Rumah Tahanan Negara Kelas I Surakarta, sebagai Unit Pelaksana Teknis dalam sistem pemasyarakatan, menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga efektivitas dan efisiensi pelayanan. Kinerja organisasi yang tidak stabil dan distribusi pengetahuan yang belum merata menunjukkan perlunya strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh proses manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada pegawai Rutan yang dipilih secara purposive. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dan data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses manajemen pengetahuan yang mencakup penciptaan, akuisisi, penyimpanan, dan berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik penerapan proses manajemen pengetahuan, maka semakin tinggi kinerja organisasi yang dicapai. Oleh karena itu, organisasi publik seperti Rutan Kelas I Surakarta perlu mengoptimalkan pengelolaan pengetahuan sebagai bagian dari strategi peningkatan kinerja organisasi.

Dried eel (kepanjang) is a traditional food product made through the drying process to extend shelf life and facilitate distribution. While drying can slow down product deterioration, it still carries the risk of microbial contamination, especially when stored at room temperature without additional preservation. This study aims to provide information regarding the microbiological safety of dried eel products during storage and to determine the effects of storage duration and environmental temperature on microbial growth in dried eel. The method used in this study involved direct observation of microbial colony growth through serial dilution and inoculation on Nutrient Agar (NA) media, which was then incubated at room temperature. The microbial colonies growing on the dried eel samples were observed and counted to assess the impact of storage duration and temperature on microbial contamination. The results showed that the longer the storage time and the higher the environmental temperature, the greater the number of microbial colonies that grew. This indicates that storage conditions, both in terms of duration and temperature, have a significant impact on the level of microbial contamination in dried eel. This research reveals the importance of strict monitoring of temperature and storage duration for dried eel products. The increase in microbial colonies as storage time and temperature rise indicates that the product becomes more susceptible to contamination and spoilage. Therefore, to maintain product quality and safety, proper storage systems need to be implemented, such as using additional preservatives or storing the product at low temperatures. By adopting these measures, the risk of microbial contamination can be minimized, which will extend the shelf life and maintain the quality of the dried eel product. This study provides valuable insights into the microbiological aspects of traditional food products, specifically dried eel, which can be applied to ensure their safety during storage.

Introduction:This study examines facilities and infrastructure, which are crucial components in supporting the smooth running of hospital processes, particularly in the pharmacy department. Adequate facilities and infrastructure are essential for effective operational activities, although in reality, some healthcare facilities still do not meet established standards. Common problems encountered include limited storage space, inappropriate equipment, and a lack of professional pharmacists. The purpose of this study was to determine the drug storage facilities and infrastructure at M. Natsir Solok Regional General Hospital. The method used was descriptive quantitative, involving 15 logistics officers as respondents. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation, then analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that storage facilities maintained appropriate temperatures in 60% of cases and inappropriate temperatures in 40%. Appropriate lighting in 53.3% and inappropriate lighting in 46.7% of cases, and appropriate ventilation in 73.3% and inappropriate ventilation in 26.7%. Regarding infrastructure, 26.7% of stainless steel shelves are in compliance, 60% of pharmacy cabinets, 53.3% of drug refrigerators, and 53.3% of cold storage facilities. In conclusion, the facilities and infrastructure at M. Natsir Solok Regional Hospital largely meet standards, but improvements are needed in ventilation, lighting, and the use of stainless steel shelves

β-lactam antibiotics are a very important group of drugs and are most frequently used in the treatment of bacterial infections, both in healthcare facilities and for self-medication. The advantages of β-lactams lie in their effectiveness and broad spectrum of action. However, the development of pharmaceutical preparations containing β-lactams still faces significant challenges, particularly related to the physicochemical stability of these compounds. The reactive ring structure of β-lactams makes them highly susceptible to degradation, particularly through hydrolysis. This degradation process can be accelerated by various environmental factors such as high temperature, changes in pH, humidity, and the presence of certain excipients and solvents in drug formulations. This article comprehensively reviews the various factors that influence the stability of β-lactams, both in solid and liquid pharmaceutical dosage forms, as well as in microbiological media. Furthermore, it also examines various innovative formulation approaches that have been developed to improve the stability of these compounds. These approaches include film coating technology, encapsulation, and crystal engineering, which have been shown to reduce the rate of degradation and extend product shelf life. Literature studies have shown that solid dosage forms are generally more stable than liquid dosage forms, primarily because exposure to water and solvents can accelerate hydrolysis. Distribution and storage of these preparations are also important aspects to consider in maintaining the quality and effectiveness of β-lactam antibiotic therapy. Therefore, β-lactam product development requires a holistic approach, encompassing not only formulation and production technology but also optimal distribution and storage strategies. The use of appropriate analytical methods is also necessary to monitor degradation products and ensure product safety and effectiveness throughout the shelf life.

