Moral : Jurnal kajian Pendidikan Islam 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Pendidikan Agama dan Filsafat Indonesia

The transformation of the workplace driven by digitalization and generational value shifts has introduced new challenges in maintaining ethical and organizational culture, particularly among Millennials and Gen Z. This study aims to examine the extent to which Islamic values—especially through Islamic Work Ethics (IWE) and spiritual intelligence—are integrated in shaping the work culture of young professionals. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected via surveys from 150 respondents working in the startup, Islamic banking, and educational sectors in the Greater Jakarta area. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and path analysis via SmartPLS. The results show that both IWE and spiritual intelligence have a positive and significant effect on work culture, with a combined contribution of 56%. These findings indicate that integrating Islamic values can foster an ethical, productive, and spiritually aligned work culture among younger generations. The study has theoretical implications for developing a contextual Islamic work culture framework, and practical implications for organizations seeking to design policies grounded in spiritual and Islamic ethical principles

The entry of foreign cultures into Indonesia is one of the impacts of the increasingly widespread globalization. These new cultures underwent a process of acculturation and, over time, began to dominate local cultures. If the original culture is not well preserved, there is a risk that it will be eroded and replaced by new influences that are present. In an effort to preserve Indonesia's cultural richness, the younger generation has a very important role in filtering and choosing what is useful and what is not. However, the presence of foreign cultures often makes people, especially the millennial generation, prioritize personal freedom over moral values. This results in many of them forgetting norms and traditions in order to satisfy individual desires. This research aims to research and explain the actions and responses of the younger generation to foreign cultures, as well as the impact caused by globalization due to the entry of new cultures, both positive and negative. The results of the discussion show that the influence of foreign culture has made many millennial generations begin to forget the original Indonesian culture and ignore the norms in society. Even so, there are still some generations who are trying hard to maintain these cultural values in their daily lives. This research is expected to provide benefits to the community and the millennial young generation, so that they are more aware of the importance of preserving and preserving Indonesia's indigenous culture.

This study aims to analyze the communication strategies in Islamic preaching (dawah) employed by Husain Basyaiban, particularly through the digital platform TikTok. The research utilizes a quantitative approach to obtain in-depth and measurable data. Data was collected through interviews with Basyaiban's followers and content analysis of his preaching materials on TikTok. The results indicate that Basyaiban's relaxed, dialogic, and audience-adaptive communication style effectively enhances the delivery of Islamic messages. Furthermore, the use of digital media such as TikTok has proven capable of reaching a wider audience and facilitating more dynamic interactions between the preacher (dai) and the congregation (mad'u). These findings highlight the importance of adapting preaching methods to technological advancements and audience characteristics in the digital era.

Millennials and Generation Z have made coffee shops a part of their lifestyle. Unlike previous generations, who spent more time at malls. In response to the changing consumer behavior of these different generations, digital marketing strategies have become an effective approach for businesses, including those in the coffee industry. This study aims to analyze Fore Coffee's digital marketing strategies in attracting Millennial and Gen Z consumers. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. The research data was sourced from observations of Fore Coffee's digital marketing activities on various social media platforms, as well as in-depth interviews with consumers from the Millennial and Gen Z generations. The results of the study indicate that the digital marketing strategies implemented by Fore Coffee have proven to be an effective approach in attracting attention and building engagement with Millennial and Gen Z consumers. The success of these strategies is supported by the utilization of various digital marketing elements, including the presentation of engaging and interactive content, collaborations with influencers who have credibility in the coffee industry, and the use of video as the primary medium for marketing communication. The Tani Series campaign, which highlights sustainability and the involvement of local coffee farmers, is a concrete example of how Fore Coffee builds a brand image that not only sells products but also has strong social value. Additionally, the collaboration with Mikael Jasin, a professionally recognized barista at the international level, further strengthens Fore Coffee's trust and appeal among young consumers. This study suggests that Fore Coffee should continue to innovate in creating content that is not only engaging but also has strong differentiating value. Furthermore, the dynamic changes in consumption trends and customer preferences demand that Fore Coffee be more responsive in adapting its marketing strategies to remain relevant to the needs and expectations of Millennial and Generation Z consumers.

