of Bukit Barisan which is one of the districts in Bengkulu Province. The area of Kepahiang Regency reaches approximately 710,110 hectares or 710.11 square kilometers (Kepahiang Regency Statistics Center, 2021), geographically Kepahiang Regency is located in the highlands with a cool climate. The agricultural sector plays an important role in the economy of Kepahiang Regency because it is the main sector that provides the largest role in the formation of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether there is a positive and significant influence of agribusiness management on the productivity of red-picked coffee farmers in Bandung Jaya Village, Kabawetan District, Kepahiang Regency. There are two variables in this study, namely the independent variable is agribusiness management and the dependent variable is farmer productivity. The research population was red-picked coffee farmers in the village of Bandung Jaya who were members of a black civet farmer group, totaling 12 people. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used simple linear regression questionnaires and tested the validity and reliability of the data. Based on the research that has been carried out, the results obtained are simple linear regression with the equation Y = 14.538 + 0.646 X and based on the validity test all statement items are said to be valid because (X) r count > r table (0.5760) and all statement items are said to be reliable because the value con'bach alpha > 0.60. Based on the calculations obtained, it is known that the agribusiness management variable has a significant positive effect on increasing the productivity of potato farmers and the results of the hypothesis can be accepted.

This study focuses on location, product innovation, and service quality affecting consumer satisfaction. In addition, the investigated question is “Do location, product innovation, and service quality have an influence on customer satisfaction at Café Maballo?” Furthermore, the objective of this study was to find out to what extent the effect of location, innovation, and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Café Maballo. The employed data collection method was a questionnaire. The collected data were then analyzed using a validity test, reliability test, normality test, hypothesis testing, multiple regression analysis, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). To facilitate the data processing, researchers used SPSS v. 25. The results of the t-test examining the effect of location on customer satisfaction showed that t_count was > t_table (0.734 > 1.66792) with a significant level below 0.1 (i.e., 0.000). Thus, the location does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Café Maballo. Furthermore, H_O is accepted, meaning that the location does not partially affect customer satisfaction. In addition, the results of the t-test examining the effect of innovation on customer satisfaction presented that t_count  was > t_table (3.253 < 1.66792), indicating that innovation has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Café Maballo. Additionally, the results of the t-test examining the effect of service quality on satisfaction revealed that t_count  was > t_table (3.455 > 1.66792). Therefore, H_a is accepted, meaning that service quality affects consumer satisfaction at Café Maballo. Apart from that, the results of the F test showed that F_count  was > F_table (19.203 > 3.13), indicating that location, innovation, and service quality simultaneously influence customer satisfaction at Café Maballo. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination presented an R-squared of 0.462 or 46%. This shows that the percentage of the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable is 46% while the remaining 54% is from the influence of other variables not observed in this study.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of learning creativity and learning discipline on Students Achievement in Class XI SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar for the Academic Year 2022/2023. The problem in this study is how the influence of learning creativity and learning discipline on student achievement in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar 2022/2023. The population and sample in this study were class X as many as 26 people. To obtain data on learning creativity and learning discipline, researchers used a questionnaire as a data collection tool and used a closed questionnaire structured in a structured manner where the question items were followed by answers consisting of four choices. The quality of the research instrument for the questionnaire was assessed through validity and reliability tests. The next step is to test the hypothesis by calculating the linear regression equation, namely Y over X1 is = 83.60 + 0.06 X1 meaning that between the variables X1 is linear with Y and Y over X2 is = 74,37+(0.8) X2 means that between variables X2 is linear with Y and Y over X1 and X2 is = 1.33 + 0.53 X1 + 0.69 X2, meaning that between variables X1 and X2 is linear with Y.

At the beginning of 2020, the world was shocked by the outbreak of a new virus, namely the coronavirus of type (SARS-CoV-2), and the disease is called Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). It is known, that the origin of this virus came from Wuhan, China, which was discovered at the end of December 2019. In this COVID-19 pandemic situation, the government made a policy of limiting almost all routine services, one example of which is maternal and neonatal health services and service facilities. other health. This causes anxiety in pregnant women so that they delay carrying out pregnancy tests. The type of this research is quantitative research, using the solving method in sample collection. While the testing in this study includes the validity test and reliability test. The findings of this study explain that the results of the reliability test also show that the data is declared reliable because of the value of Cronbach's Alpha > r table. The results showed that online media education was better than offline education in preparing the psychology of pregnant women to face childbirth in the COVID-19 era at Batuceper Health Center in 2022.

Academic supervision is a series of activities to help teachers develop their ability to manage the learning process in achieving learning goals. In preparing the academic supervision plan that must be considered is the preparation of the schedule, objectives, approaches, techniques and instruments needed. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive, theoretical and empirical approaches. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. As for analyzing the data using reduction and verification. Meanwhile, in testing the validity of the data using source and time triangulation. The results showed that the most frequently used approach was the collaborative approach and the techniques used were group supervision techniques (teacher meetings, workshops and MGMP) and individual techniques (class visits and class observations). Implementation of good academic supervision can improve the professional competence of teachers so as to produce quality graduates. Factors that support management of the academic supervision of madrasah heads in improving teacher competence are teacher education, teacher teaching experience, training experience that has been carried out by teachers, motivation, infrastructure, and supervision of school principals. The inhibiting factors were lack of teaching experience, lack of training, lack of self-motivation, lack of academic supervision from the head of the madrasah, and educational level qualifications.

This research is motivated by the problem of lack of motivation and attention of students in following the teaching and learning process in the classroom because teaching and learning activities still use conventional methods. This makes students have difficulty in understanding the material being studied so that basic competencies and KKM are not achieved. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product testing. In this study, researchers used multimedia with the Mind Map method as an interesting learning medium by using a computer that can display text, images, video, and audio so that the learning process is more enjoyable for students. The results of this study are multimedia-based learning media using the Mind Map method. The validity value of media experts is 3.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.8 which is declared feasible, and increases students' understanding and interest as users from 61% initially to increase to 86.11%.
