Penyimpanan obat merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek yang berperan besar dalam menjamin kualitas, stabilitas, dan keamanan obat sampai ke tangan pasien. Khususnya pada obat-obatan yang termasuk kategori High Alert dan Look-Alike Sound-Alike (LASA), penyimpanan yang tidak sesuai standar dapat meningkatkan risiko kesalahan penggunaan obat (medication error) yang berpotensi menimbulkan efek samping serius hingga membahayakan nyawa pasien. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem penyimpanan yang sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengocok penyimpanan obat High Alert dan LASA di Apotek Kaligelang, Kabupaten Pemalang, berdasarkan standar yang tercantum dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 73 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan observasional langsung dan wawancara terstruktur kepada tenaga kefarmasian yang bekerja di apotek. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap aspek identifikasi, penandaan khusus, dan pemisahan fisik pada penyimpanan obat High Alert dan LASA. Hasil pengamatan Kesesuaian penyimpanan obat High Alert dan obat LASA di Apotek Kaligelang yang mengacu pada Permenkes RI No. 73 Tahun 2016, diperoleh bahwa sebagian besar aspek penyimpanan telah sesuai. Untuk obat High Alert, diperoleh Jumlah Total Prosentase 80% sudah sesuai, Sedangkan untuk obat LASA, diperoleh Jumlah Total Prosentase 75% sudah sesuai. Secara keseluruhan, tingkat kesesuaian penyimpanan obat High Alert dan LASA di Apotek Kaligelang mencapai rata-rata 77,5%, menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengelolaan obat berisiko tinggi di apotek ini telah berjalan dengan baik. Namun demikian, masih diperlukan beberapa perbaikan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pasien (patient safety) serta mencegah terjadinya kesalahan pengobatan di lingkungan Apotek.

Perubahan pola hidup masyarakat modern yang diiringi tingginya beban kerja dan mobilitas, telah meningkatkan risiko stres serta kelelahan fisik dan mental, terutama di kawasan perkotaan yang padat seperti Surabaya. Hal ini mendasari kebutuhan akan fasilitas yang tidak hanya berfokus pada perawatan fisik, namun juga mendukung pemulihan secara menyeluruh. Perancangan Wellness and Beauty Center dengan menerapkan Biophilic Architecture dapat menghadirkan ruang penyembuhan yang terintegrasi dengan alam. Proses perancangan meliputi tahapan identifikasi, studi banding, analisis, dan sintesis, guna menghadilkan konsep makro Healing Trough Nature sebagai strategi utama. Konsep ini dikembangkan menajdi konsep mikro yang mencakup desain ruang interaksi dengan alam, bentuk bangunan organik, dan tatanan lahan yang menyatu dengan lansekap di sekitarnya. Rancangan yang dihasilkan meliputi fasilitas spa, perawatan kecantikan, yoga, meditasi, pusat kebugaran, dan area relaksasi yang terhubung secara efektif. Bangunan dirancang adaptif terhadap karakter tapak dengan komposisi massa lengkung yang selaras terhadap orientasi visual dan fungsi ruang, sehingga mampu emnciptakan harmoni serta atmosfer yang dapat menennagkan bagi pengunjung.

Pemanfaatan lahan kosong di wilayah perdesaan sering kali belum optimal akibat rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap fungsi ruang terbuka hijau dan konsep desain lanskap. Desa Suka Makmur, Kabupaten Pohuwato, merupakan salah satu wilayah yang memiliki lahan terbuka cukup luas namun berada dalam kondisi gersang dan belum tertata. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pemanfaatan lahan kosong melalui sosialisasi dan edukasi desain lanskap ruang terbuka hijau sebagai upaya awal pembangunan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah KKN-PAR (Participatory Action Research) dengan tahapan identifikasi awal, sosialisasi dan edukasi, serta evaluasi perubahan pemahaman masyarakat. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test terhadap 24 responden. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat pada seluruh indikator yang diukur, meliputi fungsi ruang terbuka hijau, manfaat ekologis dan sosial, serta konsep dasar desain lanskap. Peningkatan pemahaman ini mengindikasikan terjadinya perubahan perilaku awal masyarakat pada aspek kognitif. Hasil pengabdian ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan edukatif berbasis partisipasi masyarakat efektif dalam membangun kesadaran lingkungan dan dapat menjadi landasan bagi pengelolaan ruang terbuka hijau yang berkelanjutan di wilayah perdesaan.