This research uses a qualitative method to examine effective marketing strategies implemented by Islamic banks in enhancing competitiveness in the digital era. Amid increasingly intense competition in the financial industry and rapid technological advancements, Islamic banks are required to adapt and utilize various digital platforms as marketing tools. This study focuses on analyzing digital marketing strategies such as the use of social media, mobile banking, and content marketing to build brand awareness and customer loyalty. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with Islamic banking practitioners and observation of their digital marketing activities. The findings reveal that integrating sharia values with digital technology creates a unique, relevant, and highly competitive marketing approach. Furthermore, the ability of Islamic banks to understand the needs of the millennial and Gen Z generations is a key factor in expanding their market share. Therefore, adaptive, innovative, and value-based marketing strategies are essential foundations for facing the digital era.

Professional zakat has the largest collection potential in Indonesia, but there is still a gap in the realization of zakat collection. The presence of zakat, including professional zakat, can help alleviate poverty. South Tangerang City, with a majority Muslim population, has a high potential for zakat, but the poverty rate is still increasing every year. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the compliance of Muslim millennials in South Tangerang City in paying professional zakat. The data collection technique used was a purposive sampling with a sample size of 150 people. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 4 software. The results show that income, altruism, and religiosity have a significant effect on compliance in paying professional zakat, while zakat knowledge does not show a significant effect. This study concludes that knowledge of zakat is not enough to encourage a Muslim to fulfill the obligation to pay zakat because other factors, such as income, altruism, and religiosity, have a greater influence.

Talent management in the modern business sector is crucial because it provides a greater contribution to the management of human resources, which are now seen as valuable assets of the company. This approach not only functions as an internal strategy, but also as a form of anticipation of the risk of losing quality workers, considering the tendency of high employee mobility who can move to other companies at any time with more attractive offers. Through effective talent management, companies can optimize the potential of their personnel in achieving organizational goals. This study uses a literature study method, and the findings show that job satisfaction has a significant correlation with talent management practices. Some of the strategies identified in this context include developing digital skills, mapping talents in accordance with digital initiatives, creating a culture of innovation and maintenance, and utilizing technology and data analytics. A holistic and strategic talent management approach, supported by innovative leadership and adaptive marketing strategies, enables companies to effectively identify, develop, and retain the potential of individuals. This process includes the stages of recruitment, competency development, performance management, talent retention, and succession planning. The long-term output of successful talent management is the company's ability to retain the millennial generation workforce, which is known to be dynamic and demands a progressive work environment that supports continuous self-development

General Elections (Pemilu) are one of the important moments in democratic life in Indonesia. Indonesian elections are a true expression of democracy and a means for the people to declare their sovereignty over the state and government. Elections are based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and are held in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) based on the principle of direct, universal, free elections. , confidential, honest and fair Political participation in a democratic country shows that the people fulfill the highest legitimacy of state power (popular sovereignty), this is manifested in the form of participation in democratic political parties (elections) for the welfare of the people. A very interesting group of voters to follow and study Furthermore, novice voters or new voters are voters who are taking part in an election for the first time, especially the millennial generation, who have a crucial role in determining the future direction of the nation. This research aims to explore the understanding and perceptions of novice voters towards the election process, through the film "Kejarlah Janji". This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and analysis of the film "Kejarlah Janji". The research results show that first-time voters tend to have a limited understanding of the election process, but the film "Kejarlah Janji" is able to raise political awareness and motivate them to take part in the election.

Recently, the public has been shocked by the high number of bad debts among Millennials. The development of digital technology brings various conveniences, but also presents new threats to children and teenagers. The high percentage of online loan borrowers aged 19-34 years, as well as children who are caught in online gambling, is a major concern. Around 60 percent of online loan users (pinjol) have an easy target of young people aged 19-34 years, and even 80 thousand children under the age of 10 are caught in online gambling (judol). The problem is, the Millennial generation or those aged 19-34 years are the largest "contributors" to these bad debts. Various experts say that the Millennial generation is in debt because of the Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) phenomenon, aka following trends so as not to feel "left behind". Some other experts think that their financial literacy is low.

