When science and technology develop, there are new methods for committing crimes. One of the criminal acts is online gambling. This can happen because current media and facilities make it easier for people to access gambling sites and applications. To eliminate this act, a provision is needed that strictly prohibits this act and determines the consequences for those who violate it. Online gambling violates Indonesian law and societal values. The aim of this research is to observe the negative impact of online gambling on the community in Rulung Sari Village, South Lampung Regency. The research methodology used includes surveys, interviews and data analysis to understand the social, economic and psychological impacts caused by online gambling practices. Research shows that online gambling has had a significant negative impact on the social structure of society, harming the local economic sector, and causing psychological problems among individuals and families. The implications of these findings underscore the urgency of the need for preventive and intervention measures to reduce the negative impacts of online gambling and protect the welfare of the Rulung Sari Village community as a whole.

Information Systems (SI) have become a very effective tool in helping MSMEs optimize the marketing of their products. This research aims to evaluate strategies for marketing MSME products using IS in the digital era. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected using the literature method. The results of this research show that the use of IS in marketing MSME products has several significant benefits, such as increasing online visibility, enabling personalization in product offerings, and facilitating interaction with customers via digital platforms. This research provides a more in-depth view of how MSMEs can utilize IS to market their products in the digital era. The practical implication is that MSMEs need to invest time and resources in understanding and implementing IS in their marketing strategies, while also paying attention to the challenges that may arise. In this way, MSMEs can maximize their potential in marketing their products effectively and competing in an increasingly competitive digital market.

This research aims to find out how vital information security compliance is in reducing the risk of Data Breach. The method used in this research is Library Research (Library) which is the method used in this writing, and in its use, this method uses books, and journals both in written form and online. Based on the results obtained from this research, it can be concluded that a Data Breach is an incident where sensitive data or important information becomes vulnerable or is accessed by unauthorized parties. To prevent a Data Breach, organizations need to take various security measures, policies, and practices, such as encryption, access management, physical security, network security, security training and awareness, security policies, and monitoring and auditing. Sensitive data protection helps maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and protects the reputation and trust of customers and business partners. By implementing good sensitive data protection, organizations can reduce the risk of data breaches which can be financially detrimental and damage the company's image.  

This research aims to determine efforts to improve the quality of data processing and information quality. Based on this research, it can be concluded that efforts to improve the quality of data processing and the quality of information have a big impact on life, both for business people, education, health, government, organizations, and society who use it to achieve the goals they want to achieve. This study aims to determine the implementation of the online single submission system risk based approach at Dimas investment integrated one door service of Tanjungpinang city, based on the type of data, this research includes quantitative research, data collection techniques used in the form of literature studies. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of the online single submission risk-based approach system has gone well. This can be seen from several aspects. First, in terms of organization, PTSP has prepared an implementation team whose task is to assist businesses in the process of inputting and verifying information when errors occur. Second, in terms of interpretation, the PTSP has succeeded in directing business actors to follow the stages in OSS-RBA.. Thus, the results of this study indicate that the implementation of the risk-based approach online single submission system has been successful in facilitating business actors in obtaining business licenses through OSS-RBA.

This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method to analyze the variation of slang used by the Baduy local community, Desa Kanekes. The data collected is a data primer, which is collected through fieldwork and data collection through questionnaires. The research also uses a survey method to gather information from 10 local residents, focusing on the use of slang and language in their daily lives. The results show that the majority of residents use slang in their daily lives, with some using it in their daily conversations. The study also identifies three slang variations: "On the Way" (OTW), "Lebay", and "COD". OTW is a slang variation that refers to the current time of the conversation, while "Lebay" is a slang variation that refers to the current time of the conversation. COD is a slang variation that refers to the amount of money paid for goods delivered, and it is used by some locals for online transactions. The study highlights the importance of understanding and utilizing slang in the local community.

This scientific article discusses the implementation of 5 key aspects to meet e-fullfillment standards in a company. Consumer Management, Catalog Management, Order Management, Delivery Management, and Inventory Management. These five things are key processes to meet the "e-fulfillment" standard, which starts from ordering the product until the product is received by the consumer. This article aims to examine the theoretical basis, research methods, and findings related to the application of these five aspects in the printing company, namely Akai Print, which is also the case study object of this article. In this article, the type of research method used is qualitative, using an inductive approach. The unit of analysis in this research is the Akai Print printing company, where the data sources in this research are documents and direct information. The data collection technique used in this research is direct observation and literature study, then the method used is descriptive analysis. The results of our research found that these 5 key aspects really are the most important aspects in a company, especially companies that are oriented towards customer satisfaction, such as the printing company Akai Print. Then from that, Akai Print has also fully implemented these five key aspects in its business so that the e-fullfillment standard is achieved and can improve the quality of the company.

