Kerusakan jalan merupakan suatu fenomena dimana penggunaan jalan yang berlebihan dan penggunaannya melebihi kapasitas dari kriteria perencanaan jalan serta kesadaran akan perawatan jalan yang kurang dari penggunanya. Berbagai jenis kerusakan pada perkerasan kaku (rigid pavement) yang umum terjadi di lapangan adalah retak sudut, retak slab terbagi atau badan jalan terbagi, retak lurus, tambalan, dan cacat permukaan. Penyebab kerusakan jalan ada berbagai sebab yakni umur rencana jalan yang telah dilewati, genangan air pada permukaan jalan yang tidak dapat mengalir akibat drainase yang kurang baik, beban lalu lintas berulang yang berebihan (overloaded) yang menyebabkan umur pakai jalan lebih pendek dari perencanaan (Sukirman 1999). Ruas   jalan   Kaligawe   Raya   STA   0+000   –   1+000   (depan   kampus UNISSULA) merupakan jalur lintas nasional utama penghubung antar kota serta di jalur yang seringnya truk-truk logistic bermuatan berat melintas untuk mengirimkan barang yang berasal dari pelabuhan peti kemas menuju kearah timur pulau jawa atau menuju arah barat. Sehingga seiringnya aktivitas truk-truk yang melintas menyebabkan pada ruas jalan tersebut mengalami kerusakan dikarenakan tidak mampunya menahan beban yang melintas diatas jalan dan seringnya terjadi banjir rob yang melanda di ruas tersebut serta kurangnya perawatan pada jalur tersebut. Upaya penelitian ini menganalisis kerusakan pekerjaan jalan menggunakan metode PCI untuk mengidentifikasi jenis, tingkat, dan kuantitas kerusakan yang terjadi serta memberikan alternatif solusi perbaikannya..

In the logistics industry, fresh food transportation requires effective management of driver fatigue to maintain safety and service quality. With the increasing digital connectivity, Internet of Things (IoT) technology has become a promising solution to monitor driver fatigue in real-time. This research aims to design an adaptive IoT-based driver fatigue monitoring system specifically for fresh food transportation. Through a case study in the logistics industry, we identified specific challenges and needs in driver fatigue management. Based on the identification results, we developed a system that utilizes IoT sensors integrated in vehicles and drivers' smartphones. The system automatically monitors the driver's physical condition and behavior and provides real-time alerts if signs of fatigue are detected. With an adaptive approach, the system can customize recommendations and interventions according to the measured fatigue level. The results of the case study show that the designed system is able to reduce the risk of driver fatigue, increase transportation safety, and improve service quality in fresh food transportation. This research contributes to the practical understanding of the implementation of IoT technology in driver fatigue management, particularly in the context of the logistics and fresh food transportation industries.

Diarrhea is the main cause of death globally. Diarrhea is a condition where liquid stools occur when defecating and the intensity is more than 3 times a day due to Escherichia coli infection. Factors that cause diarrhea are unsafe clean water facilities, water contamination by feces and poor personal hygiene habits. Diarrhea is included in the top 10 most common diseases in Malang City and the highest cases are in the Dinoyo Health Center area. The aim of the study was to identify the relationship between sanitation facilities, personal hygiene and E. coli content on the incidence of diarrhea. This type of research is cross-sectional quantitative with a purposive sampling method, totaling 35 samples. Data were analyzed by Chi-Square and multiple logistic regression tests. Bivariate test analysis resulted in a value of p=0.011 for sanitation facilities, p=0.007 for personal hygiene and p=0.000 for E. coli content. Meanwhile, the most influential variable is known, namely the content of E. coli in clean water (p=0.012) with a value of (OR=41.562; 95% CI 2.259-764.763). In conclusion, there is a relationship between sanitation facilities, personal hygiene and E. coli content with the incidence of diarrhea.

This study aims to provide a description related to learning to develop students' deductive scientific reasoning patterns through novels and short stories of Sherlock Holmes. This research is a quantitative research while the method used is semi-experimental. The quantitative approach used includes the Mann-Whitney test. The conclusions of this study are that: 1) for the Mann-Whitney test on the pre-test scores of the control group and the experimental group it was concluded that before the treatment or treatment the two groups, namely the control and the experiment, had the same ability in mastering students' deductive scientific reasoning; 2) for the Mann-Whitney test on the post-test scores of the control group and the experimental group it was concluded that after the treatment or treatment the two groups, namely the control and the experiment, had different abilities in mastering deductive scientific reasoning. Based on the two tests that there is indeed a difference between the conditions before and after being given treatment or treatment of students' mastery of deductive scientific reasoning through learning Sherlock Holmes novels and short stories.