The development of bioinformatics has led to the availability of large amounts of genetic data through public databases such as NCBI Gene, OMIM, and Ensembl. However, the complexity of data presentation and the dominance of English language hinder students, novice researchers, and the general public in understanding the relationship between genes and disease. This research aims to develop a simple web-based information system to identify disease-causing genes with concise, Indonesian-language, and user-friendly information presentation. The method used is Research and Development (R&D), which includes literature study, needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The system was developed using a MySQL relational database with a web interface that displays basic gene information, chromosome location, biological function, and gene-disease relationships, complete with simple visualizations. Black Box testing results indicate that all main functions run according to user requirements. This system is expected to improve bioinformatics literacy and become an effective learning medium.

Tantangan utama yang dihadapi warga Kelurahan Pesantren, Kota Semarang adalah belum optimalnya pengelolaan limbah lingkungan rumah tangga, khususnya minyak jelantah, yang berpotensi menimbulkan pencemaran dan masih kurang dimanfaatkan secara ekonomi. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan, keterampilan kewirausahaan, dan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat dengan inovasi ekonomi kreatif. Tahapan pelaksanaannya meliputi observasi dan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan program partisipatif, pelaksanaan lokakarya, pendampingan, dan evaluasi keberlanjutan. Kegiatan program terdiri dari pendidikan kewirausahaan, pelatihan langsung pengolahan minyak jelantah menjadi lilin aromaterapi, dan peningkatan kapasitas dalam pembuatan konten digital dan pemasaran digital melalui media sosial dan pasar online. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan minat berwirausaha di kalangan ibu-ibu PKK, yaitu meningkat dari 40% sebelum program menjadi 80% setelah lokakarya. Secara keseluruhan, program ini efektif meningkatkan keterampilan pengelolaan sampah ramah lingkungan dan mendukung pengembangan ekonomi kreatif berbasis lokal.

This study develops a computational-based system to identify individual potential through the analysis of signature patterns using Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and the Backpropagation algorithm. The research aims to explore and examine the effectiveness of applying ANN in recognizing and identifying signature patterns that are assumed to be related to an individual’s potential. In the data processing stage, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is employed as a dimensionality reduction and feature extraction technique to optimally obtain the main characteristics of signature images. The system performance evaluation is conducted using a total of 80 signature images, consisting of 60 training data and 20 testing data. This study analyzes two network architecture configurations, namely a model with one hidden layer and a model with two hidden layers. The experimental results show that both network configurations achieve the same accuracy level of 92.5%. These findings indicate that the use of Artificial Neural Networks with the Backpropagation algorithm is effective in producing high accuracy in the signature pattern recognition process. Furthermore, the developed system has broad potential applications in the field of personal identification, such as employee evaluation, selection systems, and other applications across various organizational and industrial sectors.

Perkembangan kecerdasan buatan (AI) mendorong inovasi dalam analisis keuangan, termasuk prediksi harga saham yang fluktuatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan memprediksi harga saham PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk menggunakan model ARIMA dengan penanganan Outlier sebagai pendekatan awal menuju sistem prediksi yang lebih adaptif. Data harga penutupan harian dari Yahoo Finance dianalisis melalui uji stasioneritas, identifikasi model ARIMA, deteksi Outlier berbasis log-return, serta evaluasi performa menggunakan RMSE, MAE, dan MAPE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ARIMA Outlier memberikan performa lebih baik dibandingkan ARIMA dasar. ARIMA standar menghasilkan MAPE 1.32% dan AIC –899.46, sedangkan ARIMA dengan tiga dummy Outlier mencapai MAPE 1.16% dan AIC –900.37. Peramalan 14 hari ke depan menunjukkan pola yang stabil pada kisaran Rp 370–371. Pada data uji, ARIMA dasar memberikan akurasi terbaik pada pertengahan Agustus, sedangkan ARIMA Outlier mencapai akurasi tertinggi pada akhir Agustus dengan prediksi Rp 370.2 yang sangat dekat dengan harga aktual Rp 370.4. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penanganan Outlier meningkatkan ketepatan model, sehingga ARIMA Outlier dapat digunakan sebagai fondasi awal menuju pengembangan sistem prediksi keuangan berbasis AI.