Then, data sources were obtained from primary data derived from the novel Laskar Pelangi by Andrea Hirata and secondary (Children's Moral Education books, theses, articles, internet sites, and journals). Laskar Pelangi is a novel written by Andrea Hirata published in 2005. It tells the story of education and contains motivational messages and enthusiasm to overcome life's difficulties, through perseverance and unyielding spirit. Several elements in the novel illustrate the importance of forming moral values in children, good ethics are considered an important foundation for building individuals who are tough, have integrity, and care for the surrounding environment. The application of ethics education in Laskar Pelangi does not only occur through formal learning in schools, but also through life experiences and social interactions.

This study aims to analyze the effect of  work engagement, work motivation,  organizational culture and work discipline on employee job satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative methods with descriptive analysis. The data collection technique was carried out online with a questionnaire using a Likert scale of one to five and obtained by a simple random sampling method on 126 respondents with criteria over the age of 18 years and had worked or were working. The data analysis techniques used in this study are: Outer Model with Convergent Reliability, Composite Reliability, Cronbach's Alpha and Inner Model calculations with T statistic, R-Square, f-Square, and VIF calculations using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) tools version 4.0.9.3. The results showed that: 1) Work involvement has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. 2) Work motivation has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. 3) Organizational culture  has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. 4) Work discipline has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to ascertain how satisfied users are with the functionality of the IoT-based “BottlePress” plastic bottle waste compression tool. This research uses a survey method with quantitative research with a sampling technique, namely distributing online questionnaires via Google Form. A simple regression test was used to analyze data obtained from filling out the questionnaire. According to the research findings, most users are satisfied with the performance of the IoT-based “BottlePress” plastic bottle waste compression tool.

At RT 06/014 Kel. Palmerah, West Jakarta, there is an urgent need to increase digital literacy among parents, who vary in age and level of technological knowledge. Reliance on digital technology poses challenges in supervising children and online safety. This challenge can be overcome by conducting digital literacy training designed to close knowledge gaps, improve online security, and provide skills to use technology responsibly. This training is carried out through lectures, simulations, and practice. Survey results showed high satisfaction (4.2/5) with the training content, but there was demand for more hands-on activities, especially regarding social media and data security. This training aims to equip parents with the skills necessary to support their children's education in a dynamic digital environment.

HIV stigma is negative attitudes and beliefs about HIV sufferers. One of the obstacles in controlling HIV/AIDS is stigma and discrimination against People living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). Stigma and discrimination are carried out by ordinary people, including students who do not have sufficient knowledge about HIV/AIDS. This research aims to determine the factors that influence stigmatizing attitudes towards HIV/AIDS among health students in Bogor. This research activity was carried out at the Prima Husada Bogor Midwifery Academy. The method used is quantitative analysis with a descriptive correlation research design with a cross sectional approach. Using an incidental sampling technique with an online questionnaire measuring tool consisting of 38 questions, there were 180 respondents from the total sampling results. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test with a confidence level of 95%. Results: Based on the research results, 60.6% of students have stigmatized attitudes, 82.2% of students have marital status of parents who live together, 53.9% of people have less knowledge about HIV/AIDS, 53.3% of people lack sources of information, 60 .6% have less trust, 48.3% of people have a negative attitude towards HIV/AIDS, and 72.8% live in rural areas. There is a strong correlation in the level of knowledge and stigma with p-value = 0.000. and p-value 0.003, and there is a significant correlation between attitudes and stigma, with p-value 0.037. The result is that stigmatization of attitudes among young women is influenced by factors of knowledge, belief and attitudes towards HIV/AIDS and PLWHA.

The type of research used is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis. Technique Data collection was carried out online with a questionnaire using a one Likert scale up to five and obtained using a simple random sampling method on 110 respondents with Criteria are active students aged 18-22. The increasing public interest in using the paylater feature on the Shopee application is still increasing and quite a few people do not understand their rights and obligations in using this feature. In order to provide certainty and protection for users and business actors, regulations are needed for paylater service providers. This research was created to analyze the form of agreement that arises in the implementation of sales and purchases using the Shopee Paylater feature, including the legal relationship between the parties to the transaction. The panel research method used is normative juridical which examines only library data or secondary data, which includes primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. According to existing research results, the agreements that occur in Shopee Paylater transactions with users based on the analysis of Article 1313 of the Civil Code do not conflict and this agreement is valid as explained in Article 1320 of the Civil Code. This agreement can occur in transactions which are standard agreements, namely agreements where the existing terms and conditions have been regulated unilaterally by the agreement provider. The standard agreement contained in the agreement in this paylater feature is regulated in Article 1319 of the Civil Code. The legal relationship between the parties concerned is PT. Commerce Finance as a creditor with Shopee Paylater consumers as a debtor based on a loan agreement as stated in Article 1754 of the Civil Code. The legal relationship that exists between PT. Commerce Finance with PT. LDN which is the giver of power of attorney and recipient of power of attorney. This of course makes PT. LDN has the right to distribute funds to the relevant Shopee Paylater users.