This research itself is motivated by the many findings in the field regarding Sufism that are not in accordance with what they should be. This could be because Sufism is the highest science and can only be practiced by certain people. So this research itself aims to find out the correct logic of Sufism. So this research itself is deductive in nature, which in the discussion will use the author's logic in expressing the correct logic of Sufism so that there are no more mistakes so that the purity of the concept of Sufism itself can be well maintained. The logical result of the author's own thoughts is that when a person has reached the level called Sufism, his Sufism must be true Sufism, not strange things. Like going to the forest for 40 days and not coming back, that's dangerous and should be done the right way. True Sufism is learning the Shari'a, learning to worship, praying correctly, tahajjud correctly, fasting correctly, reading the Koran correctly, and performing other acts of worship correctly. If all that is true, then later the heart will be clean.

This research is based on customer loyalty, which is an important factor in retaining guests or customers. Based on good customer experience and brand trust, of course, customer loyalty will increase in guest or customer satisfaction in a company or hotel. However, from this, there are findings in this research conducted on guests at Truntum Hotel Padang, namely that there are still some guests who are not loyal and provide unfavourable comments on their experience staying at Truntum Hotel Padang. Therefore, the goal of this study is to analyse the impact of customer experience and brand trust on guest customer loyalty at Truntum Hotel Padang. The sample size in this research is 365 people with the criteria that guests who have stayed more than twice and are more than 21 years old at Hotel Truntum Padang. Data analysis method used is logistic regression analyse with SPSS version 23.00. The research results indicate that customer experience and brand trust partially and significantly influence the customer loyalty of Truntum Padang Hotel guests.

Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. PT Dos Ni Roha Logistic is a branch of DNR Corporation which has a function to fulfill the delivery of goods or pharmaceutical equipment by providing transportation services for the delivery of goods both land, sea and air. Data collection methods in this thesis research are questionnaires, observations, literature studies with a population of 47 employees and a sample of 47 determined using saturated sampling techniques and processed using SPSS software version 25.  Work Discipline and Work Motivation together have a positive and significant influence on employee productivity Pt Dos Ni Roha Logistic Jakarta, Work Discipline and Work Motivation are one of the important factors that affect employee productivity, an employee if he has a level of work discipline and is given good motivation in Work can result in high levels of productivity. The results of this study show that work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, which is 0.546 or 54.6%, so it can be concluded that the influence on employee productivity is 0.546 or 54.6%, while the remaining 45.4% is influenced by other variables outside this study. Companies should need to improve work discipline and work motivation within the company in order to further increase the productivity of their employees.

The elderly is a vulnerable group that has a very high dependency rate. The elderly  has various health problems such as degenerative diseases and decreased productivity so that it can cause a decrease in independence in carrying out daily activities (Activities Daily Living).This research strategy combines a cross-sectional approach with correlational analysis. Simple random sampling is the method used for sampling. employing the logistic regression test. examined respondents' perceptions of senior citizens' independence, using a sample size of 45 respondents.The results of this study found that there was a relationship between all factors that could be done both from family support, cognitive function, and anxiety with a p value of 0.05 while the dominant factor related to the independence of the elderly was the anxiety factor with a p value of 0.005 a 0.05 and OR value =248792879.8 Can guarantee that family support, cognitive function, and can increase the independence of the elderly, but the most dominant factor for independence is the anxiety factor.To ensure that body parts can move and there is no immobility disorder, it is expected of the aged to continue with everyday activities. They are also expected to maintain their health by visiting an integrated health center, a public health center, or other healthcare facilities.