Aritmia merupakan gangguan irama jantung yang umum terjadi pada lansia dan dapat menimbulkan risiko kesehatan serius jika tidak terdeteksi secara dini. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi aritmia pada lansia menggunakan algortima K- Nearest Neighbor (KNN) berdasarkan data elektrokardiogram (EKG). Data yang digunakan berjumlah 105 data EKG lansia yang diperoleh dalam format CSV. Proses awal melibatkan pembersihan dan normalisasi data menggunakan metode StandardScaler, serta pelabelan awal menggunakan algoritma K-Means Clustering untuk mengelompokkan data ke dalam dua kelas: Normal dan Sangat Berpotensi Aritmia. Data kemudian dibagi menjadi 70% data latih dan 30% data uji dengan metode stratified split untuk menjaga proporsi label. Model KNN dilatih dengan parameter k = 3, dan dievaluasi menggunakan confusion matrix serta classification report. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan akurasi model sebesar 97% dengan nilai precision dan recall yang tinggi pada kedua kelas. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma KNN efektif dalam mengklasifikasikan kondisi aritmia pada lansia dan memiliki potensi untuk diterapkan dalam sistem pendukung diagnosis berbasis data EKG.

This study discusses the introduction of digital signature patterns using the Backpropagation method on Artificial Neural Network (JST) to identify a person's characteristics and potential. The increasing use of digital identities demands a verification system that is more secure, accurate, and adaptive to the variations of each individual's signature. The main problem faced in the signature recognition system is the low level of accuracy when the visual features of the signature have similarities between users, both in terms of shape, size, and stroke pressure. In addition, variations of signatures made by the same individual are also a challenge in the identification process. As a solution, this study implements Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to extract important features from the signature image before the training process using JST. PCA is used to reduce the data dimension so that the learning process becomes more efficient and optimal. A total of 80 signature images were used in this study, consisting of 60 training data and 20 test data. The results showed that the system was able to achieve an accuracy level of 92.5%. These findings prove that the combination of PCA and JST methods is effective in recognizing digital signature patterns and has the potential to be applied to digital security-based biometric identification systems.

Corrective maintenance is one of the maintenance strategies performed after system failures or malfunctions occur, particularly in diesel power plants (PLTD) that play a crucial role in supplying electricity to remote areas such as Jayapura. This study aims to identify the types of failures occurring in diesel engines at the Jayapura PLTD and to evaluate the corrective maintenance actions implemented. Data were collected through direct observation during an internship program, interviews with technicians, and analysis of historical maintenance and failure records. The results indicate that the most common failures occurred in the lubrication system, fuel system, and cooling system. Corrective actions included component repairs, spare part replacements, and system adjustments. The application of timely and appropriate corrective maintenance significantly reduced machine downtime and improved the reliability of the power generation system. This study recommends integrating corrective and preventive maintenance strategies to maximize operational efficiency of the PLTD.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem telemetri guna memantau kinerja panel surya pada beberapa lokasi dengan menggunakan komunikasi jarak jauh dan platform Internet of Things (IoT). Metode pemantauan konvensional memiliki keterbatasan dalam menyediakan data secara real-time pada area yang luas, sehingga evaluasi kinerja jarak jauh menjadi kurang efisien. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancang sebuah sistem pemantauan menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32, sensor INA219 untuk mengukur tegangan dan arus, modul GPS Neo-M8 untuk identifikasi lokasi, modul Real-Time Clock (RTC) DS3231 untuk pencatatan waktu, serta modul LoRa RA-02 sebagai media komunikasi nirkabel. Setiap node pengirim dilengkapi dengan modul MicroSD untuk menyimpan data pengukuran secara lokal. Data hasil pengukuran dikirimkan melalui LoRa ke unit penerima dan ditampilkan secara real-time pada platform Thinger.io. Hasil kalibrasi menunjukkan bahwa sensor INA219 memiliki rata-rata galat pengukuran arus sebesar 0,71% dan galat pengukuran tegangan sebesar 0,1%. Pengujian GPS menunjukkan koordinat lokasi yang stabil dengan tingkat akurasi sekitar ±3 hingga ±8 meter. Seluruh data pengukuran berhasil dikirim, disimpan, dan ditampilkan tanpa kehilangan data yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu menyediakan pemantauan parameter panel surya secara jarak jauh yang andal dan efisien dalam kondisi lapangan.

This study aims to analyze the bread production system of UMKM Roti D’One using the Input–Process–Output (IPO) approach and to identify product defects through the application of the Seven Tools of quality control. Data were obtained through interviews, field observations, and production recording. The IPO analysis shows that the production process is carried out manually and relies heavily on worker skills and household-scale equipment. Based on the checksheet, two dominant types of defects were identified—non-soft texture and uneven color—resulting in 30 defective products out of 1,400 breads produced in one week. The Pareto analysis indicates that texture defects contribute the largest portion (56.7%) of total defects. Meanwhile, the fishbone diagram reveals that the main causes originate from raw material inconsistency, equipment limitations, variations in worker skills, and manual production methods. This study suggests improvements related to raw material standards, production consistency, and worker training to reduce defects and enhance the overall quality of Roti D’One products.