The availability of information and easy access to information related to the village can provide opportunities for outsiders to get to know Bergas village, thus opening up opportunities for creating collaboration between the village and outside parties. One effort that can be made to provide access to information about villages is by digitalizing villages. Village digitalization is a priority program for the Ministry of Villages in 2021. Village digitalization can help prepare a database that is useful for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating village development. Digitalization of villages in the era of disruption also supports the development of superior village potential through data collection and e-commerce, acceleration of village public services to the community, and financial transparency and village development activities. With village digitalization, it is hoped that it can raise the local potential of villages, especially the potential for tourism, MSMEs, and superior products, as well as the local food potential of Bergas village. This type of research is descriptive research. The approach used is a qualitative approach and a conceptual approach. The data source used is secondary data. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and qualitatively. Concluding is carried out using a deductive method from general to specific, especially those related to the research topic, namely Optimizing Digital Villages in Public Services in the Era of Technological Disruption. Case Study of Bergas Village, Semarang Regency, Central Java Province. This research produced findings. Creating a digital village itself has several conditions that must be met. Digital villages require the availability of adequate information and communication networks, whereas digital villages must have good communication networks because this is a factor that is used to use online-based systems. Second, to create a digital village, quite large funding is needed. Currently, digital villages are the result of collaboration between regional governments and the central government through the Communications and Information Telecommunication and Information Accessibility Agency (BAKTI) and other parties. Third, the availability of human resources (HR) who manage various online information technology-based services. The implementation of a digital village has a broad nature and concerns the interests of society, so it must be implemented in an integrated and directed manner by the government, business entities, and the community. The community has a very large role in implementing the undertaking of digital villages to realize equal distribution of welfare with the support of providing telecommunications and information infrastructure in the form of public services.

Some of the existing issues examined in this study include: how is the development of a Limited Liability Company(hereinafter referred to as “PT”) in Indonesia after the enactment of Law Number 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Company? This study uses normative research. How to obtain the data used in this study the use of secondary data collection techniques. The technique of collecting secondary data obtained from the study of literature. The analysis used in this study is qualitative analysis, the data obtained will be described in the form of information and explanations, will now be studied by experts, legal theories that are relevant, and the arguments of the own author. The results showed that PT was first set out in Article 36 through Article 56 Indonesian Commercial Code(Hereinafter referred to as “KUHD”). In addition, PT is regulated in Article 1233 to Article 1356 and Article 1618 to Article 1652 of the Indonesian Civil Code(Hereinafter referred to as “Kuhperdata”). New Orde, Indonesian Government issued Law Number 1 of 1995 on PT which became the lex specialis under Indonesian legal framework over KUHPerdata and KUHD. In the Era of Reform, Indonesian Government issued Law Number 40 of 2007 regarding on Indonesian Limited Liability Company Law. New things are regulated in the Law as follows: Social Responsibility and Environment (TJSL) which is an application of the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), changes in the company's capital, the affirmation of the board of company’s responsibillity and registration of the company's own use of Information technololgy (IT) therefore that the company registration can be performed online.

Knowledge of finance, understanding of religiosity and security are three aspects that can influence a person's decision to make savings. By understanding these three aspects, it is hoped that the millennial generation will become a generation of quality for the progress of the nation and state. This research is a descriptivequantitative research using primary data. The sample used in this study was 95 millennial generation respondents. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires both in person and online to respondents who met the qualifications as millennials or those born in 1990 to 2000. The data that was obtained was then processed with statistical software tools, namely SPSS version 26. The results in this study based on the regression test are: first, partially, the financial literacy variable has no influence on saving decisions. Second, partially, religiosity does not have a significant influence on the decision to save in Islamic banks. Third, partially, security has a significant influence on the decision to save in Islamic banks. And fourth, simultaneously, financial literacy, religiosity and security variables significantly influence the decision to save in Islamic banks.

Cinematographic work is protected by law under the Copyright Law No. 28 of 2014 in Indonesia. The fundamental principle is that the Creator is entitled to fair remuneration for the use of their work, in line with the alter-ego concept that gives the highest position to the Creator. In contrast to Indonesia, Germany has clearly regulated the procedures for the collection, management, and distribution of remuneration through the Urheberrechtsgesetz and the Collective Management Organization (CMO) operating with authorization from the Creator. The research method used is juridical-normative with a descriptive analysis approach. This study applies a comparative legal approach, utilizing data from both conventional and online literary sources, as well as interviews. The research findings indicate that Indonesia does not yet have specific regulations to protect the economic rights of digital cinematography. The absence of a Collective Management Organization (CMO) leads to an imbalance in licensing agreements between the Creator and digital platforms as users of cinematographic works.
