Education is an important sector in the development of a country, and effective utilization of educational resources plays a major role in achieving these goals. However, in Indonesia, the utilization of educational resources still faces various challenges, especially related to the unequal distribution of resources between urban and remote areas. This study aims to analyze the utilization of educational resources in Indonesia, both in terms of the quality of educators, educational facilities, and available technology. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis to describe the current conditions and existing challenges. The results of the study show that despite government efforts, there is still a large gap in access to education between developed and disadvantaged areas. Assistance programs such as the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) and the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) have not fully reached areas in need. The quality of educators is also a major obstacle, especially in the 3T (frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged) areas, where many teachers have not received adequate training. In addition, the problem of uneven distribution of educational infrastructure is a major obstacle in creating a conducive learning environment. This study suggests the need for equal distribution of education budgets, improvement of teacher quality through continuous training, and more transparent and efficient management of existing education resources. The implementation of educational technology is also expected to improve the quality of learning in areas with physical limitations. In the long term, more inclusive and locally data-based policies will strengthen Indonesia's education system. Legal protection for victims of sexual abuse of minors is very important to guarantee children's rights and provide justice for them. Sexual abuse of children is an act of violence that can have serious impacts on the psychological, social, and physical development of children. Therefore, the state, through various legal policies, plays a role in protecting children from the threat of sexual abuse. In Indonesia, various regulations have been set to provide protection, such as the Child Protection Law, which regulates children's rights to protection from sexual violence. In addition, clear legal mechanisms and psychological assistance processes are also very necessary to ensure the recovery of victims after the incident. The importance of a child-friendly justice system is also highlighted in legal protection efforts, considering that victims often feel intimidated and marginalized in the legal process. A court process that is sensitive to the psychological condition of children will help reduce further trauma for victims. Legal protection also includes imposing strict sanctions on perpetrators to provide a deterrent effect, as well as educating the public about the importance of protecting children from sexual abuse. The government and related institutions must work together to strengthen this protection system.

Correctional institutions are very important in the Indonesian criminal justice system. Here, prisoners receive education and training to reintegrate into society. They still have the same basic rights. This concept evolved from the changing values and goals of the criminal justice system. Indonesia is transitioning to restorative justice to transform prisoners into mentally and physically healthy individuals, who can contribute to society. The protection of the basic rights of prisoners is an obligation in every correctional institution. This is not only because it is a human right of prisoners, but it is also regulated in the Corrections Act. Furthermore, the realization of these basic rights can help the education and development process of prisoners in correctional institutions.

The mandate of the introduction of human rights and freedom as a human being has been stated in the opening of the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945) with 4 (four) paragraphs that lead humans and their nation to humanity, a justice that is independent, united, sovereign, just and prosperous and is based on the development of the nation's ideals in the crystallization of Pancasila. The constitution is like the 'Spirit of the state' that lives to grow, develop, and direct the 'Physical state' towards the paradigm, understanding and actualization of axiology in everyday life. The reason is, the state is said to be perfect if its physicality is filled with spirit in the rules of harmony, harmony and balance. Thus, all of this is needed to be a name "State of Law". The state of law gives birth to basic concepts, namely the supremacy of law that is just, limitations of power, and guarantees of universal empowerment of human rights (HAM). The rule of law upholds the supremacy of the welfare concept of the rule of law that all people have the same position in the eyes of the law (equality before the law), so equality and social balance in fulfilling universal and fundamental rights in the case of people with disabilities must be positioned in a position, role and potential that legitimizes, justifies and confirms their condition as humans (living of human), not as objects or objects (inanimate).

This research aims to find out the impact of owning coastal areas which are used as tourist attractions. This research is empirical research because it places primary data in the community as the main data which is analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the research show that the impact of ownership of coastal areas that are used as tourist attractions triggers violations because this control is linked to the control of coastal areas of indigenous communities, and is then recognized by law. This then results in a conflict of interest because coastal people tend to carry out activities and work at sea, and utilize these aquatic resources as a target to fulfill their daily needs. The economic activities of residents on the coast who tend to work as fishermen and farmers are certainly not used to other activities. Meanwhile, tourism development in villages that have the potential for beautiful marine and coastal resources generally aims to introduce and utilize, even improve the quality of natural objects and attractions. This then also causes losses to the government and local communities because apart from having an impact on the physical environment which experiences a decline due to human activity at the tourist location itself, all income and benefits are also received in full by the business owner. In this condition, the village government does not get any share, because tourist attractions are recognized as private property.