Abstrak  - Coal handling system berfungsi menangani pekerjaan mulai dari pembongkaran batu bara dari kapal/tongkang (unloading area) yang dipindahkan ke conveyor - conveyor, penimbunan/penyimpanan di stock area, ataupun pengisian ke bunker yang digunakan untuk pembakaran di boiler. Dalam proses pembongkaran tersebut tidak boleh terjadi penyumbatan / plugging terutama pada chute conveyor, maka dari itu diperlukan sensor proteksi untuk mencegah hal tersebut. Sensor lama yang digunakan yaitu berjenis Tilt Switch yang selama pemakaian tidak efektif karena banyak masalah sehingga dilakukan pemeliharaan, akibatnya dilakukan penggantian menggunakan sensor berjenis MBD (Microwave Beam Detector). Dari analisa setelah penggantian menggunakan sensor MBD, permasalahan penyumbatan chute berkurang dapat dilihat dari frekuensi pemeliharaan yang semakin berkurang.

Fruits and vegetables are perishable food items that require special handling during both the receiving and storage processes. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of fruit and vegetable receiving and storage processes in the kitchen of Hotel Mercure Surabaya Grand Mirama. This research employs two approaches: quantitative descriptive and qualitative. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis, where questionnaire results are calculated using a percentage formula (%) and described using percentage interpretation criteria. Based on the findings, the implementation of fruit and vegetable receiving processes at Hotel Mercure Surabaya Grand Mirama shows that indicators for product freshness, material inspection, rejection of non-conforming materials, sorting, and washing are categorized as good. However, the indicator for material cleanliness falls under the fair category. Meanwhile, the implementation of storage processes, including storage temperature, storage facilities, storage inspection, and the application of the FIFO (First In First Out) storage method, demonstrates a very good criterion. Nevertheless, material separation received a good criterion, indicating room for further improvement to optimize storage management and ensure compliance with established standards.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah mendorong adopsi layanan cloud storage sebagai solusi utama dalam penyimpanan dan pengelolaan data digital. Kemudahan akses, skalabilitas, dan efisiensi biaya menjadi alasan utama banyak individu maupun organisasi beralih ke layanan ini. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis perbandingan antara dua layanan cloud storage populer, yaitu Google Drive sebagai layanan komersial berbasis cloud publik, dan Nextcloud Server sebagai solusi open-source berbasis self-hosted. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan fokus pada pengujian parameter teknis seperti kecepatan unggah dan unduh, efisiensi penggunaan bandwidth, kestabilan koneksi, serta estimasi biaya operasional tahunan. Pengujian dilakukan dalam tiga skenario akses: jaringan lokal (intranet), akses publik melalui layanan Cloudflare, dan koneksi ke cloud komersial. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Google Drive unggul dalam performa kecepatan dan kemudahan penggunaan, didukung oleh infrastruktur global dan optimisasi jaringan. Sementara itu, Nextcloud lebih menonjol dari sisi fleksibilitas konfigurasi, kontrol data secara penuh, serta efisiensi biaya jangka panjang. Berdasarkan analisis Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Nextcloud menjadi pilihan ekonomis untuk penggunaan jangka panjang, terutama bagi institusi pendidikan dan organisasi dengan infrastruktur lokal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengguna dalam memilih layanan cloud storage yang paling sesuai dari sisi teknis, ekonomi, maupun kebijakan privasi data.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan stabilitas paracetamol dalam berbagai bentuk sediaan farmasi: tablet, sirup, dan suppositoria. Stabilitas merupakan parameter penting yang memengaruhi keamanan, efektivitas, dan masa simpan suatu produk obat. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental deskriptif dengan uji stabilitas dipercepat pada sampel yang disimpan dalam suhu dan kelembapan terkendali selama 3 bulan. Parameter stabilitas fisik dan kimia, seperti karakteristik organoleptik, pH, disolusi, dan kadar zat aktif, dievaluasi secara berkala. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sediaan tablet mempertahankan stabilitas yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan sirup dan suppositoria, dengan perubahan minimal pada tampilan fisik dan kadar zat aktif. Sediaan sirup cenderung mengalami degradasi pH dan risiko kontaminasi mikroba, sementara suppositoria menunjukkan deformasi ringan dan migrasi zat aktif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan bentuk sediaan berperan penting dalam menjamin stabilitas jangka panjang sediaan paracetamol. Penelitian ini memberikan referensi penting bagi perumusan dan penyimpanan sediaan farmasi.