Tingginya konsumsi makanan instan di kalangan anak-anak sekolah dasar telah menjadi perhatian penting karena potensi risiko kesehatan jangka panjangnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang karakter buku cerita bergambar interaktif sebagai media edukasi bagi anak-anak usia 9–12 tahun untuk memahami bahaya makanan instan dan mengembangkan kebiasaan makan yang sehat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran yang dikombinasikan dengan metodologi desain, termasuk tinjauan pustaka, wawancara dengan guru, ahli gizi, dan ilustrator, dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 114 responden untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pendidikan anak-anak dan preferensi visual. Proses desain melibatkan identifikasi masalah, pengembangan konsep, pembuatan prototipe, dan validasi melalui jajak pendapat audiens. Desain ini menampilkan karakter utama Lala, Lita, Ibu, dan Maskot Perut, dengan ilustrasi kartun digital berwarna cerah. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa karakter dan desain visual selaras dengan minat dan kebutuhan audiens target, menjadikan media ini efektif dalam menyampaikan pesan edukasi dengan cara yang menarik sekaligus memotivasi anak-anak untuk memahami risiko makanan instan.

Blood pressure is the pressure exerted by blood pumped by the heart against the walls of the arteries. Abnormalities in blood pressure can take the form of high blood pressure or hypertension and low blood pressure or hypotension. Hypertension is a non-communicable disease that is one of the risk factors for cardiovascular disease, and sufferers often do not show any symptoms. This community service activity aimed to examine the results of blood pressure measurements among inmates at the Class IIB Detention Center in Masohi City. This study used a descriptive observational design with a cross-sectional approach. There were 95 inmates who participated in this activity. Data analysis was conducted using quantitative descriptive methods to describe the blood pressure measurement results based on demographic data such as age, gender, education level, occupation, height, and weight. The results showed that most respondents were in the 20-30 age range (44.2%) and male (91.6%). The level of education shows that most respondents only completed high school (54.7%) and the majority worked as farmers (30.5%). Anthropometric characteristics in terms of height show that most respondents were between 140-160 cm (47.4%) and weighed between 51-60 kg (43.2%). The distribution of blood pressure shows that most respondents are in the pre-hypertension (40%), normal (29.5%), grade 1 hypertension (17.9%), and grade 2 hypertension (10.5%). Therefore, routine blood pressure checks need to be carried out so that inmates in detention centers can avoid hypertension, which can be a risk factor for cardiovascular disease.

This study examines the words structure of two selected songs, “Kekal” and “Di Akhir Perang”, from Nadin Amizah’s album Untuk Dunia, Cinta, dan Kotornya, with a focus on identifying and interpreting the functions of open class words and closed class words within the lyrical composition. The background of this research lies in the growing interest in understanding how contemporary Indonesian songwriters construct meaning through linguistic choices that contribute to the emotional depth of their works. The objective of this study is to analyze how open class words such as nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs contribute to semantic imagery, while closed class words such as pronouns, conjunctions, prepositions, and aspects establish grammatical cohesion and narrative continuity. Using qualitative descriptive methods, the lyrics were segmented, categorized, and interpreted based on linguistic theory to reveal the semantic and grammatical roles of each word class. The findings show that open class words dominate the emotional and metaphorical landscape of the songs, functioning as carriers of imagery, personal vulnerability, and symbolic representation of healing, love, and existential reflection. Meanwhile, closed class words serve as structural anchors that link ideas, mark relationships between clauses, and maintain narrative fluidity, particularly in expressing inner conflict and the resolution of emotional war depicted in the lyrics. The study concludes that Nadin Amizah’s lyricism is not only aesthetically expressive but also linguistically strategic, revealing a deliberate interplay between lexical creativity and grammatical precision. These findings imply that linguistic analysis can enrich the appreciation of contemporary Indonesian music and open new perspectives for future studies in stylistics, discourse analysis, and cultural semantics.

