Reviewing various periodicals and relevant reference volumes is known as library research. The research findings show that spiritual leadership is a strategy to persuade other people to carry out activities in accordance with the ideals and principles taught by the Prophet Muhammad SAW to achieve a certain goal. Spiritual leadership is the process of persuading others to take beneficial actions to achieve certain goals. The Prophet Muhammad is considered an influence in Islam because of his leadership style. Loyalty is one of the main characteristics that characterizes spiritual leadership. In this context, loyalty shows that both leaders and followers must obey Allah SWT in terms of goals, uphold Islamic law and values, maintain integrity, be disciplined, be consistent, and not be arrogant. In Islamic educational institutions, spiritual leadership is implemented through instilling ideals that are focused on both life in this world and the afterlife. To fulfill their responsibilities, madrasah principals and teachers must do more than fulfill their administrative and instructional duties; they must also serve Allah SWT. By emulating the leadership qualities exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW, such as effective communication between the head of the madrasah and its members, the head of the madrasah as a motivator, fairness, honesty, trustworthiness, deliberation, and applying the principles of discipline, madrasahs can also implement spiritual leadership.

This study aims to examine the resolution mechanisms for water traffic accidents causing death through Dayak customary law in Central Kalimantan, as well as the challenges faced in implementing this customary law. The research used a socio-legal methodology, reviewing applicable legal norms and the reality of their implementation in society. Data were collected from literature reviews, case notes, related reports, and interviews with directly involved parties. Data analysis was conducted descriptively to depict the dispute resolution process and its challenges. The findings indicate that resolutions of water accident cases resulting in death in the Dayak region are often settled through local customary institutions using fines and customary rituals. The fines imposed vary depending on the level of fault determined and can amount to millions of Rupiah, adjusted according to the demands of the victim's heirs and the perpetrator's ability. However, challenges in applying this customary law include the limited ability of the Mantir Adat to determine suspects and resolve discrepancies in statements between involved parties. A lack of explicit regulations also poses challenges, particularly concerning penalties for cases of death not explicitly regulated in the prevailing customary law. This research is significant as it provides insights into the role and challenges of customary law in dispute resolution in remote communities, promoting the need for adaptation and strengthening of customary law to be more responsive to community needs.

Based on the reflection of Cycle I, it was found that students still had difficulty distinguishing and analyzing the elements of news structure. In the second cycle, they strengthened the SQ3R strategy through group discussions and extensive reading, so that their average score increased to 80.76. These results show that the SQ3R strategy is effective in improving students' news text analysis skills. The improvement of students' ability in analyzing the structure of news texts is reflected in the better results in cycle II, showing the potential of this method as an effective approach in Indonesian language learning. Corruption is one of the major problems that hinder development and prosperity in Indonesia. In Batam City, the handling of corruption crimes is often not optimal, especially in the aspect of recovering illegally obtained assets. The Non-Conviction Based Asset Forfeiture (NCBAF) mechanism is one of the instruments that is expected to accelerate the process of recovering state losses without having to wait for criminal punishment. This research aims to assist in the regulation of NCBAF laws and standards in resolving corruption crimes in Batam City, as well as identify the obstacles faced and efforts that can be made to optimize their implementation. The research methods used are normative juridical and empirical juridical. The normative juridical approach is carried out by reviewing relevant regulations, including Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering Crimes, as well as related literature. The empirical juridical approach is carried out through case studies and interviews with law enforcement officials in Batam City. The results of the study show that although the NCBAF has been regulated in the regulations, its implementation in Batam City still faces various obstacles, such as lack of coordination between law enforcement agencies, high standards of proof, unclear legal procedures, and limited resources and technical capacity of the apparatus. Examples of corruption in infrastructure assistance, embezzlement of social funds, and corruption in the procurement of goods and services show that assets suspected of originating from criminal acts often cannot be immediately confiscated and utilized by the state. To overcome these obstacles, this study suggests increased coordination between law enforcement agencies through the formation of special teams, the preparation of clear standard operating procedures (SOPs), intensification of training for law enforcement officials, increased international cooperation, and community campaigns to increase public awareness and support. With these steps, the NCBAF is expected to become a more effective instrument in eradicating corruption and recovering state losses in Batam City.

Batam Port is one of the strategic ports in Indonesia that plays an important role in the flow of goods and passengers and supports regional and international connectivity. As a port with mandatory pilotage waters, pilotage and towing services are vital components in ensuring the safety and efficiency of port operations. The imposition of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) of 5% from these services aims to increase state revenue and the quality of port services. However, the implementation of this policy raises various challenges, such as overlapping levies that increase ship operational costs and low levels of user compliance. This study aims to analyze the legal regulations, implementation, and impact of the imposition and management of PNBP contributions of 5% from pilotage and towing services in Class II Pilotage Waters of Batam Port. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Research respondents included officials of the Batam Special Harbormaster and Port Authority Office (KSOP), Port Business Entities holding pilotage delegations, shipping companies, and port service user. The results of the study show that the imposition of 5% PNBP is supported by a strong legal basis, but its implementation still faces obstacles such as high operational costs due to overlapping levies and low understanding and compliance of service users. The management of PNBP funds that is not transparent is also an obstacle in achieving the goal of improving port services and infrastructure. To overcome this problem, efforts are needed to harmonize levy policies, increase transparency and accountability in fund management, and provide more effective education and socialization to the maritime community. Suggestions submitted include harmonization of policies between KSOP Batam and the Port Business Entity BP Batam, increasing socialization and education to service users, and reviewing regulations by the government to ensure port efficiency and competitiveness. With these steps, it is hoped that the implementation and management of 5% PNBP can be more efficient, fair, and provide optimal benefits for all stakeholders in Batam Port.