Dispendukcapil Kota Malang is is a government agency responsible for managing population administration, including civil registration records or archived documents. As the volume of archives, especially birth certificate registration files, electronic archive storage has become important to ensure that the information contained therein can be accessed and used. This study focuses on the development of an interactive dashboard-based electronic record storage application using VBA Ms. Excel, with the aim of simplifying the complex Ms. Excel interface, facilitating the data input process and record search that was previously done manually, and accelerating reporting related to records. This action research involved eight respondents, consisting of two computer experts, two archive experts, three potential users or archivists, and one archivist supervisor using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle covering the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The results of Cycle I showed that the developed application received an average score of 90% in the “very suitable” category; however, there were suggestions for improvement, leading to the continuation of Cycle II. The results of Cycle II achieved an average score of 91% in the “very suitable” category. The results of the study show that respondents agree with the indicators of perceived ease and perceived usefulness based on acceptance of IT.

Vaksin merupakan produk biologis dengan karakteristik khusus yang membutuhkan penanganan secara hati-hati melalui sistem rantai dingin (cold chain) sejak tahap produksi di pabrik hingga digunakan di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan untuk mencapai efektivitas penggunaan yang optimal, ketersediaan vaksin harus dikelola dengan baik, dalam jumlah yang memadai, memiliki  mutu yang terjamin, serta tersedia tepat waktu, Penyimpanan vaksin merupakan bagian dari proses pengelolaan logistik yang dilakukan mengunakam sistem rantai dingin guna menjaga kualitas, melindungi dari kerusakan fisik maupun kimia, serta mempertahankan stabilitas mutu hingga vaksin diberikan kepada penerima. Berdasarkan sensitivitas terhadap suhu, vaksin dikelompokkan menjadi dua kategori, yaitu vaksin yang rentan terhadap pembekuan seperti Hepatitis B, DPT-HB-HIb, DPT-HB, IPV, DT, TT, dan Td serta vaksin yang sensitif terhadap panas seperti BCG, Polio, dan Campak.

This study aims to examine the storage and arrangement system of facilities and infrastructure implemented at SMPN Nuris as an effort to improve the effectiveness of the learning process and the efficiency of school management. Well-managed facilities and infrastructure can create a safe, comfortable learning environment that supports the achievement of educational goals. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that although SMPN Nuris has a relatively structured system of storage and organization, there are still several challenges such as limited storage space, lack of regular maintenance, and minimal use of technology in inventory management. This study offers recommendations for improving the management system of facilities and infrastructure to support better school governance.

Paracetamol is a widely used analgesic and antipyretic drug in tablet dosage form. Ensuring the stability of paracetamol tablets is essential to maintain drug efficacy, safety, and quality during their shelf life. This study aims to evaluate the physical and chemical stability of paracetamol tablets stored under different temperature and humidity conditions. The review method used in this article involves analyzing published data from several sources, focusing on changes in physical appearance (color, shape, and odor) and chemical parameters such as active pharmaceutical ingredient content over time. The findings indicate that higher temperatures and humidity accelerate degradation and affect the drug's quality, particularly through discoloration and reduction in active content. Packaging also plays a crucial role in maintaining stability, especially in tropical climates. The results highlight the importance of stability testing in pharmaceutical quality assurance and support the application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and appropriate storage guidelines. This paper contributes to the understanding of stability profiles of commonly used drugs and provides a reference for the formulation and packaging development of heat-sensitive medications.