Fasting, as one of the main acts of worship in Islam, has a deeper meaning other than just enduring hunger and thirst. It is hoped that this practice can shape individual character, increase spiritual awareness, and have a positive impact on physical and mental health. However, although the spiritual benefits of fasting have been widely discussed, scientific research regarding the impact of fasting on health is still limited. Therefore, this study aims to explore the impact of fasting on physical and psychological health and its influence on self-development. This research uses quantitative methods with an experimental design. A total of 100 participants consisting of individuals who fasted and non-fasted during Ramadan were randomly selected. Data was collected through questionnaires regarding physical and psychological health as well as direct observation of lifestyle before and after fasting. Body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, and stress levels were also measured at two time points: before and after the 30-day fasting period. Data analysis was carried out using the t test to see significant differences between the fasting and non-fasting groups. The results of the study showed that fasting had a significant effect on weight loss, reduced cholesterol levels, and a more stable increase in blood pressure. Psychologically, participants who fasted experienced reduced levels of anxiety and increased concentration and peace of mind. However, this effect is temporary and is more visible in individuals who had a healthy lifestyle before fasting. In addition, most respondents reported increased spiritual closeness and increased feelings of empathy towards others after fasting.

The effects of digital media on children are unfortunate given how much of an impact they have on the world. Children who are exposed to violent media may act aggressively both physically and verbally. Either right away after media exposure or months and possibly years later, the behavior takes place. Children will act according to what they see for most of their lives, which means how much time they spend watching content that endangers their lives, such as hateful material about other children, peers, adults, or animals, inciting racism, or posting or disturbing images. Children become aggressive due to violent television shows. “Television can harm children by making them passive learners, distracting them from doing homework, teaching them models of violent aggression, and presenting them with an unrealistic world view.” A qualitative approach with a PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses) 2020 - based systematic review method is used in this study. The sample criteria used were derived from articles or journals that investigated the impact of media on aggressive behaviour in children aged 0-18 years. Children who spend 2-5 hours per day watching television can become aggressive. Violence-inducing television shows and online games, if consumed daily, will gradually lead to aggressive behavior, both verbally and physically. Social media will teach you to be verbally aggressive in the online world. Parents and teachers play an important role in children's development. Parents are expected to accompany their children to all home activities, while teachers are encouraged to educate students on the dangers of excessive digital media use.

Reduced appetite, diarrhea, cough, and joint pain are common health issues. Traditional medicinal plants such as Temu Ireng, Curcuma, Sand Ginger, and Ginger have been used to treat these conditions. This study aims to optimize the formulation of lozenges containing these plants using a combination of mannitol and sucrose as excipients through the SLD (Simple Lattice Design) method. Five formulations with varying ratios of mannitol and sucrose (FI = 75:25, FII = 25:75, FIII = 100:0, FIV = 0:100, FV = 50:50) were prepared using wet granulation. Granule physical properties were evaluated, and the optimum formulation was identified using statistical analysis including normality tests and one-sample t-tests. The results indicated that FI (mannitol 75%, sucrose 25%) provided the most desirable characteristics, with excellent granule flow, compressibility, and uniformity in lozenge quality. This research contributes to the development of herbal lozenges with optimized excipient combinations, enhancing the efficacy and quality of traditional medicine products.

Dysmenorrhea is experienced by 90% of women in Indonesia, which causes 14% of women not to attend school or do not carry out daily activities, thus reducing their productivity. Adolescent girls are emotionally unstable, if they are not well informed about the menstrual process, they are prone to primary dysmenorrhea. Primary dysmenorrhea is experienced by many adolescents who are in the stage of growth and development, both physical and psychological.Several efforts have been made to reduce pain complaints in cases of Disminorea including non-pharmacological interventions, among others with Rosulullah style treatment, known as Thibbun Nabiwi's treatment, including by listening to Qur'an morrotal and breathing exercises, this treatment is cheap and can be done independently by everyone who experiences. The implementation of socialization at the Aisyiyah Gremet Orphanage is very much needed considering that in the school there are many cases of Dismenorea, and no one has provided an understanding of the case and how to manage it in a non-pharmacological manner so that it can be overcome without giving side effects. It is necessary to hold continuous health education in connection with the lack of an MOU with health institutions, The follow-up plan is to plan health counseling, especially in the health sector, regarding alternative actions that can be taken to overcome menstrual pain in addition to pharmacological drugs..

The important role of murals in building the architectural and visual identity of a city. Murals have become an integral part of public spaces in many cities, not only as beautiful works of art, but also as a medium to convey social, cultural and political messages. In the urban context, murals play a key role in building the image and character of a city, especially by utilizing open spaces that are often not optimally utilized. The identity of a city is not only determined by its buildings and physical infrastructure, but also by how people interact with the space around them, and murals are an important element in this process. With a deep understanding of the history, aesthetics and symbolism of murals, we can see how this medium can be utilized to create a more vibrant, meaningful urban environment that reflects local identity. This topic is very interesting and important in the context of current urban development, and this abstract provides an overview of the initial focus of research that will explore the findings and apply relevant practices.
