This study aims to analyze the optimization of seaweed seedling inventory management using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to enhance cost efficiency for farmers in Tarakan City. The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach, integrating EOQ with forecasting techniques (Moving Average and Exponential Smoothing) to predict raw material needs accurately. Data were processed using Microsoft Excel and POM-QM for Windows to ensure precision. The results indicate that EOQ yields an optimal order quantity of 878 ropes per order, with a frequency of 6 orders per year, a reorder point of 16 ropes, and a total inventory cost (TIC) of IDR 842,681. Compared to traditional methods (TIC IDR 2,132,083), EOQ reduces costs by 60.5%. Forecasting analysis reveals that Exponential Smoothing (MAPE 19.67%) outperforms Moving Average (MAPE 22.5%) in accuracy. These findings highlight EOQ’s effectiveness in minimizing waste, preventing stockouts, and improving productivity. The study provides practical insights for coastal small-scale farmers and policymakers in the marine sector.

Traditional games play an important role in the motor development of elementary school children. However, cultural changes and increasing use of technology have caused these games to be played less and less. This study aims to analyze the effect of traditional games on the motor development of elementary school children. Using a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design, this study involved 20 4th grade elementary school students who were divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group was given treatment in the form of traditional games such as hopscotch, gobak sodor, and jump rope for 4 weeks. The results showed a significant increase in the gross motor development of children who participated in traditional games compared to the control group. In addition to motor benefits, traditional games also contribute to children's social, cognitive, and character development. Therefore, the integration of traditional games into the physical education curriculum in elementary schools is highly recommended to support children's holistic development.

The development of digital technology drives the urgent need for comprehensive personal data protection. This research examines the Register of Processing Activities (ROPA) mechanism through a comparative study between Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDP Law) and Europe's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Using a normative juridical method and a comparative law approach, this research analyzes data protection regulations to identify differences and similarities in personal data protection mechanisms. The results of this study show that both regulations have similar goals in creating transparency and accountability, but have significant differences in implementation. Indonesia's PDP Law implements ROPA with a more flexible approach, while GDPR has stricter and more detailed provisions. In addition, this research also reveals the importance of ROPA as a documentation instrument that helps organizations manage data risks, protect individual rights, and build public trust in personal data management in the digital era. This study concludes that while ROPAs can enhance personal data protection, educational and technological support is needed for their effectiveness.