Dengan pengelolaan yang baik, kinerja staff bagian Receiving, Purchasing, dan general store dapat memastikan ketersediaan kebutuhan operasional, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada tamu.Watermark Hotel & Spa Jimbaran sebagai salah satu hotel ternama di Bali turut mengedepankan pengelolaan receiving, purchasing department dan general store yang efisien. Pada lingkup operasional, hotel ini menerapkan standar prosedur operasional yang mendukung kelancaran proses penerimaan dan penyimpanan barang. Teknologi digital juga dimanfaatkan untuk mencatat dan memonitor barang masuk serta keluar guna mengurangi risiko kesalahan pencatatan dan memastikan ketersediaan barang sesuai kebutuhan. Pentingnya sistem informasi akuntansi pada bagian receiving, purchasing dan general store tidak hanya berkaitan dengan efisiensi internal, tetapi juga dengan kemampuan hotel dalam menyediakan layanan yang memuaskan untuk tamu, sekaligus meningkatkan kinerja staff tersebut.

A good archive storage system can be an indicator that a company has done good archive management. If the archive storage system in a company is not well organized, employees will find it difficult to find the documents needed in a short time. The purpose of this research is to find out the storage system used and the steps in storing and finding dynamic archives in one of the companies engaged in insurance. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, and uses non-probability sampling techniques. The results showed that active dynamic archive storage uses a sequential number storage system. However, some parts use two storage systems depending on the  document type. Storing dynamic archives consists of three steps: checking, sorting, and storing. For the step of finding back dynamic archives, there are two ways: manually and digitally. However, no system manages dynamic archives to speed up the retrieval of dynamic archives. For archives that have become inactive archives, they will be submitted to the General Section for further storage at the vendor.

Flavonoid dalam ekstrak daun ketepeng cina (Cassia alata, L.) terbukti sebagai anti malaria. Ekstrak etanol daun ketepeng cina (EEDKC) dikembangkan menjadi Self-Emulsifying Drug Delivery Systems (SEDDS) karena kelarutannya yang rendah dalam air dan kurang stabil dalam kondisi penyimpanan. Penggunaan ekstrak dalam sediaan juga memiliki kekurangan dalam hal absorbsi dan bioavailabilitasnya yang rendah. Namun hal tersebut dapat diatasi dengan memformulasikan EEDKC menjadi sediaan SEDDS. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh dari fase minyak, surfaktan, dan kosurfaktan terhadap formulasi SEDDS EEDKC dan mengkarakterisasinya pada respon parameter waktu emulsifikasi dan % transmitan sehingga memperoleh komposisi yang optimum pada formula SEDDS EEDKC. Pembuatan SEDDS EEDKC dimulai dari uji kelarutan berupa uji pendahuluan kelarutan EEDKC pada minyak, surfaktan, dan kosurfaktan dengan pseudoternary diagram untuk mengidentifikasi area terbentuknya SEDDS yang isotropik. Optimasi formula SEDDS EEDKC menggunakan perangkat lunak Design Expert versi 12 dengan model desain D-Optimal Mixture Design. Dan parameter karakteristik yang diuji adalah waktu emulsifikasi, % transmitan, extract loading, dan stabilitasnya secara termodinamika. Hasil formulasi yang optimal untuk SEDDS EEDKC yaitu 10,00% minyak jagung sebagai fasa minyak; 59,82% Cremophor RH 80 sebagai surfaktan dan 30,18% Transcutol CG sebagai ko-surfaktan. Karakterisasi formula optimum SEDDS EEDKC memiliki waktu emulsifikasi 30,18 detik, nilai transmitan 66,00%.

Desa Sumberwaru, Kecamatan Banyuputih, Kabupaten Situbondo, masuk kedalam pengelolaan Taman Nasional Baluran. Profesi mayoritas masyarakat adalah nelayan sedangkan hasil tangkapan ikannya masih di jual dalam bentuk segar di pasar maupun langsung dikirim ke Bali. Penjualan ikan dalam bentuk segar memiliki beberapa kekurangan diantaranya harga jual yang rendah, ikan cepat rusak dan membutuhkan penyimpanan dingin. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pembuatan kerupuk ikan dari hasil tangkapan nelayan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan, praktek pembuatan kerupuk ikan, serta pendampingan usaha. Kegiatan ini dilakukan mulai bulan Mei sampai dengan Desember 2022 di, Desa Sumberwaru dengan melibatkan anggota PKK berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil produksi krupuk ikan laut yang dihasilkan menjadi salah satu produk pangan unggulan desa, sehingga mempunyai nilai jual yang lebih tinggi. Kegiatan berbasis pemberdayaan perempuan mengharapkan PKK berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan desa dan memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi secara mandiri.

