Information Technology is technology used to manipulate data in various ways. For example, this technology can process, access, organize and store data. The aim of using information technology is to produce high quality information. Information and Communication Technology has influenced the way humans communicate, work and live. In the business sector, ICT has helped efficiency in business processes and communication between customers, employees and business partners. In the field of education, ICT has changed the way of teaching and learning, providing access to online educational resources, and opening up opportunities for distance learning as discussed this time regarding the utilization or use of information and communication technology in BANUH RAYA, SIMALUNGUN, which has a population of approximately 150 families where the use of technology in this area is still lacking due to network difficulties where sometimes residents have to climb to higher places to get a network. Exceptionally gifted children possess extraordinary potential; however, addressing their needs optimally often presents a challenge. On the other hand, specific learning disabilities such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia pose specific obstacles in the learning process for children. The aim of this research is to facilitate readers in understanding the core aspects related to the Analysis of Handling Exceptionally Gifted Children and Specific Learning Disabilities such as Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and Dyscalculia. This research employs a library research methodology.The findings of this research encompass several interventions applicable to students with learning disabilities. One form of learning service for special needs children involves providing treatment to overcome the difficulties and learning barriers they face. The role of media is crucial in education, as it can effectively aid in conveying information from learners to the subject matter.

This research aims to analyze the learning styles of 11th-grade students in Class MP 2 at SMK N 1 Bangli in the context of learning English. The findings indicate that the majority of students have a preference for kinesthetic learning style, followed by auditory and visual learning styles. Despite the dominance of the kinesthetic learning style, some students also show tendencies towards auditory and visual learning styles. Meanwhile, the research identifies several learning difficulties faced by students, such as a lack of motivation, basic English language proficiency, and limited school resources. To address these challenges, teachers and schools are advised to create an environment that supports students' learning motivation, pay special attention to mastering basic English language skills, and enhance students' access to quality learning resources, including the use of technology such as utilizing smartphones for learning activities. This research aims to find a solution to the problem of difficulties in improving language skills in terms of early reading in early childhood in group A1 in Hidayatus Shibyan Surabaya. The research method used in this research is the research and development method or often called Research and Development (R&D). The subjects of this research are students in group A1 of the Hidayatus Shubiyan Kindergarten for the 2023-2024 academic year with a total of 15 students with an average age 4-5 years old, consisting of 9 female students and 6 male students. The results of the research presented data on the differences between the use of Pop Up learning media and increasing initial reading abilities in the A1 group of Kindergarten Hidayatus Shibyan Surabaya. From the table above, the result is tcount = - with a significance level of 0.000. Because the significance level is smaller than 0.05, Ha is accepted, and Ho is rejected. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that "There is an influence of the use of Pop Up learning media on increasing the initial reading ability of children in group A1 of Kindergarten Hidayatus Shibyan Surabaya"

Potential weaknesses faced by the company. So it is necessary to consider the aspects of process inefficiency, risk of work errors, delays in information, lack of transparency, high operational costs, vulnerability to data loss and difficulties in monitoring performance. In the current era of globalization and digitization, companies face pressure to increase operational efficiency and accountability in presenting financial information. By using the PALS (Pasticipatory Action Learning System) method, where this method basically involves accounting staff in the process of upgrading the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) system from 30 accounting staff and 5 staff will be taken for the interview sample in this research. From the problems currently faced by companies in managing financial reports, they have not been able to carry out systematic recording. With better data integration using ESB, a company's various systems and applications can be connected and communicate well. In real-time reporting compared to manual (conventional) recording which requires processing time, ESB allows for better real-time financial reports.

Parents are the main person in charge of their child's education. Wherever children go to school, whether in formal, informal or non-formal institutions, parents still play a role in determining the future of their children's education. Therefore, the objective of research is to describe problems and to know roles of parents in increasing children’s interest in learning in farmer families at gunung Sari Village, Alok District, Sikka Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive which took place in Gunung Sari Village, Alok District, Sikka Regency. The data sources used primary and secondary data sources. The techniques used in data collection are observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The result of research showed that there were problems faced by patents such as lazy children in terms of learning and also children spending more time playing. Then 2 parents found difficulties in children’s learning such as the existence of conflicting responses in the child so that the learning outcomes achieved were lowern their potential. Meanwhile, the roles of parents showed that parents as Educator, motivator, facilitator and mentor.

Parents are the main person in charge of their child's education. This article is entitled "Observation of PPKn Learning Methods at SMP Negeri 35 Medan". This article aims to find out the difficulties or problems faced by teachers in PPKn learning at SMP Negeri 35 Medan and look for methods or strategies that can be used to overcome these problems. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. Difficulties faced by teachers in learning include lack of facilities, differences in student backgrounds, lack of student interest and motivation, as well as lack of parental guidance and lack of economic support for students' families. Solutions implemented by teachers include a closer approach, special attention, additional lesson hours, and home tutoring. This article also provides suggestions for improvement and further research.