Epilepsy is one of the most common chronic neurological disorders in children. Long-term use of antiepileptic drugs carries the risk of Drug Related Problems (DRPs) such as drug interactions, inappropriate dosing, and untreated indications. This study aimed to identify the types and incidence of DRPs in pediatric epilepsy outpatients at Embung Fatimah General Hospital, Batam. This was a descriptive, non-experimental study with a retrospective design. Data were collected from pediatric medical records (<18 years) between January–December 2024, with a total of 45 patients. DRPs were identified using the American Society of Hospital Pharmacist (ASHP) classification. Of 45 patients, the majority were aged 1–5 years (38%) and female (53%). The most frequently used antiepileptic drug was sodium valproate (56.36%). Identification DRPs included drug interactions (63.16%), untreated indications (5.26%), and inappropriate drug selection (5.26%). No cases of overdose or failure to receive medication were found. The most dominant DRP in pediatric epilepsy patients was drug interactions, particularly between valproic acid and folic acid.

The background of this study is bacteriuria, which is a cause of Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs). Bacteriuria indicates the growth of microorganisms in the urine, which is influenced by increased secretion of the hormone progesterone. This study aims to determine the characteristics of asymptomatic bacteriuria in Passo Christian High School students. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a total sample of 25 students selected using a total sampling technique. The results showed that respondents were aged between 15 and 20 years, with 18 male respondents (72%) and 7 female respondents (28%). The results of urine culture and colony count examinations showed that 25 respondents (100%) had negative results, meaning that no bacteriuria was detected in these students. The conclusion of this study is that no indication of asymptomatic bacteriuria was found in Passo Christian High School students, indicating that in this sample, none of the students experienced urinary tract infections caused by bacteriuria.

The wild ginger leaves (Costus speciosus) is used by the community as a traditional medicine, with its rhizome being utilized as an antipyretic, diuretic and anti-inflammatory agent. This plant contains secondary metabolite compounds such as alkaloids, flavonoids, polyphenols, quinones, tannins and saponins. This research aims to identify saponin compounds and characterize the moisture content and ash content in the ethanol extract of the white costus (Costus speciosus) leaves. The white costus leaves sample was extracted using the maceration method with 96% ethanol as the solvent. The extraction yielded a rendemen value of 13.3%. Non-specific characterization tests included moisture content and ash content. The results for the moisture content of the white costus leaf simplicia were 3.3%, which meets the quality requirement of not more than 10% according to Regulation of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency Number 32 of 2019. The ash content test result for the simplicia was 0.97%, which also meets the standard requirement of the Indonesian Herbal Pharmacopoeia, which is less than 10.7%. Phytochemical screening was conducted to identify the types of compounds contained in the extract. Based on the phytochemical screening results, the 96% ethanol extract of white costus leaves positively contains alkaloids, tannins, saponins, and steroids.

Early childhood represents a golden period that is vital for the development of all aspects of a child’s abilities, particularly language skills. Speaking ability plays a central role as it serves as a child’s primary means of communication and social interaction. However, not all children achieve speech milestones appropriate for their age. Speech delays can negatively affect social, emotional, and academic growth if not identified early. This study aims to identify speech delays in early childhood through classroom interactions and to analyze the role of teachers in early detection and stimulation of language skills. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study involved ten children aged 4–6 years at Siti Khadijah Kindergarten. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Findings revealed that two children showed signs of speech delay, characterized by limited vocabulary, unclear pronunciation, and difficulty forming simple sentences. The main contributing factors were a lack of verbal stimulation at home and excessive gadget use, which reduced direct communication. Activities such as circle time, role-playing, and storytelling were found effective for detecting and stimulating speech development. Teachers play a crucial role as early detection agents, working collaboratively with parents to ensure continuous stimulation at home. Strengthening teachers’ capacity to observe, identify, and support children with speech delays is essential for promoting optimal language development.

Sugar apple (Annona squamosa L.) is one of the local fruit commodities with high potential as a source of functional natural ingredients. This study aims to identify the morphological characteristics and profile the phytochemical content of local Sumenep sugar apple fruit as a basis for the development of its bioactivity. Morphological observations were carried out in the Sumenep area, including fruit shape, size, stem circumference, leaf characteristics, and flower parts. Phytochemical analysis was conducted using qualitative tests for tannins and saponins, while tests for flavonoids and alkaloids are planned for the next stage. Observation results showed that local Sumenep sugar apple fruits have morphological variations in the form of ovoid, round, and oblong shapes, influenced by genetic factors and environmental conditions.  Phytochemical tests showed the presence of tannins, indicated by a color change to dark green when using FeCl₃ reagent, as well as the presence of saponins, demonstrated by the formation of stable foam during the shaking test. These findings reinforce the potential of local Sumenep soursop fruit as a candidate source of functional natural compounds, particularly in relation to antioxidant, antimicrobial activities, and other pharmacological benefits. Further studies are needed to analyze other phytochemical contents and evaluate bioactive activities more comprehensively.