Digital transformation through Internet of Things (IoT) in warehouse management represents a paradigmatic revolution in contemporary logistics systems. This research comprehensively explores the complexity of IoT implementation, analyzing critical factors influencing digital transformation in storage systems. Utilizing a systematic literature review methodology, the research unveils multidimensional dynamics involving complex interactions between advanced technology, organizational structures, and human resources. Findings indicate that successful IoT implementation requires a holistic approach that transcends mere technological adoption, demanding a fundamental reconstruction of business ecosystems. Key factors include top management support, sustainable infrastructure investment, human resource competency development, and innovation culture creation. The research affirms that digital transformation is not simply a technological project, but a complex strategic journey requiring long-term commitment and sustainable adaptive capabilities. Research implications provide profound insights for academics and practitioners in designing effective digital transformation strategies in warehouse management.

Pesatnya perkembangan belanja online melalui platform internet telah menyebar ke seluruh dunia khususnya di Indonesia dan telah banyak diketahui oleh masyarakat. Dalam konteks ini, kehadiran toko online atau e-commerce membantu perusahaan untuk menawarkan layanan dan produk yang berbeda, mengkomunikasikan informasi bisnis dan menjaga hubungan antara pemasok dan pelanggan. E-commerce memungkinkan transaksi bisnis diproses lebih efisien. Berbagai penelitian telah mengkonfirmasi bahwa e-commerce  membantu bisnis memperluas jangkauan pasar mereka dengan menawarkan produk dalam skala besar dan menyediakan penyimpanan data dan pelaporan yang dapat diakses dan disimpan melalui platform web. NICESO merupakan perusahaan retail dengan konsep toko modern yang  menawarkan berbagai macam produk antara lain alat tulis, mainan, aksesoris, peralatan rumah tangga, aksesoris handphone,  dan komputer. Tujuan dari pengembangan aplikasi NICESO adalah untuk membuat aplikasi penjualan yang memungkinkan masyarakat mencari dan membeli produk di suatu toko tanpa harus datang langsung ke toko. Aplikasi  juga membantu toko NICESO  menjangkau pelanggan, baik yang berbelanja langsung di toko maupun yang menggunakan aplikasi. Perancangan aplikasi ini dirancang agar mudah dipahami  oleh berbagai kalangan, mulai dari remaja hingga orang tua.

Companies operating in the electricity accumulator industry sector, in the production process produce waste in the form of hazardous and toxic materials (B3). The management of B3 waste is carried out based on the provisions stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 6 of 2021 concerning Procedures and Requirements for Hazardous and Toxic Waste Management. Therefore, the waste generated requires special handling to prevent environmental pollution. Therefore, the waste generated requires special handling so as not to pollute the environment. Hazardous waste management in the electricity accumulator industry includes various stages, both for waste in the solid and liquid phases, namely identification, inventory, packaging, labeling and symbolization, storage, and transportation carried out by third parties. This research aims to assess the current condition of hazardous waste management in the electricity accumulator industry, evaluate it, and provide recommendations that are in line with applicable regulations. The research method used is a descriptive approach. In the inventory process, the electricity accumulator industry requires Temporary Storage Sites (TPS) to store B3 waste before transportation by third parties.

This research aims to design a new warehouse layout at Alfamart with a dedicated storage method to increase material storage capacity. The instrument cluster assembly process at Alfamart is very dependent on the smooth supply of materials. The increase in production capacity from 2,500 units/day to 3,000 units/day in 2021 causes a larger need for storage space. The main problem identified is the limitation of the material placement area in the old warehouse. In this study, an analysis was carried out on the types of goods placement policies and optimal facility layout. The research method used is a combination of literature study and data collection from the research site. The results of the analysis show that the new layout design can increase the storage capacity up to 30%, from 240 pallets to 312 pallets. The new layout not only improves the placement of goods, but also increases operational efficiency through wider lanes, clear zoning systems, and better lighting. Thus, this research makes a significant contribution to warehouse management at Alfamart, ensuring that all materials can be stored and accessed in accordance with the established standards.