This study aims to analyze and describe students' perspectives on E-learning and the difficulties faced by students during online learning. Researcher use qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews by distributing questionnaires. From the results of an analysis of students' perspectives on online learning during the Covid-19 period, it was found that students felt that online learning made them quite bored and reduced interaction between teachers and students. Online learning also makes students less understanding of the material provided, so that it has an impact on the level of student focus. The difficulties faced by students in e-learning-based online learning are network access that is not power full, internet quota and facilities such as mobile phones do not yet exist. Based on the explanation above, the researcher concluded that students' perspectives on e-learning can reduce student learning levels and the ability to understand learning.

Writing is significantly essential for English as a foreign language and English as a second language. Students’ language learning has constantly been regarded as essential ability contributing to English learning. The purpose of this study was analyze factors contributing to students’ difficulties in paragraph writing course based on the students’ perceptions. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The instruments used were interview and documentation. This study, the participants’ answers were purposive sampling and analyzed descriptively. The participants were 60 students who were taking paragraph writing course in second semester academic year 2022/2023 in English Language Education Program  at IAIN Palangka Raya. The data analysis procedure of the research analysis were data condensation, demonstration, and verifying conclusion. The overall result based on the questionnaire, students found difficulties to use grammar. Based on the findings, there were two factors that caused students’ difficulties in writing. The two factors were internal and external. Internal factors consisted of self-motivation, self-confidence, lack of knowledge and feeling of under pressure External factors consisted of the teacher’s teaching style, classroom atmosphere, materials, and writing aspects. This research hopefully can help lecture in developing appropriate teaching techniques in writing and minimize students' difficulties in paragraph writing course.

Problem solving skills are important for students to overcome various problems related to learning and community life. This involves students actively exploring, observing, trying, and investigating using the knowledge and abilities they have. Problem solving is the main focus of developing students' higher order thinking skills in mathematics. This research was conducted by means of observation, interviews, and post-test methods on the 4th grade students of SD Negeri 7 Gondosari. In the results of the discussion, there are 10 data from 31 students which can describe a good level of problem solving. Some students experienced difficulties in implementing the problem and re-examining the results of the solution. Therefore, it is important for students to continue to hone their problem solving abilities using the Polya procedure and to re-check the correctness of the solutions that have been done.

The problems faced by partners are in the form of teacher Civic teachers in Pacitan Regency had difficulties in preparing individual learning tools. Therefore, the Citizenship Learning and Education Research Group conducted a workshop on developing Learning Objective Flows and Teaching Modules with the help of Assessment Applications. The purpose of the service is to improve the teacher's ability to develop learning designs. The service method used is in the form of a workshop with a blended learning model. Implementation is carried out in five stages, namely identifying the characteristics of workshop participants, preparing materials, creating digital classes and the necessary platforms, carrying out offline and online workshops, evaluating workshop results. The result of the service is that after attending the workshop, the teacher can make ATP and modules according to the criteria. while additional outputs are in the form of publications in online media and community service videos.

The aim of this research is to find out: (1) The literacy skills of class III children at SD Negeri 0117 Sibuhuan. (2) Internal and external factors cause the low literacy skills of class III students, especially in reading and writing at SD Negeri 0117 Sibuhuan. Based on the results of the research and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that: (1) The habituation of literacy skills in class III of SD Negeri 0117 Sibuhuan is reading books every day before learning and the teacher also guides students to read books related to the school literacy movement so that students do not feel stressed and bored in reading. Apart from that, teachers also encourage students to participate in making posters, information boards (mading), and literacy trees. It is hoped that this will help foster the school literacy movement, which in turn can shape students' character for the future. (2) Internal and external factors causing the low literacy skills of class III students, especially in reading and writing at SD Negeri 0117 Sibuhuan, namely: (a) In the aspect of students, including students, there are problems in articulating the pronunciation of words, often pronouncing words -words that are not clear enough, and still often mispronounce words in one sentence. The aim of this research is to determine the role of knowledge played by Christian Religious Education teachers as mentors in efforts to overcome students' learning difficulties in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Muara for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that the role of Christian Religious Education teachers as mentors in efforts to overcome the learning difficulties of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Muara for the 2023/2024 academic year is > 75% of what was expected. The population is all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Muara for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians, totaling 102 people. The research sample was determined by random sampling at 35% from 102 people, namely 36 people. This research method is a descriptive quantitative inferential method with a research instrument using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using the t test formula obtained a value of tcount=10.576>ttable=2.042. The tcount value is in the curve area of ​​rejection of H0 and acceptance of Ha. Thus, it can be concluded that the accepted research hypothesis is that the role of Christian Religious Education teachers as mentors in efforts to overcome the learning difficulties of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Muara Belajar in 2023/2024 is > 75% of the expected 84.84%. However, there are several teacher roles that must be improved, including: 1) The role of providing reinforcement in the form of enthusiasm, with a value of 3.22. 2) Role in helping students to make good friends with other friends, with a value of 3.08. 3) Role in providing feedback to students who are slow in learning, with a value of 3.19. 4) Role in using media or learning tools, with a value of 3.17. Some of these roles are in the good category and it is hoped that teachers will be able to achieve their achievements so that they become very good.