Abstract. Tax is one of the state's incomes that has a large contribution to state finances compared to other state income. In the implementation of tax collection, it is not uncommon for there to be various kinds of disputes between the tax authorities and the public who are taxpayers, which are called tax disputes. Tax dispute resolution is resolved through a judicial institution called the Tax Court. However, currently the authority for guidance over the Tax Court is still carried out by the Ministry of Finance and the Supreme Court, even though the Tax Court is part of the judicial institution. This research uses a type of juridical-normative research which focuses on the use of secondary data. This type of research is a procedure for finding the truth based on the logic of legal science from a normative point of view. The results of this research found that after the Constitutional Court Decision Number 26/PUU-XXI/2023, the full authority to guide the Tax Court had to be transferred to the Supreme Court. It is recommended that the implementation of the transfer of guidance authority be carried out in stages as soon as possible in order to provide legal certainty regarding the long-standing overlap of authority between the executive and judicial powers towards the Tax Court which should be purely part of the judiciary.   Keywords: government power, guidance, tax court   Abstrak. Pajak merupakan salah satu income negara yang memiliki sumbangan besar terhadap keuangan negara dibandingkan dengan pendapatan negara lainnya. Dalam pelaksanaan penagihan pajak, tidak jarang terdapat berbagai macam perselisihan antara fiskus dengan masyarakat yang merupakan wajib pajak yang disebut dengan sengketa pajak. Penyelesaian sengketa pajak diselesaikan melalui sebuah institusi peradilan yang disebut Pengadilan Pajak. Namun saat ini kewenangan pembinaan atas Pengadilan Pajak masih dilakukan oleh Kementerian Keuangan dan Mahkamah Agung, padahal Pengadilan Pajak merupakan bagian dari lembaga yudikatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis-normatif yang menitikberatkan pada penggunaan data sekunder. Penelitian jenis ini adalah prosedur untuk menemukan kebenaran yang didasarkan pada logika keilmuan hukum dari sudut pandang normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pasca Putusan MK Nomor 26/PUU-XXI/2023, maka kewenangan pembinaan Pengadilan Pajak sepenuhnya harus dialihkan ke Mahkamah Agung. Disarankan agar pelaksanaan peralihan kewenangan pembinaan tersebut dilaksanakan secara bertahap sesegera mungkin demi memberikan kepastian hukum terhadap tumpang tindih kewenangan yang sudah lama sekali terjadi antara kekuasaan eksekutif dan yudikatif terhadap Pengadilan Pajak yang seharusnya murni sebagai bagian dari yudikatif.   Kata kunci: kekuasaan pemerintahan, pembinaan, pengadilan pajak

Hospitals are an integral part of social and media organizations whose function is to provide comprehensive health services to the community, both curative and rehabilitative, where hospital services reach family and environmental services. The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of the quality of health services on patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of the Medan Indonesian Workers' Imelda Hospital. The research design used in this study was an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all patients who were treated from November 2022 to February 2023 in the Inpatient Room of the Imelda Indonesian Workers Hospital in Medan, totaling 167 people. The number of samples to be examined by the entire population is 62 people. Data analysis was performed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The statistical test used is the chi square test and logistic regression. The results of the chi square test showed that there was an influence of 8 variables, namely technical competence, human relations, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, security, human relations and convenience, which had a p-value <α 0.05, meaning technical competence, human relations, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, security, human relations and comfort affect patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of Medan Indonesian Workers Imelda Hospital, and the multivariate test with the results of multiple logistic regression tests shows that the variable of technical competence is the most dominant with an odds ratio (OR) of 45,348 meaning 4 times affect patient satisfaction. The conclusion was that the dominant technical competency variable had the most influence on patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of Imelda Indonesian Workers Medan Hospital. It is recommended for the hospital to make policies in order to improve technical competence in the treatment room so as to produce optimal patient satisfaction..

Dalam abstrak ini, kami menjelajahi peran krusial matematika dalam pembangunan dasar-dasar komputasi yang kita kenal saat ini. Kami melacak evolusi dari konsep matematis dasar seperti logika boolean, teori himpunan, aljabar, hingga konsep-konsep lebih lanjut seperti teori bilangan dan kalkulus yang membentuk landasan bagi pengembangan algoritma dan struktur data. Kami juga menyelidiki bagaimana konsep-konsep ini diimplementasikan dalam bahasa pemrograman modern dan arsitektur komputer. The background of this research is that the learning process is still carried out by the teacher, and students tend to be passive. Less conducive learning conditions such as daydreaming students, students are still less active in the learning process. Therefore, the picture and picture learning model is used in achieving optimal learning goals. The aims of this study were (1) to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors, and the impact of applying the picture and picture learning model on history material for Grade VIII students of SMP Terpadu Abul Faidl Wonodadi Blitar. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews and interviews to be analyzed inductively. Research result; (1) The steps of the picture and picture learning model in this study are conveying the competencies achieved, presenting the material as an introduction, the researcher reveals pictures of activities related to the material. The researcher selects students to take turns arranging the pictures into a logical sequence. The researcher asked the reason for the sequencing of the images. researchers build concepts according to the competencies achieved, conclusions, and closing. (2) Supporting factors only require pictures and adhesives. inhibiting factor difficult to find the appropriate image quality. (3) The positive impact of training students' reasoning and memory so as to improve student learning outcomes. negative impacts include, it takes a long time to prepare images, increases expenses, it is difficult to find suitable and good images.