In the era of globalization, fashion accessories are no longer limited to functional purposes but have evolved into instruments of personal and cultural expression. Wallets, as one of the most widely used accessories, are now experiencing a shift in design orientation toward cultural values. This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of culturally designed wallets as an emerging modern trend through a comprehensive literature review. The research explores various academic and industry sources published between 2018 and 2024 to understand how cultural elements are integrated into wallet designs and how these influence consumer preferences.The study identifies three primary factors that drive consumer interest in culturally themed wallets: aesthetic value, sustainability, and innovation. Aesthetic value refers to the visual and symbolic appeal of cultural motifs, which resonate with consumers seeking uniqueness and identity. Sustainability reflects the growing awareness among younger generations—especially Millennials and Gen Z—regarding ethical consumption and the use of eco-friendly materials. Innovation in design, such as the fusion of traditional patterns with modern functionality, also plays a crucial role in maintaining market relevance.The findings suggest that culturally inspired wallets have a distinctive market niche, appealing to consumers who value both cultural heritage and modern fashion sensibilities. Moreover, these products support the preservation and promotion of local culture in the context of global commerce. This study contributes to the growing body of literature on culture-based product development and provides insights for stakeholders in the creative industry to enhance product innovation, cultural storytelling, and market competitiveness in the global fashion landscape.

The crazy rich phenomenon as a form of modern materialism and hedonism has poisoned the lives of the young generation of Indonesia in the current millennial era. They have been eroded by worldly pleasures. Tempted by the glamorous and luxurious lifestyle of the crazy rich, they are willing to show off their wealth that is not actually theirs. The purpose of this study is to determine wealth in the Islamic perspective. Qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach are sourced from literature study data. Wealth should be used for social interests, such as through zakat, alms, and fair economic activities. Islam emphasizes the importance of using wealth responsibly to meet basic needs and improve people's welfare, without forgetting simplicity as the main principle. Wealth must be obtained and used in a halal way, not for things that are in vain or violate sharia, and support the values of justice and blessings.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the talent management system in the context of retaining millennial generation employees. Using a qualitative research method with a literature study approach, this study explores the characteristics and expectations of millennial employees, the factors that affect the effectiveness of talent management, and the challenges in its implementation. The results of the study show that the success of talent management for the millennial generation is greatly influenced by the integration of digital technology, personalization of development programs, and work flexibility. Organizational and leadership support, along with a culture that supports innovation and collaboration, are critical factors in increasing engagement and talent retention. The research also identified key challenges such as the generation gap and the complexity of measuring program effectiveness. An effective talent management model requires a holistic approach that aligns the various components of the system, supported by comprehensive metrics for program impact evaluation. These findings make a significant contribution to the development of talent management practices that are adaptive to the needs of the millennial generation

The old model of leadership style has shifted to a new model that is currently relevant to be effectively applied to lead the generation that dominates the world of work today and is entering the most productive age, namely the millennial generation and generation Z. With the young generation in Indonesia growing so rapidly with characteristics, needs and expectations that are different from the previous generation, the leadership style applied must also adjust to the rhythm and pattern of the current young generation. This research is a type of qualitative research with a literature study method or literature review. The literature study approach used in this study: the first stage is to collect literature, make comparisons from various literature sources, conduct analysis and present interpretations of the results of the analysis. From this study, it was concluded that considerations and implementations in practicing a combination of transformational leadership styles and servant leadership can be the most effective leadership style adjusted to the analysis of needs, characteristics, expectations and results of leadership practices for the millennial and Z generations in an organizational environment.

Additionally, social influences, such as peer and family recommendations, and personal factors, including demographics and cultural background, significantly impact adoption rates. This research provides valuable insights for Islamic banks in Indonesia to develop targeted strategies for millennial engagement. By understanding these influencing factors, Islamic banks can tailor digital banking services to meet the specific needs and preferences of this demographic, thereby enhancing market penetration and fostering growth within the evolving digital banking landscape.

