Inheritance distribution in Islam is one of the legal aspects regulated in detail in the Qur'an, hadith, and fiqh. Islamic inheritance law aims to provide justice and order in the distribution of a person's inheritance after death. This discussion is not only limited to the rights and obligations of heirs, but also includes dispute resolution mechanisms in various social and cultural contexts. In practice, inheritance problems from Muslims also intersect with non-Muslims, which can give rise to different perceptions among heirs or children of heirs who are not included in the heir group but receive a mandatory will in accordance with the provisions of positive law in relation to the distribution of inheritance of Muslims. In this study, the problem raised is how is the distribution of inheritance to non-Muslim children who receive mandatory testamentary rights over the inheritance of their Muslim parents, a case study of the Tigaraksa Religious Court decision Number: 1657/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Tgrs dated November 25, 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution of inheritance to non-Muslim children who receive mandatory testamentary rights over the inheritance of their Muslim parents. The results of the study showed that even though they do not have the status of heirs, non-Muslim children of the testator receive a mandatory testamentary share from the inheritance of their deceased parents (Heir) which does not exceed the share of the smallest heir or is equal to the share of the inheritance of a daughter. The inheritance is reduced by the testator's debt and is then divided into two parts, part of which is the joint property of the Heir and his wife, then the inheritance rights and mandatory testamentary rights are divided.

This research examines the management of facilities and infrastructure at the Madrasah Aliyah Laboratory of UIN North Sumatra (UIN SU) using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The aim of the research is to identify the main obstacles in facility management and provide strategic recommendations for improvement. Through a quantitative survey, it was found that there were significant differences in perceptions between teachers and students regarding the condition of school facilities, with teachers tending to be more critical. Further analysis shows that planned and routine maintenance plays an important role in preventing further damage and reducing long-term repair costs. In addition, the level of student satisfaction with facilities and infrastructure varies by grade level, with students in higher grades showing lower levels of satisfaction. A qualitative approach through in-depth interviews revealed that budget constraints were the main obstacle in facility management. Based on these findings, several strategic recommendations were proposed, including increasing budgets and resources through collaboration with external parties, implementing continuous training programs for teachers and staff, improving communication with parents, and implementing information technology in facility management. It is hoped that the implementation of these recommendations can improve the quality of management of facilities and infrastructure, which will ultimately have a positive impact on the quality of education in this madrasa. This research makes an important contribution to the education management literature, especially in the context of madrasas in Indonesia, and becomes a reference for future research and practice.

This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the various forms of parental involvement in supporting early childhood education, while identifying the facilitating and hindering factors for the success of parental involvement programs. Findings from this study illustrate the prevailing perception among parents that still places teachers as the primary determinants of a child's success, despite the significant role parents play as the primary educators for young children. Awareness of this challenge prompted the researcher to delve into more detailed and in-depth investigations. The research results delineate diverse forms of parental involvement, encompassing the supervision of children's study time, financial contributions through donations of toys and books, participation in school meetings, involvement in social service activities, and the repair of play equipment at school. Despite the existence of organized excursions, not all schools can conduct them due to significant cost constraints.Supporting and inhibiting factors in parental involvement encompass economic aspects, time constraints, the level of parental trust in teachers, and the lack of parental involvement programs initiated by schools. These findings offer valuable insights for enhancing parental participation in early childhood education by addressing and optimizing these factors, ultimately creating a more inclusive and empowered educational environment. Keywords: forms of parental involvement; early childhood education.

This research was motivated by the frequent cases of repeated truancy in SMP Negeri 3 Bukittinggi which became the driving force of this research. sTherefore, research on truant behavior in students needs to be done to determine the types of truant behavior, factors that encourage students to do truant behavior, how parents can influence truant behavior, the impact of truant behavior, and how students' perceptions of truant behavior and how Guidance And Counseling teachers handle it. Participants in this study were grade VIII teenagers who often skipped school. Data collection methods include interviews, documentation, and observation. The findings of this study show that there are two types of truant behavior carried out by students at SMP Negeri 3 Bukittinggi, namely truant entirely and only during designated class hours. Factors that encourage students to behave truant include factors from themselves, family factors and environmental factors. Parental participation in truant behavior largely refers to the fact that based on parenting, parents are not directly involved in their child's truant behavior. The impact of truant behavior can be psychological, academic, or non-academic. Guidance and counseling teachers respond to this impact by providing information services, contacting parents, working with principals and homeroom teachers, and calling students who exhibit truant behavior for guidance on both the student and parent side

Children's syrup medicine risks containing Ethylene Glycol (EG) and Diethylene Glycol (DEG) contaminants, which are the solvents for syrup medicine. The syrup contains the risk of acute kidney failure. It may be poisoned because it has diethylene glycol. This condition may influence the parents' perception as the person who allowed the children to consume that medicine, which may affect their health. This research aimed to analyze the students' perception toward the use of syrup medication with the incidence of acute kidney failure among children in Gampong Jawa of Banda Aceh. This quantitative research used a correlative descriptive method using a cross-sectional design. The research problem in this study is the examination of the correlation between parental perceptions of sex education in early childhood in North Nunu Village, Rainis District, Talaud Islands Regency. The objective of this study is to establish the relationship between parental perspectives on sex education for young children in North Nunu Village, Rainis District, Talaud Islands Regency. A study was conducted in September to determine parents' attitudes of sex education in early childhood.   The study employed a descriptive survey research method, utilising a quantitative methodology.   According to the percentage calculations from the distributed questionnaire, it is evident that a significant number of parents expressed agreement rather than providing alternative answers when asked about their understanding of sex education for early childhood.   Under the category of disagreement.   The computation of the proportion for each indicator item has yielded a cumulative value of 1447, with an average of 72.35% indicating their agreement to receive instruction during early life.   The correlation data computations indicate a positive association between parents' impressions of sex education in early infancy. Specifically, the resulting correlation coefficient (rxy) is 0.1000, based on data from 20 respondents. The significance level for this relationship is 0.05, and the critical value (rtable) is 0.422. These computations indicate that the value of rcount is greater than the value of rtable, with a significance level of 0.05. If the count of r is more than the count of rtable, then the hypothesis test concludes that there is a correlation between parents' judgements of sex education in early infancy.

The background of this research is that parents think that MDA education is very important for them. They convey this because they are included in the category of parents who are busy working so they don't have enough time to teach their children in terms of Religious Education. That doesn't mean they let go of their responsibilities. Parents think that enrolling their children in MDA is an alternative to teach religious knowledge which they do not get in public schools. Another opinion comes from the parents who are generally housewives. They argue that putting children into MDA does nothing. This they conveyed in accordance with the results they conveyed to researchers, namely in the form of children who were still not fluent in reading the Koran and other religious education. They chose to put their children in the usual places of recitation which were usually held in small mosques taught by Garin in the mosque. These parents think their children understand religion better by putting their children in such a place.

Books are one of the media that provide various information and knowledge on each page. Picture storybooks are among the most popular media for children because they contain interesting illustrations. Most regions in Indonesia have folklores or legends that contain strong local cultural elements, one of which is the legend of Goa Putri.