This study aims to examine the effect of firm size, profitability, leverage and institutional ownership on the timely submission of financial reports. This research uses secondary data from property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The samples obtained in this study were 13 companies during the 2019-2022 period with a total sample of 52 annual financial reports selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this study is logistic regression using SPSS. The results of the study show that company size, profitability and institutional ownership have no effect on the timeliness of submission of financial statements. While Leverage has a positive effect on the Timeliness of Submission of Financial Statements.

Teknologi blockchain telah mengalami perkembangan pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir dan telah menyentuh hampir setiap aspek informasi dan bidang teknologi komunikasi. Potensi blockchain dapat diterapkan di berbagai industri dan bidang, termasuk logistik, rantai suplai pasokan, IoT, dan layanan kesehatan. Dalam industri kesehatan, blockchain memiliki dampak yang signifikan. Namun penilaian kritis terhadap aplikasi blockchain dalam pelayanan kesehatan masih belum tersedia secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan landasan teknis tentang berbagai aplikasi  kesehatan berbasis blockchain, dengan fokus pada perkembangan terkini di bidang ini. Studi ini akan membahas teknologi blockchain kontemporer yang telah diterapkan dalam industri kesehatan, termasuk berbagi data medis, manajemen rantai suplai medis, rekam medis elektronik, klaim asuransi kesehatan, farmasi industri, dan pemantauan pasien jarak jauh. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang penggunaan blockchain dalam aplikasi pelayanan kesehatan berbasis IoT dan menyediakan analisis SWOT yang komprehensif untuk membantu pemangku kepentingan dalam memahami manfaat, tantangan, peluang, dan ancaman yang terkait dengan teknologi ini. Diharapkan bahwa hasil survei literatur ini akan memberikan landasan yang kuat untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut dan penerapan blockchain dalam pelayanan kesehatan IoT yang aman, efisien, dan terpercaya.

Background: Overnutrition is common in Indonesia, with 13.5% of adults being overweight and 28.7% being obese. Lack of physical activity, excessive food consumption, and high consumption of risky foods such as sugar, salt, and fat are risk factors for nutritional status Objective: To determine factors related to nutritional status in mini market employees Method: Researchers used a cross-sectional design in this study involving 99 respondents. The research began from September to October 2021. Data analysis used Fisher's test and logistic regression Results: Based on Fisher's test analysis, there was a significant relationship between salt intake (p=0.041), physical activity (p=0.002), and nutritional status. Meanwhile, no significant relationship was found between sugar and fat intake and nutritional status. The results of the logistic regression test show that the factor that has the most influence on nutritional status is excessive salt intake Conclusion: There is a relationship between salt intake, physical activity and nutritional status. Meanwhile, there was no relationship between sugar and fat intake and nutritional status. The factor most related to the nutritional status of employees in Makassar city mini markets is salt intake.

Every company must have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is an effort made to protect or prevent the risk of accidents and also as a complete form of other accident prevention efforts. Therefore, logistics management is needed to meet the needs of personal protective equipment in companies. The purpose of this research is to find out the process of obtaining raw materials and knowing inventory control. The method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are that companies obtain personal protective equipment from distributors who have worked with the company. PT. Waskita Beton Precast pre-orders personal protective equipment and completes payment so that personal protective equipment can be sent immediately.

Pelatihan Manajemen Logistik Berbasis Teknologi dengan Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Persediaan Digital merupakan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk mentransfer pengetahuan praktis kepada mitra industri, PT. Nemira Kitchen. Tranfer knowledge digunakan untuk mengajarkan konsep-konsep penting dalam manajemen logistik dan memperkenalkan pemanfaatan sistem informasi persediaan digital. Kegiatan pelatihan mencakup komunikasi dengan mitra, penyusunan materi pelatihan, pelatihan interaktif, dan pendampingan penggunaan sistem informasi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang fitur-fitur sistem informasi persediaan dan kemampuan dalam mengelola data, persediaan, distribusi barang, serta laporan-laporan terkait. Mitra yang aktif berpartisipasi dalam program ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap keberhasilan pelatihan. Evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan penerapan sistem informasi persediaan setelah pelatihan selesai. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif pada kemampuan manajemen logistik dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam operasi sehari-hari mitra.