This research aims to revive the spirit of Pancasila life in the millennial era. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method where data is collected through literature review. The literature used in this research is scientific articles related to reviving the spirit of Pancasila in the millennial era. Data collection was carried out by searching for articles from electronic journals and other publications related to the study topic. From the results of the study it can be seen It is concluded that reviving the spirit of Pancasila life in the millennial era is a rare strategy to maintain the integrity of the nation amidst the challenges of globalization, technological developments and shifting social values. The development of social media platforms in today's digital era has experienced a significant increase in all circles. In this context, many online news portals have converged by utilizing Instagram as a medium for disseminating up to date information. Instagram itself, is able to disseminate information widely because it is relatively easy to access by anyone at any time. Indozone.id itself is an online media web portal part of PT. Indozone Media Indonesia which has also converged by utilizing Instagram. Has 4.2 million active Instagram followers, with the well-known characteristic with the tagline #KAMUHARUSTAU Indozone.id has successfully presented content that is educational, informative and adds insight and the latest information to its followers in order to build a better generation of Indonesia and be able to have a positive impact on generations Millennials and Gen Z. The current research uses a descriptive quantitative approach and seeks to determine the resulting influence of the @Indozone Instagram account in meeting the information needs of its followers specifically for Stikom Interstudi broadcasting students. The data collection technique is through the Google form with a scale measurement level such as 4 points and the data confirmation test technique uses the Validity Test and Reliability Test. While the data analysis technique uses the Simple Linear Analysis Technique with the help of IBM SPSS V.26 software with research results showing that Instagram @Indozone has a significant and positive effect on fulfilling the information needs of Stikom Interstudi broadcasting students.

The aim of this research is to determine the level of public awareness Indonesian people regarding the importance of sharia insurance. Even though there is an increase in public interest in sharia insurance, with data showing a about 39% increase in comprehension between 2016 and 2020, the level of awareness is still relatively low. This results from a failure to comprehend the basic principles of sharia insurance, lack of access to effective education and outreach, and distrust of sharia financial institutions. This research found that the millennial generation shows greater interest in sharia insurance, However, many people still do not know the distinction between conventional and sharia law insurance. Therefore, more intensive efforts are needed to increase sharia financial literacy and inclusion through comprehensive education programs. This research recommends stakeholders to develop more effective strategies in increasing sharia insurance penetration and building public awareness about the importance of insurance in everyday life. Thus, increasing public awareness and understanding of sharia insurance is expected to expand sharia financial inclusion and provide broader benefits for society and the Indonesian economy.

The school environment is often the target and spotlight of bullying behavior. The role of education in overcoming bullying behavior is associated with the efforts of guidance and counseling teachers at school. Guidance and counseling teachers can provide counseling services individually or in groups, with the aim of understanding the conditions and situations that are happening to students at school. This can make it easier to overcome, prevent and provide solutions to every problem that occurs to students. The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. This research is descriptive research with the aim of describing the forms of bullying behavior that occur at SMPN XY Malang City, as well as the efforts of guidance and counseling teachers in dealing with this problem. The subjects in this research were 8th grade students at SMPN XY Malang City. The results of this research show that the type of bullying behavior that often occurs is verbal harm which can ultimately cause mental harm. The guidance and counseling teacher at SMPN XY Malang created a social media account according to developments in the millennial generation. The results of the videos and posters presented by the BK teacher are aimed at providing education to students regarding the services provided.

Some of the roles of using QRIS in the millennial generation are convenience. QRIS makes it easy for millennials to make digital payments without the need to carry cash or credit/debit cards. They can simply use their mobile phones to scan the QR code and complete the payment transaction. QRIS transactions are processed in real-time, meaning payments can be completed almost instantly. Many digital payment platforms that support QRIS offer promotions and discounts to users who make payments using their platform. This is especially attractive to millennials who are always looking for ways to save money.