The research used is a qualitative research and the research approach used is a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were SKI teachers and students. The types and sources of data used in this research are (1) primary data, related to the initial data. (2) secondary data, related to additional data. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The use of data analysis techniques in the field are: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) drawing conclusions and verification. In the data validity technique in this study, the examination was carried out by triangulation. The results showed that: (1) the application of the Picture and Picture learning model to class VIII SKI lessons, namely, the SKI teacher has taken the steps to apply the picture and picture model to class VIII SKI learning in accordance with the existing theory. (2) the supporting and inhibiting factors, namely, the supporting factors for the application of the Picture And Picture learning model include, the availability of picture tools and media in madrasas is actually quite adequate such as infocus and computers, the availability of books in the library is sufficient and on the inhibiting factors it is not found that SKI teachers experience difficulties when dealing with student abilities. SKI teachers also don't seem to have any difficulty in determining pictures that are appropriate to the subject matter.

This research aim to determine differences of writing anxiety and the cause factors behind the anxiety suffered by male and female students. The study is a quantitative study and adapted two types of questionnaires to collect the required data, (Second Language Writing Anxiety Inventory) by Cheng (2004) and CSLWAI (Cause of Second Language Writing Anxiety Inventory) by Rezaei and Jafari (2014). The subject of this study are 30 male students and 33 female students. The result showed that male students suffered cognitive anxiety, avoidance behavior anxiety and somatic anxiety. Meanwhile, female students suffered somatic anxiety and cognitive anxiety. Male students factors of writing anxiety are linguistic difficulties followed with writing techniques while female students only had writing techniques ad factors affecting their writing anxiety. In conclusion, male students had worse writing anxiety than female students. Therefore, develop teaching and learning method with the awareness of male and female students’ writing anxiety is highly recommended in order for students to be able to learn English language effectively.

This study aims to describe students' difficulties in learning mathematics in mathematics subject data presentation material in class V MIS TPI SEI BAMBAN. The goal is:  1.To find out the difficulties experienced by students in learning mathematics in the material for presenting data at MIS TPI SEI BAMBAN,  2.To find out the factors that cause students to have difficulty learning mathematics in the material for presenting data at MIS TPI SEI BAMBAN  3.For find what efforts were made in overcoming students' learning difficulties in Mathematics in the Data Presentation material at MIS TPI SEI BAMBAN Kec. Batang Serangan Kab. Langkat. This study used qualitative research methods. The techniques used to collect data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The conclusion from the results of this study namely :  1.Types of learning difficulties experienced by students, namely difficulties in understanding formulas, multiplication, division and in data presentation material, namely in line charts.  2.Then the factors that cause student learning difficulties consist of internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include attitudes in students and external factors, namely factors from outside the student's self.  3.Efforts made by the teacher, namely motivating students, learning in a fun way and increasing practice questions.

Community Service (PKM) is a form of the Tridharma of Higher Education. This PKM is proposed to carry out socialization and educational activities. The basic material in learning mathematics at the elementary school level starts with addition, subtraction, to multiplication and division of numbers. But in the multiplication and division material, many students experience difficulties. Actually there are many learning methods that are used to make it easier for students to understand and memorize multiplication. One of them is the jarimatics method. In this method students are not required to memorize but students are taught to be able to understand multiplication by using their limbs, namely their fingers. With jarimatika students will learn multiplication easily and fun. The method used in this PKM is education and hands-on practice of the jarimatics method in multiplication problems. As a result, students become more aware of multiplication and feel happy with the method being taught, because it makes it easier for them to calculate multiplication.

Media is one of the tools that can convey learning material so that learning objectives can be achieved properly and provide concrete examples to students. Today's young generation is so close to the name technology, where teachers as much as possible to utilize technology.  In learning, teachers can use digital-based learning media, one of which can use the LearningApps website, because learning using digital media can attract children's attention, can facilitate children to be able to learn more widely, more, and varied.  The purpose of this service activity, to introduce this LearningApps website to teachers so that it can be implemented in learning activities. This service activity is carried out using the planning and implementation method. When teachers try to use the LearningApps website, there are some difficulties but teachers can solve them well with the help and directions that have been explained. Even though they had difficulties, teachers were still interested in learning to use LearningApps and teachers' skills seemed to have improved in this workshop on the use of digital-based learning media.

The researchers found problems in grade 5 at SD Jam'iiyatul Hujjaj Bukittinggi, namely students' difficulties in understanding Arabic vocabulary. To increase students' understanding of Arabic vocabulary, the researcher applied the question-and-answer method through picture media. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of using the question and answer method through picture media to increase Arabic vocabulary and to find out the increase in Arabic vocabulary mastery after using the question and answer method through picture media at SD Jam'iiyatul Hujjaj Bukittinggi.This study used quantitative research with a group pretest-posttest design. Researchers took samples in this research experimental class of 28 students and control class of 28 students.The tools used for collecting data were observation, examination, and documentation. and student learning outcomes using the question-and-answer method through media images of 5th grade elementary school students. Based on the acquisition of an average value of 83, This is also proven through the calculation of "T." Calculate more than the "T" Table, namely 2,463.Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded about the effectiveness of the use of the question and answer method through picture media for students in grade 5 at SD Jam'iiyatul Hujjaj Bukittinggi.
